DATA STRUCTURE MODELING IN THE BEST TEACHER RATING SYSTEM USING TOPSIS ALGORITHM

Abstract: Abstract: Teacher performance appraisal is a very important aspect in improving the quality of education today, but often occurs during the assessment process of subjectivity constraints and lack of a structured system,… in this study aims to build a data structure modeling and facilitate the school MAS Islamiyah Hessa Air Genting in the assessment to determine the best teacher transparently and measurably by using the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) algorithm. The TOPSIS method was chosen because it is able to provide ranking results based on the closeness of alternatives to the ideal solution. In this modeling, assessment criteria data such as pedagogical, professional, personality, social competencies, as well as other indicators such as teacher discipline and achievement are modeled structurally in a relational database. The results show that the designed data structure is able to support the decision-making process efficiently and objectively. Keywords: data structure; decision support system; teacher assessment; topsis; ranking.   Abstrak: Penilaian kinerja guru merupakan aspek yang sangat penting dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan saat ini, namun sering terjadi saat proses penilaian kendala subjektivitas dan kurangnya sistem yang terstruktur, dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun pemodelan struktur data serta mempermudah pihak sekolah MAS Islamiyah Hessa Air Genting dalam penilaian untuk menentukan guru terbaik secara transparan dan terukur dengan menggunakan algoritma Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). Metode TOPSIS dipilih karena mampu memberikan hasil perankingan berdasarkan kedekatan alternatif terhadap solusi ideal. Dalam pemodelan ini, data kriteria penilaian seperti kompetensi pedagogik, profesional, kepribadian, sosial, serta indikator lain seperti kedisiplinan dan prestasi guru dimodelkan secara terstruktur dalam basis data relasional. DEVELOPMENT OF A WEB-BASED POINT OF SALE APPLICATION US-ING THE LARAVEL FRAMEWORK

Abstract: Abstract: The development of information technology encourages businesses to take over digital systems in business operations, even in the sales process. The Point of Sales (POS) system is the leading solution for recording… ing transactions, managing stock, and creating sales reports efficiently. This study aims to develop a POS application based on a website and make it easier for administrators to manage sales transactions, making them faster and more efficient. This system is made with a structured Agile Development method, requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and implementation. The framework used is the Laravel framework, with system testing conducted using BlackBox. The test results show that the system is on track and that the efficiency of the transaction and reporting process can be increased. A web-based basis allows users to manage their business more easily in real time because this application is flexible and can be used on various devices.             Keywords: agile model;laravel;point of sales; websites     Abstrak: Pengembangan teknologi informasi mendorong bisnis untuk mengambil alih sistem digital dalam operasi bisnis, bahkan dalam proses penjualan. Sistem Point of Sales (POS) adalah solusi utama untuk merekam transaksi, mengelola stok dan membuat laporan penjualan secara efisien. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangan aplikasi POS berdasarkan situs web dan memudahkan administrator dalam mengelola transaksi penjualan, membuatnya lebih cepat dan lebih efisien. Sistem ini dibuat dengan metode Agile Development yang terstruktur, requirement, design, development, testing, deployment, dan implementation serta kerangka kerja yang digunakan yaitu framework Laravel dengan pengujian sistem menggunakan Blackbox. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem berada di jalur dan bahwa efisiensi proses transaksi dan pelaporan dapat meningkat. FEATURE ALIGNMENT OF THE INTERNAL QUALITY AUDIT SYSTEM BASED ON PPEPP

