forcement in maritime areas presents its own challenges due to the need to monitor vast territories, limited facilities and infrastructure, as well as the complex modus operandi employed by illegal immigration offenders. In this context, the Water Police (Pol-Air) serves as the main actor in maintaining maritime security and order, particularly in efforts to prevent the entry of illegal immigrants. This study aims to analyze the strategies and actions undertaken by Pol-Air in performing this function, as well as to evaluate the obstacles faced. The research method used is normative legal research with a qualitative approach, through analysis of existing laws and regulations as well as empirical practices in the field. The results of the study indicate that Pol-Air conducts various preventive measures, such as routine sea patrols in vulnerable areas, the use of maritime surveillance technology, improvement of personnel competencies, and public dissemination of immigration law among coastal communities as a form of participatory prevention. In addition, Pol-Air also engages in cross-sectoral coordination with relevant agencies to strengthen institutional synergy. Nevertheless, the implementation of Pol-Air's duties still faces structural and operational challenges, such as budget limitations, lack of integrated information systems, and weak law enforcement against human smuggling networks. Therefore, a reformulation of policies is needed to support institutional strengthening and sustainable inter-agency collaboration.

Although it has been widely adopted in various universities, the efficiency of this program in enhancing students’ job readiness remains a key question. The aim of this research is to evaluate the implementation of the MBKM program and its impact on students’ job preparation, including both soft skills and hard skills. The background of the issue reveals a gap between higher education graduates’ competencies and the needs of the workforce, which has driven the government to initiate the MBKM policy as a solution to better prepare students for the dynamics of the labor market. The research problem focuses on the effectiveness of MBKM program implementation across various universities and how it affects students’ job readiness. Through a comprehensive literature review method, this study analyzes various scientific publications, policy reports, and evaluation studies related to MBKM from 2020 to 2024. The findings indicate that the implementation of MBKM still varies across higher education institutions with several challenges, such as infrastructure readiness, administrative systems, and stakeholder understanding. However, a positive correlation was found between student participation in the MBKM program, particularly in industry internships and collaborative projects, and improvements in adaptability, problem-solving skills, and technical competencies needed in the workforce. The novelty of this research lies in the comprehensive mapping of critical factors in the implementation of MBKM as well as the development of a sustainable evaluation framework that universities can use to enhance the effectiveness of the MBKM program in preparing graduates who are job-ready and globally competitive.

This situation was observed at SDN 15 Padang Genting, where English language instruction remains dominated by conventional methods with minimal utilization of adaptive digital media. Therefore, this community service program aims to enhance teachers' competencies and skills in utilizing AI technology as a medium for English language learning. The implementation adopted a Capacity Building approach comprising three structured stages: initial evaluation (pre-test), hands-on practice training, and final evaluation (post-test). The training focused on introducing text and visual generative AI, along with basic prompt engineering techniques. The results demonstrated a highly significant increase in teachers' capacity; comprehension of basic AI concepts surged from 15% to 85%, and the perceived ease of using the technology rose from 20% to 85%. Furthermore, the program successfully facilitated participants in independently producing educational media, such as interactive vocabulary flashcards and bilingual short stories. The hands-on training approach proved effective in overcoming the anxiety of non-technical teachers while accelerating their creativity in designing English learning materials that are relevant and engaging for digital-generation students.

Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi Artificial Intelligence (AI) menawarkan potensi besar dalam penyediaan media pendidikan yang interaktif, namun implementasinya di tingkat pendidikan dasar seringkali terhambat oleh keterbatasan literasi digital pendidik. Kondisi ini ditemukan di SDN 15 Padang Genting, di mana pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris masih didominasi oleh metode konvensional dan minimnya pemanfaatan media digital adaptif. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi dan keterampilan guru dalam memanfaatkan teknologi AI sebagai media pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini mengadopsi pendekatan Capacity Building yang mencakup tiga tahapan terstruktur: evaluasi awal (pre-test), pelatihan berbasis praktik langsung (hands-on practice), dan evaluasi akhir (post-test). Pelatihan difokuskan pada pengenalan AI generatif teks dan visual serta teknik rekayasa prompt dasar. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan kapasitas guru yang sangat signifikan; pemahaman konsep dasar AI melonjak dari 15% menjadi 85%, dan persepsi terhadap kemudahan penggunaan teknologi meningkat dari 20% menjadi 85%. Lebih lanjut, kegiatan ini berhasil memfasilitasi peserta untuk memproduksi luaran media pembelajaran secara mandiri, seperti flashcard vocabulary interaktif dan naskah cerita dwibahasa. Pendekatan pelatihan berbasis praktik terbukti efektif meruntuhkan kecemasan guru non-teknis, sekaligus mengakselerasi kreativitas mereka dalam merancang materi Bahasa Inggris yang relevan dan menarik bagi siswa generasi digital.

The main problem faced is the limited knowledge of students regarding optical access network architecture, OLT-ONU communication mechanisms, and service and bandwidth management. The methods used include observation, interviews, direct practice, and question and answer sessions. The practical activities focused on introducing OLT device architecture, basic GPON concepts, logical port configuration, service VLAN management, and network performance monitoring. The results of the activity showed an increase in students' technical understanding of fiber optic network operation and management. This activity supports the improvement of student competencies according to the needs of the telecommunications industry.

Abstrak: Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengenalkan teknologi Optical Line Terminal (OLT) sebagai perangkat utama dalam jaringan akses Fiber to the Home (FTTH) berbasis GPON kepada siswa SMK Negeri 1 BP Mandoge guna meningkatkan pemahaman teknis mereka terkait manajemen jaringan serat optik. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi adalah keterbatasan pengetahuan siswa mengenai arsitektur jaringan akses optik, mekanisme komunikasi OLT–ONU, serta pengelolaan layanan dan bandwidth. Metode yang digunakan meliputi observasi, wawancara, praktik langsung, dan sesi tanya jawab. Kegiatan praktik difokuskan pada pengenalan arsitektur perangkat OLT, konsep dasar GPON, konfigurasi logis port, pengelolaan VLAN layanan, serta monitoring kinerja jaringan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman teknis siswa terhadap pengoperasian dan manajemen jaringan serat optik. Kegiatan ini mendukung peningkatan kompetensi siswa sesuai kebutuhan industri telekomunikasi.

g positive attitudes toward hygiene and sanitation should be developed during the learning process to build appropriate food safety practices. This community service program aimed to strengthen students’ knowledge and attitudes regarding hygiene and sanitation through Good Processed Food Production Methods (CPPOB) education using a CPPOB Snakes and Ladders interactive learning media. The activity involved 52 culinary students of SMKN 4 Madiun, consisting of 10 males and 42 females. The program was conducted in three stages: interactive material delivery, discussion and Q&A sessions, and an educational game session. Evaluation was carried out using pre-test and post-test to measure changes in knowledge and attitudes. The results showed an increase in the average knowledge score from 93 to 99 and attitude score from 88 to 93 after the intervention. These findings indicate that interactive educational media effectively enhance students’ conceptual understanding and foster positive attitudes toward hygiene and sanitation practices. This program can serve as an innovative learning model to improve vocational students’ competencies in culinary education.

