Perancangan Sistem Monitoring Dan Pengelolaan Barang Masuk Berbasis Web Menggunakan Metode Waterfall Pada Dinas Komunikasi Dan Informatika Provinsi Jambi

Abstract: Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Provinsi Jambi masih melaksanakan proses pencatatan dan monitoring barang masuk secara manual menggunakan dokumen administrasi dan aplikasi perkantoran sederhana, sehingga menimbulkan kendala… dala berupa kesalahan pencatatan, keterlambatan pencarian data, dan kesulitan penyusunan laporan. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang Sistem Monitoring dan Pengelolaan Barang Masuk Berbasis Web untuk membantu proses pencatatan, monitoring, pencarian, dan pelaporan data barang masuk secara lebih efektif. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah Waterfall, meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan, dengan pemodelan menggunakan UML serta basis data MySQL. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dibangun mampu mempermudah proses pencatatan barang, mempercepat pencarian data, meningkatkan akurasi penyimpanan data, serta menyederhanakan penyusunan laporan secara otomatis. The Communication and Informatics Office of Jambi Province still records and monitors incoming goods manually using administrative documents and basic office applications, resulting in recording errors, delayed data retrieval, and difficulties in report preparation. This study aims to design a Web-Based Monitoring and Management System for Incoming Goods to support recording, monitoring, searching, and reporting processes more effectively. The system was developed using the Waterfall method, covering requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance, modeled with UML and a MySQL database. The results show that the developed system simplifies the recording of goods, accelerates data search, improves data storage accuracy, and streamlines automatic report generation.

Analisis Kesalahan Siswa Dalam Menyelesaikan Soal Teorema Phytagoras Menggunakan Teori Nolting Di Kelas VIII SMP Budi Murni 4 Medan

Abstract: Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masih ditemukannya berbagai kesalahan siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal matematika, khususnya pada materi Teorema Pythagoras. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis jenis-jenis kesalahan… lahan siswa dalam mengerjakan soal Teorema Pythagoras berdasarkan Teori Nolting. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan subjek siswa kelas VIII SMP Budi Murni 4 Medan. Instrumen penelitian berupa tes uraian berbentuk soal kontekstual sebanyak empat butir serta pedoman wawancara untuk memperkuat data hasil tes. Analisis data dilakukan dengan mengklasifikasikan kesalahan siswa ke dalam kategori Careless Errors, Concept Errors, Application Errors, dan Test Taking Errors sesuai Teori Nolting.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesalahan yang paling dominan dilakukan siswa adalah Concept Errors, yaitu kesalahan dalam memahami konsep dasar Teorema Pythagoras, terutama dalam mengklasifikasikan jenis segitiga. Selain itu, ditemukan pula Careless Errors berupa kecerobohan dalam penulisan, Application Errors berupa ketidakmampuan menerapkan rumus, serta Test Taking Errors berupa tidak dituliskannya jawaban akhir meskipun proses sudah benar.Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, disimpulkan bahwa kesalahan siswa dipengaruhi oleh lemahnya pemahaman konsep, rendahnya keterampilan penerapan rumus, serta kurangnya ketelitian. Oleh karena itu, guru disarankan untuk memperkuat pemahaman konsep, memberikan latihan soal kontekstual yang bervariasi, serta membiasakan siswa melakukan pemeriksaan kembali terhadap jawabannya.

The Effect Of Packing Machine Automation On Operator Productivity With Moderation Of Technical Competence And Workload Perception

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the influence of packing machine automation on operator productivity in the facial tissue industry by considering the role of moderation, technical competence and operator workload perception.… The method used is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by reviewing scientific articles published in the 2020–2026 range from reputable databases such as Scopus. The selection process was carried out using the PRISMA approach through the identification, screening, eligibility, and inclusion stages, resulting in a number of articles relevant to the topics of industrial automation, labor productivity, technical competence, and workload. The results of the study show that the implementation of packing machine automation in general has a positive impact on increasing operator productivity through time efficiency, quality consistency, and reduction of manual errors. Nevertheless, the effectiveness of automation is highly dependent on the level of technical competence of the operator, especially in the operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of the machine. In addition, workload perception has also been shown to moderate the relationship, where automation can lower physical workloads but potentially increase mental workloads due to the demands of automated system supervision. Other findings suggest that an imbalance between automation levels and human resource readiness can hinder productivity optimization. Conceptually, this study confirms that the relationship between packing machine automation and operator productivity is not linear, but is influenced by individual and psychological factors. The practical implications of this study are the importance of technical competency-based training as well as adaptive workload management in supporting the successful implementation of automation in the manufacturing industry. This research contributes to the development of an integrative model that connects technology, people, and operational performance in the context of the tissue processing industry.