Abstract: Abstract: The Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology, has developed guidelines for the Internal Quality Assurance System or known as SPMI, that is being implemented through the Internal Quality Audit (IQA)… QA) with the PPEPP cycle, namely Determination (P), Implemen-tation (P), Evaluation (E), Control (P), and Improvement (P). Some universities have implemented IQA with system. The problem is that the system does not line well with the PPEPP cycle, which results in unsatisfactory audit results. The purpose of this study is to evaluate how well the university-owned AQI system features in line the PPEPP cycle and to highlight development opportunities. The method used Feature Oriented Domain analysis (FODA) and Acceptance Testing. This study delivered an analysis of IQA system features that consistent with PPEPP. The FODA results were validated by expert and tested with User Acceptance Test (UAT) with 89.98% user response that the system is acceptable. The research contributes to universities' understanding of the features necessary in the AQI system, which has an impact on the perfection of the university AQI system design in accordance with the PPEPP cycle.             Keywords: FODA; IQA system; PPEPP cycle; SPMI     Abstrak: Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi telah menyusun pedoman Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Internal atau yang dikenal dengan SPMI, yang diimplementasikan melalui Audit Mutu Internal (AMI) dengan siklus PPEPP, yaitu Penetapan (P), Pelaksanaan (P), Evaluasi (E), Pengendalian (P), dan Peningkatan (P). Beberapa perguruan tinggi telah mengimplementasikan AMI dengan sistem. Permasalahannya, sistem tersebut tidak sejalan dengan siklus PPEPP, sehingga hasil audit kurang memuaskan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi seberapa baik fitur sistem AMI milik perguruan tinggi sejalan dengan siklus PPEPP dan menyoroti peluang pengembangan. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis Feature Oriented Domain (FODA) dan Acceptance Testing. Penelitian ini menghasilkan analisis fitur sistem AMI yang konsisten dengan PPEPP. Hasil FODA divalidasi oleh ahli dan diuji dengan User Acceptance Test (UAT) dengan 89,98% respon pengguna bahwa sistem dapat diterima. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pemahaman universitas terhadap fitur-fitur yang diperlukan dalam sistem AMI, yang berdampak pada kesempurnaan desain sistem AMI universitas sesuai dengan siklus PPEPP.   Kata kunci: FODA; siklus PPEPP; sistem AMI; SPMI

PREDICTING LOAN ELIGIBILITY WITH SUPPORT VECTOR MACHINE: A MACHINE LEARNING APPROACH

Abstract: Abstract: Non-performing loans remain one of the main challenges faced by cooperatives, particularly when the loan eligibility assessment process is still conducted manually. This traditional approach tends to be time consuming,… nsuming, subjective, and prone to inaccurate decisions. This study aims to develop a predictive model for borrower eligibility using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm as a more efficient and objective machine learning-based solution. A total of 1,000 loan history records were processed using RapidMiner software, taking into account variables such as salary, years of employment, loan amount, monthly installment, employment status, monthly expenses, number of dependents, housing status, age, and collateral value. The model’s performance was evaluated using a confusion matrix and classification metrics including accuracy, precision, recall, and kappa. The results indicate that the SVM model achieved an accuracy of 90.05%, precision of 90.13%, recall of 90.05%, and f1 score of 90,08%, reflecting a strong performance in classifying borrower eligibility. The application of this method makes a significant contribution to the development of data driven decision support systems within cooperative environments. This finding expands the scientific understanding in the field of microfinance and supports the implementation of artificial intelligence technologies in making decisions that are more precise, rapid, and accurate. Keywords: cooperative; eligibility prediction; machine learning; non-performing loan; SVM Abstrak: Kredit macet merupakan salah satu permasalahan utama yang dihadapi koperasi, terutama ketika proses penilaian kelayakan peminjam masih dilakukan secara manual. Pendekatan ini cenderung lambat, subjektif, dan berisiko menghasilkan keputusan yang kurang akurat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun model prediksi kelayakan peminjam menggunakan algoritma Support Vector Machine (SVM) sebagai solusi berbasis machine learning yang lebih efisien dan objektif. Sebanyak 1.000 data riwayat pinjaman diolah menggunakan tools RapidMiner dengan mempertimbangkan variabel: gaji, lama bekerja, besar pinjaman, angsuran per bulan, status pegawai, pengeluaran bulanan, jumlah tanggungan, status rumah, umur, dan nilai jaminan. Evaluasi model dilakukan menggunakan confusion matrix dan metrik klasifikasi seperti akurasi, presisi, recall, dan kappa. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa model SVM mencapai akurasi  90,05%, presisi 90,13%, recall 90,05%, dan f1 score 90,08%, yang mencerminkan performa model yang sangat baik dalam mengklasifikasikan kelayakan peminjam. Penerapan metode ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam pengembangan sistem pendukung keputusan berbasis data di lingkungan koperasi. Temuan ini memperluas wawasan keilmuan di bidang keuangan mikro dan mendukung penerapan teknologi kecerdasan buatan dalam pengambilan keputusan yang lebih tepat, cepat, dan akurat. AN EFFECTIVENESS OF LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS IN HIGHER EDUCATION: THE DELONE AND MCLEAN-SEM APPROACH

