ze damage to museum collections. This research aims to discuss damage to museum collections and preventive conservation management that has been taking place at the Surakarta Kasunanan Palace Museum. Method used in this research is descriptive with kualitatif aproach method with interviews, observation and literature studies to collect data and use simple analysis. The results found that many collections in the Surakarta Kasunanan Palace Museum were unkempt and dusty. The preventive conservation carried out so far has only been less than optimal in terms of cleaning. The lack of available resources is also a factor in preventing preventive conservation efforts from running well.

The study adopted a library research method focusing on integrative and comprehensive literature analysis to explore the interrelationship between psychodermatology and skincare. The results revealed that psychodermatology is crucial in detailing and addressing the dynamics of skin health and emotions. Involving the psychological dimension in skincare is a response to skin problems and a preventive measure that can positively impact an individual's skin and mental health. The findings highlight the influence of stress and emotions on skin health as a critical focus, as stress and emotional tension can trigger inflammatory responses that significantly affect skin conditions. Meanwhile, psychological interventions in skincare are emerging as innovative solutions that offer therapeutic approaches to help individuals manage stress, anxiety and self-image issues that may arise from skin conditions. Furthermore, the role of psychosocial factors in skin care confirms the importance of integrating self-image, appearance perception, and emotional support in designing treatment programs that focus on sustainability and overall well-being. Future studies should focus on identifying stressors that affect skin health and developing effective psychodermatology therapies for holistic skin care.

a marriage need to be studied further. The importance of knowing the most important elements in marriage will minimize conflict and even divorce. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques based on literature studies. The study of marriage and all components of marriage is the object of this research. The main research data comes from the book "A Triangular Theory of Love" by Robert J. Sternberg and "The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work" by John Gottman. Apart from that, supporting data such as books and articles related to marriage and studies of love in married life are also used as supporting references. The research results show the dynamics of changes in the type of love during marriage. There are three components to love including: (1) the intimacy component; (2) passion component; and (3) commitment component. These three components can form different types of love. The love component can increase and decrease and even disappear. However, the component of love that is a factor in a marriage lasting a long time is the component of commitment. This is because even if the passion and intimacy of a husband and wife change, if the marriage commitment is maintained firmly, the marriage will still be able to survive. The commitment component in love is the most important element in marriage which is the reason for the formation and survival of a marriage.

The sample was selected using purposive sampling based on specific criteria, with 27 companies selected as samples, making a total of 135 companies studied from the period 2017-2021. The research technique used was multiple linear regression analysis.Partially, the findings of this research state that: 1) Activity has a positive and significant effect on profitability, indicated by a significant value of 0.052 ≤ 0.05 and a t-value of 1.963 > 1.65648. 2) Liquidity has a positive and significant effect on profitability, with a significant value of 0.044 ≤ 0.05 and a t-value of 2.038 > 1.65648. 3) Solvency has a positive and significant effect on profitability, with a significant value of 0.000 ≤ 0.05 and a t-value of 18.944 > 1.65648. 4) Simultaneously, activity, liquidity, and solvency have a positive and significant effect on profitability, as indicated by a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 and an F-value of 147.949 > 3.07. The determination test shows that 76.7% of the variations in activity, liquidity, and solvency affect profitability, while 23.3% (100% - 76.7%) is influenced by other factors beyond the independent variables studied in food and beverage companies listed on the IDX from 2017 to 2021.

In assessing the job prospects of a company in the past and future and assessing the achievements of a company, financial ratio analysis is used which includes liquidity ratios (current ratio), solvency ratios (debt to asset ratio), activity ratios (total asset turnover), profitability ratio (return on equity) and market ratio (earnings per share). This research is descriptive research which is studied quantitatively. The population of the research is all financial reports of PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk is listed on the IDX in 2018-2022 period. The sample for this research is the financial position report and comprehensive income statement in 2018-2022 period. Data collection was carried out using documentation techniques. The results of this research found that the overall financial performance of PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk in 2018-2022 period based on analysis of liquidity ratios and solvency ratios is in fairly good condition. Meanwhile, profitability ratios and market ratios are in good condition. However, regarding the activity ratio, the condition of PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk is still not efficient so it can be said to be not good. This is due to an increase in sales and total assets during the 2018-2022 period. Based on the results of calculations and analysis of financial ratios, it can be concluded that the financial performance of PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk in 2018-2022 period experiences growth in various aspects and profitability can increase, making the company profitable.

The research method uses descriptive qualitative in describing and explaining specifically with literature studies in data collection. The purpose of this research is to find out specifically about the types and qualifications of sharia sales that do not contain gharar and usury. In Islamic economics, payments in sales contracts can be deferred or paid in installments without involving interest or riba. This allows the buyer to pay according to an agreed schedule. Sales contracts in the Islamic economy differ from interest-bearing loan contracts, where there is an exchange of goods or services at a predetermined price. Islamic banks use sales contracts as a legitimate alternative to interest-bearing loan contracts, allowing them to provide financing that is fair and compliant with sharia principles. In the Islamic economy, there are also contracts for the sale of future commodities (salam), the sale of manufacturing (istisna'), and currency exchange (sarf). Islamic banks have an important role to play in facilitating these sales contracts, as intermediaries who ensure the contracts adhere to Shariah principles and meet applicable legal requirements. With a good understanding of the different types of these sales contracts, economic actors can choose the ones that suit their needs while complying with sharia principles.

Siti Aisyah Kabupaten Mandailing Natal, hambatan penerapan pola komunikasi kelompok pengasuh dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan diri anak di Panti Asuhan Siti Aisyah Kabupaten Mandailing Natal. Adapun jenis metode penelitian skripsi ini dengan menggunakan kualitatif melalui pendekatan deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan sebuah informasi secara detail sesuai dengan kenyataan yang terjadi di lokasi penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data di peroleh melalui observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan data model Miles dan Hermawan yang meliputi pengumpulan data (data collection), reduksi data (data reduction), penyajian data (data display) dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi (conclusion drawing/verification). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) Kepercayaan diri anak di Panti Asuhan Siti Aisyah Kabupaten Mandailing Natal lebih dominan negatif. (2) Pola komunikasi kelompok pengasuh dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan diri anak di Panti Asuhan Siti Aisyah Kabupaten Mandailing Natal yaitu pola komunikasi model lingkaran, model roda, model y, model rantai dan model bintang. Dari beberapa pola komunikasi kelompok tersebut, yang paling efektif digunakan dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan diri anak yaitu dengan menggunakan pola komunikasi kelompok model roda dan model bintang. (3) Hambatan dalam penerapan pola komunikasi kelompok pengasuh dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan diri anak di Panti Asuhan Siti Aisyah Kabupaten Mandailing Natal yaitu perbedaan persepsi, konflik antar pribadi dan kurangnya ketertampilan dalam berkomunikasi.
