ys photo-elicitation interviews to compare consumer evaluations of brand assets generated by three text-to-image tools (Midjourney, Neural Love AI, and Leonardo AI). Twelve target-market participants assessed anonymized visual sets (A/B/C) produced under a standardized prompt structure, using a semi-structured protocol informed by attention-stage cues from the AISAS model. Expert input from a visual communication design practitioner was used to triangulate judgments on visual quality and brand fit. Data were analyzed through iterative coding and thematic synthesis to identify recurring evaluation dimensions and decision cues. The findings suggest that perceived brand fit is shaped by visual realism, compositional clarity, brand-consistent signals, and message interpretability, while prompt ambiguity and inconsistent visual cues reduce credibility. The paper contributes an actionable evaluation framework expressed as evaluation dimensions and prompt-design considerations for startups seeking to deploy generative AI responsibly in brand communication

This shifting phenomenon demands comprehensive internal readiness, particularly regarding resource orchestration and marketing ambidexterity maturity to balance traditional connectivity business with the exploration of high-value digital service innovation. This research employs a quantitative methodology with descriptive and causal approaches to dissect and objectively measure the level of organizational readiness in facing such market disruptions. Primary data collection was conducted with 385 respondents consisting of employees and strategic stakeholders involved in the transformation process at PT Telkom Indonesia using a nonprobability sampling technique with a purposive sampling method. All collected data were subsequently processed and tested using the SmartPLS version 4 analysis tool to ensure accuracy in modeling the complex relationships between the variables. The data analysis techniques utilized include descriptive statistics to provide a general overview of the data and variance-based Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to test the significance of relationships between latent variables within the research model. The research findings project that corporate strategy significantly and positively influences business transformation success and B2B Digital model development, while simultaneously providing a strong direct impact on strengthening the company's competitiveness at the global level. The analysis results also indicate that internal transformation effectiveness and the implementation of B2B digital solutions are primary determinants capable of substantially enhancing the company's ability to compete across borders in the digital platform era. Furthermore, the mediating roles of business transformation and B2B Digital model variables have proven to be crucial in reinforcing the link between corporate strategic orientation and the achievement of sustainable international competitive advantage. Overall, this study provides an empirical foundation regarding the importance of precise resource orchestration for Telkom Indonesia to realize its vision as a preferred digital telco capable of winning competition in international markets.

n of perioperative pain management in a patient with appendicitis at UPT RSUD Labuang Baji Makassar. A descriptive case study design is employed using a perioperative nursing care approach covering preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases. The subject is a 44-year-old male patient diagnosed with appendicitis who undergoes appendectomy. Data are collected through interviews, observation, physical examination, and documentation, with pain assessed using the Numeric Rating Scale. Nursing interventions focus on non-pharmacological pain management, including deep breathing relaxation in the preoperative phase and Benson relaxation therapy in the postoperative phase. The results show a decrease in pain intensity and anxiety before surgery, effective control of intraoperative bleeding, and gradual reduction of postoperative pain accompanied by improved tissue integrity and patient knowledge. This case study demonstrates that appropriate non-pharmacological nursing interventions effectively support perioperative pain management and enhance patient recovery in appendicitis cases.

One of the interventions that can be applied is the deep breathing relaxation technique. Objective: To describe the nursing care from assessment to evaluation for Mrs. A with a risk of violent behavior, focusing on the deep breathing relaxation intervention. Method: This scientific paper uses a descriptive research method in the form of a case study. Results: After three days of nursing interventions for patient with a risk of violent behavior using deep breathing relaxation, the client showed reduced tension and was able to control her emotions well. Conclusion: Deep breathing relaxation for patient was effective in reducing the risk of violent behavior.

boratory analysis. This study aimed to evaluate the effect of delay time before urine examination on alcohol concentration. An experimental One-Shot Case Study design was conducted involving 44 participants in Denpasar who had consumed alcohol. Alcohol concentration was measured immediately, after a 2-hour delay, and after a 4-hour delay using the Alcohol Urine Rapid Test Dipstick Allchek, and the data were analyzed using the Kruskal-Wallis test. The findings showed that average urine alcohol levels increased numerically after a 2- and 4-hour delay compared to immediate testing; however, this change was not statistically significant (p=0.131). These results confirm that delaying urine alcohol examination up to 4 hours does not significantly alter detectable alcohol concentrations, although prompt testing is still recommended to ensure result accuracy and minimize the risk of false positives. This study provides important insights for the development of standard operating procedures regarding urine alcohol analysis in laboratory practice.