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of Learning Management Systems (LMS) among higher education institutions in Indonesia. This analysis is crucial for assessing the effectiveness of LMS use by universities in Indonesia, enabling investments in LMS to yield optimal results. The study employed the D&M IS Success Model and PLS-SEM to evaluate the relationships between various variables, including system, information, service quality, user satisfaction, and benefits. Simple random sampling was used to collect data from 170 universities in Indonesia. This study employed PLS-SEM to investigate the observed variables, including validity and reliability testing, which involves assessing reliability, convergent validity, and discriminant validity. This current study found that all the hypotheses were accepted with p-values below 0,05. These findings contribute to universities paying attention to aspects of system, information, and service quality in Learning Management Systems (LMS) to improve user satisfaction and create a positive perception of benefits. Therefore, this research yields significant results that contribute to higher education in Indonesia, as well as the advancement of knowledge in management information systems.             Keywords: delone and mclean; information system success; LMS; SEM-PLS.   Abstrak: Teknologi Informasi telah memengaruhi berbagai sektor, termasuk pendidikan. Learning Management System (LMS) dirancang untuk memfasilitasi dosen dan mahasiswa dalam mengakses kegiatan akademik seperti pembelajaran daring. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas penggunaan Learning Management System (LMS) di perguruan tinggi di Indonesia. Analisis ini penting untuk menilai sejauh mana efektivitas penggunaan LMS oleh universitas-universitas di Indonesia, sehingga investasi dalam LMS dapat mem-berika           n hasil yang optimal.Penelitian ini menggunakan model D&M IS Success Model dan metode PLS-SEM untuk mengevaluasi hubungan antara berbagai variabel, termasuk kuali-tas sistem, informasi, layanan, kepuasan pengguna, dan manfaat. Teknik simple random sampling digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dari 170 perguruan tinggi di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan PLS-SEM untuk mengkaji variabel-variabel yang diamati, ter-masuk pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas, yang mencakup penilaian reliabilitas, validitas konvergen, dan validitas diskriminan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa semua hipotesis diterima dengan nilai p di bawah 0,05. Temuan ini mendorong universitas untuk memberikan perhatian pada aspek kualitas sistem, informasi, dan layanan dalam penggunaan LMS guna meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna dan menciptakan persepsi posi-tif terhadap manfaatnya. THE EFFECT OF FACIAL ACCESSORY AUGMENTATION ON THE ACCURACY OF DEEP LEARNING-BASED FACIAL RECOGNITION SYSTEMS

Abstract: Abstract: Face recognition based on deep learning has become an important technology in many areas. However, these systems often face challenges in real-world conditions, such as when the face is partially covered by accessories… essories such as masks or glasses. This study aims to evaluate the effect of data augmentation by adding facial accessories (masks, glasses, and a combination of both) and geometric augmentation on the accuracy of face recognition systems. There are three types of datasets used in this method: the original dataset (category 1), the dataset with facial accessories augmentation (category 2), and the dataset with geometric augmentation (category 3). Data augmentation was performed on the training dataset to increase diversity, followed by the face detection process using SCRFD and feature extraction with ArcFace. The model was then trained using Multi-Layer Perceptron (MLP). Based on the results, adding face accessories (category 2) made the model a lot more accurate, hitting 99% accuracy. In category 3, adding geometric features improved accuracy to 91%. Other evaluation metrics, such as precision, recall, and F1-score, also showed improvement after augmentation. This study concludes that facial accessories augmentation is more effective in improving the accuracy and robustness of face recognition models compared to geometric augmentation. Keywords: augmentation; deep learning; face recognition; glasses.   Abstrak: Pengenalan wajah berbasis deep learning telah menjadi salah satu teknologi penting dalam berbagai aplikasi. Namun, sistem ini sering kali menghadapi tantangan dalam kondisi dunia nyata, seperti saat wajah tertutup sebagian oleh aksesori seperti masker atau kacamata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh augmentasi data dengan menambahkan aksesori wajah (masker, kacamata, dan kombinasi keduanya) serta augmentasi geometris terhadap akurasi sistem pengenalan wajah. Metode yang digunakan melibatkan tiga kategori dataset: dataset asli tanpa augmentasi (kategori 1), dataset dengan augmentasi aksesoris wajah (kategori 2), dan dataset dengan augmentasi geometris (kategori 3). Augmentasi data dilakukan pada dataset pelatihan untuk meningkatkan keberagaman, diikuti dengan proses deteksi wajah menggunakan SCRFD dan ekstraksi fitur dengan ArcFace. Model kemudian dilatih menggunakan Multi-Layer Perceptron (MLP). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa augmentasi aksesoris wajah (kategori 2) memberikan peningkatan signifikan pada akurasi model, mencapai 99%, sedangkan kategori 3 dengan augmentasi geometris mencapai akurasi 91%. Metrik evaluasi lainnya, seperti precision, recall, dan F1-score, juga menunjukkan peningkatan setelah augmentasi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa augmentasi aksesoris wajah lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan akurasi dan ketahanan model pengenalan wajah dibandingkan dengan augmentasi geometris. EXPLANATION OF FEATURE EXTRACTION IN FACE RECOGNITION USING VIOLA JONES ALGORITHM

