ed as PPNP, brings in students from various regions in Indonesia. Regarding the campus promotion strategy process, the PPNP promotion section has not been based or referred to the results of processing existing student data. So that the budget used by the campus promotion team has not been right on target with the results of students who can be brought to campus. In addition, the existing student database has not been processed or explored further, so that it has not produced knowledge that is very useful as material to support the decisions of the academic and student affairs department and the campus promotion team. The method used in this research is CRISP-DM which stands for Cross- Industry Standard Process for Data Mining. Based on the characteristics of each cluster, the PPNP Promotion Team in conducting the next socialization is advised to prioritize provinces such as West Sumatra and North Sumatra. Currently, managerial circles in this context, university leaders are expected to be able to make data-based decisions. Data-based decision making can foster a culture of sustainable innovation, produce customer-centric offerings and drive long-term business growth.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini mencoba untuk mendeskripsikan analisis cluster mahasiswa, sebagai upaya optimalisasi dalam melakukan promosi kampus ke berbagai sekolah dan daerah. Diketahui bahwa setiap tahunnya, Politeknik Pertanian Negeri Payakumbuh disingkat PPNP mendatangkan mahasiswa dari berbagai daerah di Indonesia. Terkait dengan proses strategi promosi kampus, bagian promosi PPNP belum didasarkan pada hasil pengolahan data mahasiswa yang ada. Sehingga anggaran yang digunakan tim promosi belum tepat sasaran dengan hasil mahasiswa yang dapat didatangkan ke kampus. Selain itu database mahasiswa yang ada selama ini belum diolah atau digali secara jauh, sehingga belum menghasilkan pengetahuan yang bermanfaat sebagai bahan untuk mendukung keputusan bagian akademik dan kemahasiswaan serta tim promosi kampus. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu CRISP-DM merupakan singkatan dari Cross-Industry Standart Process for Data Mining. Berdasarkan karakteristik setiap cluster, maka untuk Tim Promosi PPNP dalam melakukan sosialisasi berikutnya disarankan memprioritaskan pada provinsi seperti Sumatera Barat dan Sumatera Utara. Saat ini kalangan manajerial yaitu pimpinan perguruan tinggi diharapkan dapat melakukan pengambilan keputusan berbasis pada data. Pengambilan keputusan berbasis data dapat menumbuhkan budaya inovasi yang berkelanjutan, menghasilkan penawaran yang berpusat pada pelanggan dan mendorong pertumbuhan bisnis jangka panjang.

The specifications that must be considered when selecting a gaming phone that fits within a budget and meets criteria include performance or specifications, screen quality, battery life, RAM, network connectivity, and price. A decision support system is a part of information systems designed to facilitate decision-making processes based on data or common everyday problems. The Weighted Product (WP) method is typically used in decision-making that involves multiple criteria to be considered simultaneously. Based on the WP method calculations, it was found that the recommended smartphone alternative is determined by the highest vector value (V) ranking according to user-defined criteria. The analysis results indicate that the recommended smartphone alternative is Alternative 1 with a score of 0.376, which is the Infinix GT 10 Pro, due to its comparable specifications to other models but with a more affordable price."

Abstrak: Handphone sebagai perangkat telekomunikasi yang menjadi kebutuhan utama saat ini sudah dilengkapi dengan banyak fitur. Banyaknya keluaran jenis handphone khususnya handphone untuk game membuat konsumen harus pintar memilih handphone yang dapat digunakan setiap harinya Permasalahannya adalah konsumen banyak yang tidak paham bagaimana membeli handphone sesuai kriteria yang cocok. Adapun spesifikasi yang harus di saat akan memilih jenis handphone game yang sesuai dengan budget dan kriteria diantaranya adalah perfoma atau spesifikasi, tingkat kualitas layar, daya tahan batrai, RAM, koneksi jaringan, dan harga. Sistem pendukung keputusan merupakan bagian dari sistem informasi yang digunakan untuk memudahkan proses pengambilan keputusan berdasarkan data atau permasalahan yang sering ditemui dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Metode Weighted Product umumnya digunakan dalam pengambilan keputusan yang melibatkan banyak kriteria yang harus dipertimbangkan secara bersamaan. Berdasarkan proses perhitungan dengan metode WP maka didapatkan bahwa alternatif smartphone yang direkomendasikan untuk dipilih adalah smartphone yang ditentukan berdasarkan peringkat nilai vektor (V) tertinggi sesuai dengan kriteria yang ditetapkan oleh pengguna. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa alternatif smartphone yang direkomendasikan adalah Alternatif 1 dengan skor 0.376, yaitu Infinix GT 10 Pro karena memiliki spesifikasi yang hampir setara dengan yang lain namun dengan harga yang lebih terjangkau.

