Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan pemberian sosialisasi dengan menggunakan metode ceramah dan diskusi, serta bertanya jawab bersama peserta. Bentuk dalam penyampaian materi yaitu slide powerpoint yang dipaparkan dan di edarkan pada saat kegiatan berlangsung.  Oleh karena itu, pemahaman mengenai sosialisasi pencegahan cybercrime sangat penting untuk disampaikan kepada para guru di SD Negeri 132408, Tanjungbalai Selatan. Melalui pelatihan ini, diharapkan mereka dapat menjadi pengguna internet yang lebih bijak dan mampu menghindari risiko sebagai pelaku maupun korban kejahatan cybercrime. A Teacher Training on Digital Assessment Strategies for Meaningful Learning Outcomes at Buranakarn Suksa Witya School, Thailand

Abstract: Technological advancements have had a profound impact on the education sector around the globe including in Thailand and other developing countries.  as in many other developing countries, there are major challenges in adapting… adapting with the rapid development of technology. The school where the community service was held also faced similar issues. With an innovative approach through assessment training using technology, this community engagement activity is expected to be a positive step towards educational transformation, particularly in the southern part of Thailand. With the active involvement of teachers as well as full support from related parties, we can create a learning environment that is more dynamic, relevant, and globally competitive. A pre-test and a post-test were conducted at the beginning and the end of the training to measure teachers’ understanding in implementing digital assessment strategies. By equipping teachers with the knowledge and skills to implement digital assessment strategies, the training has had a measurable impact on professional development and instructional practices. In addition, the training provide access to further consultation or guidance, participants can feel supported and more confident in applying their learning in the classroom. The results of the pre- and post-training survey demonstrated a substantial improvement, averaging 51.3% increase across all survey items. This indicates the positive impact of the training in enhancing teachers' competencies in integrating technology into their assessment practices.  Moving forward, schools in rural Thailand can apply the lessons learned from this workshop to enhance their own educational outcomes.  Keywords: teacher training; digital assessment strategies; southern Thailand   Abstrak: Dalam era globalisasi yang semakin cepat, pendidikan adalah salah satu aspek yang paling terpengaruh oleh perkembangan teknologi. Di Thailand Selatan, seperti di banyak negara berkembang, ada tantangan besar dalam dalam beradaptasi dengan perkembangan teknologi yang pesat. Sekolah tempat dimana program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan juga menghadapi masalah serupa. Dengan pendekatan inovatif melalui pelatihan penilaian menggunakan teknologi, kegiatan keterlibatan masyarakat ini diharapkan menjadi langkah positif menuju transformasi pendidikan di wilayah Thailand Selatan ini. Dengan keterlibatan aktif dari para guru serta dukungan penuh dari pihak terkait, kita dapat menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang lebih dinamis, relevan, dan kompetitif secara global. Pre-test dan post-test dilakukan di awal dan akhir pelatihan untuk mengukur pemahaman guru dalam menerapkan strategi penilaian digital. Selain itu, pelatihan menyediakan akses ke konsultasi atau bimbingan lebih lanjut, sehingga peserta merasa didukung dan lebih percaya diri dalam menerapkan pembelajaran mereka di kelas. Setelah pelatihan selesai, kedua pihak melakukan evaluasi menyeluruh untuk mengukur keberhasilan, mengidentifikasi area yang perlu perbaikan, dan memberikan dampak yang lebih positif dalam jangka panjang. Pelatihan Penggunaan Media Pembelajaran Berbasis Teknologi Komputer

Abstract: The rapid progress of information and communication technology today can be seen in how easy it is for people to communicate and obtain information, even in the face of limited time and space. Advances in information and… communication technology are increasingly being applied to various fields and aspects of daily life to provide efficiency and convenience in handling tasks and work related to humans. One area where many people have benefited from advances in information and communication technology is education. To overcome the problems raised, the general approach that will be used in this activity is to teach computer-based media creation to teachers in elementary schools. The one-day computer-based learning media development training was carried out in a structured, patient and comprehensive manner. In general, all participants were involved in activities with strong and consistent motivation. Training as teachers and principals of certain schools to strengthen learning capacity. Meningkatkan Kemampuan Speaking dan Writing Bahasa Inggris Melalui Kompetisi Spelling Bee

