This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, collecting data through interviews, observations, and documentation in several Islamic educational institutions that have implemented digital technology. Research results reveal that the adoption of technology such as Learning Management Systems (LMS), e-learning platforms, and administrative digitization has improved the effectiveness of the learning process and the efficiency of school management. The findings also indicate that this transformation brings significant changes to the organizational culture, creating higher transparency and accountability in the management of educational institutions. The novelty of this research lies in the comprehensive analysis of the challenges and strategies faced by Islamic educational institutions in aligning technological advancements with traditional values, as well as the emphasis on the importance of continuous training for educators to enhance technological competence. Nevertheless, there are still obstacles such as limited infrastructure and a lack of digital literacy among educators. Through a purposive sampling approach, the analysis included 20 companies, resulting in a dataset consisting of 73 observations. The analysis revealed several interesting findings: profitability did not show a significant effect on tax avoidance, while company size was found to have a significantly positive impact. Meanwhile, earnings management did not significantly contribute to tax avoidance, and sales growth demonstrated a significantly negative relationship with tax avoidance. They are producing e-book teaching materials using kvisoft flipbook maker with 19 student respondents. To test the feasibility, validation sheets of media experts, linguists, and material experts were used with results obtained in the suitable category for use in learning. The results of the research from the validator instruments of media experts, linguists, and material experts obtained an average of 92.45% and the results of the student response questionnaire obtained an average of 90.63%. Based on the results of research and development of e-book teaching materials using kvisoft flipbook maker, it can be categorized as suitable for use by students in the learning process.

Challenges such as time constraints and reliance on informal learning are common, affecting the consistency and quality of training. Effective training programs were identified as those that provide comprehensive, ongoing instruction and incorporate innovative methods like virtual reality and gamified learning. The study also highlights the importance of mentorship programs and regular feedback to enhance training outcomes. Recommendations for improving training programs include developing detailed curricula, addressing time constraints, and adapting to emerging trends. By implementing these strategies, hotels can enhance room attendants' skills, satisfaction, and overall service quality, leading to improved guest experiences and operational success.

Through content analysis qualitative study, the study attains the targeted exploration. 5 experienced English teachers are selected to conduct semi-structured interviews. The data were analyzed and reviewed by the researchers and experts for affording the valid results. The results provide valuable insights towards the issues that are raised. This study sheds a light on the essence of digital environment in ELT which assists the feasible various sources of learning to be attained. Findings revealed that Connectivism can definitely foster learners’ language skills, such as speaking, listening, and pronunciation through the various digital platforms that are provided. Interestingly, connectivism is advantageous for strengthening learners' 21st century skills, namely critical thinking, collaboration, communication skills, and creativity in learning English. On the other hand, the challenges encountered by teachers in integrating connectivism are 1) inadequate facilities and infrastructure, 2) lack of training and development in educator resources, and 3) low internet network access or the bandwidth.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan kajian literatur terkait dengan keefektifan Teaching Based Inquiry Learning (TBIL) ipada pembelajaran matematika. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mendokumentasi dan mereview semua artikel terkait pendekatan inquiry dalam pembelajaran matematika dalam kurun waktu 2019-2024. Artikel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 29 artikel jurnal. Berdasarka penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa Teaching Based Inquiry Learning (TBIL) mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar serta dapat meningkatkan banyak kemampuan matematika peserta didik. Students highlighted that online resources offer immediate feedback, diverse learning materials, and opportunities for practicing English in real-world contexts, which are crucial for mastering a foreign language. Moreover, the study shows that the internet supports students in developing digital literacy skills, which are essential for effective language learning in the 21st century.