Abstract: Face recognition has become a common thing used in the field of surveillance and security in computer technology and image devices. This study aims to identify the usefulness of a person's face on 3 test images. This study… dy examines the methods of cropping techniques, image enhancement through intensity measurement, and histogram analysis to improve the contrast and distribution of image intensity. In addition, the Viola-Jones algorithm is used to detect key facial features such as eyes, nose, and mouth. The results of the analysis are then applied in the feature evaluation stage, where usually between facial features are applied to measure the ratio of facial proportions. Furthermore, the comparison of proportional ratios of several images was analyzed using bar graphs and line graphs to evaluate the trend and stability of facial proportions. The results showed the best ratio stability with a smaller variation of the on-off ratio of image 2 which is 0.4762 pixels to 0.4983 pixels. Image 2 is the most ideal for face measurement systems based on geometric ratios because it provides more consistent and visible results.

ANALYSIS OF THE QUALITY OF "ONLINE EQUIVALENT" E-LEARNING USING WEBQUAL 4.0 AND IPA METHODS

Abstract: Abstract: The use of e-learning in non-formal education is increasingly important to support the improvement of access to learning, one of which is through the online platform. This study aims to analyze the quality of online… nline services using WebQual 4.0 and Im-portance Performance Analysis (IPA) methods to evaluate the suitability between user expectations and perceptions. The research method used a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to active users, then analyzed using the WebQual Index to measure the overall quality of the system as well as the IPA to determine improvement priorities. The results showed that the quality of SeTARA Online was relatively good with a WebQual Index value of 0.798. However, there is still a gap between user expectations and satisfaction with a negative gap value of -0.238. The IPA analysis identified indicators in Quadrant I as priority improvements, especially in the aspects of service interaction and information presentation. These findings underscore the need for continuous development of features and technical support to optimize the user experience. The conclusion of this study suggests that there should be improvements in priority indicators to increase user satisfaction, as well as strengthen the effectiveness of online learning. Advanced research can expand variables, compare with other platforms, and combine quantitative and qualitative analysis methods for more comprehensive results.   Keywords: e-learning; importance performance analysis; quality of service; online equivalent; webqual 4.0

