isits. Restrictions on community activities during a pandemic resulted in the tourism sector experiencing obstacles. The government finally issued a tourist guide, namely Cleanliness, Healthy, Safety and Environmentally Sustainable, namely ISO 9024: 2021 standardized tourism recovery guidelines. This community service activity is related to public awareness of the importance of a guideline that is carried out by tourism managers in welcoming tourists. The program being carried out is dissemination which seeks to increase public understanding and tourism awareness groups regarding cleanliness, health, safety and environmental sustainability, as tourist rights. This activity was carried out using observation, training, mentoring, evaluation and output methods. The target of counseling is the tourism awareness group (Pokdarwis). It is hoped that increased knowledge and understanding of CHSE will make it easier to realize tourism recovery in terms of increasing tourist visits. The results of the dissemination carried out gained the enthusiasm of tourism-aware residents to increase their understanding of Sapta Pesona in the CHSE guidelines.

Kampung wisata ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat dengan memanfaatkan kunjungan wisatawan. Pembatasan kegiatan masyarakat pada saat pandemic mengakibatkan sektor wisata tersebut mengalami hambatan. Pemerintah akhirnya mengeluarkan panduan wisata yaitu Cleanliness, Healthy, Safety dan Enviroment Sustainable yaitu pedoman pemulihan wisata terstandardisasi ISO 9024:2021. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini terkait kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya suatu pedoman yang dijalankan pengelola wisata dalam menyambut wisatawan. Program yang dijalankan adalah diseminasi yang berupaya meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat dan kelompok sadar wisata terkait kebersihan, kesehatan, keamanan serta kelestarian lingkungan, sebagai hak wisatawan. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan metode pengamatan, pelatihan, pendampingan, evaluasi dan output. Target penyuluhan mengambil sasaran yaitu kelompok sadar wisata (Pokdarwis). Diharapkan dengan meningkatnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang CHSE akan mempermudah dalam mewujudkan pemulihan pariwisata dalam hal kunjungan wisatawan yang semakin meningkat. Hasil dari diseminasi yang dilaksanakan mendapatkan antusiasme warga sadar wisata peningkatan pemahaman sapta pesona dalam pedoman CHSE.

ge financial management and administration is the goal of implementing community service programs in the village government of Ciburial, Mandala Mekar, and Mekarsaluyu Kab. Bandung, West Java Province. The treasurer and village finance department will be provided with assistance on village financial administration and management. The implementation of this program uses the mentoring method for the treasurer and the village finance department in each community service partner. This activity will provide a conceptual and technical understanding of the administration and management of village assets. Furthermore, the treasurers and the finance department will be asked to simulate the preparation of the accountability report. To provide better results in implementing this program, we, together with the team, will provide assistance and training related to managing and administering village assets. This activity program will make it easier for asset managers to prepare village accountability reports following applicable regulations.

Bandung Propinsi Jawa Barat. Bendahara dan Bagian keuangan desa yang akan diberikan pendampingan tentang penatausahaan dan pengelolaan keuangan desa. Pelaksanaan program ini dengan menggunakan metode pendampingan bagi bendahara dan bagian keuangan desa di masing masing mitra pengabdian masyarakat. Kegiatan ini akan memberikan pemahaman konsep dan teknis tentang penatausahaan dan pengelolaan aset desa. Selanjutnya para bendahara dan bagian keuangan akan diminta untuk menjalankan simulasi penyusunan laporan pertanggungjawaban. Untuk memberikan hasil yang lebih baik dalam pelaksanaan program ini kami bersama dengan tim akan memberikan pendampingan dan pelatihan berkaitan dengan pengelolaan dan penatausahaan aset desa. Program kegiatan ini akan lebih memudahkan bagi pengelola aset menyusun laporan pertanggungjawaban desa sesuai dengan aturan berlaku.

