Research shows that the main character in the novel Iyan Not a Middle Child by Armaraher had a negative self-concept, which involved an imbalance between the ideal self and real self in the character Riyan. It deeply influences how the figure sees himself and breathes his life, as well as how he interforms with others from absence unconditional positive regard.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh terapi aktivitas kelompok orientasi realita terhadap kemampuan mengontrol halusinasi pada pasien halusinasi pendengaran di RSUD madani. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian merupakan rancangan penelitian Quasi Experiment dengan menggunakan pendekatan One Group pre-test dan post-test. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 17 orang dengan tahnik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Analisa bivariat terdapat kedua variabel dengan Uji-t berpasangan (t dependen) didapatkan hasil nilai p=0,001 <alpha (0,005). Penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh terapi aktivitas kelompok orientasi realita terhadap kemampuan mengontrol halusinasi pada pasien halusinasi pendengaran di RSUD madani. n tujuan utama untuk menyamaratakan akses pendidikan serta mengurangi ketimpangan antar sekolah. Meski demikian, pelaksanaannya memunculkan beragam reaksi dari masyarakat, baik yang mendukung maupun yang mengkritisi kebijakan tersebut.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka serta observasi terbatas terhadap kebijakan dan implementasi PPDB di sejumlah sekolah negeri. Temuan dalam studi ini mengindikasikan bahwa kebijakan zonasi berkontribusi positif terhadap distribusi siswa yang lebih merata serta memberikan peluang belajar bagi peserta didik dari wilayah yang terpencil, tertinggal, atau terluar.
Namun, di sisi lain, kebijakan ini juga membawa tantangan baru bagi dunia pendidikan, khususnya dalam hal kesiapan guru, kecukupan fasilitas pendukung, serta kemampuan sekolah dalam menyesuaikan diri dengan keberagaman latar belakang akademik siswa. Di beberapa kasus, sekolah-sekolah favorit mengalami penurunan mutu input siswa, sedangkan sekolah yang sebelumnya kurang diminati mengalami lonjakan jumlah pendaftar, namun belum diimbangi dengan peningkatan kualitas sarana dan prasarana.
Temuan ini menyiratkan bahwa keberhasilan kebijakan zonasi sangat bergantung pada pemerataan kualitas dan sumber daya pendidikan di seluruh satuan pendidikan negeri. Oleh karena itu, penguatan kualitas pendidikan secara menyeluruh perlu dilakukan agar tujuan utama kebijakan ini dapat terealisasi secara maksimal. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi masukan berharga bagi para pembuat kebijakan dan pemangku kepentingan di sektor pendidikan.

The CLT method helps students improve their communication abilities by inspiring them to see English as a useful instrument for efficient conversation. The communicative approach, or communative language teaching (CLT), involves teaching language through communication. This type of language instruction positions communication as both a purpose and a means of learning English. The improvement of students' communication and interpersonal skills is a priority in communicative language instruction. Through contact between students and between students and teachers, it is made sure that students are capable of speaking clearly and confidently in real-life circumstances. This study aims to design a web-based employee attendance information system using fingerprint recognition and Internet of Things (IoT) at PT Cahaya Panam Sejahtera Lestari Bungo to overcome manual attendance processes. The system was developed using the prototyping method with Native PHP, MySQL, and modeled using UML. The system is capable of managing attendance data in real time and in an integrated manner. The results indicate that the system improves attendance management effectiveness, minimizes recording errors, and simplifies monitoring and attendance data recapitulation with a testing score of 89.66% categorized as very good.

Terapi orientasi realita adalah pendekatan non-farmakologis yang bertujuan untuk membantu pasien meningkatkan kesadaran terhadap waktu, tempat, orang, dan situasi nyata, serta mengurangi gangguan proses pikir. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas terapi orientasi realita dalam mengatasi waham dan meningkatkan orientasi realita pada pasien dengan skizofrenia. Metode: Menggunakan metode studi kasus asuhan keperawatan dari tahap pengkajian hingga evaluasi. Kasus: Ny. S, wanita usia 43 tahun, dengan diagnosis medis skizofrenia dan gejala utama berupa waham. Pasien memenuhi kriteria inklusi yaitu berusia 18–60 tahun, memiliki diagnosis skizofrenia dengan gejala waham, bersedia mengikuti terapi, dan kooperatif. Instrumen pengkajian meliputi wawancara terstruktur, kuesioner, observasi langsung, media gambar, dan data rekam medis. Hasil: Terapi orientasi realita dilakukan selama 7 sesi dalam 7 hari. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan orientasi realita dan kepatuhan pasien terhadap pengobatan. Meskipun waham belum sepenuhnya hilang, terdapat peningkatan motivasi pasien untuk sembuh dan mencegah kekambuhan. Kesimpulan: Terapi orientasi realita terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan orientasi realita dan mengurangi intensitas gejala waham pada pasien skizofrenia. Saran: Perawat disarankan untuk menerapkan terapi orientasi realita secara terstruktur sebagai intervensi pada pasien skizofrenia dengan gangguan proses pikir waham. Kolaborasi antara pasien, keluarga, dan tim kesehatan sangat diperlukan untuk mendukung keberhasilan terapi dan mencegah kekambuhan.

The researcher includes the assessment of gaps, management capabilities, technologies, factors influencing performance and productivity, and ways of adapting to the changing external business landscape. To interpret the collected data, frequency and percentage, mean and standard deviation, Pearson-r correlation were used in quantitative data, and thematic analysis for the qualitative responses. The data gathered from the FM team supporting different clients and as senior leaders, signifies that there is no significant difference in operations and technology to support clients. However, minor improvements and recommendations by senior leaders can be considered and can contribute to effective and efficient operations.

Based on research results and discussion, the writers may conclude that the Management Effectiveness of Village Owned Enterprises of Cigalontang Village in Cigalontang Village Cigalontang Sub district Tasikmalaya District has not been effective yet.
