They used Google Scholar, Scopus and Sinta to find articles from 2022 to 2025. What they found out is that technology like intelligence looking at data, blockchain, robotic process automation and electronic auditing can make internal audits better. method used is a qualitative method with an auto ethnographic approach. The data collection technique used was interviews with 5 community leaders. The research results show that Pasue culture is a culture that has existed for a long time, and is practiced in the Ndao Island community (Ndao people). At a certain time, namely before the harvest season, there is a Kalela tradition, which is a tradition of visiting friends from one village to another bringing provisions from the harvest. The Christian pedagogical values contained in this culture are: 1) Friendship knows no boundaries, just as Christ called us his friends; 2) Friendship begins with a bond of promise and promises must be steadfast; 3) Chickens are cut and blood Chicken is a symbol (of life) that is shed for togetherness, therefore it must be maintained so that it continues to live together; 4) Eating together is a way to sit side by side in all circumstances, regardless of ethnic or religious differences. using environmentally friendly goods as a form of effort to preserve the environment where students do not understand the use of environmentally friendly goods. Socialization is carried out through an educational approach involving presentations, interactive discussions, and practical activities such as the introduction of alternative eco-friendly goods. The target of this activity is grade 6 students at SD Negeri 12 Sesetan. The results of the activity showed that students were able to understand the concept of using environmentally friendly goods and were able to apply them by bringing their own drinking bottles and using cloth shopping bags. This activity is able to have a positive impact on increasing students' understanding of the importance of maintaining an environment from an early age.

Abstrak: Pengabdian kepada masyatarat melalui kuliah kerja nyata (KKN) merupakan salah satu bentuk kontribusi mahasiswa dalam mengatasi permasalahan yang ada di masayarakat. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran siswa sekolah dasar terhadap pentingnya penggunaan barang ramah lingkungan sebagai bentuk upaya menjaga kelestarian lingkungan yang mana siswa belum paham penggunaan barang-barang yang ramah lingkungan. Sosialisasi dilakukan melalui pendekatan edukatif yang melibatkan presentasi, diskusi interaktif, dan kegiatan praktek seperti pengenalan alternatif barang ramah lingkungan. Sasaran dari kegiatan ini adalah siswa/i kelas 6 di SD Negeri 12 Sesetan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa siswa/i mampu memahami konsep penggunaan barang ramah lingkungan dan mampu menerapkannya dengan membawa botol minum sendiri dan menggunakan tas belanja kain. Kegiatan ini mampu memberi dampak positif terhadap peningkatan pemahaman siswa/i tentang pentingnya menjaga lingkugan sejak usia dini.

Harapan kedepannya adalah masyarakat mampu memilih pemimpin yang dapat menjadi contoh baik dalam setiap tindakan dan perkataannnya. Masyarakat diharapkan lebih hati-hati dalam memilih calon kepala daerah, tidak mudah terpengaruh citra dan kekuasaan yang dapat mendatangkan kerudian dalam masyarakat itu nantinya. Selain itu masyarakat tidak perlu takut terhadap tekanan yang mungkin saja datang untuk memaksa memilih jagoan mereka, masyarakat harus mendapatkan pencerahan tentang bagaimana hukum itu berlaku di kalangan masyarakat. Untuk itu selain membahas masalah kepemimpinan Universitas asahan juga bekerjasama dengan Yayasan Lembaga Bantuan Hukum – Cakrawana Nusantara Indonesia untuk memberi pemahaman kepada masyarakat tentang hukum, apa yang harus dilakukan masyarakat apabila tersangkut permasalahan hukum di lingkungannya, mengetahui hak dan kewajibannya dalam mentaati hukum tersebut. Harapan terbesarnya masyarakat di desa antara tidak tabu lagi terhadap permasalahan hukum, masyarakat desa antara berani untuk menghadapai permasalahan hukum yang mereka hadapi, masyarakat desa antara mampu memilih pemimpin yang tepat untuk memimpin daerah mereka.

Abstract: The application form of a series of educational theories that have been studied on campus will certainly be more useful if the theories of science are shared for the community. This activity is called our devotion to the community. As an academic both lecturers and students should be able to work together in realizing Tri Darma college where we share and gain knowledge. Community service is a real action that we can do to increase society's insight into the information we will share, thus bringing a positive contribution to society. Especially now more warmly discussed about the election of regional heads, therefore counseling about leadership is considered necessary for the socialization to the community. The future expectation is that people are able to choose leaders who can be good examples in every action and perfomance. The community is expected to be more careful in choosing candidates for regional heads, not easily influenced by the image and power that can bring in the society later. In addition people should not be afraid of the pressures that might come to force their heroes, the public should get an enlightenment about how the law applies to the public. In addition to discussing the issue of leadership, the University of Asahan also cooperates with the Legal Aid Foundation - Cakrawana Nusantara Indonesia to provide an understanding to the public about the law, what should the community do when it comes to legal issues in its environment, knowing its rights and obligations in complying with the law. The greatest hope of the community in the village between no longer taboo on legal issues, the villagers between daring to face the legal problems they face, the villagers between able to choose the right leader to lead their area.

Illness (IMCI) by WHO and UNICEF is a strategy that combines prevention, treatment and health promotion, including impact counseling to provide education to parents about the importance of disease management and access to health facilities. This research uses a systematic literature review to assess the influence of impact counseling in IMCI on parents' attitudes in bringing children to health facilities. Data was collected from databases such as PubMed, Scopus, and Google Scholar using relevant keywords. Articles that met the inclusion criteria were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively to measure the effect of counseling on parental attitudes and behavior. The results of the analysis show that impact counseling significantly increases parents' understanding and involvement in children's health care. Counseling reduces anxiety and increases parents' confidence in caring for their child. The use of information technology in counseling makes it easier to access information and support. Counseling also improves access and utilization of health facilities by providing important information about available services. In conclusion, counseling in IMCI has a significant influence on parents' attitudes and behavior in bringing children to health facilities. Counseling helps increase understanding of a child's health, reduces anxiety, and promotes better health practices at home. Ongoing counseling programs are expected to improve child health outcomes and support the overall well-being of the family.

Melalui metode ini, ibu-ibu Pemberdayaan dan Kesejahteraan Keluarga di Dusun Sikepan 1 diajak untuk melihat dan memanfaatkan sumber daya yang sudah mereka miliki untuk mencapai tujuan program. Dalam pelaksanaannya, respon positif dan antusiasme yang tinggi ditunjukkan oleh ibu-ibu Pemberdayaan dan Kesejahteraan Keluarga Dusun Sikepan 1, menandakan adanya minat yang kuat terhadap teknologi hidroponik. Antusiasme ini mencerminkan adanya potensi besar untuk penerapan hidroponik sebagai bagian dari kegiatan Pemberdayaan dan Kesejahteraan Keluarga.
