hybrid systems that combine manual and digital record-keeping without proper integration, resulting in inefficient patient data management. This study aims to develop an integrated hybrid Electronic Medical Record system at Damai Clinic to improve healthcare services and patient data management. A descriptive research method with a system development approach was employed through system analysis, problem identification, and system design. The results indicate that the proposed system successfully integrates patient registration, medical examination, pharmacy services, payment, and reporting into a single system. The hybrid implementation allows paper-based records to remain as supporting archives while electronic records become the primary source of patient information. The developed system is expected to improve service efficiency, reduce documentation errors, enhance data security, and support digital transformation in healthcare facilities.

This study aims to analyze school-parent communication practices from an Islamic perspective and their impact on student learning outcomes at Nurul Hidayah Elementary School in Kutawaluya District. The study used a qualitative approach with a case study. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies, then analyzed interactively through the stages of reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results indicate that communication practices occur formally and informally, are integrated with the values of trust and deliberation, and encourage active parental involvement in home learning support. Dialogic and persuasive communication contributes to improved student discipline, learning readiness, and responsibility. Integrating Islamic values into communication practices strengthens collaborative relationships between schools and families. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of developing an Islamic values-based educational communication model as a strategy to strengthen school-parent partnerships in improving student learning outcomes.

penjuru dunia. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkuantifikasi tingkat kemiringan masing-masing jalur dengan memanfaatkan konsep gradien dalam kerangka kalkulus peubah banyak. Data elevasi setiap stasiun serta panjang segmen antar-stasiun dikumpulkan dan diolah untuk memperoleh nilai kemiringan per segmen maupun kemiringan rata-rata keseluruhan jalur. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa jalur Yoshida memiliki kemiringan rata-rata sebesar 23,36% (setara 13,15°), sedangkan jalur Fujinomiya mencatat kemiringan rata-rata yang lebih tinggi, yakni 31,54% (setara 17,50°). Segmen paling curam pada jalur Yoshida terletak di antara Stasiun 5 dan Stasiun 6 dengan kemiringan 45,45%, sementara segmen paling curam pada jalur Fujinomiya berada di antara Stasiun 8 dan Stasiun 9a dengan kemiringan 65,69%. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa jalur Yoshida lebih sesuai bagi pendaki pemula, sedangkan jalur Fujinomiya menuntut kondisi fisik yang lebih prima.

This study aims to analyze and describe the implementation of inclusive learning strategies in interventions for reading difficulties in dyslexic students at State Islamic Elementary School (MIN) 1 Karawang. The study used a qualitative approach with a case study approach. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. Data were then analyzed using an interactive model that included data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that strategy implementation was carried out through adaptive planning, differentiated learning, and individual development-based evaluation integrated into regular learning. Teachers modified materials, used visual media, segmented text, and continuously monitored student progress. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of strengthening teachers' pedagogical competencies in designing inclusive literacy interventions and the need for institutional support to ensure the sustainability of adaptive learning practices in madrasas.

The primary data are obtained from Ahmad Mukhtar Umar’s works discussing ‘ilm al-dalālah (semantics), while the secondary data come from books, journal articles, and websites related to semantics and Arabic language learning. The findings show that Ahmad Mukhtar Umar’s linguistic thought is built upon the integration of classical Arabic linguistic traditions and modern linguistic theories, emphasizing language as a dynamic and contextual system of meaning. The concept of the semantic field is understood as a network of semantic relations among vocabulary items, encompassing synonymy, hyponymy, part–whole relations, antonymy, and incompatibility. The study concludes that applying the concept of semantic fields in Arabic language learning enables thematic and conceptual vocabulary development, thereby supporting more meaningful, communicative, and contextual learning.

The model exhibited strong explanatory power, indicating that the majority of the variation in student purchasing decisions can be effectively attributed to their lifestyle trends and high consumption levels. This research aims to comprehensively and systematically examine the multidimensional role of AI in enhancing the quality of learning management in the digital era, with in-depth analytical focus on three fundamental pillars: strategic learning planning, pedagogical process implementation, and learning outcome evaluation. The research methodology employs a rigorous Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, analyzing over 150 high-quality scientific articles from leading national and international journals published between 2014-2024, utilizing a thematic synthesis framework to identify emergent patterns and significant trends in AI implementation in education. Research findings reveal that AI implementation in learning management produces multifaceted transformative impacts, including significant improvements in pedagogical decision-making quality through predictive analytics and data-driven insights, strengthening the strategic role of teachers as adaptive and responsive learning facilitators, and expanding democratic learning accessibility through adaptive learning systems and intelligent tutoring systems technologies. AI has also proven effective in optimizing educational resource allocation, enhancing student engagement through intelligent gamification, and facilitating inclusive and equitable learning.
