Abstract:This study aims to describe the effectiveness of Services at the Harapan Makmur Village Office. This study was conducted for approximately 3 months, the location of the study was in Harapan Makmur Village, Kurik District,…
, Merauke Regency. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative with data analysis techniques using sources according to Miles and Huberman, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The number of informants in this study was 10 informants. research results. Based on the discussion of the three dimensions of tangible public service, reliability, and responsiveness, it can be concluded that public services in Harapan Makmur Village have shown real efforts to meet community expectations, although their implementation still faces various challenges. In terms of tangible, the availability of information boards is quite good physically, but not yet fully effective in conveying messages clearly and inclusively. From the aspect of reliability, the commitment to timely and procedural services is indeed visible, but it is not evenly distributed and there are still complaints regarding inconsistency. Meanwhile, in terms of responsiveness, village officials have shown good intentions to respond to community needs, but consistency in responding to complaints and needs of residents still needs to be improved.
Abstract:The rapid advancement of digital technology and the increasingly widespread penetration of the internet have significantly driven the growth of e-commerce in Indonesia, leading to notable changes in consumer behavior in…
making purchasing decisions. This condition requires business actors to comprehensively understand marketing factors that play a crucial role in influencing consumer decisions on e-commerce platforms, particularly those related to price, promotion, and product quality. The research problem of this study focuses on how these three variables shape consumer purchasing decisions amid increasingly intense e-commerce competition. This study aims to analyze the influence of price, promotion, and product quality on purchasing decisions in e-commerce by employing a qualitative approach through a literature review of various relevant scholarly sources, including both national and international journals. The findings indicate that competitive pricing aligned with consumers’ perceived value has a strong influence on attracting purchase intentions, while appropriate, sustainable, and communicative promotional strategies are able to enhance consumer awareness and purchase motivation. On the other hand, product quality is proven to be a key determinant in building trust, satisfaction, and consumer loyalty in online transactions. The conclusion of this study confirms that price, promotion, and product quality simultaneously contribute positively and significantly to e-commerce purchasing decisions. The novelty of this scholarly work lies in its conceptual synthesis that integrates these three variables within the context of Indonesian e-commerce consumer behavior, providing a holistic understanding that can serve as a strategic basis for decision-making among digital business practitioners in the technology-based economic era.
Abstract:The participation of Generation Z in the contemporary labor market serves as a key catalyst in driving technological adoption, organizational innovation, and changes in work culture. However, the high turnover intention…
among this generation indicates instability in employee retention, which can impact operational efficiency and continuity, particularly in the service sector. This study aims to empirically examine the influence of Non-Physical Work Environment, Compensation, and Workload on Turnover Intention among Generation Z workers in the Coffee Shop industry in Pontianak City, with Job Satisfaction as a mediating variable. A quantitative approach was employed in this study, with data collected through an online questionnaire using a five-point Likert scale. A total of 200 respondents aged 18–27 years were selected using purposive sampling based on relevant criteria. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with the Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) approach via the SmartPLS 4 software. The analysis results show that the Non-Physical Work Environment has a significant negative effect on Turnover Intention, while Compensation has a negative but not significant effect. Workload has a significant positive effect on Turnover Intention. Furthermore, the Non-Physical Work Environment and Compensation have significant positive effects on Job Satisfaction, while the effect of Workload is not significant. Job Satisfaction is proven to act as a significant mediator in the relationship between the Non-Physical Work Environment and Compensation on Turnover Intention, but it does not mediate the relationship between Workload and Turnover Intention. These findings emphasize the urgency of formulating managerial strategies focused on improving the quality of the work environment and implementing adaptive compensation policies, in order to sustainably reduce turnover rates among Generation Z workers.
Abstract:This study aims to comprehensively investigate the influence of Social Media Marketing and Lifestyle on consumer Purchase Decisions, with Brand Awareness serving as a mediating variable that plays a pivotal role in the consumer…
onsumer decision-making process. The research adopts a causal-quantitative design, intended to identify and test the causal relationships among the predetermined variables. Primary data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 130 respondents, consisting of customers of CW Coffee in Pontianak City, West Kalimantan. Data analysis was conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique based on Partial Least Squares (PLS), operated through SmartPLS 4 software, which facilitates simultaneous evaluation of both the measurement model (outer model) and the structural model (inner model). The model estimation results indicate that both Social Media Marketing and Lifestyle exert a positive and statistically significant effect on Brand Awareness, and contribute both directly and indirectly to Purchase Decisions. Furthermore, Brand Awareness is empirically validated as a partial mediator that reinforces the relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable. The theoretical implications of these findings underscore that enhancing brand exposure through strategic social media engagement and contextually understanding contemporary consumer Lifestyles are critical determinants in shaping strong brand perceptions and driving purchase intention and realization. Consequently, this study offers practical contributions for business practitioners in formulating digital marketing strategies based on the integration of consumer values and the optimization of digital communication channels, thereby enhancing market penetration effectiveness and fostering long-term customer loyalty.

Abstract:This study analyzes the acceptance of teachers and ASN employees of the SINAGA (Sistem Informasi Layanan Kepegawaian) attendance application at SMA Negeri 1 Jatilawang using a modified Technology Acceptance Model (TAM).…
The model was extended by incorporating two external variables: Information Quality and Complexity. This explanatory quantitative research employed the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method involving 60 respondents who are civil servants, consisting of teachers and administrative staff. The results reveal that Information Quality has a positive and significant influence on both Perceived Usefulness (PU) and Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU), while Complexity does not show a significant effect on either variable. Furthermore, PEOU and PU have a positive impact on Attitude Toward Use (ATU), which subsequently affects Behavioral Intention to Use (BIU). Behavioral intention, in turn, strongly influences Actual Use (AU). These findings indicate that teachers’ acceptance of the SINAGA digital attendance system in educational settings is primarily driven by information quality and users’ positive attitudes rather than by system complexity. Theoretically, this study contributes to the expansion of TAM application in the educational context. Practically, it provides valuable insights for improving the effectiveness of SINAGA implementation through better information quality and enhanced user experience.
