The Effect of Sales Promotion and Brand Awareness on Iconnet Purchase Decisions at PT. Icon+ in Makassar City

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of sales promotions and brand awareness on purchasing decisions for Iconnet at PT. Icon+ in Makassar City. The population in this study are Iconnet customers. Sampling&#8230; g in this study used the slovin formula so that 96 respondents were sampled. The type of research used is associative research. The data used is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to customers. The results of the study after being processed with SPSS 25 show that there is a partially significant effect between the independent variables on the dependent variable as evidenced by the t value of the sales promotion variable (X1) of 7.015 > t table of 1.661 with a sig. 0.000 < 0.05, and the calculated t value of the brand awareness variable (X2) is 2.873 > t table 1.661 with a significant value of 0.005 <0.05. Simultaneously there is a significant effect between the independent variable on the dependent variable as evidenced by the multiple linear regression equation Y = 4.565 + 0.302 X1 + 0.155 X2 +e and the significant effect of F count 41.345 > F table 3.094 with a significant level of 0.00 <0.05 The R Square value or the coefficient of determination of 0.471 indicates that 47.1% of the purchasing decision variable (Y) is influenced or can be explained by the independent variables of sales promotion and brand awareness, while the remaining 52.9% is explained by other variables not included in the this research. Analysis of The Influence of Organizational Commitment and Work Discipline on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as An Intervening Variable

Abstract: The primary objective of this research is to examine and assess the impact of work dicipline and organizational commitment on employee performance. In an endeavor to enhance individual and group employee performance, specific&#8230; cific standards of responsibility have been instituted for each individual in the execution of their duties. Typically, employees exhibiting a high level of competence in their roles suggest that their success in the work environment has been optimized. Consequently, this study was conducted to elucidate the interrelations between work motivation, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and employee performance within the context of the Regional Drinking Water Company of Makassar City (PDAM Makassar City).The research involved the collection of data from 107 employees of the Makassar City Regional Drinking Water Company to empirically test the proposed research model, utilizing WarpPLS 7.0 modeling software. The findings of the study reveal that there is a statistically significant influence of organizational commitment and work discipline, both individually and collectively, on job satisfaction and employee performance. Additionally, a discernible impact of job satisfaction on employee performance was identified, and an indirect influence of organizational commitment and work discipline variables on performance was observed through their impact on job satisfaction

The Influence of Motivation and Work Environment on The Performance Employees of Trade and Industrial Department of Gowa District

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and work environment on employee performance at the Department of Trade and Industry of Gowa Regency. The population in this study were all employees at the Department&#8230; t of Trade and Industry of Gowa Regency, totaling 40 people. The number of samples used is the entire population because there are less than 100 people, namely the type of saturated cover, with this type of quantitative research. The data used are primary data and secondary data obtained using a questionnaire distribution technique.The results of the research after being processed with SPSS. 21 Based on the results of the research it shows that motivation (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. work environment (X2) has an effect on employee performance, and in terms of positive influence it also has a significant impact. And together motivation and work environment affect employee performance.

The Influence of Motivation on Employee Performance of Trade and Industrial Department of Gowa Regency

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of motivation on employee performance at the Department of Trade and Industry of Gowa Regency. The population in this study were all employees at the Department of Trade and Industry&#8230; ry of Gowa Regency, totaling 40 people. The number of samples used is the entire population because there are less than 100 people, namely the type of saturated cover, with this type of quantitative research. The data used are primary data and secondary data obtained using a questionnaire distribution technique. The results of the research after being processed with SPSS.21 Based on the results of the research it shows that motivation (X) has a coefficient value of 0.841 and t_count > t_table (3.385 > 2.026) and the value of Sig. of 0.002 <0.05, which means that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

The Effect of Product Quality and Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction at SLV Room Boutique

Abstract: The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction at the SLV Room Boutique. The population in this study were consumers of SLV Room Boutique. the sampling&#8230; g in this study was carried out using a purposive sampling technique so that 80 respondents were sampled. The type of research used is quantitative. The data used is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to consumers. The results of the study after the data was processed with SPSS.23 show that there is a partially significant effect between the independent variable and the dependent variable which can be proven by the calculated t value of the product quality variable (X1) of 2,938> t table 1.665 with a significant value of 0.004 <0.05 and the calculated t value of the service quality variable (X2) of 4.700> t table 1.665 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Simultaneously there is a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable (X2). Simultaneously, there is a positive and significant influence between the independent variables on the dependent variable as evidenced by the multiple linear regression equation, namely Y = -0.754 + 0.167 X1 + 0.338 X2 + e and a significant effect with a calculated F value of 56.016 > F table 3.965 with a significant level of 0.00 <0.05. The R Square value or the coefficient of determination of 0.593 indicates that 59.3% of the customer satisfaction variable (Y) is influenced or can be explained by the independent variables of product quality and service quality, while the remaining 40.7% is explained by other variables not included in this study. The Influence of Employee Recruitment System and Performance on Increasing Employee Productivity Banyorang Coffee Processing Center Tompobulu District, Bantaeng Regency