Development of an Integrated Hybrid (Manual-Digital) Electronic Medical Record System at Damai Clinic

Abstract: The advancement of information technology has accelerated digital transformation in healthcare, particularly through the implementation of Electronic Medical Records (EMRs). However, many healthcare facilities still use… hybrid systems that combine manual and digital record-keeping without proper integration, resulting in inefficient patient data management. This study aims to develop an integrated hybrid Electronic Medical Record system at Damai Clinic to improve healthcare services and patient data management. A descriptive research method with a system development approach was employed through system analysis, problem identification, and system design. The results indicate that the proposed system successfully integrates patient registration, medical examination, pharmacy services, payment, and reporting into a single system. The hybrid implementation allows paper-based records to remain as supporting archives while electronic records become the primary source of patient information. The developed system is expected to improve service efficiency, reduce documentation errors, enhance data security, and support digital transformation in healthcare facilities.

DESIGNING A MICROSOFT EXCEL-BASED COFFEE SALES RECORDING SYSTEM USING INDEX, MATCH, AND SUMIFS FUNCTIONS (Case Study Of PT. DEF)

Abstract: • DEF is a company engaged in the sale of coffee, both wholesale and retail. Currently, the sales recording system is still carried out manually, which often leads to problems such as delays in reporting, data entry errors,… rors, and difficulties in retrieving historical information. This study aims to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the sales recording system by implementing the INDEX MATCH and SUMIFS functions in Microsoft Excel. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach, involving observation, interviews, and documentation of the existing system. The results show that the use of INDEX MATCH and SUMIFS can accelerate the data retrieval process, improve the accuracy of sales reports, and reduce input errors. This study provides a practical solution for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in implementing an efficient sales recording system without requiring significant investment in ERP software. However, the system still has limitations, such as dependence on Excel files that are vulnerable to damage or unintended changes, and the lack of advanced automation features such as receivables reminders or inter-departmental integration. Therefore, future research is expected to develop a web-based system with a centralized database.

LEGAL PROTECTION FOR VICTIMS WRONGLY ARRESTED IN THE INVESTIGATION PROCESS IN INDONESIA

Abstract: This study discusses legal protection for victims of wrongful arrest during the investigation process in Indonesia. As a state governed by law, Indonesia guarantees the protection of human rights, including for those who… become victims of procedural errors in the justice system. Wrongful arrests constitute a violation of individual freedom and cause physical, psychological, and social suffering. This research employs a normative legal method, drawing on statutory and literature sources. The results show that victims of wrongful arrest are entitled to compensation and rehabilitation, as provided for in the Indonesian Criminal Procedure Code (KUHAP) and Law Number 48 of 2009 concerning Judicial Power. However, compensation provided is still limited to material aspects and has not fully restored the victims’ dignity, reputation, and well-being. Therefore, the state must strengthen legal protection mechanisms and ensure that investigations are conducted professionally, transparently, and in accordance with human rights principles to prevent the recurrence of wrongful arrest cases.

EVALUATION OF STUDENTS CONCEPTUAL UNDERSTANDING IN THE COURSE MULTIPLE VARIABLE CALCULUS

Abstract: Calculus of Multiple Variables is a core course in the Mathematics Education study program and plays a crucial role in developing students advanced mathematical thinking skills. Success in this course relies heavily on mastery… astery of the prerequisite material, particularly the concepts of derivatives and integrals of functions of one variable. Therefore, understanding mathematical concepts is a fundamental aspect that determines students’ ability to understand the interrelationships between topics and solve problems systematically and logically. This study aims to describe students' conceptual understanding of multivariable calculus. The approach used is a descriptive approach with a purposive sampling technique, namely selecting research subjects based on certain criteria in the form of the highest and lowest levels of mathematical concept understanding. The results of the study indicate that students conceptual understanding varies across different materials. In the partial derivative material, students were not yet fully able to accurately represent the solution concept, especially in applying the rules for derivatives of exponential functions, so the results obtained did not conform to mathematical principles. These errors are conceptual in nature and indicate a weak grasp of certain basic concepts. However, in the material on derivatives of products of two functions and triple integrals, students demonstrated goog conceptual understanding. They were able to select, use, and apply solution procedures appropriately and systematically. This finding indicates that despite weaknesses in certain concepts, students still possess quite good procedural and conceptual abilities in the context of other problems in polynomial calculus.

