The author uses qualitative data analysis techniques by processing data from interviews and observations to draw conclusions so that they can answer the problems in the research. Based on the research results, it is known that: The village government has not optimally carried out its role in developing the Pasir Bentang tourist attraction considering that there are several indicators of the dimensions of the role that have not been optimal, causing the development of the Pasir Bentang tourist attraction to be less than expected. This includes, among other things, a lack of response from the community in activities. deliberations on planning the development of tourist attractions and the lack of an active role in managing tourist attractions. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method, namely research in the form of a literature study which aims to analyze, evaluate, identify, observe, find and determine relevant research topics. The results of data analysis conclude that science and technology are human achievements that must be utilized in understanding and practicing something. In line with this principle, science is actually a process experienced by individuals in their development. The poorer the knowledge, the narrower the insight in understanding something, the narrower a person's thinking about a science. In conclusion, development is a skill in the structure and function of the body or an increase in more complex abilities in a regular and predictable pattern as a result of experience and the maturation process. Development is also very closely related to social, motor, intellectual and emotional abilities. The ADDIE paradigm is employed in the research and development process. This learning media is developed through a sequential process consisting of five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The participants in this study were eighth-grade students from Singkawang 4 State Middle School. The product feasibility testing step was conducted by a pair of media specialists and one material specialist. The research findings indicated that the feasibility evaluation conducted by media specialists obtained a score of 155 out of a total possible score of 168, placing it in the “very feasible” category. The examination conducted by material experts achieved a score of 71 out of a possible 80, placing it in the “very feasible” category. The mean score attained from the extensive evaluation of 33 eighth-grade students at Singkawang State Middle School 4 was 2550 out of a possible maximum score of 3036. The assessment categorized the score as “highly appropriate” for utilization as a learning tool.

The subject of this research covers aspects related to the commitment of madrasa heads in organizing the cultural governance of educational services at the State Tsanawiyah Madrasah in the Riau Islands, which consists of the leadership of the MTsN Riau Islands, as well as teachers and other educational staff. The data collection techniques are through documentation, behavioral observation, or interviews with participants. The data was then analyzed through three components, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this research show that madrasa heads must be committed to taking real action to improve the quality of education at State MTs in the Riau Islands. Concrete steps that can be taken are to initiate teacher training programs, update the curriculum to reflect the latest developments, and strive for (tangible) facilities that are comfortable and conducive to learning. Madrasah heads must also try to always be open to input from all parties involved in the educational process.

The research methodology employed is qualitative descriptive, utilizing in-depth interviews and direct observations at Pasar Loak Jembatan Item Jatinegara. The findings reveal that traders employ two main strategies: selling directly at the market and through online platforms. Meanwhile, consumers have diverse motivations, ranging from meeting household needs to a desire to collect unique and antique items. Analysis of Alfred Schutz’s phenomenological theory is used to understand the reasons and goals behind consumer’s choices in thrifting. The researcher finds that each individual has different motives, such as goal motives (In order to motive) and because motives (Because motive), underlying their decisions to engage in thrifting. The conclusion of this research is that the phenomenon of thrifting at Pasar Loak Jembatan Item Jatinegara reflects the evolving and relevant dynamics of consumer culture, adapting to social and economic changes. Government's initiative in launching QRIS is to make it easier for people who prefer digital payments, especially young people in Indonesia. The use of QRIS itself is increasing every year. The Governor of Bank Indonesia stated that more than 90% of UMKMs in Indonesia have used QRIS. The benefits of using QRIS for UMKM are faster payment processes, no need to prepare for money returns, increased sales turnover, easier settlement process, and financial discipline. The model used in this study is the Technology Accepted Model (TAM). TAM is a method to measure individual reception to the use of information technology systems. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach. Micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (UMKM) are used as populations in this study. In the sample selection, the researchers conducted the dissemination of the questionnaire with two events, namely online and offline. The samples obtained after the implementation of disseminated questionnaires and according to the conditions of the research sample are as many as 210 UMKM. Further, SmartPLS version 4 software is used for data processing. The findings from this study are that product knowledge variables significantly affect the use of QRIS. Perceived usefulness variables have also been found to influence the use. The same thing was also found in the perceived ease of use variable. Other findings that are backward related to the perception of risk variables. On this variable, it has been found that there is a negative influence against the use, so, it can be concluded that UMKM in Semarang district is still afraid related to financial risk as a result of the QRIS use.

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of knowledge, attitudes and support from health workers on the implementation of health protocols during the Covid-19 pandemic among visitors at Tanjung Pura Hospital, Langkat Regency. The method in this research uses an analytical survey with a cross-sectional approach. The research population was all visitors to Tanjung Pura Regional Hospital in October 2022 with a total sample of 96 people using the Accidental Sampling technique. The data collected was obtained by interviews using a questionnaire. Data analysis used univariate and bivariate analysis. The results of the study showed that knowledge was poor as much as 57.3%, positive attitude was 56.3%, support from health workers was poor as much as 53.1%. The results of bivariate analysis show that the knowledge variable is 0.000, attitude is 0.001, support from health workers is 0.001. So it can be concluded that there is an influence of the variables of knowledge, attitudes and support of health workers on the implementation of health protocols during the Covid-19 pandemic. It is recommended that hospitals implement strict health protocol checks, such as carrying out checks at hospital entrances, making regulations regarding health protocol raids, and imposing sanctions for those who do not comply with health protocols.