Abstrak: Keamanan pangan merupakan aspek penting dalam menjamin mutu dan kesehatan produk makanan, khususnya bagi siswa kejuruan yang akan menjadi tenaga kerja di bidang kuliner. Pemahaman dan sikap positif terhadap higiene dan sanitasi perlu ditanamkan sejak masa pendidikan agar terbentuk perilaku kerja yang sesuai dengan prinsip keamanan pangan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan membentuk sikap positif siswa jurusan kuliner SMKN 4 Madiun melalui edukasi Cara Produksi Pangan Olahan yang Baik (CPPOB) berbasis media permainan ular tangga. Kegiatan diikuti oleh 52 siswa, terdiri atas 10 laki-laki dan 42 perempuan. Pelaksanaan dilakukan melalui tiga tahap, yaitu penyampaian materi interaktif, sesi diskusi dan tanya jawab, serta permainan edukatif. Evaluasi menggunakan pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur perubahan pengetahuan dan sikap siswa. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan rata-rata skor pengetahuan dari 93 menjadi 99, serta sikap dari 88 menjadi 93 setelah edukasi. Peningkatan ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media edukatif interaktif efektif dalam memperkuat pemahaman konsep sekaligus membentuk sikap positif siswa terhadap penerapan higiene dan sanitasi pangan. Kegiatan ini dapat menjadi model pembelajaran inovatif bagi sekolah kejuruan dalam meningkatkan kompetensi siswa di bidang kuliner.

This Community Service activity aims to enhance civil servants' understanding of the strategic position of Mental Revolution in bureaucratic reform through the lens of Public Value Governance. The method used is participatory advocacy through material presentation and Focused Group Discussion (FGD) involving the Government Division, Inspectorate, and Organization and Management Division of the Jayapura City Regional Secretariat. The results showed an increase in collective understanding among civil servants regarding the importance of behavioral transformation for substantive public services. The concrete output of this activity is the presentation of strategic recommendations containing proposals for the 2025-2030 Mental Revolution roadmap and the reorientation of training curricula based on local competencies. In conclusion, strengthening integrity, work ethic, and mutual cooperation through this approach serves as a strategic foundation to reinforce governance and increase public value in Jayapura City.

Abstrak: Indeks Reformasi Birokrasi (IRB) Kota Jayapura tahun 2024 yang berada pada kategori "CC" mencerminkan belum optimalnya manajemen ASN dan kualitas pelayanan publik, yang berakar pada lemahnya budaya kerja dan kapasitas organisasi. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman ASN mengenai posisi strategis Revolusi Mental dalam reformasi birokrasi melalui lensa Public Value Governance. Metode yang digunakan adalah advokasi partisipatif melalui paparan materi dan diskusi terfokus (Focused Group Discussion) yang melibatkan Bagian Pemerintahan, Inspektorat, dan Bagian Organisasi dan Tata Laksana Sekretariat Daerah Kota Jayapura. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman kolektif ASN mengenai pentingnya transformasi perilaku untuk pelayanan publik substantif. Output nyata kegiatan ini berupa paparan rekomendasi strategis terkait roadmap Revolusi Mental ASN 2025-2030 dan reorientasi kurikulum diklat berbasis kompetensi lokal. Kesimpulannya, penguatan integritas, etos kerja, dan gotong royong melalui pendekatan ini menjadi fondasi strategis untuk memperkuat tata kelola dan meningkatkan nilai publik di Kota Jayapura.

etection, midwifery care, and preventive strategies remains a major challenge. This community service program aimed to improve midwives’ knowledge and skills through a workshop consisting of seminars and case-based learning (CBL). The activity was conducted on August 25, 2025, at the East Lombok District Health Office Hall, involving 35 midwives from 35 primary health centers (34 respondents were analyzed as one participant did not complete the pre- and post-tests). The workshop covered preeclampsia screening, midwifery care, MgSO₄ administration, and the use of local natural resources as preventive strategies. Evaluation using pre- and post-tests showed a significant increase in the mean score from 78.23 to 94.85, with an average improvement of 16.62 points. Notably, 44.1% of participants achieved a perfect score of 100. These findings confirm that interactive and practical workshop approaches effectively enhance midwives’ competencies. Therefore, this program contributes to strengthening primary health care services and supporting maternal mortality reduction efforts in East Lombok.

