Developing a Visual Marketing Evaluation Framework For AI Generated Brand Assets : Evidence From Photo Elicitation Interviews In a Sustainable Startup Context

Willys, Alfinza, Zaim, Ilma Aulia
Abstract: This study develops a practical framework for evaluating AI-generated brand visuals in a marketing communication context. Using a qualitative case study of an Indonesian sustainable startup (I-NewBee), the research employs… ys photo-elicitation interviews to compare consumer evaluations of brand assets generated by three text-to-image tools (Midjourney, Neural Love AI, and Leonardo AI). Twelve target-market participants assessed anonymized visual sets (A/B/C) produced under a standardized prompt structure, using a semi-structured protocol informed by attention-stage cues from the AISAS model. Expert input from a visual communication design practitioner was used to triangulate judgments on visual quality and brand fit. Data were analyzed through iterative coding and thematic synthesis to identify recurring evaluation dimensions and decision cues. The findings suggest that perceived brand fit is shaped by visual realism, compositional clarity, brand-consistent signals, and message interpretability, while prompt ambiguity and inconsistent visual cues reduce credibility. The paper contributes an actionable evaluation framework expressed as evaluation dimensions and prompt-design considerations for startups seeking to deploy generative AI responsibly in brand communication

STUDY OF PHOTOCATALYTIC HYDROGEN PRODUCTION OVER Ni-DOPED ZnO AND TiO₂ PHOTOCATALYSTS VIA CHEMICAL STABILIZATION

Frendi Maulana, Yohanes Engge
Abstract: This study synthesized Ni-doped ZnO (Ni0.05Zn0.95O) and TiO2 (Ni0.05Ti0.95O2) via immersion-assisted coprecipitation for hydrogen production. UV-Vis confirmed bandgap reduction to 2.87 eV (ZnO) and 2.82 eV (TiO2), enabling… ng visible light activity. XRD and SEM verified Ni incorporation and a significant reduction in crystal size (to 21 nm). To mitigate rapid particle sedimentation (25 min), sodium silicate was applied as a dispersant, successfully extending suspension stability to 4 hours. Notably, this chemical stabilization maintained a lower reactor temperature (49°C) compared to mechanical stirring (52°C), preventing efficiency loss due to thermal effects. Ni0.05Zn0.95O exhibited the highest photocatalytic activity, attributed to its superior Ni atomic composition. This research demonstrates that combining Ni-doping with chemical dispersion effectively optimizes both the electronic and physical properties of photocatalysts for enhanced hydrogen harvesting.

Penerapan Aritificial Intelligence (AI) Untuk Proses Photosintesis Pohon Naga di Desa Tanjungrapuan

Ananda, Ricki, Amin, Muhammad
Abstract: The design of a lighting automation system for dragon fruit plants uses an LDR sensor as a light intensity detector. This system is supported by a solar module with a capacity of 10-20 watts to supply power to a 12V battery… ery which is paralleled to 24V. This voltage was then changed by the inverter to 220VAC to light 10 lights as research samples. Tests show that the LDR sensor works optimally at 5VDC voltage. If the voltage supplied is less or more than 5VDC, the sensor cannot function properly. Analysis of the conversion of ADC values to output voltage shows consistent results according to the test table. In addition, using 12VDC voltage directly on the LDR causes the sensor to not function because the LDR is designed for low voltage (≤5V). Without a suitable resistor, excessive current can damage sensor components. The system design is able to minimize the use of electricity sources from PLN and is an energy-saving solution for lighting dragon fruit plants in the field.          Keywords: agriculture sustainable; dragon fruit trees; photosynthesis; renewable energy;solar cells                                                                                                              Abstrak: Rancangan sistem otomatisasi lampu pada tanaman buah naga menggunakan sensor LDR sebagai pendeteksi intensitas cahaya.