Abstract: Abstract: Spelling Bee is a word spelling game which assessed the accuracy of words and the pronunciation of the letters in English. MTSN 7 Bungus, Padang was chosen as PKM partners due to the students’ low English language… h language skills and interest. Therefore, through the Spelling Bee competition, the team tried to improve the students’ skills and interest in learning English language, especially their ability to write and spell words correctly. In this competition, there were 280 students previously trained before join the competition. This competition is divided into three rounds, namely the preliminary round, the semi-final round and the final round.  In addition, the English teachers also helped to coordinate the competition. During the activity, students were also given lessons on writing and spelling correctly. As a result, students’ enthusiasm in participating in competition can be one of the factors that triggers the enthusiasm and interests in learning so that they get more satisfying learning outcomes. During the competition, students were guided by the English teachers and given clear instructions. After participating in Spelling Bee competition, the students were not only given rewards but also some improvement in their English writing and spelling skills. Key Words: Spelling Bee, writing, spelling.   Abstrak : Spelling Bee merupakan permainan mengeja kata dengan menilai keakuratan kata dan ketepatan pengucapan huruf yang disebutkan dalam Bahasa Inggris. MTSN 7 Bungus, Padang dipilih sebagai mitra PKM karena kemampuan dan minat Bahasa Inggris siswanya yang sangat rendah. Oleh karena itu, lewat kompetisi Spelling Bee, Tim PKM berusaha untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dan minat siswa terhadap Bahasa Inggris terutama pada kemampuan menulis dan mengeja kata. Dalam Kegiatan Spelling Bee ini, sebanyak 280 siswa dilatih sebelum mengikuti kompetisi Spelling Bee yang terbagi atas tiga babak, yaitu preliminary Round, Semi Final Round dan yang terakhir Final round. Selain itu, guru Bahasa Inggris di sekolah tersebut turut membantu demi kelancaran kegiatan kompetisi ini. Siswa diberikan pelajaran tentang menulis dan mengeja bahasa Inggris dengan benar. Antusias siswa dalam mengikuti kompetisi dapat merupakan salah satu faktor yang memicu semangat dan daya tarik siswa dalam belajar sehingga memperoleh hasil belajar yang jauh lebih memuaskan. Selama kompetisi, siswa dipandu oleh guru bahasa Inggrisnya dan diberikan instruksi yang jelas. Setelah mengikuti kompetisi Spelling Bee ini, siswa siswi MTSN 7 Bungus tidak hanya diberikan reward namun juga dapat meningkatkan kemampuan menulis dan mengeja Bahasa Inggrisnya. PELATIHAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN INTERAKTIF BERBASIS MULTIMEDIA BAGI GURU-GURU SMAN 02 TANJUNGBALAI