EVALUATION IT GOVERNANCE BASED ON COBIT 2019 FRAMEWORK AT BUANA PERJUANGAN UNIVERSITY

Abstract: Abstract: The utilization of Information Technology (IT) in higher education institutions is crucial for supporting academic and administrative activities. The Data and Information Center (PUSDATIN) of UBP Karawang manages… es various IT services, such as Sistem Informasi Perguruan Tinggi (SIPT), e-learning Buana Online Course (BOC), and others. This study aims to evaluate the maturity level of IT governance at UBP Karawang to ensure alignment with the university's strategic goals and identify areas requiring improvement. The research employs a quantitative descriptive method based on COBIT 2019, with data collected from 92 respondents, analyzed through goals cascade mapping and maturity level measurement. The evaluation results across 14 COBIT 2019 domains indicate that the IT governance maturity level at UBP Karawang is at Level 4 (Quantitatively Managed) with a score of 3.86 and an average gap of 1.13 from the expected level. The findings suggest that while IT governance at UBP Karawang is well-managed, there is still room for improvement. Therefore, several recommendations are proposed to optimize IT governance effectiveness, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the achievement of the university's strategic objectives.             Keywords: COBIT 2019; IT evaluation; IT governance; maturity level.   Abstrak: Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi (TI) di perguruan tinggi sangat krusial untuk mendukung aktivitas akademik dan administratif. Pusat Data dan Informasi (PUSDATIN) UBP Karawang mengelola berbagai layanan TI, seperti Sistem Informasi Perguruan Tinggi (SIPT), e-learning Buana Online Course (BOC) dan lain-lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi tingkat kematangan tata kelola TI di UBP Karawang guna memastikan keselarasan dengan tujuan universitas serta mengidentifikasi area yang memerlukan perbaikan. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode deskriptif kuantitatif berbasis COBIT 2019, dengan data diperoleh dari 92 responden, dianalisis melalui pemetaan goals cascade dan pengukuran maturity level. Hasil evaluasi pada 14 domain COBIT 2019 menunjukkan tingkat kematangan TI UBP Karawang berada di Level 4 (Terkelola secara Kuantitatif) dengan skor 3.86, serta rata-rata gap 1.13 dari tingkat yang diharapkan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa meskipun tata kelola TI di UBP Karawang telah terkelola dengan baik, masih terdapat ruang untuk perbaikan. Oleh karena itu, beberapa rekomendasi diajukan guna mengoptimalkan efektivitas tata kelola TI, menjamin kepatuhan terhadap regulasi, serta mendukung pencapaian tujuan strategis universitas.   Kata kunci: COBIT 2019; evaluasi TI; maturity level; tata kelola TI.  

MODELING CLOTHING ORDER SIZE GROUPING AT RIZKY CONVECTION USING THE K-MEANS METHOD

Abstract: Abstract: Rizky Convection Business is a sportswear production company based on Jalan Elang Lestari Kisaran. Every day they receive orders from schools and agencies that need sportswear. However, Rizky Convection often faces… aces challenges, especially in managing raw material inventory, allocating production time and processing orders that come in large quantities. For this reason, order data needs to be grouped to make it easier for employees to work on it. The data that will be processed in this study is order data from 2022-2024. One way to do this is to apply data mining techniques, one of which is the K-Means Clustering method. The purpose of this study is to model the use of K-Means Clustering to improve production management and procurement of raw materials for fabrics at Rizky Convection. K-Means Clustering is the grouping of a number of data into clusters (groups) so that each cluster will contain data that is as similar as possible. The results of K-Means Clustering grouping with 3 clusters, namely cluster 1, the large order group has 25 order data, cluster 2, the small order group has 361 order data and cluster 3, the medium order group has 100 order data. Setiap hari mereka menerima pesanan dari sekolah dan instansi yang membutuhkan pakaian olahraga. Namun Konveksi Rizky sering menghadapi tantangan terutama dalam pengelolaan persediaan bahan baku kain, pengalokasian waktu produksi dan pemrosesan pesanan yang datang dalam jumlah banyak. Untuk itu, data pesanan perlu dikelompokkan untuk mempermudah karyawan dalam mengerjakannya. Data yang akan diproses pada penelitian ini adalah data pesanan dari tahun 2022-2024. Salah satu cara untuk hal tersebut adalah dengan menerapkan teknik data mining, salah satunya metode K-Means Clustering. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memodelkan penggunaan K-Means Clustering untuk meningkatkan manajemen produksi dan pengadaan bahan baku kain di Rizky Konveksi. K-Means Clustering adalah pengelompokan sejumlah data ke dalam cluster (group) sehingga setiap dalam cluster tersebut akan berisi data yang semirip mungkin. Hasil pengelompokkan K-Means Clustering dengan 3 cluster yaitu cluster 1 kelompok pesanan banyak memiliki 25 data pesanan, cluster 2 kelompok pesanan sedikit memiliki 361 data pesanan dan cluster 3 kelompok pesanan sedang memiliki 100 data pesanan.
