The purpose of this paper is to find out the causes of cyberbullying in the digital era in adolescents. The method used is literature review by collecting and taking the essence of previous research and analyzing several sources relevant to the research topic. The results of research conducted by various experts show that the causes of rampant cyberbullying in adolescents in the digital era are caused by several factors, namely anonymity online, indifference to consequences, group pressure, lack of awareness of the negative impact as well as lack of parental supervision and lack of digital literacy.

The research method used is a qualitative method, with research results showing that the leadership model of Bank Syariah Indonesia has accommodated the best leadership criteria in Islam, which can be adaptive, fast response, and solutions while still implementing the traits and characteristics of leaders who are sincere, trustworthy, Katonah, and tabligh. This leadership character was demonstrated by leading the previous three large banks into one with one vision, mission, and work culture, as well as the synergy of all human resources that supported joint achievements to success in the three years of its existence.

This method helps understand the relevance of new research and its relationship with previous research, identifying all previous scientific literature, including books, journal articles and theses, relating to the potential of the hotel business as a Staycation trend. This research aims to determine the potential of the hotel business as a Staycation trend. The research results show that 4-star and 3-star hotels differ in their understanding and application of the terms Daycation and Staycation, which mean a holiday of one day or a maximum of eight hours, however two out of five hotels still use the term Staycation even though the holiday is less than eight hours. During the pandemic, the term Staycation is also used. The findings indicate that it is important to maintain or improve hotel products and the use of digital marketing, especially social media, and continue to innovate to maintain a good image which relate to the prospects of the hotel business as a holiday style.

he Vocational Skills Education Program (PKK) in the hair beauty sector at LKP LADY in Asahan Regency. The previous manual participant selection process was considered inefficient and prone to errors. Therefore, this study aims to design a Decision Support System (DSS) based on the Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) method to support a more objective, transparent, and structured participant selection processThe implementation results show that the system is capable of generating participant rankings. Of the total 25 registered participants, the system successfully displayed 16 participants with the highest scores. The participant with the highest ranking was Kholina Zuhro who obtained a utility value of 0.7688. By implementing this system, the selection process at LKP LADY becomes faster, more efficient, and fairer because decisions are based on systematically determined criteria, thereby improving the quality of training results and confidence in the selection process.

Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi informasi sangat memengaruhi berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk cara dalam menyeleksi peserta pelatihan. Salah satu penerapannya dapat dilihat pada Program Pendidikan Kecakapan Kerja (PKK) bidang kecantikan rambut di LKP LADY Kabupaten Asahan. Proses seleksi peserta yang sebelumnya dilakukan secara manual dinilai kurang efisien dan rawan kesalahan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) berbasis metode Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) guna mendukung proses seleksi peserta secara lebih objektif, transparan, dan terstruktur. Sistem ini dirancang untuk memproses data peserta berdasarkan sejumlah kriteria seperti usia, tingkat pendidikan terakhir, pengalaman kerja, status pekerjaan, riwayat penyakit, dan jarak tempat tinggal dari lokasi pelatihan. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu menghasilkan perangkingan peserta. Dari total 25 peserta yang didaftarkan, sistem berhasil menampilkan 16 peserta dengan nilai tertinggi. Peserta dengan peringkat tertinggi adalah Kholina Zuhro yang memperoleh nilai utility sebesar 0,7688. Dengan diterapkannya sistem ini, proses seleksi di LKP LADY menjadi lebih cepat, efisien, dan adil karena keputusan didasarkan pada kriteria yang telah ditentukan secara sistematis, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas hasil pelatihan dan kepercayaan terhadap proses seleksi.

SIBATEL, where in the previous update monitoring process work in the field to report to their superiors was considered to be inefficient. The purpose of this research is to design an application system for site and generator maintenance update monitoring that is useful at PT. SIBATEL. In designing this system application, it is hoped that it can be completed quickly and properly according to needs by using Scrum or the Agile Scrum framework. The results of this application development are considered effective and efficient in terms of time and are structured in carrying out the features needed by going through the stages: Product Backlog, Sprint Planning Meeting, Sprint Backlog, Daily Stand Up Meeting, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective, with Focus factors which are used by 0.8 or 80% with a different sprint length in each sprint. So the selection of the scrum method in the development of site and generator maintenance update monitoring applications at PT. SIBATEL is considered quite good and useful.

