In carrying out these activities, they still use devices manually to provide information in their activities. The aim of carrying out this service activity is to find out the use of blogs in the business and economic category, to find something unique about blogs that can be published to various parties regarding the use of business and economic blogs so that they can be used effectively and more usefully. The activity implementation method used was in the form of training, interactive discussions with the entire PKK team in East Sei Silau Village, Asahan Regency. This activity uses theoretical and practical knowledge in the room. As a result of the final assessment of the activity, the participants were able to understand the material presented based on the results of the assessment scores obtained from the posttest test results. The activity material given to participants can be used and utilized in creating a blog. The material presented to participants reached 90% of all the concepts involved in creating blogs. The delivery of the material consists of several sessions, namely: explanation, practice, and discussion.

f students’ ability to apply vocabularies (mufradat) in form of sentences (jumlah) based on the direct survey to students at the first preliminary research. Therefore, this training was focused to improve the speaking skill (maharah) of the students through Snowball Throwing model by utilizing the origami papers. The method of conducting the training was mix methods (intiqodiiyya) namely combination of speech delivery method or lecturing (ilqoiyyah) and direct method (mubasyarah). The program was carried out within one day and was followed by 27 female students. Some steps were done at implementing this program comprising opening, core agenda, evaluaton, giving reward and closing. The results showed that students’ ability increase very well where they could express simple sentence (jumlah) with related given materials and were actively practicing Arabic orally in front of the classroom by turn.

Abstrak: Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara (Maharah Kalam) siswa Madrasah Tsanawiyah Hifzil Qur’an Islamic Centre Medan. Alasan dipilihnya Madrasah ini adalah karena kurangnya kemampuan siswa dalam menerapkan kosa kata (Mufrodat) dalam bentuk kalimat (Jumlah), hal tersebut diperoleh dari hasil survey berbicara langsung dengan siswa pada kunjungan awal, oleh sebab itu pelatihan ini difokuskan untuk peningkatan kemampuan maharah kalam siswa melalui melalui Model Snowball Throwing dengan pemamnfaatan media kertas origami. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah metode Campuran (Intiqoiyyah) yaitu gabungan antara metode Ceramah (Ilqoiyyah) dan metode Langsung (Mubasyarah). Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan satu hari dan diikuti oleh 27 siswi. Beberapa tahapan yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan ini yaitu, pembukaan, kegiatan inti, evaluasi, pemberian reward dan penutup . Adapun hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini yaitu adanya peningkatan kemampuan siswa, hal ini dibuktikan dengan kemampuan mereka dalam mengungkapkan kalimat (Jumlah) sederhana terkait materi yang disampaikan serta keaktifan mereka dalam praktek berbicara bahasa arab di depan kelas secara bergantian.

Sabila Handcraft is a handcraft UKM that sells handcrafted products. It is known that there are still many obstacles that occur in the production process, including rejected products that must be repaired such as wrong designs and wrong cuts, rejects when distributing goods to consumers caused by negligence in the delivery process (items stacked, products not working), as well as PO (Purchase Order) which is quite long takes almost 1 week from the order made. These rejects were caused by errors from operators who were not careful in designing and lack of quality management training for workers at UKM Sabila Handcraft. Through this training, it is hoped that it will have a positive impact, especially improving performance in the Sabila Handcraft UKM so that it can increase the output of the products produced and increase customer satisfaction.

Abstrak: Persaingan di dunia bisnis saat ini semakin ketat, sehingga menyebabkan semakin meningkatnya persaingan para pelaku usaha di era pasar yang sangat terbuka saat ini. Baik itu perusahaan yang menghasilkan hasil akhir produk ataupun jasa. Pandemi membuat banyak orang untuk meningkatkan kreativitas agar usaha yang dibuat tetap bisa bertahan dan menjadi penyokong ekonomi. Kegiatan dan usaha yang dilakukan harus bisa memiliki nilai jual yang tinggi dan memiliki kreativitas untuk menarik perhatian konsumen. Sabila Handcraft adalah salah satu UKM handcraft yang menjual produk-produk kreasi pekerjaan tangan. Diketahui masih banyak kendala yang terjadi pada proses produksinya, diantara produk reject yang harus diperbaiki seperti salah desain dan salah potong, reject pada saat pendistribusian barang ke konsumen yang disebabkan karena kelalaian dalam proses pengiriman (barang ditumpuk, produk tidak berfungsi), serta PO (Purchase Order) yang cukup lama membutuhkan waktu hampir 1 minggu dari pemesanan yang dilakukan. Berbagai reject ini disebabkan karena kesalahan dari operator yang kurang teliti dalam mendesain serta kurang adanya pelatihan tentang manajemen kualitas kepada para pekerja di UKM Sabila Handcraft. Untuk itu perlu pelatihan mengenai manajemen kualitas pada UKM Sabila Handcraft untuk mengelola dan memastikan kualitas produk, layanan, atau proses bisnis secara efektif. Melalui pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak positif khususnya memperbaiki kinerja di UKM Sabila Handcraft sehingga dapat meningkatkan output dari produk yang dihasilkan serta meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan.

