The data in this study are in the form of words, phrases, sentences that show the hierarchy of needs for the main character in the novel Ancika Dia yang Bersamaku Tahun 1995 by Pidi Baiq. The source of the data is the novel Ancika Dia yang Bersamaku Tahun 1995 by Pidi Baiq. Data collection techniques started from reading novels and taking notes. Furthermore, the data analysis techniques in this study started from data reduction, data codification, data classification, data description, data interpretation, and data verification. The theory used is Abraham Maslow's theory of humanistic psychology. The results of the analysis of the discussion, there is a conclusion that there is a hierarchy of needs of the main character in the novel Ancika Dia yang Bersamaku Tahun 1995 by Pidi Baiq. Starting from physiological needs, the need for security and protection, the need for love and belonging, the need for self-esteem, and the need for self-actualization.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan hierarki kebutuhan yang dialami oleh tokoh utama dalam novel Ancika Dia yang Bersamaku Tahun 1995 karya Pidi Baiq mulai dari kebutuhan dasar sampai kepada kebutuhan tertinggi (pixel experience), sehingga dapat terlihatnya bentuk pemenuhan kebutuhan pada tokoh utama. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini berupa kata-kata, frasa, kalimat yang menunjukkan hierarki kebutuhan tokoh utama dalam novel Ancika Dia yang Bersamaku Tahun 1995 karya Pidi Baiq. Sumber data berupa novel Ancika Dia yang Bersamaku Tahun 1995 karya Pidi Baiq. Teknik pengumpulan data dimulai dari membaca novel dan mencatat. Selanjutnya teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini dimulai dari reduksi data, kodifikasi data, klasifikasi data, deskripsi data, interpretasi data, dan verifikasi data. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori psikologi humanistik Abraham Maslow. Hasil analisis dari pembahasan, terdapat kesimpulan bahwa adanya hierarki kebutuhan dari tokoh utama dalam novel Ancika Dia yang Bersamaku Tahun 1995 karya Pidi Baiq. Mulai dari kebutuhan fisiologis, kebutuhan rasa aman dan perlindungan, kebutuhan rasa cinta dan ingin memiliki, kebutuhan harga diri, dan kebutuhan aktualisasi diri.

techniques. The sampling technique in this study is convenience sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 299 students, consisting of 81 males and 281 females. The measuring tools used in this research are Educational Stress Scale for Adolescents (ESSA), Frost Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale (FMPS), dan Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (RSES). The result showed that self-esteem didn’t significantly affect academic stress, but when together with perfectionism (maladaptive perfectionism) these two variables interact and contribute significantly to academic stress. The results of the coefficient of determination show that the contribution of perfectionism and self-esteem is 4,4% to academic stress. This shows that 4.4% of academic stress is influenced by perfectionism (maladaptive perfectionism) and self-esteem, 95.6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

The subjects in this research were Class V students of SDN 43 Mataram. The object of this research is to build students' character of responsibility and awareness of the environment. This research was carried out at SDN 43 Mataram in the even semester of the 2023/2024 academic year. Data collection techniques use observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The data analysis used in this research is data analysis from Milles and Huberman which consists of data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions/verification. The research results show that the MAS ECO Program at SDN 43 Mataram has succeeded in increasing students' responsibility and awareness of the environment. This is proven by the students' activeness in reducing waste through lunch boxes and managing ready-to-tube plastic waste in ecobrick bottles every day. Students' awareness of the environment is getting better by keeping the school environment clean every day.

Employing a systematic literature review and thematic synthesis through qualitative analysis, this study identifies, categorizes, and synthesizes key conceptual themes relevant to the research focus. The findings reveal that value-based governance serves as an ethical foundation that strengthens value-based reputation, while the latter functions as a catalyst for achieving sustainable development objectives. The synergy among these three elements produces a governance model that positions the principles of maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah as a normative framework for ethical, transparent, and sustainable Islamic financial practices. The primary contribution of this research lies in the simultaneous integration of the three major frameworks—value-based governance, value-based reputation, and SDGs—which enriches theoretical discourse on Islamic financial governance and provides strategic direction for the development of policy, sharia auditing, and sustainability reporting systems oriented toward ethical values and global welfare.

Hasil dari pengabdian kepada mayarakat ini menyatakan bahwa awal dari pertemuan mahasiswa memilki beberapa kendala dalam menginput rumus karena adanya sedikit perbedaan antara Microsoft Word dan Excel. Akan tetapi, setelah dibimbing oleh tim pengabdi, mahasiswa kendala tersebut berhasil diminimalisir sampai pada akhirnya mahasiswa mampu menggunakan rumus, mencetak grafik atau diagram dan menjalankan sintaks vlookup dan hlookup. Therefore, local governments are now developing e-Government or in the Indonesian government known as the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE). In running SPBE, the Central Lombok Regency Government, especially the Department of Communication and Informatics, participates in developing SPBE, one of which is in the Informatics Application Division which has an Informatics Application Management Program. This research aims to support SPBE-based informatics application management services for OPDs in Central Lombok Regency and the public. This SPBE design adopts the TOGAF 9.2 approach, and is also adjusted to the Presidential Regulation on Electronic-Based Government Systems in designing. This research focuses on the Informatics Application Management Program with business process architecture domain, service architecture domain, data and information architecture domain, application architecture domain, and technology (infrastructure) architecture domain. The result of this research is a blueprint that will be used as a solution or support for the running of SPBE in the Informatics Application Management Program.

Abstrak Saat ini, meningkatnya kebutuhan masyarakat untuk mendapatkan pelayanan publik yang efisien, efektif, transparan dan akuntabel publik. Berbagai aplikasi di rancang agar dapat mewujudkan sistem kerja yang transparan dana akuntabel serta adanya peningkatan proses kerja yang cepat, tepat, dan akurat. Maka dari itu, Pemerintah daerah kini mengembangkan e-Government atau di pemerintahan Indonesia dikenal sebagai Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik (SPBE). Dalam menjalankan SPBE Pemerintah Kabupaten Lombok Tengah khususnya Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika ikut serta mengembangkan SPBE salah satunya pada Bidang Aplikasi Informatika yang memiliki Program Pengelolaan Aplikasi Informatika. Dalam penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menunjang layanan pengelolaan aplikasi informatika berbasis SPBE bagi OPD yang ada di Kab. Lombok Tengah dan juga publik. Perancangan SPBE ini mengadopsi pendekatan TOGAF 9.2, dan juga di sesuaikan dengan Peraturan Presiden tentang Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik dalam melakukan perancangan. Penelitian ini berfokus pada Program Pengelolaan Aplikasi Informatika dengan domain arsitektur proses bisnis, domain arsitektur layanan, domain arsitektur data dan informasi, domain arsitektur ap-likasi, dan domain arsitektur teknologi (infrastruktur). Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu suatu blueprint yang nantinya akan dijadikan solusi ataupun penunjang berjalannya SPBE dalam Program Pengelolaan Aplikasi Informatika.
