obstacles. Through a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques such as literature review, in-depth interviews, observations, and Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) in three elementary schools, this study identifies the root causes of the problems. The main findings reveal that the obstacles to the implementation of the CFS are multidimensional, including a substantial lack of understanding of the CFS among educators and parents, limited financial and human resources, resistance to changes in school culture, and weak coordination and active participation from all stakeholders, including children. The value and contribution of this study lies in the proposition of a systemic solution that fills the gap in existing literacy, which goes beyond problem identification. This study recommends a series of integrated innovative solutions, such as the use of digital platforms for outreach and complaints, continuous capacity building of educators, strengthening child participation through official forums, and most importantly, the establishment of a multi-stakeholder collaboration forum and the integration of the CFS policy into regional planning and budgeting (RPJMD/APBD). Key recommendations emphasize the establishment of a multi-stakeholder collaboration forum involving schools, local governments, communities, and the business world, as well as the establishment of an independent monitoring team to ensure accountability.

rict, Labuhanbatu Regency, North Sumatra Province. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method with a field study approach through a six-day workshop. The subjects of this study consisted of 20 elementary school teachers who participated in training sessions on Quizizz, Wordwall, and the use of AI tools such as ChatGPT in the learning process. Data were collected through observation, interviews, pre-test and post-test assessments, as well as documentation, and were analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate a significant improvement in teachers’ understanding and skills in integrating interactive technology and AI into the learning process. The average pre-test score of 70.00% increased to 89.00% in the post-test, indicating a 19.00% improvement in competency. In addition, teachers successfully developed gamification-based learning media using Quizizz and Wordwall, and utilized artificial intelligence to efficiently design teaching materials and evaluation tasks. The workshop activities also fostered teachers’ motivation, creativity, and digital awareness regarding the importance of innovation in 21st-century education.This study affirms that the integration of interactive technology and AI not only enhances teachers’ pedagogical competencies but also contributes to the development of a more adaptive, collaborative, and digitally relevant learning ecosystem aligned with the needs of the modern era.

Maka dari itu untuk menentukan target penjualan yang ingin dicapai dengan cara memperhatikan kondisi penjualan di masa lalu. Informasi penjualan sangat dibutuhkan agar dapat membantu peramalan dalam penjualan herbisida supaya stok herbisida pada usaha tersebut bisa terkontrol dengan baik. Oleh sebab itu diperlukan sistem yang dapat membantu meramalkan penjualan herbisida dari waktu ke waktu. Sehingga dengan hasil peramalan yang dihasilkan, diharapkan bisa membantu penjualan sesuai dengan kondisi yang ada. Adapun metode yang akan dipakai untuk penelitian yaitu metode Single Exponential Smoothing.

Technicians and Users of ICT facilities have difficulty in dealing with problems that arise. The purpose of this research is to build a more effective and efficient problem reporting system. The system built is a Web-based IT-Helpdesk Information System by implementing a Ticketing System. The method used in developing this system is the System Development Life Cycle with the Waterfall model. While the modeling language used in the design is Unified Modeling Language (UML). System testing is done by applying the Blackbox Testing method. After going through the implementation and testing stages, the IT-Helpdesk system can work more effectively and efficiently in responding to problem reports sent by users. With the IT-Helpdesk, Admins and Users can track the process of working on the problem until it is finished. Admin is also facilitated in documenting reports, both in the form of a diagram display, or in the form of a document file that can be downloaded.

Akibatnya, Kepala Puskom, Teknisi dan Pengguna fasilitias TIK mengalami kesulitan dalam menangani masalah yang muncul. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk membangun sebuah sistem pelaporan masalah yang lebih efektif dan efisien. Sistem yang dibangun adalah Sistem Informasi IT-Helpdesk berbasis Web dengan menerapkan Ticketing System. Metode yang digunakan dalam mengembangkan sistem ini adalah System Development Life Cycle dengan model Waterfall. Sedangkan bahasa pemodelan yang digunakan pada perancangan adalah Unified Modeling Language (UML). Pengujian sistem dilakukan dengan menerapkan metode Blackbox Testing. Setelah melalui tahapan implementasi dan pengujian, sistem IT-Helpdesk dapat bekerja lebih efektif dan efisien dalam merespons laporan masalah yang dikirim oleh User. Dengan adanya IT-Helpdesk, Admin dan User dapat melakukan tracking terhadap proses pengerjaan masalah sampai selesai. Admin juga dimudahkan dalam mendokumentasikan laporan, baik dalam bentuk tampilan diagram, maupun dalam bentuk file dokumen yang dapat diunduh.

This study aims to apply the codeigniter framework to the attendance system that uses QR Code at the Communication and Information Office of South Labuhanbatu Regency. The system development applies the Waterfall method, and the design uses the UML modeling language. This system is designed to make the attendance process effective for employees at the Diskominfo Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Selatan office. From the results of the study, it was found that the codeigniter framework can be applied to an attendance system that uses a QR Code with a more efficient program code processing process.

Sistem absensi pada kantor Diskominfo Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Selatan saat ini masih manual yaitu dengan menandatangani formulir absensi. Hal ini menimbulkan berbagai masalah yakni; kesalahan penginputan data, manipulasi absensi, proses rekapitulasi yang tidak efisien, serta pemborosan dalam penggunaan kertas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan framework codeigniter pada sistem absensi yang menggunakan QR Code di Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Selatan. Pengembangan sistem menerapkan metode Waterfall, dan perancangan menggunakan bahasa pemodelan UML. Sistem ini dirancang untuk membuat efektif proses absensi kehadiran karyawan pada kantor Diskominfo Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Selatan. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa framework codeigniter dapat diterapkan pada sistem absensi yang menggunakan QR Code dengan proses pengerjaan kode program yang lebih efisien.

Abstrak: Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) adalah alat komputer dan sistem android yang digunakan untuk memetakan kondisi dan peristiwa yang terjadi di bumi. Dengan kemampuan sistem pemetaan yang ada saat ini dapat dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat. Masih sedikit masyarakat yang mengetahui rumah sakit di sekitar mereka, terutama yang berada di luar kabupaten. Mereka harus meminta masyarakat sekitar untuk mengetahui lokasi rumah sakit tersebut. Dengan sistem yang dirancang untuk memberikan kemudahan melalui penentuan titik lokasi rumah sakit yang tersedia dalam sistem. Proses dan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode waterfall. Uji sistem informasi geografis ini dengan BlackBox. Seseorang mencari data rumah sakit Al-Aziz dengan memilih simbol rumah sakit al-Aziz yang terdapat dalam sistem. Pada simbol ini akan muncul menu detil sehingga memberikan informasi mengenai alamat rumah sakit, jadwal buka tutup klinik, nama dokter, penerimaan pelayanan pasien kesehatan PBJS, dan jadwal praktek dokter di RS Al-Aziz.
