Abstrak: Desa Ciptakarya memiliki website resmi desa sebagai pusat informasi dan sarana publikasi semua potensi yang ada di Desa. Melanjutkan pengabdian yang berjalan pada pengembangan website, maka selanjutnya dibutuhkan data dalam melakukan pengembangan Sistem Basis Data pada web profile desa cipta karya. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memperdayakan perangkat desa melalui pengenalan dan pendampingan dalam mengenal pentingnya pengelolaan Basis Data dalam aplikasi Buku Tamu. Dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini metode yang diterapkan adalah 1) Sosialisasi kegiatan, 2)Pemaparan materi dengan mengenal manfaat basis data 3)Pelatihan dan pendampingan penggunaan aplikasi buku tamu, 4) Evaluasi. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah aplikasi buku tamu untuk desa cipta karya dalam mengelola data pengunjung yang berkunjung di kantor desa.

it is not possible to carry out gardening activities. Hydroponics and aquaponics are solutions to the problem of limited land. This activity aims to introduce, train and assist the public about hydroponic and aquaponic technology. This activity was carried out centrally at the Ceria Command RPTRA, RW 06 Galur Village in collaboration with Working Group 3 Galur Village from August – October 2023. The equipment used included 2 sets of hydroponic frames with a total of 196 holes and 1 set of aquaponic frames with 156 holes. The activity stages start with introducing tools and vegetable seeds, sowing together, monitoring, harvesting with residents, and evaluation. During the activity, vegetables were successfully harvested 3 times with yields of 12 kg per cycle, and 7 kg of catfish were successfully harvested. Some of the harvest is given to residents and stunted toddlers, and the other part is sold to be managed again by the RPTRA.

Abstrak: Pertanian perkotaan atau dikenal sebagai urban farming merupakan kegiatan berkebun dengan memanfaatkan pekarangan rumah dan tetap bisa dilakukan walaupun lahan sempit/terbatas. RW 06 Kelurahan Galur berada di daerah Jakarta Pusat yang tergolong padat penduduk, dimana tidak memungkinkan untuk melakukan kegiatan berkebun. Hidroponik dan akuaponik merupakan solusi untuk permasalah keterbatasan lahan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan, melatih dan mendampigi masyarakat tentang teknologi hidroponik dan akuaponik. Kegiatan ini dilakukan secara terpusat di RPTRA Komando Ceria, RW 06 Kelurahan Galur bekerja sama dengan Pokja 3 Kelurahan Galur dari bulan Agustus – Oktober 2023. Alat yang digunakan meliputi 2 set rangka hidroponik dengan total 196 lubang dan 1 set rangka akuaponik dengan 156 lubang. Tahapan kegiatan dimulai dari pengenalan alat dan bibit sayur, menyemai bersama, monitoring, panen bersama warga, dan evaluasi. Selama kegiatan berlangsung sayuran berhasil di panen sebanyak 3 kali dengan hasil panen menghasilkan 12 kg per siklus, dan ikan lele berhasil di panen sebanyak 7 kg. Sebagian hasil panen diberikan untuk warga dan balita stunting, dan sebagian lainnnya dijual untuk dikelola kembali oleh RPTRA.

tners and the farmers they support still lack experience in sorghum farming, especially in profit analysis. This is an obstacle in spreading sorghum as an agricultural potential, because extension workers have difficulty providing farmers with an understanding of the benefits of sorghum farming. Therefore, knowledge is needed in carrying out farming analysis, as well as organizing human resources in farmer groups so that they can produce maximum quality and quantity. Through this knowledge and ability, it is hoped that partners can further optimize the dissemination of sorghum farming to the farmers they support so that they can produce sustainably. The methods used in this service activity are training and mentoring. For training activities, farming business analysis and farmer group management were carried out for one day, where the implementing team facilitated training to partners, namely BPP East Suwawa. After the training activities, students in the implementing team provided regular assistance for two weeks to optimize the results obtained in the training. The results of the activity showed that the activity participants were very enthusiastic during the mentoring activity, and gave positive responses, so that activities like this could be routine, especially in assisting with sorghum farming analysis.

