The Influence Of Compensation And Benefits, Work Environment, And Employee Demographics On Employee Performance Mediated By Motivation In Paper Manufacturing Companies

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the influence of compensation and benefits, work environment, and employee demographics on employee performance mediated by motivation in quantitative manufacturing companies using a survey method.… hod. The research population was all employees, with a sample of 104 employees selected using purposive sampling techniques. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The study's results indicate that compensation and benefits have a positive and significant impact on employee performance and motivation. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on motivation, but it does not have a direct effect on employee performance. Employee demographics have no significant effect on employee motivation or performance. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and has been shown to mediate the relationship between compensation and benefits, as well as the work environment, on employee performance. This research provides practical implications for company management in improving employee performance through improved compensation systems, conducive work environments, and increased work motivation.

ANALYSIS OF THE APPLICATION OF MARKET SEGMENTATION BASED ON GEOGRAPHICS, DEMOGRAPHICS, PSYCHOGRAPHICS, AND BEHAVIOR TOWARDS CUSTOMER INTEREST IN MADURA'S TYPICAL RICE AND FRIED CHICKEN RESTAURANTS IN KONAWE

Abstract: This study aims to analyze consumer segmentation in the traditional culinary business of a Madurese duck rice and fried chicken restaurant in Konawe Regency. This study used a descriptive qualitative method with data collection… lection techniques including interviews, observation, and documentation. Informants consisted of the owner, employees, and customers who had visited the restaurant two or more times. The analysis was conducted based on four types of market segmentation: geographic, demographic, psychographic, and behavioral. The results of this study indicate that this restaurant has a fairly broad market segment, encompassing both local and out-of-town customers, with consumers predominantly students, office workers, and families. Authentic taste, affordable prices, and fast service are the main factors attracting customers. Geographic segmentation indicates potential for expansion due to the increase in out-of-town visitors on weekends. Demographic and psychographic segmentation indicate that customers have a high interest in traditional, spicy dishes. Behavioral segmentation indicates the presence of loyal customers and repeat purchasing patterns. These findings provide important recommendations for businesses to develop more effective marketing strategies tailored to the characteristics of their target market.

EARLY HIV DETECTION: A DESCRIPTIVE STUDY USING RAPID DIAGNOSTIC TESTS AT THE MARINA PERMAI COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER

Abstract: Early HIV detection is a key strategy in control HIV/AIDS epidemic in Indonesia. Research This aim For analyze effectiveness of the Rapid Diagnostic Test (RDT) as method detection early HIV in the workplace Marina Permai… Community Health Center 2025. Research​ use design descriptive with total sample of 58 people who did HIV test . Examination done use Three immunochromatographic RDT strategies : ViroCheck ® HIV 1/2, Arkan Medical One Step Anti-HIV (1/2), and d3TEKS1 HIV 1/2 Antibody Rapid Test. Research results show that Of the 58 respondents , 5 people (9%) indicated results reactive and 53 people (91%) non- reactive . Based on characteristics demographics , cases reactive found in 3 women (5%), 2 men (3%), with distribution largest in the group aged 18–59 years (4 people, 7%) and 1 case (2%) in the group aged 0–5 years . This study conclude that immunochromatographic RDT effective as tool detection early HIV at the level service primary health with sensitivity and specificity high . Findings This support use of RDT as screening beginning in HIV prevention and control programs in facilities health community . HEALTH LITERACY ACROSS THREE DOMAINS AND SOCIO-DEMOGRAPHIC DETERMINANTS IN A NON-COMMUNICABLE DISEASE POPULATION IN EASTERN BOLAANG MONGONDOW DISTRICT: A CROSS SECTIONAL STUDY