Abstract: Abstract: Community service activities in the form of training of multimedia-based interactive learning media for teachers of SMAN 02 Tanjung BALAI aims to provide knowledge, skills, which are expected to result in changes… es in knowledge, skills and attitudes of teachers. So that learning and teaching process can run smoothly and easy. The target audience in community service activities are SMA N 02 TanjungBalai. Activity of multimedia-based interactive learning media is presented with the method of preaching, demonstration and question and answer. The availability of adequate lecturers, the enthusiasm of  participants, and the support of  headmaster is a supporter of the terrestrial activity of the PKM. The obstacles faced is the ability of participants to use the application is still low and computer resources owned by some participants do not meet the multimedia processing specifications should be. Benefits derived from this activity, among others, participants can know about the importance of interactive multimedia media and abractive media to improve motivation and achievement of students who are educated participants. With the creation of learning media, the learning process will be more interesting, the students will be more motivated and passionate in learning, so that teachers can explain the subject matter more easily and attractively.   Keyword: Multimedia, Instructional Media, Interactive learning     Abstrak: Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa pelatihan pembuatan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis multimedia bagi guru-guru SMAN 02 Tanjung Balai ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan, keterampilan, yang diharapkan dapat menghasilkan perubahan pengetahuan, keterampilan dan sikap dari guru sehingga proses belajar dan mengajar dapat berjalan dengna lancar dan mudah.  Khalayak sasaran dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah guru-guru SMA N 02 TanjungBalai. Kegiatan pembuatan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis multimedia ini disajikan dengan metodeceramah, demonstrasi dan tanya jawab. Ketersediaan dosen yang memadai, antusiasme peserta, dan dukungan kepala sekolah merupakan pendukung teralksananya kegiatan PKM ini.Adapun kendala yang dihadapi adalah kemampuan peserta menggunakan porgram aplikasi masih rendah serta sumberdaya komputer yang dimiliki sebagian peserta tidak memenuhi spefikasi pengolahan multimedia yang seharusnya. Manfaat yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini antara lain peserta dapat mengetahui tentang arti pentingnya media pembelajaran multimedia yang interaktif dan abraktif untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan prestasi siswa yang dididik peserta. AHP - SAW DECISION SUPPORT SYSTEM FOR AI-BASED TEACHING MATERIAL RECOMMENDATION

Abstract: Abstract: The development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education provides significant opportunities for supporting the development of English teaching materials in elementary schools. However, the wide variety of available… vailable AI tools makes it difficult for teachers to select the most appropriate tools for their instructional needs. This study aims to analyze and generate recommendations for AI utilization using a Decision Support System (DSS) based on the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) methods. The AHP method is used to determine the weight of criteria based on their importance, while the SAW method is applied to rank alternative AI tools. This study involves teachers at SDN 15 Padang Genting in identifying criteria and evaluating alternatives. The results show that the proposed DSS model is capable of generating appropriate AI tool recommendations based on predefined criteria. This approach contributes to more objective and systematic decision-making in utilizing AI for developing English teaching materials in elementary education. Keywords: analytical hierarchy proces; artificial intelligence; decision support system; simple additive weighting; teaching materials   Abstrak: Perkembangan Artificial Intelligence (AI) dalam pendidikan memberikan peluang dalam penyusunan bahan ajar Bahasa Inggris di sekolah dasar. Namun, banyaknya pilihan tools AI menyebabkan guru mengalami kesulitan dalam menentukan tools yang paling sesuai dengan kebutuhan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menghasilkan rekomendasi pemanfaatan AI menggunakan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) berbasis metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Metode AHP digunakan untuk menentukan bobot kriteria berdasarkan tingkat kepentingannya, sedangkan metode SAW digunakan untuk melakukan perangkingan alternatif tools AI. Penelitian ini melibatkan guru di SDN 15 Padang Genting dalam proses identifikasi kriteria dan penilaian alternatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model SPK mampu menghasilkan rekomendasi tools AI yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Pendekatan ini memberikan kontribusi dalam mendukung pengambilan keputusan yang lebih objektif dan sistematis dalam pemanfaatan AI untuk penyusunan bahan ajar Bahasa Inggris di sekolah dasar. APPLICATION OF CAI METHOD IN TAJWID SCIENCE LEARNING MEDIA APPLICATIONS MULTIMEDIA BASED

Efficient and students are less active due to the provision of material that is still watching causes students be passive; therefore, to avoid this, the teaching and learning process applies the CAI method. CAI ( Computer Assisted Instruction ) is a learning media through a computer system built as a complement and support learning techniques that can be packaged in an attractive and interactive multimedia form to increase student interest in learning. Ilmu tajwid merupakan salah satu bagian dari cabang ilmu alquran yang amat penting untuk dipelajari setiap muslim, untuk itu seorang guru berusaha mengembangkan dan memaj ukan pendidikan khususnya di MIS Al-mahdy permasalahan yang dihadapi khususnya dalam pengajaran quran hadist menganai ilmu tajwid seorang guru tersebut dalam melaksanakan pengajaran kurang efisien dan siswa kurang aktif disebabkan pemberian materi yang masih menonton menyebabkan siswa/i pasif maka dari itu untuk menghindari hal tersebut proses belajar mengajar menerapkan metode CAI. CAI (Computer Assisted Instruction)  merupakan media pembelajaran melalui sistem komputer yang dibangun sebagai pelengkap dan pendukung dalam metode pembelajaran yang dapat dikemas dalam bentuk multimedia yang menarik dan interaktif sehingga dapat meningkatkan minat siswa untuk belajar. SISTEM PELACAKAN KONTAK COVID-19 MENGGUNAKAN TEKNOLOGI QR CODE BERBASIS WEB