Maka Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan panduan tentang penggunaan dan eksploitasi fitur-fitur dari aplikasi evaluasi kinerja guru atas peringkat kinerja guru pada supervisi pembelajaran. Hal ini bertujuan agar kepala sekolah, guru, dan siswa di SMK PPM Shadr El-Islam dapat memahami sistem peringkat guru yang objektif, yang pada gilirannya akan memudahkan pengambilan keputusan yang efektif. Metode yang diterapkan dalam kegiatan ini adalah deskripsi dan praktik. Pemateri akan memberikan penjelasan tentang fitur-fitur Aplikasi Evaluasi Kinerja Guru dalam Supervisi Pembelajaran, dan selanjutnya melibatkan peserta dalam praktik langsung. Dengan cara ini, para guru dan siswa dapat lebih paham menggunakan aplikasi evaluasi kinerja guru, paham atas materi dan konsep yang disampaikan, sehingga tujuan pelatihan dapat tercapai dengan lebih baik.

he professional development of teachers, but in reality, the culture of writing scientific papers among teachers is still low. Meanwhile, the teacher can write scientific papers based on the implementation of the teacher's creativity and criticality in the daily activities that are observed and experienced in creating a better quality of education to achieve maximum learning results. This program aims to conduct training in the preparation of scientific papers in this matter scientific postings for teachers of SMA Kartikatama Metro. This program is carried out using a classical approach which is tried by giving lectures and delivering modules and individual approaches are tried when accompanying participants in writing scientific papers. Achievement of the target number of participants as well as the objectives of this training can be assessed as good. Within 2 weeks as many as 3 teachers have tried to write scientific posts. All the modules that have been planned can be informed to the participants, even though there are many time constraints there are some modules that are informed in an outline. The expertise of the participants can be seen from the ability to compose scientific papers that can be considered good.

Abstrak: Karya ilmiah dapat digunakan guru sebagai fasilitas mengomunikasikan informasi baru, gagasan, kajian, serta hasil riset kepada khalayak umum. Penyusunan karya ilmiah sangat berarti untuk pengembangan keprofesionalan guru, tetapi pada kenyataannya budaya menulis karya ilmiah di kalangan guru masih rendah. Sementara itu guru bisa menulis karya ilmiah bersumber pada implementasi kreatifitas serta kekritisan guru terhadap kegiatan tiap hari yang diamati serta dialaminya dalam menciptakan mutu pendidikan yang lebih baik sehingga menggapai hasil belajar yang maksimal. Tujuan program ini merupakan melakukan pelatihan penyusunan karya tulis ilmiah dalam perihal ini postingan ilmiah untuk guru SMA Kartikatama Metro. Program ini dilaksanakan memakai pendekatan klasikal yang dicoba dengan membagikan ceramah serta penyampaian modul serta pendekatan individual dicoba pada saat mendampingi peserta dalam menulis karya ilmiah. Ketercapaian sasaran jumlah partisipan serta tujuan pelatihan ini bisa dinilai baik. Dalam kurun waktu 2 pekan sebanyak 3 orang guru sudah berupaya menulis postingan ilmiah. Seluruh modul yang sudah direncanakan bisa di informasikan kepada paserta, walaupun terdapat banyak keterbatasan waktu terdapat sebagian modul yang di informasikan secara garis besar. Keahlian paserta dilihat dari kemampuan menyusun karya ilmiah yang dapat dinilai baik.

Participants in this activity were 20 teachers at SDN Sumur Welut III Surabaya with a series of mentoring activities for creating accounts and installing Mendeley, installing Plugins for Microsoft Office Word, installing Plugins for Web Browsers, using the Mendeley application, adding references from files , adding manual references, adding references from Web Browsers, changing reference details, adding citations to documents, adding references, adding citation styles, and changing citation styles. It can be concluded that this mentoring activity makes a good contribution to teacher professionalism in utilizing reference managers when writing scientific papers, this is evidenced by the teacher's ability to use reference managers of more than 95% in the minimal category quite well.

Abstrak: Pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilakukan untuk membantu guru agar dapat mensitasi karya ilmiah. Kegiatan ini didasarkan pada kebutuhan para guru di sekolah sasaran yang masih menggunakan sitasi karya ilmiah secara manual sehingga tidak memperhatikan konsistensi pengutipan. Pendampingan reference manager yang diajarkan melalui kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa aplikasi mendeley. Peserta pendampingan adalah para guru di SDN Sumur Welut III Surabaya sebanyak 20 orang dengan rangkaian kegiatan pembimbingan mendaftarkan akun, menginstalisasi Mendeley, menginstal plugin untuk Microsoft Word, menginstal plugin untuk Web Browser, mempraktikkan penggunaan perangkat lunak Mendeley, menginput referensi dari arsip file, menginput referensi manual, menginput referensi dari Web Browser, mengganti detail referensi, menginput kutipan pada dokumen, menginput daftar pustaka, menginput gaya pengutipan, dan mengganti gaya pengutipan. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan pendampingan, dapat memberikan kontribusi yang baik kepada profesionalitas guru dalam memanfaatkan reference manager saat menulis karya ilmiah. Hal ini terbukti dengan kemampuan guru dalam menggunakan reference manager lebih dari 95% dalam kategori minimal cukup baik.