Abstract: This study aimed to obtain information about socio-demographic factors associated with HL of NCD patients in East Bolaang Mongondow Regency. The method used was quantitative method with cross sectional study design with… a total sample of 383 NCD patients (purposive sampling) with stratified sampling technique. Data were collected using questionnaires both socio and demographics and HL of NCD patients. The results of this study were [education (p=0.023, OR=2.711); gender (p=0.017, OR=2.001); language (p=0.001, OR=1.013); age (p=0.020, OR=2.968); employment status (p=0.001, OR=1.248); residence (p=0.012, OR=2.068); personal health condition (p=0.031, OR=5.840); access to health information (p=0.020, OR=2.968). In the logistic regression test, the personal health condition factor was most associated with HL of NCD patients (p=0.010, OR=5.840). In conclusion, the study showed that socio-demographic factors (education, gender, language, age, employment status, residence, personal health condition and access to health information simultaneously or partially influenced the HL of patients with NCDs. The most dominant factor associated with HL of patients with NCDs was personal health conditions. The role of health workers provides many sources of information to develop and learn solutions and support for people with various types of NCDs.

Pemanfaatan Social Advertising Sebagai Media Promosi Produk Puan Makanan Khas Palembang

Abstract: Abstract: The Gulo Puan Business Group, Bangsal village, Pampangan sub-district, Ogan Komering Ilir district, is a producer of products in the form of gulo-puan, sagon-puan and tapel-puan. After the implementation of the… PKMS activity, a product innovation in the form of Mrs. Candy was obtained, while in the PKM activity, a product innovation in the form of Mrs. yogurt was obtained. Based on this, partners have been able to compete with similar business actors because they already have a variety of product variants, both in the form of food and beverages. However, this certainly needs to be strengthened again by utilizing technology to introduce products to the wider community. Social advertising is a promotional media that is carried out through social media. This promotional media is considered far more effective, efficient and on target compared to conventional promotional media such as flyers, banners and so on. Partners in PKMS activities have been able to utilize social media as a marketing medium. Therefore, in PKM activities, the implementing team provides training on the use of social advertising as a promotional media for women's products produced by partners. Based on the results of social advertising that has been done 5 times, the results show that as many as 96,212 accounts were successfully reached, of which 98.2% were not followers of accounts with demographics 48.2% male and 51.8% female. As many as 55% of the target to open a profile from Mrs. Candy and from a total of 4,018 accounts that liked ads were obtained.            Keywords: competitive advantage; puan candy; puan yogurt; social advertising; Abstrak: Kelompok Usaha Gulo Puan desa Bangsal kecamatan Pampangan kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir merupakan penghasil produk berupa gulo puan, sagon puan dan tapel puan. Setelah pelaksanaan kegiatan PKMS diperoleh inovasi produk berupa puan candy, sedangkan pada kegiatan PKM diperoleh inovasi produk berupa puan yogurt. Berdasarkan hal tersebut  mitra telah mampu bersaing dengan pelaku usaha sejenis karena telah memiliki varian produk puan yang beragam, baik berupa makanan maupun minuman. Namun, hal tersebut tentu perlu diperkuat lagi dengan memanfaatkan teknologi guna mengenalkan produk ke Masyarakat luas. Sosial advertising merupakan media promosi yang dilakukan melalui sosial media. Media promosi ini dianggap jauh lebih efektif, efisien dan tepat sasaran dibandingkan dengan media promosi konvensional seperti selebaran, banner dan sebagainya. Mitra pada kegiatan PKMS telah mampu memanfaatkan sosial media sebagai media pemasaran. Oleh karena itu, pada kegiatan PKM tim pelaksana memberikan pelatihan pemanfaatan sosial advertising sebagai  media promosi produk puan yang dihasilkan oleh mitra. Berdasarkan hasil sosial advertising yang telah dilakukan sebanyak 5 kali diperoleh hasil bahwa sebanyak 96.212 akun yang berhasil dijangkau, dimana 98,2%nya bukan pengikut dari akun dengan demografi 48,2% berjenis kelamin laki-laki dan 51,8% perempuan. Sebanyak 55% dari sasaran membuka profil dari puan candy serta dari total keseluruhan diperoleh 4.018 akun yang menyukai iklan.