Abstract: This study aims to (1) determine the recruitment system has a partial effect on increasing employee productivity at the Banyorang coffee processing center, Tompobulu sub-district, Bantaeng district. (2) Knowing that employee&#8230; oyee performance has a partial effect on increasing employee productivity at the banyorang coffee processing center, Tompobulu sub-district, Bantaeng regency. (3) Knowing the recruitment system and employee performance simultaneously influence the increase in employee productivity at the Banyorang coffee processing center, Tompobulu sub-district, Bantaeng regency. This research was conducted at the Banyorang coffee processing center, Tompobulu sub-district, Bantaeng district. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data, with a total sample of 30 people. The results of the research hypothesis show that the recruitment system has a partial effect on employee productivity at the Banyorang Coffee Processing Center, Tompobulu District, Bantaeng Regency. This result means that with a good recruitment system, there will be an increase in Employee Productivity. The results of the research hypothesis show that employee performance has a partial effect on employee productivity at the Banyorang Coffee Processing Center, Tompobulu District, Bantaeng Regency. This result means that with good performance, there will be an increase in Employee Productivity. The results of the research hypothesis show that the recruitment system and employee performance simultaneously influence employee productivity at the Banyorang Coffee Processing Center, Tompobulu District, Bantaeng Regency.

Adoption of Small-Scale Irrigation and Its impact on Household’s Income in Dugda Districts, East Shewa Zone, Oromia, Ethiopia

Abstract: The major of this study was to estimate the impact of Adoption of Small-Scale Irrigation in Dugda district. Data were collected from both primary and secondary data sources. Primary data was collected from 384 household&#8230; heads in four kebeles of the district using structured questionnaire. Descriptive, logit and propensity score matching techniques were used for data analysis. The study finding from the propensity score matching technique revealed that the incomes of adopters of small scale irrigation were increased by 37,696.06ETB per annum. This calls for strengthening the available irrigation facilities and expansion of irrigation sector in the study area.

The Effect of Job Satisfaction and Employee Commitment on Employee Performance at the Social Service of Makassar City

Abstract: This study aims to (1) determine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, (2) determine the effect of employee commitment on employee performance, (3) determine the effect of job satisfaction and employee&#8230; commitment jointly on employee performance at the Makassar City Social Service . The data used in this study are primary and secondary data with a total sample of 69 respondents. This study used a quantitative approach and was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 22 data processing to prove three hypotheses. The results of this study prove that the variable Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on Employee Performance with a t count of 2.964 > t table of 1.996. The Employee Commitment variable has a significant effect with a t count of 2.943 > t table of 1.996. Based on the results of this study it is also known that the independent variables jointly or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable, namely Employee Performance at the Makassar City Social Service. Therefore, if job satisfaction and employee commitment continue to be improved, it will certainly increase employee performance.

The Effect of Workload and Work Stress on Employee Performance at PT PLN (Persero) Customer Service Unit Karebosi City of Makassar

Abstract: This study was to determine the effect of workload and work stress on employee performance in PT PLN (Persero) Karebosi Customer Service Unit Makassar City. the sample of this study were 58 employees. This type of research&#8230; ch is Quantitative research. The data used are primary data and secondary data obtained using the questionnaire distribution technique. The results of the study shows that there is a positive influence between the workload variable (X1) on employee performance (Y) and there is a negative influence between the work stress variable (X2) on the employee performance variable which can be shown through the multiple linear regression equation, namely Y = 38. 355 + 0.265 - 0.294 + e and has a significant effect with the t_ (calculated) value of each variable of 3.711> t_ (table) (X1) and -2.612> t_ (table) (X2), with a significance level of 0.003 <0.05 (X1) and 0.012 <0.05 (X2). The R Square value of 0.501 this figure shows that the workload variable and the work strea variable in this study contributed an influence of 50.1%.

The Influence of Financial Literacy and Financial Inclusion on MSME Financial Performance in Makassar City

The&#8230; he population is all MSMEs in Makassar City which are registered with the Makassar City Cooperatives and MSMEs Office with sample selection using certain considerations (purposive sampling). The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) tools.