The company's harvest yield estimation still uses a traditional approach based on the average bunch weight (BJR), considering the year of planting and the planting area. However, this technique is less effective and efficient. If the company's estimates are incorrect, it can potentially lead to losses or increased production budgets. The purpose of this research is to obtain a comparison of forecast results for the next month with the best alpha accuracy measure using the Single Exponential Smoothing method. The research method used is based on qualitative and quantitative data from interviews and observations of data from December 2022 to November 2023. The forecasting results with an alpha accuracy value of 0.9 using the Single Exponential Smoothing method show a forecast for December 2023 of 13,835.57844 with a percentage error rate (MAPE) of 9.28%, MAD of 1,021,423.6, and MSE of 174,130,366.

Dalam upaya meningkatkan produksi, perusahaan perkebunan, peningkatan efisiensi produksi agar harga produk sawit lebih kompetitif dengan menentukan hasil panen. Pada perkiraan hasil panen perusahaan masih menerapkan pendekatan tradisional berdasarkan berat janjangan rata-rata (BJR) dengan mempertimbangkan tahun tanam dan luas area tanaman. Namun, tehnik ini kurang efektif dan efisien, Apabila perkiraan yang dibuat perusahaan salah berpotensi menyebabkan kerugian atau peningkatan anggaran produksi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan perbandingan hasil peramalan pada bulan berikutnya dengan ukuran akurasi alpha terbaik menggunakan metode Single Exponential Smoothing. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah berdasarkan data kualitatif dan kuantitatif dari hasil wawancara dan observasi data bulan desember 2022 - november 2023. Hasil peramalan dari ukuran akurasi nilai alpha 0.9 menggunakan metode Single Exponential Smoothing diperoleh peramalan untuk periode desember 2023 sebesar 13.835578,44 dengan tingkat persentase error MAPE sebesar 9,28%, MAD 1021423.6 dan MSE 174130366.

However, in providing micro business credit, certain conditions or criteria are required so that the DISKOPDAGIN can determine whether the customer receiving the micro business loan is eligible to receive credit or not. The problem that is often faced by the Department of Industry and Trade at this time is the difficulty in making decisions to determine recipients of micro business loans. The purpose of this research is to facilitate the Department of Industry and Trade in selecting micro business credit customers. The Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method in this study aims to select the best alternative from a number of alternatives to be used based on specified criteria. The results of this study are micro business credit decision support systems, where the application of this system shows that the results of the ranking process with the SAW method are the same if calculated manually. The calculation uses 7 criteria where the highest alternative is the Asmah alternative (A7) with a preference value of 1.

Abstrak: Dalam membangun kemandirian ekonomi masyarakat, tiap tahunnya DISKOPDAGIN mengadakan kredit usaha mikro yang bersumber dari dana Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (APBD) Kabupaten Asahan yang bertujuan untuk membantu penguatan modal kepada pelaku usaha mikro. Namun dalam memberikan kredit usaha mikro juga mempunyai syarat-syarat atau kriteria tertentu agar pihak DISKOPDAGIN dapat menentukan apakah nasabah penerima kredit usaha mikro tersebut layak menerima kredit atau tidak. Permasalahan yang sering dihadapi oleh pihak DISPERINDAG saat ini ialah kesulitan dalam mengambil keputusan untuk menentukan penerima kredit usaha mikro. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk memudahkan pihak DISPERINDAG dalam menyeleksi nasabah kredit usaha mikro. Metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyeleksi alternatif terbaik dari sejumlah alternatif yang akan digunakan berdasarkan kriteri yang ditentukan. Hasil penelitian ini sistem pendukung keputusan kredit usaha mikro, dimana penerapan sistem ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil dari proses perangkingan dengan metode SAW sama jika dihitung secara manual. Perhitungan menggunakan 7 kriteria dimana alternatif yang tertinggi adalah alternatif Asmah (A7) dengan nilai preferensi 1.

