Jenis penelitian yang digunakan peneliti adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian library research atau penelitian kepustakaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah istilah blended learning dan hybrid learning memiliki kesamaan dalam hal pendekatan, blended learning merupakan pembelajaran yang menggabungkan metode tradisional dan metode modern. Sedangkan hybrid learning memadukan pembelajaran tatap muka dengan teknologi computer dan internet. Namun, dari segi teknis, keduanya memiliki karakteristik yang berbeda. Kedua model pembelajaran ini memiliki kelebihan dan kekurangannya masing-masing.

To broaden understanding about the level of engagement, the research explores the students’ experiences in learning grammar using Nearpod. The research then analyzes the data from techniques to identify the pattern, trend, theme and meaning. The result of the research shows that the use of Nearpod in Grammar Lesson has significant impact in increasing students’ engagement. Data were collected through observation and tests using observation sheets and test instruments. Data analysis was conducted qualitatively and quantitatively. The results of the study indicate: 1) There is a significant improvement in students' academic performance from the pre-cycle to cycle 2, indicating that the learning model used is effective in enhancing students' understanding and achievement. 2) Changes in teaching strategies successfully increased the average scores and classical mastery percentages, confirming that adjustments in teaching methods have a positive impact on students' learning outcomes. 3) The number of students who have not reached the learning targets decreased from cycle 1 to cycle 2, indicating an improvement in the quality of learning and the success of additional efforts in addressing learning challenges.

The research method used by the author is quantitative research. The population in this study was all 30 students in class IX M at MTs Darunnajah 2 Cipining. This shows that student learning outcomes in the subject of moral aqidah have a very high level. Based on the research results, there is a significant positive influence of the use of learning media on student learning outcomes in the moral aqidah subject at MTs Darunnajah 2 Cipining Bogor. This is proven by the calculation results of the equation Y 140.383 + 0.219 In the table for testing the significance of the regression line equation from the 5th column regression row, namely Fcount (b/a) 1.407, and p-value 0.245 > 0.05, so that H0 is accepted, it can be concluded that the regressions of Y and X are significant. The correlation coefficient value obtained r_xy 0.219 < r_table 0.374 is included in the weak correlation because it is in the value range 0.20-0.39. The results of the coefficient of determination show that visual learning media (print) has an influence of 4.8% on student learning outcomes, while 95.2% is influenced by other factors.

And Is there any significant difference on students’ English reading comprehension taught by using look and say strategy and those are not?”. This research uses a type of pre-experimental design research with One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The subjects of this study were students of class VIII D SMPN 1 Konawe totally was 22 students. Data collection techniques were carried out using tests those are pretest, treatment, and posttest. The data collected were analyzed quantitatively using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The researcher used theory of Edhitin (2000) to analyzed the data. The results of quantitative analysis show that the results of descriptive statistical data shows that there are differences in the learning acheivement of students' reading comprehension which are marked by the mean score of students who are in the implementation the pretest was 56,59 while in the posttest the students' average score was 70,91. The results of inferential statistical data show that t test > t table or 6,539 > t table = 2,086 if viewed from the results of the pretest and posttest hypothesis tests it is known that t test > t table or 7,936 > 2.086, it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that there is an influence of look and say methode on the reading comprehension learning achievement of class VIII D students of SMPN 1 Konawe.
