transactions can serve as a medium for learning mathematics. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with an ethnographic perspective, allowing the researcher to observe and understand phenomena within a broader social context. Data collection was carried out through interviews with traders and market visitors, direct observation of the coin exchange activities, and documentation of activities related to these transactions. The collected data were then analyzed using three main stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that the practice of coin exchange not only facilitates transactions in the market but also serves as a medium for applying arithmetic operations in everyday life. This activity encourages the development of logical thinking skills, such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, which are frequently used in the bargaining process or in determining the price of goods. Furthermore, coin exchange helps maintain price stability and increases transaction efficiency in the market by reducing dependence on paper money, which is often difficult to divide accurately. Thus, the study concludes that the application of ethnomathematics in coin exchange activities at Sarwono Market provides dual benefits, both in the economic context and in mathematics education.

method used is a qualitative method with an auto ethnographic approach. The data collection technique used was interviews with 5 community leaders. The research results show that Pasue culture is a culture that has existed for a long time, and is practiced in the Ndao Island community (Ndao people). At a certain time, namely before the harvest season, there is a Kalela tradition, which is a tradition of visiting friends from one village to another bringing provisions from the harvest. The Christian pedagogical values contained in this culture are: 1) Friendship knows no boundaries, just as Christ called us his friends; 2) Friendship begins with a bond of promise and promises must be steadfast; 3) Chickens are cut and blood Chicken is a symbol (of life) that is shed for togetherness, therefore it must be maintained so that it continues to live together; 4) Eating together is a way to sit side by side in all circumstances, regardless of ethnic or religious differences. These teaching values are the basis for religious moderation in the Ndao Island community or Ndao people.

SMP Negeri 6 Satap Baraka, including supportive and inhibiting factors affecting the implementation of these strategies. The approach used is qualitative with a descriptive analysis. Data sources include the school principal, vice principal, PR team, committee, and the community. Data collection methods consist of interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques involve data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that public relations management strategies to increase student enrollment at SMP Negeri 6 Satap Baraka include: 1) Operational Strategies such as the PR team having specific efforts or mechanisms to manage PR programs involving the community and school committee; 2) Persuasive and Educational Strategies including distributing brochures containing the school's vision, mission, and advantages, as well as conducting socialization to emphasize the importance of education for children; 3) Social Responsibility Strategies like door-to-door visits to maintain relationships between the school and the community, and participating in community and institutional activities; 4) Collaboration Strategies involving partnerships with local health centers and participating in community work activities; 5) Supporting factors such as community support and maintaining harmonious relationships fostering good school credibility; 6) Inhibiting factors such as inadequate road infrastructure and the majority of parents being farmers, making it difficult to reach them. The triggering factor discouraging enrollment in this school is the presence of more competitive schools with larger student bodies and an Islamic environment.

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of knowledge, attitudes and support from health workers on the implementation of health protocols during the Covid-19 pandemic among visitors at Tanjung Pura Hospital, Langkat Regency. The method in this research uses an analytical survey with a cross-sectional approach. The research population was all visitors to Tanjung Pura Regional Hospital in October 2022 with a total sample of 96 people using the Accidental Sampling technique. The data collected was obtained by interviews using a questionnaire. Data analysis used univariate and bivariate analysis. The results of the study showed that knowledge was poor as much as 57.3%, positive attitude was 56.3%, support from health workers was poor as much as 53.1%. The results of bivariate analysis show that the knowledge variable is 0.000, attitude is 0.001, support from health workers is 0.001. So it can be concluded that there is an influence of the variables of knowledge, attitudes and support of health workers on the implementation of health protocols during the Covid-19 pandemic. It is recommended that hospitals implement strict health protocol checks, such as carrying out checks at hospital entrances, making regulations regarding health protocol raids, and imposing sanctions for those who do not comply with health protocols.

This research aims to provide an understanding of the importance of registering Intellectual Property Rights for creative industry to ensure the law protection of the intellectual property that has been created. The research results show that every creative industry player needs to register copyrighted works with the Directorate General of Intellectual Property. Apart from that, synergy is needed between the Government and the public in increasing awareness of creators or creative industry players to register copyrighted works as Intellectual Property Rights through regulations and facilities provided by the authorized government institution, namely the Directorate General of Intellectual Property, Ministry of Law and Rights. To address this issue, the program involved renovating the Literacy Corner, adding relevant educational materials, and conducting various educational activities. These activities included reading sessions, discussions, and workshops focused on maritime culture, as well as involving maritime experts and local leaders to provide in-depth insights. Program evaluation showed a significant increase in maritime cultural knowledge among participants, particularly among the younger generation. Pre- and post-program surveys indicated substantial improvement in understanding maritime traditions, such as boat-making and fishing techniques. The optimized Literacy Corner has become a more active hub, with increased visitation from the community. Support from the village government, local schools, non-governmental organizations, and the local community was crucial to the program's success. This program demonstrates that a participatory and collaborative approach in developing literacy centers can effectively enhance cultural knowledge and engage the community in preserving local heritage.