Abstrak: Dengan hadirnya Revolusi Industri 4.0, teknologi digital dan internet menjadi tulang punggung teknologi, salah satunya media sosial. Berbagai jenis media sosial populer, seperti Twitter, Facebook, dan instagram, memiliki fungsi dan tujuan yang berbeda. Marketplace adalah platform media sosial yang memiliki banyak keuntungan jika digunakan dengan benar. Pedagang dapat menjual barangnya secara online di marketplace dengan memberikan foto dan deskripsi yang jelas. Selain itu metode pembayaran yang dilakukan di marketplace rata-rata setelah barang sampai mereka membayar atau banyak yang menyebutnya COD (cash on delivery). Namun, semuanya berubah akibat pandemi Covid-19. Pembatasan protokol kesehatan yang dilakukan pemerintah berdampak pada penurunan pendapatan. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan pembinaan pada Sekolah Hang Nadim Batam. Metode yang dilakukan dengan melakukan survey selanjutnya pelatihan dan terakhir evaluasi. Hasil dari pengbadian ini didapat bahwa siswa-siswa 80% bisa mengerti dengan teknologi digital marketing.

al Capacity Development (PPKWB) provided assistance and guidance to all tenants through a training program that was purposed so that tenants are ready to face change and prepared to make better changes for themselves and their environment. The methods used in this training were preparation, implementation, and evaluation. Preparations were made so that the implementation of the activity runs smoothly. The activities are carried out online with the Zoom application. The evaluation of participants was conducted by distributing questionnaires. The results were used to evaluate the implementation of the program by the team. In general, the tenants of the Faculty of Bioindustry had benefited from the training provided by PPKWB. Tenants are very satisfied with the topics given, the delivery method, and the general implementing activities process. The technical obstacles faced during the program were the timeliness of implementation, unstable network, and insufficient technical equipment for participants.

Hal ini dimaksudkan agar mereka siap menghadapi perubahan dan bersiap melakukan perubahan untuk diri sendiri dan lingkungan sekitar untuk menjadi lebih baik. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Persiapan dilakukan agar pelaksanaan kegiatan berjalan dengan lancar. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan secara online melalui aplikasi zoom. Evaluasi terhadap peserta dilakukan dengan membagikan kuesioner dan hasilnya dijadikan dasar untuk evaluasi pelaksanaan kegiatan oleh tim. Secara umum, para tenan Fakultas Bioindustri merasakan manfaat dari pelatihan yang diberikan oleh PPKWB. Abstrak: Adanya pandemi Covid-19 menjadikan proses pembelajaran pada anak usia dini tidak efektif, termasuk dalam penyampaian materi wawasan kebangsaan. Penggunaan platform online ternyata tidak bisa dilakukan pada proses pembelajaran di kecamatan Purwantoro kabupaten Wonogiri karena banyak orang tua yang belum paham tentang pengoperasionalan pembelajaran online, orang tua yang bekerja secara fulltime, serta kondisi geografis yang tidak mendukung sehingga sulitnya sinyal. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan secara kolaborasi oleh Universitas Muhammadiyah Ponorogo dan Institut Kebangsaan Studies Muhammadiyah Pacitan bekerjasama dengan HIMPAUD kecamatan Purwantoro kabupaten Wonogiri. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk membantu guru dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa tentang wawasan kebangsaan melalui metode insersi dalam materi pembelajaran. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui dalam jaringan (online) dengan tahap pelaksanaan adalah pra kegiatan, pelaksanaan kegiatan, evaluasi kegiatan, dan tindak lanjut kegiatan. Dari hasil yang telah dilaksanakan diperoleh hasil bahwa 94% peserta telah paham tentang penggunaan metode insersi dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran sehingga siswa dapat memahami tentang wawasan kebangsaan dalam setiap materi yang disampaikan oleh guru.

This is because MSMEs have a similar business, namely a culinary business. This unsuitable selling price determination will result in suboptimal profit achievement because each business has a different total cost. For this reason, this service carries out four training sessions to guide MSME players in deermining the appropriate selling price. The four sessions covered the delivery of concepts and materials, discussions, training in calculating CoGS, and evaluation. This community service is expected to increase understanding and skills in calculating CoGS so that optimal profit can be achieved.

Abstrak: pelatihan akuntansi biaya dan penghitungan Harga Pokok Penjualan (HPP) pada pelaku UMKM di Desa Wisata Ponggok dilaksanakan untuk memberikan pemahaman dan pelatihan penghitungan HPP. Berdasarkan survei awal yang dilakukan tim pengabdian, didapatkan informasi bahwa para pelaku UMKM di Desa Ponggok tidak melakukan penghitungan HPP karena mendasarkan harga jualnya sesuai harga pasar. Hal ini dikarenakan para pelaku UMKM memiliki usaha yang sejenis, yaitu usaha kuliner. Penentuan harga jual yang tidak sesuai ini akan menyebabkan pencapaian laba yang tidak optimal karena setiap usaha memiliki berbagai total biaya yang berbeda. Untuk itu, pengabdian ini melaksanakan empat sesi pelatihan untuk memandu para pelaku UMKM menentukan harga jual yang sesuai. Keempat sesi tersebut meliputi penyampaian konsep dan materi, diskusi, pelatihan penghitungan HPP, dan evaluasi. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini diharapkan dapat menambah pemahaman dan ketrampilan menghitung HPP sehingga laba yang optimal dapat tercapai.