This platform has gained immense popularity, not only among adults but also among children and adolescents. While YouTube Shorts can serve as a source of education and entertainment, its unrestricted access regardless of age raises serious concerns. Children are particularly vulnerable to exposure to content that is inappropriate for their psychological development, such as verbal violence, consumerist lifestyles, deviant behavior, and misleading information. This situation prompts a fundamental question: to what extent do digital broadcasts influence students’ mindset and behavior? This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach to explore the impact of YouTube Shorts consumption on students. The findings reveal a duality of influence: on one hand, appropriate content can enhance literacy, creativity, and language proficiency. On the other hand, without proper supervision, this platform may lead to addiction, weaken social interaction, and normalize behaviors that contradict educational values. Therefore, collaboration between parents and educators is essential. Active supervision at home and digital ethics education at school are crucial to shaping a generation that is both critical and wise in navigating the digital information landscape.

eurofeedback has emerged as a non-invasive neuromodulatory intervention that enables patients to self-regulate brain activity and potentially alleviate persistent pain symptoms. This systematic review addresses the research problem of inconsistent evidence regarding the clinical efficacy and underlying mechanisms of EEG-based neurofeedback for chronic pain management in adults. A comprehensive analysis of 80 studies involving adults with chronic pain lasting at least three months was conducted, examining neurofeedback protocols, clinical pain outcomes, neurophysiological changes, secondary benefits, and methodological quality. Findings revealed heterogeneous results, with several studies reporting statistically significant and clinically meaningful pain reduction, particularly in conditions such as chemotherapy-induced neuropathy, fibromyalgia, and chronic back pain. Observed neurophysiological changes, including increased alpha power and modified connectivity in pain-related brain regions, were sometimes associated with clinical improvement, alongside reported benefits in sleep quality, mood, and overall well-being. However, evidence from sham-controlled randomized trials showed no significant differences between intervention and control groups, highlighting methodological limitations and challenges in blinding procedures. The review concludes that EEG neurofeedback is a safe and feasible intervention with potential therapeutic value for chronic pain, although current evidence remains inconsistent. The novelty of this study lies in its integrative evaluation of clinical outcomes, neurophysiological mechanisms, and protocol-specific effects, while emphasizing the need for personalized approaches, biomarker identification, and rigorous experimental designs to clarify efficacy and optimize treatment implementation.

This research employs a qualitative method with an interactive approach, where the researcher directly interacts with the subjects of the study. The findings indicate that 75% of traditional market traders do not feel threatened by modern markets, as they can still attract customers with lower prices and negotiation flexibility. However, 25% of traders experience negative impacts due to decreased income, with an average decline ranging from 10% to 15%. This study highlights the necessity for traditional market traders to adapt to changes and seek new strategies to sustain their businesses amidst increasing competition. The findings aim to provide a deeper understanding of market dynamics in Gumawang City and support the development of better policies for traditional markets.

The COVID-19 pandemic has reignited interest in thrifting due to economic pressures prompting people to save on expenses. The research methodology employed is qualitative descriptive, utilizing in-depth interviews and direct observations at Pasar Loak Jembatan Item Jatinegara. The findings reveal that traders employ two main strategies: selling directly at the market and through online platforms. Meanwhile, consumers have diverse motivations, ranging from meeting household needs to a desire to collect unique and antique items. Analysis of Alfred Schutz’s phenomenological theory is used to understand the reasons and goals behind consumer’s choices in thrifting. The researcher finds that each individual has different motives, such as goal motives (In order to motive) and because motives (Because motive), underlying their decisions to engage in thrifting. The conclusion of this research is that the phenomenon of thrifting at Pasar Loak Jembatan Item Jatinegara reflects the evolving and relevant dynamics of consumer culture, adapting to social and economic changes.