AN ANALYSIS OF FIRST YEAR STUDENTS’ ERRORS IN SOLVING MATHEMATICAL LOGIC PROBLEMS BASED ON NEWMAN’S PROCEDURE IN THE INFORMATION SYSTEMS PROGRAM

Abstract: The identification of error types based on Newman’s Procedure includes reading, comprehension, transformation, process skills, and answer encoding. The objective of this study is to describe the analysis of students’ errors… errors in solving mathematical logic problems based on Newman’s Procedure. This research adopts a descriptive qualitative approach involving first year students enrolled in the mathematical logic course within the Information Systems program. Data were collected through a diagnostic test administered to three students representing different levels of academic ability: one low ability student, one moderate ability student, and one high ability student. Students’ ability levels were measured based on tests covering compound propositional logic and logical operations. Data analysis was conducted by classifying errors at each stage of Newman’s Procedure, tracing the underlying factors contributing to these errors, and relating them to students’ logical reasoning abilities. Accordingly, the research method employed in this study is descriptive qualitative research. The resulting error classifications were subsequently used by lecturers as a basis for recommending improvements in instructional strategies. The results indicate that students with low ability made errors across all stages from K1 to K5, students with moderate ability tended to make errors at the case exploration and process skills stages, while students with high ability were able to complete all stages systematically and consistently. These findings confirm that the Newman Procedure is effective in mapping students’ thinking errors. Therefore, the implementation of differentiated learning strategies that emphasize problem comprehension, case exploration, and logical verification is recommended to enhance students’ reasoning abilities

MODIFICATION OF TYRE MACHINE SYSTEM WITH MITSUBISHI PLC AUTOMATIC FOOT LENGTH GAUGE

Abstract: One of the steps in the tyre manufacturing process is the Tyre Building Machine. The tread is the last component to be fitted to the tyre carcass after all other components have been installed. When measuring the length… of the pre-adjusted tread, errors or variations often occur in the measurements taken by the measuring device due to its lack of accuracy. This prevents operators from using the tyre tread and can result in a large amount of scrap and wasted time during the tyre manufacturing process. To overcome this problem, a redesigned tread length measurement system with a higher level of accuracy was created to minimise tread length fluctuations during tyre manufacturing. The results of the tread length measurement procedure using the ENC-1-1-24-N type rotary encoder can function according to the program created. This is validated by the tread length measurement data. The results of the HMI display design and the software created can operate according to the desired instructions. To change the tread length, the operator only needs to enter the number on the HMI panel.

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN FINANCIAL RISK MANAGEMENT: A SYSTEMATIC LITERATURE REVIEW ON ENHANCING ORGANIZATIONAL RESILIENCE FOR FUTURE GLOBAL FINANCIAL CRISES

Abstract: This study explores how incorporating artificial intelligence improves institutional resilience and overcomes the rigidity of conventional, data-based methods to alter financial risk management.  To find patterns in AI applications,… applications, resilience theory, and integration pathways, a qualitative systematic literature review was carried out utilizing theme synthesis in accordance with PRISMA peer-reviewed protocols. Findings show that AI techniques, machine learning for tail-risk detection, deep learning for high-frequency forecasting, and explainable AI for transparent decisions, yield up to 28% reductions in forecasting errors and halve recovery times during crises. The hybrid CNN Transformer architectures and transformer-based NLP models significantly enhance predictive accuracy and forward-looking insights. The study suggests financial institutions adopt integrated AI frameworks, invest in data quality and human–AI collaboration, and implement principle-based governance to balance innovation with fairness and stability. Limitations include reliance on published literature and limited representation of emerging AI models, warranting future longitudinal and context-specific empirical research.