Pemasaran digital bagi pelaku usaha menjadi bagian yang sangat penting, termasuk bagi Badan Usaha Milik Nagari Lasi (BUMNag). Untuk mendukung dan memajukan bisnis, BUMNag harus mampu bersaing dengan kompetitor dalam menyediakan produk yang berkualitas, sehingga diperlukan strategi pemasaran yang mampu meningkatkan penjualan dan perluasan pasar, salah satunya adalah digital marketing. Pengelola BUMNag diharapkan memiliki keterampilan dalam menggunakan perangkat digital terutama dalam memperkenalkan produk yang mereka jual. Kemampuan BUMNag dalam mengelola pemasaran melalui media digital akan memudahkan produk untuk dikenal banyak orang dan diminati. Namun masih banyak BUMNag yang tidak menggunakan media digital marketing sebagai strategi pemasaran sehingga BUMNag kalah bersaing dengan pelaku UKM lainnya yang telah menggunakan media ini. Pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode studi pustaka, pelaksanaan kegiatan dan evaluasi. Dimana implementasinya dilakukan secara bertahap seperti sosialisasi, pendataan, pembuatan sistem informasi digital marketing dan juga pelatihan admin. They do not have enough information about the journal to be addressed, do not yet understand what must be stated in a scientific article, systematics of writing, and how to make a bibliography. The online process is also one of the things they find difficult. The purpose of community service is to improve the ability of teachers to write scientific articles. Partners in this activity were 12 elementary and junior high school teachers in Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota Magelang. The implementation time is 4 months consisting of 3 training sessions and following assistance. The material presented during the training included (1) scientific articles in the ranks of teachers, (2) reference managers, and (3) article submissions. The results of the training showed that all participants increasingly understood how to use scientific articles for promotion. In addition, 58% of participants are more aware and able to use the reference manager in Ms Office Word. In the third material, 67% of participants understood and were able to register and submit articles in the Paedagogie Journal.

Abstrak: Berdasarkan data dari Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota Magelang pada bulan Juli 2018, jumlah terbanyak guru berada pada golongan IV/a. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi adalah keengganan mereka dalam membuat publikasi ilmiah untuk kenaikan pangkat. Mereka tidak memiliki informasi yang cukup mengenai jurnal yang akan dituju, belum memahami apa yang harus dituangkan dalam sebuah artikel ilmiah, sistematika penulisan, serta cara membuat daftar pustaka. Proses online juga menjadi salah satu hal yang mereka anggap sulit. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam menulis artikel ilmiah. Mitra dalam kegiatan ini adalah 12 orang guru SD dan SMP di lingkungan Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayan di Kota Magelang. Waktu pelaksanaan yakni 4 bulan terdiri dari 3 kali pelatihan dan ikuti pendampingan. Materi yang disampaikan pada saat pelatihan antara lain (1) artikel ilmiah dalam kepangkatan guru, (2) reference manager, dan (3) article submission. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa seluruh peserta semakin memahami bagaimana memanfaatkan artikel ilmiah bagi pengajuan kenaikan pangkat. Selain itu, 58% peserta semakin paham dan mampu cara menggunakan reference manager pada Ms Office Word. Pada materi ke-3, sebanyak 67% peserta memahami dan mampu untuk registrasi dan submit artikel pada Jurnal Paedagogie.

Target utamanya dari pembinaan ini bisa menghasilkan masyarakat yang bisa akan teknologi dan memahami penggunaan Software aplikasi tersebut. Jenis dan kapasitas program aplikasi yang diperlukan tentu akan berbeda satu sama lain. Tidak sedikit orang menggunakan program aplikasi sebagai bahan untuk memperoleh hasil pencarian dari suatu pokok permasalahan. Pengaplikasian tersebut dapat dilakukan dengan berbagai cara diantaranya adalah sistem terkomputerisasi yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan mutu dan kualitas suatu aplikasi, hasilnya memberikan solusi serta mengambil keputusan untuk beberapa pengurus organisasi dan anggota PKK yang belum mengerti pemanfaatan aplikasi komputer serta menggunakan aplikasi komputer untuk administrasi dan dokumentasi. Metode yang digunakan dengan melakukan pembinaan pada pengurus dan anggota PKK dengan dua pertemuan selama sebulan. Hasil dari pembinaan ini adalah pengurus dan anggota PKK Perumahan Hanglekir Batam Kepri sudah mengetahui cara penggunaan dan pemanfaatan software application.

