untuk: (1) mendeskripsikan penggunaan media pembelajaran jam analog dan kartu waktu dalam pembelajaran materi waktu; (2) menjelaskan langkah-langkah pelaksanaan pembelajaran menggunakan media tersebut; (3) menganalisis peningkatan pemahaman konsep waktu siswa setelah diterapkan media pembelajaran konkret. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa Kelas III SDN yang berjumlah 28 orang. Pelaksanaan dilakukan dalam dua siklus, masing-masing terdiri atas tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media jam analog dan kartu waktu secara signifikan meningkatkan pemahaman siswa dari rata-rata 58,2 pada pra-siklus menjadi 72,5 pada Siklus I dan 84,3 pada Siklus II, melampaui KKM yang ditetapkan sebesar 75. Keaktifan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran juga meningkat dari 45% menjadi 89%. Dengan demikian, media pembelajaran konkret berbasis jam analog dan kartu waktu terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman konsep waktu pada siswa Kelas III SD Fase B.

QCC is applied as a structured approach that empowers employees to identify workplace problems, develop solutions, and collaborate in continuous improvement activities using quality management tools and the PDCA cycle. The research employs a case study and comparative analysis method to explore differences between the standardized QCC system at CATL headquarters and the more flexible, localized implementation in Indonesia. The study involved permanent employees from both organizations using saturated sampling, with a total of 10 respondents. In addition, a five-day productivity training program was conducted in China and Karawang through lectures, case studies, and project-based learning, evaluated using pre-test and post-test assessments. The findings indicate that QCC significantly improves employee understanding of productivity management, strengthens communication, enhances product quality, reduces quality-related costs, and increases employee engagement, motivation, and organizational commitment in both operational environments

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengkaji sejauh mana kualitas produk dan pelayanan kepada konsumen di Escort Bags Kelurahan Margahayu Utara Kecamatan Babakan Ciparay Kota Bandung. Populasi penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang pernah melakukan pembelian di Escort Bags Kelurahan Margahayu Utara Kecamatan Babakan Ciparay Kota Bandung pada tahun 2024, maka populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 114 orang, dengan menggunakan teknik sampel, menggunakan rumus lemeshow sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 54 orang. Pengujian data yang dilakukan adalah uji validasi, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji kolerasi, uji analisis regresi linear berganda, uji koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan bantuan aplikasi SPSS versi 25.

This study aims to analyze the integration of Chromebooks in Islamic Religious Education learning and its contribution to strengthening digital literacy and the religious character of students at Marga Mulya II Elementary School, North Bekasi. The study used a qualitative approach with a case study. Data were collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. Then, they were analyzed using an interactive model that included data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that Chromebook integration was implemented in a structured manner through digital-based learning planning, interactive activities, and controlled online evaluation. Students' digital literacy developed through the habit of using devices in an orderly and responsible manner. At the same time, religious character traits such as honesty, discipline, and responsibility were internalized through the association of technology use with religious values. These findings confirm that technology can be a medium for developing digital competency and character when managed through appropriate pedagogical design. This research has implications for the importance of developing technology-based, integrative, and values-oriented Islamic Religious Education learning models in elementary schools.

OPPO, a Chinese technology company founded in 2004 and part of BBK Electronics Corporation, has demonstrated significant competitiveness in the global market despite facing challenges in maintaining its market share from 2021 to 2024. This study uses a descriptive qualitative methodology, analyzing primary data from OPPO's official documents and secondary data from industry reports and academic literature. Findings show that OPPO implements production sharing in strategic geographic locations, with design and development centralized in China and manufacturing spread across countries that offer labor or infrastructure advantages. The study shows that OPPO's global expansion follows the Uppsala Model of internationalization, starting with culturally and geographically close markets such as Southeast Asia before expanding to more distant regions. Through technology-based supply chain optimization, digital integration, and the adoption of artificial intelligence (AI)-based coordination systems, OPPO has developed the ability to manage complex global networks while overcoming geopolitical challenges and supply chain disruptions. This research contributes to understanding how technology companies from developing countries leverage the Global Value Chain to enhance international competitiveness, providing insights into the relationship between supply chain strategy and the success of global expansion in the highly competitive smartphone industry.

VB is Group Activity Therapy using classical music. Objective: This study aimed to analyze the effect of classical music group activity therapy on the risk of violent behavior in RVB patients. Methods: This study employed a pre-experimental design with a one group pretest–posttest approach. The subjects consisted of four RVB patients hospitalized in the Gatotkaca Ward of RSJD dr. Arif Zainuddin, Central Java Province. The intervention involved playing instrumental classical music with a slow tempo for approximately 10–20 minutes. The risk of violent behavior was measured before and after the intervention using the RUFA instrument through behavioral observation. Results: The results showed behavioral improvements in all patients, indicated by enhanced emotional control, reduced agitation, and increased social interaction. Three patients showed improvement in RUFA category, while one patient demonstrated an increased score within the same category. Conclusion: Classical music group activity therapy is effective in reducing the risk of violent behavior and can be recommended as a complementary intervention in mental health nursing care.

The primary focus of this research is on the role of Buddhists in internalizing and implementing the four main pillars of religious moderation, namely commitment to nationalism, tolerance, anti-violence, and appreciation of local culture in the life of the village community. This study uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological method. Data collection techniques involve participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. According to Colaizzi, the research procedure refers to the seven stages of phenomenology, while informants were selected using purposive sampling techniques. Data are analyzed through pattern matching, explanation making, and time series analysis. The research results show that Buddhist communities in the village of Rajabasa Lama have successfully implemented religious moderation by integrating the values of the Hasta Arya Marga teachings in Buddhism and the principles of multiculturalism in social life. National commitment, a sense of tolerance, anti-violence, and appreciation for their local culture are reflected in inclusive attitudes, active tolerance, and participation in interfaith activities without creating exclusive boundaries. This moderation process is formed through the practice of wisdom, morality, and concentration expressed in peaceful, ethical, and dialogical social discourse, thus strengthening a harmonious collective identity.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan adat Kanum berfungsi tidak hanya sebagai otoritas sosial, tetapi juga sebagai pengatur tata ruang berbasis kearifan lokal, yang memastikan pemanfaatan lahan, hutan, dan perairan secara berkelanjutan. Struktur kepemimpinan berbasis marga (clan-based leadership) memainkan peran penting dalam menjaga batas-batas teritorial adat dan mencegah konflik antar komunitas. Namun, modernisasi dan ekspansi proyek pembangunan nasional di wilayah perbatasan memunculkan tantangan baru, terutama terkait pergeseran nilai, marginalisasi otoritas adat, dan tumpang tindih regulasi antara hukum adat dan hukum negara. The research employs a literature review method through critical analysis of various scholarly articles discussing idealism as a philosophical school of thought and its contemporary relevance. The findings indicate that idealism posits ideas as the fundamental reality, while matter is understood as the outward manifestation of deeper inner dimensions such as mind, soul, and values. This perspective affirms that education should not merely focus on material and pragmatic aspects, but rather on the formation of character, morality, and spiritual awareness.