Realizing the importance of education, the Government of Batu Bara Regency has provided a budget for school renovations which are considered to be inadequate. For policy making that is oriented towards equal rights to obtain quality and relevant education, to create a computer- based system and use the Multifactor Evaluation Process method which is implemented into the Sublime Text 3 programming language, and theb MySQL database, to assist policy makers in analyzing data school- school data that is noy suitable for renovation. Abstrak: Pemerintah Indonesia telah menetapkan Standar Nasional Pendidikan yang berkaitan dengan sarana dan prasarana dengan tujuan agar setiap anak usia sekolah dapat menikmati pendidikan yang layak dan bermutu. Namun di Kabupaten Batu Bara masalah pendidikan masih belum dapat ditangani secara optimal, terutama di daerah pinggiran masih banyak bangunan sekolah dengan kondisi yang tidak layak pakai dan cukup memprihatinkan dan tidak lagi memadai untuk menampung siswa yang bertambah setiap tahunnya. Sadar akan pentingnya pendidikan, Pemerintahan Kabupaten Batu Bara telah menyediakan anggaran untuk renovasi sekolah yang dinilai kurang layak. Untuk pengambilan kebijakan yang berorientasi pada kesamaan hak untuk memperoleh pendidikan yang bermutu dan relevan maka dibuat sistem berbasis computer dan menggunakan metode Multifactor Evaluation Process yang diimplementasikan kedalam bahasa pemrograman Sublime Text 3, dan database MySQL, untuk membantu para pemangku kebijakan dalam menganalisis data-data sekolah yang tidak layak untuk dilakukan renovasi. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat memberikan usulan dan menyediakan informasi yang dibutuhkan untuk memprioritaskan sekolah mana yang lebih didahulukan untuk dilakukan renovasi.

The accuracy of forecasting is the most important and it can be measure with MAPE (Mean Absolute Percentage Error) and RMSE (Root Mean Square Value). The analysis was conducted by exploring various concepts regarding the types of treasurers, their duties and authorities, and the challenges faced in the process of preparing regional financial accountability reports. The results of the study indicate that there are three types of regional government treasurers, namely expenditure treasurers, revenue treasurers, and goods treasurers, each of which has its own duties and roles in managing regional finances. The treasurer's duties include recording, reporting, and accountability for budget use, with great authority in managing regional funds. However, significant challenges are faced in the administration process , such as the complexity of the accounting system and limited competent human resources. In conclusion, to improve the quality of regional financial reports, improvements are needed in the financial information system, increased treasurer competence, and better coordination between treasurers and related agencies. E-government as a digital transformation in the government sector aims to improve efficiency, transparency, and accountability in the management of public administration. However, its success is highly dependent on individual behavior, including acceptance and adaptation to technology. E-budgeting, as one form of e-government implementation, is designed to increase transparency by providing easy and real-time access to the public regarding information on the use of the APBD. This study uses a literature study approach by reviewing various scientific articles and related documents from 2020 to 2024. The results of the study show that individual behavior, such as digital literacy and attitudes towards technology, play an important role in determining the success of e-government and e-budgeting. Although e-budgeting is able to increase transparency, challenges such as resistance to change, limited infrastructure, and low public trust in the government remain significant obstacles. Therefore, strategic steps such as community empowerment through digital literacy, increasing human resource capacity, and more effective communication between the government and the community are needed to ensure the success of this system. This research is expected to be a theoretical basis in developing a more effective e-government and e-budgeting implementation strategy in the future.

Macroeconomic data such as Gross Domestic Product (GDP), inflation rate, investment and household consumption are used to evaluate the effectiveness of fiscal policy in responding to domestic and global economic conditions. The findings show that fiscal policy has a significant impact on economic growth, particularly through increasing infrastructure investment and tax incentives for the private sector. However, challenges such as transparent public budget management and long-term policy consistency need to be addressed to maximize the contribution of fiscal policy to inclusive and sustainable economic growth. Policy recommendations include expanding infrastructure investment, further tax reform to increase efficiency, as well as improvements in public budget management. The implication of this research for national economic policy is the importance of maintaining policy consistency and improving inter-institutional coordination to achieve the goal of sustainable economic development in Indonesia.
