Kondisi ini menunjukkan adanya ketidaksesuaian antara harapan dan kenyataan yang dirasakan konsumen, sehingga perlu diteliti lebih lanjut.
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengkaji sejauh mana kualitas produk dan pelayanan kepada konsumen di Escort Bags Kelurahan Margahayu Utara Kecamatan Babakan Ciparay Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif secara deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan survei melalui kuesioner. Sehingga data yang didapatkan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Populasi penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang pernah melakukan pembelian di Escort Bags Kelurahan Margahayu Utara Kecamatan Babakan Ciparay Kota Bandung pada tahun 2024, maka populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 114 orang, dengan menggunakan teknik sampel, menggunakan rumus lemeshow sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 54 orang. Pengujian data yang dilakukan adalah uji validasi, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji kolerasi, uji analisis regresi linear berganda, uji koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan bantuan aplikasi SPSS versi 25.
Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian di Escort Bags Kelurahan Margahayu Utara Kecamatan Bababakan Ciparay Kota Bandung.

This study aims to analyze the integration of Chromebooks in Islamic Religious Education learning and its contribution to strengthening digital literacy and the religious character of students at Marga Mulya II Elementary School, North Bekasi. The study used a qualitative approach with a case study. Data were collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. Then, they were analyzed using an interactive model that included data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that Chromebook integration was implemented in a structured manner through digital-based learning planning, interactive activities, and controlled online evaluation. Students' digital literacy developed through the habit of using devices in an orderly and responsible manner. At the same time, religious character traits such as honesty, discipline, and responsibility were internalized through the association of technology use with religious values. These findings confirm that technology can be a medium for developing digital competency and character when managed through appropriate pedagogical design. This research has implications for the importance of developing technology-based, integrative, and values-oriented Islamic Religious Education learning models in elementary schools.

ecent decades, with increasingly fierce competition among leading manufacturers. OPPO, a Chinese technology company founded in 2004 and part of BBK Electronics Corporation, has demonstrated significant competitiveness in the global market despite facing challenges in maintaining its market share from 2021 to 2024. This study uses a descriptive qualitative methodology, analyzing primary data from OPPO's official documents and secondary data from industry reports and academic literature. Findings show that OPPO implements production sharing in strategic geographic locations, with design and development centralized in China and manufacturing spread across countries that offer labor or infrastructure advantages. The study shows that OPPO's global expansion follows the Uppsala Model of internationalization, starting with culturally and geographically close markets such as Southeast Asia before expanding to more distant regions. Through technology-based supply chain optimization, digital integration, and the adoption of artificial intelligence (AI)-based coordination systems, OPPO has developed the ability to manage complex global networks while overcoming geopolitical challenges and supply chain disruptions. This research contributes to understanding how technology companies from developing countries leverage the Global Value Chain to enhance international competitiveness, providing insights into the relationship between supply chain strategy and the success of global expansion in the highly competitive smartphone industry.

VB is Group Activity Therapy using classical music. Objective: This study aimed to analyze the effect of classical music group activity therapy on the risk of violent behavior in RVB patients. Methods: This study employed a pre-experimental design with a one group pretest–posttest approach. The subjects consisted of four RVB patients hospitalized in the Gatotkaca Ward of RSJD dr. Arif Zainuddin, Central Java Province. The intervention involved playing instrumental classical music with a slow tempo for approximately 10–20 minutes. The risk of violent behavior was measured before and after the intervention using the RUFA instrument through behavioral observation. Results: The results showed behavioral improvements in all patients, indicated by enhanced emotional control, reduced agitation, and increased social interaction. Three patients showed improvement in RUFA category, while one patient demonstrated an increased score within the same category. Conclusion: Classical music group activity therapy is effective in reducing the risk of violent behavior and can be recommended as a complementary intervention in mental health nursing care.

The primary focus of this research is on the role of Buddhists in internalizing and implementing the four main pillars of religious moderation, namely commitment to nationalism, tolerance, anti-violence, and appreciation of local culture in the life of the village community. This study uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological method. Data collection techniques involve participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. According to Colaizzi, the research procedure refers to the seven stages of phenomenology, while informants were selected using purposive sampling techniques. Data are analyzed through pattern matching, explanation making, and time series analysis. The research results show that Buddhist communities in the village of Rajabasa Lama have successfully implemented religious moderation by integrating the values of the Hasta Arya Marga teachings in Buddhism and the principles of multiculturalism in social life. National commitment, a sense of tolerance, anti-violence, and appreciation for their local culture are reflected in inclusive attitudes, active tolerance, and participation in interfaith activities without creating exclusive boundaries. This moderation process is formed through the practice of wisdom, morality, and concentration expressed in peaceful, ethical, and dialogical social discourse, thus strengthening a harmonious collective identity.

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode etnografi, melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumen adat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan adat Kanum berfungsi tidak hanya sebagai otoritas sosial, tetapi juga sebagai pengatur tata ruang berbasis kearifan lokal, yang memastikan pemanfaatan lahan, hutan, dan perairan secara berkelanjutan. Struktur kepemimpinan berbasis marga (clan-based leadership) memainkan peran penting dalam menjaga batas-batas teritorial adat dan mencegah konflik antar komunitas. Namun, modernisasi dan ekspansi proyek pembangunan nasional di wilayah perbatasan memunculkan tantangan baru, terutama terkait pergeseran nilai, marginalisasi otoritas adat, dan tumpang tindih regulasi antara hukum adat dan hukum negara. The abundance of information, instant culture, and growing skepticism toward religious institutions raise a critical research problem concerning how to formulate effective strategies to develop a theologically sound understanding of faith that is also adaptive to digital culture. This study aims to construct a strategic approach that bridges faith tradition and digital dynamics through a qualitative-reflective method based on recent theological literature and critical observation of digital ministry practices. The analysis identifies four primary strategies: contextual proclamation of faith, optimization of digital platforms as spaces for testimony and education, formation of supportive online communities, and strengthening digital and theological literacy among church leaders. The findings indicate that millennials possess a deep spiritual longing but seek integrity, open dialogue, and practical relevance of faith in daily life. The study concludes that a paradigmatic transformation of church ministry is necessary by positioning digital space as a participatory and dialogical locus of spiritual formation, while the novelty of this research lies in the systematic integration of theological reflection and contextual digital pastoral strategies as an adaptive ministry model for the millennial generation in the era of technological disruption.

Christian ethics that emphasizes not only personal morality but also social commitment within the context of practical theology. The central issue examined is how the ethical principles contained in Psalm 15 can be theologically interpreted and operationalized for ecclesial life and social praxis. Employing a qualitative theological method with an exegetical approach to the Hebrew text, this study interprets the ethical structure of Psalm 15 from a theological–moral perspective. The findings reveal three fundamental ethical axes: first, personal integrity, which affirms moral wholeness and a life aligned with the will of God; second, relational ethics, which demands the rejection of slander, injustice, and exploitation as a form of responsibility toward others; and third, moral stability, which is rooted in the holiness of God as the foundation for sustaining an ethical life. Based on these findings, the study develops a biblical ethical model that produces Ecclesial Ethics, embodied in the formation of the congregation’s moral habitus through spiritual discipline, and Social Ethics, defined as a commitment to uphold justice, integrity, and compassion in the public sphere. The novelty of this study lies in its integrative formulation that unites ecclesial and social ethics within a single transformative ethical paradigm. The study concludes that Psalm 15 provides a holistic foundation for Christian ethics in practical theology, positioning worship and social service as an inseparable unity of faith praxis.