In order to improve services, ensure data security, and accommodate all laboratory data, it is necessary to develop an FMIPA laboratory information system (SILABMIPA). The FAST framework is used in developing SILABMIPA to suit user needs. The analysis and development of SILABMIPA follows the FAST method with the stages Scope Definition, Problem Analysis, Requirements Analysis, Logical Design, Decision Analysis, Physical Design and Integration, Construction and Testing. With the construction of SILABMIPA, it can make it easier for managers to manage laboratories, assist students in applying for and borrowing equipment, as well as making laboratory loan-free certificates. Based on the results of system functional testing against SILABMIPA, it was found that the system operates well in accordance with the user's functional needs, while the results of system interface testing obtained a percentage of 82.60% in the very good category.

Abstrak: Dalam proses pengambilan keputusan kelayakan bahan baku jagung selama ini hanya melihat fisik bahan baku yang cenderung subjektif sehingga dalam proses pengambilan keputusan kelayakan bahan baku jagung harus membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama, terkadang keputusan yang diambil tidak tepat sehingga hal ini perlu dibenahi lagi untuk proses pengambilan keputusan kelayakan bahan baku jagung. Dari uraian diatas perlu dibuat suatu program bantu untuk sistem pendukung keputusan dengan menggunakan metode fuzzy SAW (Simple Additeve Weighting) dalam menentukan bahan baku jagung yang layak diterima pada PT. Charoen Phokpand Indonesia. Program yang akan dibuat lebih bersifat untuk membantu manager atau staff dalam pengambilan keputusan dan bukan menggantikannya. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu manager atau staff dalam mengambil keputusan untuk proses penilaian kelayakan bahan baku jagung pada PT. Challenges such as time constraints and reliance on informal learning are common, affecting the consistency and quality of training. Effective training programs were identified as those that provide comprehensive, ongoing instruction and incorporate innovative methods like virtual reality and gamified learning. The study also highlights the importance of mentorship programs and regular feedback to enhance training outcomes. Recommendations for improving training programs include developing detailed curricula, addressing time constraints, and adapting to emerging trends. By implementing these strategies, hotels can enhance room attendants' skills, satisfaction, and overall service quality, leading to improved guest experiences and operational success.

However, the extent to which sales growth influences capital structure is contingent upon profitability; high profitability enables firms to capitalize on growth opportunities, whereas low profitability may inhibit their capacity to leverage growth potential. Empirical research supports these conclusions, indicating that asset structure, sales growth, and profitability significantly shape capital structure decisions across various industries. Ultimately, this study provides valuable insights for financial managers, highlighting the importance of balancing growth aspirations with profitability to achieve effective capital structure management. The research results show that earnings management practices can reduce the value relevance of accounting information by affecting the quality of information conveyed in financial reports. Practices such as increasing revenue estimates or delaying expense recognition can cloud the picture of a company's true performance, which in turn affects economic decision making. These findings emphasize the importance of transparency and integrity in accounting practices to maintain the value relevance of accounting information for stakeholders. The implication of this research for accounting theory is the need to pay attention to earnings management practices within a broader theoretical framework regarding the integrity of accounting information. From a practical perspective, companies need to increase awareness of the importance of honest accounting practices and comply with applicable standards to minimize unethical earnings management practices. This implication is also relevant for regulators in strengthening regulations related to financial reporting in order to maintain the integrity of the capital market in Indonesia.