In this dedication, we propose the use of mi-croservice architecture in e-learning platforms to optimize scalability and maintain platform viability. We design and implement a microservice-based e-learning platform consisting of independent microservices, such as user management, course management, content management, and grading systems. We implement standardized API mechanisms for interactions between these microservices. We also vertically increase CPU capacity on each microservice instance to address increased workloads. We also observed that the use of microservices architecture makes it easy to maintain, develop, and integrate new features into the platform. In this overall dedication, we show that the implementation of microservices on e-learning platforms is able to provide optimal scalability and maintain the continuity of the platform in the face of increasing user needs

Abstract: Peningkatan penggunaan teknologi dalam pendidikan telah mendorong perkembangan platform e-learning yang dapat memberikan pengalaman pembelajaran yang efektif dan terjangkau. Namun, skalabilitas dan kelangsungan platform e-learning sering menjadi tantangan dalam menghadapi peningkatan jumlah pengguna dan beban kerja. SMK Swasta As-Syifa Kisaran menggunakan platform E-learning berbasis monolitik yang menyebabkan semakin banyak aktivitas platform digunakan semakin berat. Beberapa tahapan dilakukan dimulai dengan identifikasi masalah, perencanaan dan desain program, pelaksanaan, evaluasi dan analisis, serta penyusunan dan publikasi laporan. Arsitektur monolitik sebelumnya yang diterapkan perlu diperbaharui dengan arsitektur microservice bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan skalabilitas dan menjaga kelangsungan platform E-Learning. Permasalahan pada penggunaan traffic yang tinggi dan berfokus pada satu server semakin lama semakin membebani server. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut maka layanan dipecah menjadi beberapa layanan webservice menggunakan arsitektur microservice yang terdiri dari layanan-microservice independen, seperti manajemen pengguna, kursus, konten, dan sistem penilaian. Peningkatan kapasitas CPU secara vertikal diperlukan sehingga microservice dapat mengatasi peningkatan beban kerja server. Sabila Handcraft is a handcraft UKM that sells handcrafted products. It is known that there are still many obstacles that occur in the production process, including rejected products that must be repaired such as wrong designs and wrong cuts, rejects when distributing goods to consumers caused by negligence in the delivery process (items stacked, products not working), as well as PO (Purchase Order) which is quite long takes almost 1 week from the order made. These rejects were caused by errors from operators who were not careful in designing and lack of quality management training for workers at UKM Sabila Handcraft. Through this training, it is hoped that it will have a positive impact, especially improving performance in the Sabila Handcraft UKM so that it can increase the output of the products produced and increase customer satisfaction.

Abstrak: Persaingan di dunia bisnis saat ini semakin ketat, sehingga menyebabkan semakin meningkatnya persaingan para pelaku usaha di era pasar yang sangat terbuka saat ini. Baik itu perusahaan yang menghasilkan hasil akhir produk ataupun jasa. Pandemi membuat banyak orang untuk meningkatkan kreativitas agar usaha yang dibuat tetap bisa bertahan dan menjadi penyokong ekonomi. Kegiatan dan usaha yang dilakukan harus bisa memiliki nilai jual yang tinggi dan memiliki kreativitas untuk menarik perhatian konsumen. Sabila Handcraft adalah salah satu UKM handcraft yang menjual produk-produk kreasi pekerjaan tangan. Diketahui masih banyak kendala yang terjadi pada proses produksinya, diantara produk reject yang harus diperbaiki seperti salah desain dan salah potong, reject pada saat pendistribusian barang ke konsumen yang disebabkan karena kelalaian dalam proses pengiriman (barang ditumpuk, produk tidak berfungsi), serta PO (Purchase Order) yang cukup lama membutuhkan waktu hampir 1 minggu dari pemesanan yang dilakukan. Berbagai reject ini disebabkan karena kesalahan dari operator yang kurang teliti dalam mendesain serta kurang adanya pelatihan tentang manajemen kualitas kepada para pekerja di UKM Sabila Handcraft. Untuk itu perlu pelatihan mengenai manajemen kualitas pada UKM Sabila Handcraft untuk mengelola dan memastikan kualitas produk, layanan, atau proses bisnis secara efektif. Melalui pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak positif khususnya memperbaiki kinerja di UKM Sabila Handcraft sehingga dapat meningkatkan output dari produk yang dihasilkan serta meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan.