On the one hand, the use of application is very helpful in reducing the rate of transmission of Covid-19. But on the other hand, concerns against the use of user data that is secret to be its own obstacles. This study aims to create a tracing system contact Covid-19 using the QR Code. QR Code technology is selected because it can be used as a tracing tool contact without need to take the user's location data confidential. This system developed by applying the waterfall model. The results of the research show that the tracing system contact Covid-19 without using the privacy data of the user is successfully created with the use of QR Code technology is web-based. Using the method of blackbox testing, the results of the test the functionality of the system running well.             Keywords: Contact Tracing, Covid-19; QR Code; Waterfall; Web     Abstrak: Dalam upaya mengendalikan laju penyebaran Covid-19, Gubernur Sumatera Utara mengeluarkan instruksi tertulis untuk melakukan perpanjangan PPKM Mikro. Salah satu skenario pengendalian yang digunakan adalah dengan melakukan pelacakan kontak (contact tracing). Beberapa negara telah berhasil mengimplementasikan teknologi berbasis aplikasi sebagai alat untuk melakukan pelacakan kontak terhadap korban yang terpapar. Disatu sisi, penggunaan aplikasi sangat membantu dalam menekan laju penularan Covid-19. Namun disisi lain, kekhawatiran terhadap penggunaan data pengguna yang bersifat rahasia menjadi hambatan tersendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat sebuah sistem pelacakan kontak Covid-19 menggunakan QR Code. Teknologi QR Code dipilih karena dapat digunakan sebagai alat pelacakan kontak tanpa perlu mengambil data lokasi pengguna yang bersifat rahasia. Sistem ini dikembangkan dengan menerapkan model waterfall. Hasil peneltian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pelacakan kontak Covid-19 tanpa menggunkan data privasi pengguna berhasil dibuat dengan menggunkan teknologi QR Code yang berbasis web. Integration of Neuroscience Principles in Science Learning Media: A PICO-Based Systematic Literature Review

Abstract: Science education at the elementary school level plays a crucial role in fostering scientific thinking, curiosity, and problem-solving skills from an early age. Nevertheless, science instruction in elementary schools often… en remains teacher-centered, verbalistic, and insufficient in promoting meaningful scientific literacy. In response to these challenges, neuroscience provides a theoretical and empirical foundation for designing learning media that align with how the brain processes, stores, and retrieves information. This study aims to systematically examine the integration of neuroscience principles into science learning media and their effects on elementary students' scientific literacy. A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) was conducted using the PICO framework (Population, Intervention, Comparison, Outcome). Relevant peer-reviewed studies published between 2019 and 2024 were retrieved from Scopus, Google Scholar, ERIC, and DOAJ databases. The review followed four stages: identification, selection, quality appraisal, and thematic synthesis. The results indicate that neuroscience-based interventions—such as Augmented Reality (AR), Brain-Based Learning (BBL), interactive multimedia, and multisensory instructional strategies—consistently improve students' motivation, attention, conceptual understanding, critical thinking, and scientific literacy compared to conventional instructional approaches. The novelty of this study lies in its systematic synthesis of neuroscience-based science learning media through a PICO-oriented framework, highlighting the interaction between cognitive, affective, and technological dimensions of learning. The findings provide important implications for science education, particularly in guiding the development of neuroscience-informed learning media and instructional designs to enhance scientific literacy in elementary schools.