Abstrak: Preeklampsia merupakan salah satu penyebab utama tingginya angka kematian ibu di Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Data tahun 2023 menunjukkan terdapat 2.689 kasus preeklampsia dari 108.035 ibu hamil. Keterbatasan kompetensi bidan dalam deteksi dini, asuhan kebidanan, dan pemanfaatan strategi preventif menjadi tantangan utama. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan bidan melalui workshop yang terdiri dari seminar dan praktik berbasis kasus (Case Based Learning/CBL). Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada 25 Agustus 2025 di Aula Dinas Kesehatan Lombok Timur, dengan peserta 35 bidan dari 35 Puskesmas. Materi workshop mencakup skrining preeklampsia, asuhan kebidanan, pemberian MgSO₄, serta pemanfaatan bahan alam lokal sebagai strategi preventif. Evaluasi menggunakan pre-test dan post-test menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan skor rata-rata dari 78,23 menjadi 94,85, dengan rata-rata peningkatan sebesar 16,62 poin. Sebanyak 44,1% peserta mencapai skor sempurna 100. Hasil ini membuktikan bahwa workshop interaktif dan aplikatif efektif meningkatkan kompetensi bidan. Dengan demikian, program ini berkontribusi pada penguatan layanan primer dan upaya penurunan angka kematian ibu di Lombok Timur.

nd of the activity is the limited understanding and skills of teachers in utilizing AI applications (e.g., ImageFX, Canva AI, and ChatGPT) to create interesting, interactive, and student-specific learning media. The implementation method includes three stages: preparation (interviews & needs observations), implementation (face-to-face workshops, demonstrations, and supervised independent practice), and evaluation (pre-post surveys and work assessments). This can be seen from the results of the pre-test and post-test conducted at the beginning and end of the training, from 31% pre-test to 88% post-test showing a significant difference. The results of this training showed a 57% increase in teachers' practical understanding, the development of AI-based teaching media in core subjects, and plans for sustainable adoption in the classroom. This activity contributes to improving educators' ICT competencies and encouraging the integration of modern technology in elementary schools.

Abstrak: Pengabdian ini mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan pelatihan media pembelajaran berbasis kecerdasan buatan (AI) bagi guru sekolah dasar di UPTD SDN 010106 Sei Silau Barat, Setia Janji. Latar belakang kegiatan adalah masih terbatasnya pemahaman dan keterampilan guru dalam memanfaatkan aplikasi AI (misalnya ImageFX, Canva AI, dan ChatGPT) untuk membuat media ajar yang menarik, interaktif, dan sesuai karakteristik siswa. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi tiga tahap: persiapan (wawancara & observasi kebutuhan), pelaksanaan (workshop tatap muka, demo, dan praktik mandiri tersupervisi), serta evaluasi (pre–post survey dan penilaian karya). Hal ini dapat diliat dari hasil pre-test dan post-test yang dilakukan di awal dan di akhir pelatihan, dari 31% pre-test ke angka 88% post-test menunjukan perbedaan yang signifikan. Hasil pelatihan ini menunjukkan peningkatan sebesar 57% pada pemahaman praktis guru, penyusunan media ajar berbasis AI pada mata pelajaran inti, serta rencana adopsi berkelanjutan di kelas. Kegiatan ini berkontribusi pada peningkatan kompetensi TIK pendidik dan mendorong integrasi teknologi modern di sekolah dasar.

Abstrak: Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi siswa dalam memahami konsep dasar jaringan komputer serta menguasai keterampilan instalasi dan konfigurasi jaringan. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi siswa adalah keterbatasan sumber belajar, kurangnya pelatihan berbasis praktik, dan minimnya akses terhadap perangkat jaringan yang memadai, yang mengakibatkan rendahnya kesiapan mereka dalam memasuki dunia industri. Kegiatan ini menawarkan solusi melalui pendekatan pembelajaran berbasis teori, praktik langsung, dan studi kasus yang relevan dengan kebutuhan industri. Kegiatan ini mencakup persiapan materi, pelaksanaan pelatihan dalam empat sesi utama, serta evaluasi akhir melalui ujian teori dan praktik. Luaran yang diharapkan dari program ini meliputi peningkatan kompetensi siswa, pembuatan modul pelatihan, sertifikat serta dokumentasi kegiatan sebagai bahan evaluasi dan publikasi.