Sistem aplikasi hingga saat ini telah mampu memberikan layanan yang menarik dan meringankan pekerjaan kepada khalayak publik, baik dalam layanan informasi maupun dalam layanan dokumentasi, seperti halnya aplikasi monitoring. Sejalan dengan masalah yang ada pada PT. SIBATEL, dimana pada proses update monitoring sebelumnya pemantauan pekerjaan dilapangan untuk melaporkan ke atasannya dinilai kurang efisien. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang sistem aplikasi monitoring update maintenance site dan genset yang berguna pada PT. SIBATEL. Dalam perancangan aplikasi sistem ini diharapkan dapat diselesaikan dengan cepat dan baik sesuai kebutuhan dengan menggunakan scrum atau kerangka kerja Agile Scrum. Hasil dari pengembangan aplikasi ini dinilai efektif dan efisien dari segi waktu serta terstruktur dalam pengerjaan fitur-fitur yang dibutuhkan dengan melalui tahapan : Product Backlog, Sprint Planning Meeting, Sprint Backlog, Daily Stand Up Meeting, Sprint Review, dan Sprint Retrospective, dengan Focus factor yang digunakan sebesar 0,8 atau 80% dengan panjang sprint yang berbeda pada tiap-tiap sprint. Abstrak: Upaya kesehatan masyarakat tingkat pertama dilaksanakan kepada masyarakat esensial dan upaya pengembangan kesehatan masyarakat. Upaya kesehatan esensial diantaranya meliputi pelayanan promosi kesehatan, kesehatan lingkungan, kesehatan ibu, anak dan keluarga berencana, gizi serta pencegahan penyakit. Fenomena yang diperoleh pada saat peneliti melakukan survey asuhan keperawatan pada keluarga resiko tinggi di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Rawang Panca Arga, diperoleh satu keluarga dengan masalah kesehatan hipertensi. Keterangan yang diperoleh dari pembimbing puskesmas mengatakan bahwa kasus hipertensi di Puskesmas Rawang Panca Arga tergolong banyak. Hampir setiap bulan terjadi kasus baru hipertensi. Puskesmas Rawang Panca Arga, menunjukkan bahwa pada tahun 2019 hipertensi menempati urutan pertama pada 10 besar penyakit di Puskesmas Rawang Panca Arga dengan jumlah penderita baru dan lama mencapai 1239. Berdasarkan data tersebut peneliti ingin melakukan peramalan (forecasting) menggunakan analisa Single Exponential Smoothing (SES) pada angka kejadian hipertensi berdasarkan data jumlah kejadian hipertensi pada tahun sebelumnya di Puskesmas Rawang Panca Arga, dengan terlebih dahulu mengidentifikasi pola penyakit hipertensi yang ada di Puskesmas Rawang Panca Arga untuk kemudian dilakukan peramalan jumlah kejadian hipertensi di Puskesmas Rawang Panca Arga.

The purpose of this research will be to facilitate facility staff in finding information on goods by means of barcode scanners on QR labels that have been affixed to goods, making it easier to find out the condition of goods that are carried out regularly with the goods control feature, having three actors in using the inventory system which the main actor has full access and the other two actors have limited access in using the system. With the hope that the facilities section will make it easier to control all assets or inventory of goods at Ibn Sina University. So that it can be a solution to existing problems.

Abstrak: Sistem inventarisasi pada Universitas Ibnu Sina pada bagian sarana dan prasarana pada sistem yang lama masih memiliki beberapa kekurangan oleh karena itu penulis tertarik mengembangkan dari sistem yang lama sehingga menghasilkan sistem yang ter-update dan user friendly yang mana lebih memiliki kelebihan diantaranya fitur barcode, fitur kontrol barang, kemudian ketua memiliki akses secara langsung yang sebelumnya tidak dimiliki sistem lama. Pengembangan pada sistem inventaris barang ini penulis menggunakan metode prototype dengan model pengembangan menggunakan Unified Model Language (UML). Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini nantinya dapat mempermudah staff sarana dalam pencarian informasi barang dengan cara scanner barcode pada label QR yang sudah ditempel pada barang, mempermudah mengetahui kondisi barang yang dilakukan secara berkala dengan adanya fitur kontrol barang, mempunyai tiga aktor dalam penggunaan sistem inventaris yang mana aktor utama memiliki akses secara penuh dan dua aktor lainnya memiliki akses terbatas dalam penggunaan sistem. Dengan harapan agar bagian sarana lebih mudah dalam pengkontrolan semua asset ataupun inventaris barang yang ada pada Universitas Ibnu Sina. Sehingga dapat menjadi solusi dalam permasalahan yang ada.

The program employed a participatory education and training approach, including Google Business Profile optimization, customer data recording and analysis using Google Sheets, and basic digital security awareness. The results indicate improvements in the partner’s understanding and skills in managing location-based business visibility, utilizing customer data for marketing decision-making, and protecting digital business assets. This community service offers an innovative contribution in the form of a low-cost, context-based, and continuation-oriented empowerment model that integrates location-based digital marketing and simple data utilization. The proposed model is recommended to be replicated for MSMEs with similar characteristics to support gradual and sustainable digital transformation.

Abstrak: Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran strategis dalam pengembangan ekonomi lokal, namun pemanfaatan teknologi digital oleh UMKM masih cenderung terbatas pada promosi sederhana dan belum didukung oleh pengelolaan data yang terstruktur. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini merupakan kelanjutan dari program pendampingan sebelumnya dan bertujuan untuk memperkuat kapasitas UMKM Bubut Kayu Karya di Kisaran Timur melalui edukasi strategi Local SEO dan pengelolaan data pelanggan berbasis cloud. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendidikan masyarakat dan pelatihan dengan pendekatan edukatif-partisipatif, meliputi optimalisasi Google Business Profile, pencatatan dan analisis data pelanggan menggunakan Google Sheets, serta peningkatan kesadaran keamanan digital dasar. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan mitra dalam mengelola visibilitas usaha berbasis lokasi, memanfaatkan data pelanggan sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan pemasaran, serta melindungi aset digital usaha. Keunikan kegiatan pengabdian ini terletak pada pendekatan lanjutan yang berbiaya rendah, kontekstual, dan berorientasi keberlanjutan dengan mengintegrasikan strategi pemasaran berbasis lokasi dan literasi data sederhana. Model pengabdian ini direkomendasikan untuk direplikasi pada UMKM dengan karakteristik serupa sebagai upaya penguatan daya saing usaha berbasis literasi digital.
