o 2024. Narratology mainly emphasizes matters of narrative structures indicated through perceptions of the cultural world as supported by Tzvetan Todorov. Everyday life is understood as reflections of complex actualizations of plural identities in the sense of the living world. Through explorative approach in qualitative research, this paper digs more understanding of everyday life as stories of experience and taste of the people. Putting focus on narrations of the people, the analysis accentuates more into knowledge of everyday life as a never-ending process. It is a continuous understanding being underlined through meanings of individual experience in everyday life. Furthermore, narrative structures include matters of other individuals as otherness. In conclusion, narratology is significant in expanding knowledge of everyday life especially in widening perspectives of otherness through understanding of own self.

The purpose of this study can be to build and design applications that can find out the process of managing patient medical records, to design a medical record information system equipped with facilities to facilitate admins in inputting patient data. This research method is carried out with a qualitative descriptive method approach while the method in system development uses a waterfall model. Based on the results of the following study, the application of this medical record system to conduct examinations on patients based on websites so that it is easier and more accurate. It can be concluded that the medical record system applied based on the Website can manage medical record data faster because the management process is no longer handwritten which results in very long queues so many patients have to wait for medical record examinations

Abstrak: Puskesmas menjadi layanan kesehatan masyarakat yang difasilitasi oleh pemerintah. permasalahan yang terjadi pada Puskesmas Sidodadi dalam pengolahan ata rekam medis yang dilakukan dengan cara manual, karena data masih berbentuk media cetak. Tujuan penelitian ini dapat membangun dan merancang aplikasi yang dapat mengetahui proses pengelolaan rekam medis pasien, untuk merancang sistem informasi rekam medis yang dilengkapi dengan fasilitas untuk memudahkan admin dalam menginputkan data-data pasien. Metode penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan metode deskriptif kualitatif sedangkan metode dalam pengembangan sistem menggunakan model waterfall. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian berikut penerapan system rekam medis ini untuk melakukan pemeriksaan pada pasien berbasis website sehingga lebih mudah dan akurat. Dapat disimpulkan system rekam medis yang diterapkan berbasis Website dapat mengelola data rekam medis lebih cepat karena pada proses pengelolaannya tidak lagi ditulis tangan yang mengakibatkan antrian sangat panjang sehingga banyak pasien harus menunggu dalam pemeriksaan rekam medis.

This research aims to predict the demand for basic needs at Guntur Store using the Single Exponential Smoothing Method and to enhance prediction accuracy through the application of time series analysis techniques on historical sales data. The Single Exponential Smoothing Method will be employed to model and forecast patterns of demand for staple goods. The findings of this research can provide insights into future demand for goods, thereby improving supply chain optimization and ensuring adequate stock levels to effectively meet customer demands. The conclusion of this study is to obtain more accurate estimates in anticipating the evolving data patterns of basic needs at Guntur Store, thus providing valuable information for the store and policymakers involved in the distribution of basic needs.

Abstrak : Toko Guntur terletak di Jl. Sisingamangaraja, Kisaran, Kabupaten Asahan. Berfokus pada penjualan kebutuhan sembako, namun dalam penjualan toko tersebut mengalami sebuah permasalahan. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi adalah ketidakpastian dalam meramalkan kebutuhan stok Sembako yang dapat mengakibatkan ketidakseimbangan antara pasokan dan permintaan, dikarenkan Toko Guntur masih menggunakan buku besar dalam pembuatan laporan dan di input ke dalam microsoft excel. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memprediksi permintaan Sembako di Toko Guntur menggunakan Metode Single Exponential Smoothing serta meningkatkan akurasi prediksi melalui penerapan teknik analisis deret waktu terhadap data penjualan historis. Metode Single Exponential Smoothing akan digunakan untuk memodelkan dan memprediksi pola permintaan barang pokok. Hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan jumlah permintaan barang di masa mendatang sehingga optimalisasi rantai pasok menjadi g lebih baik dan memastikan tingkat stok yang memadai untuk memenuhi permintaan pelanggan secara efektif. Kesimpulan penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan perkiraan yang lebih akurat dalam mengantisipasi pola data yang sedang berkembang kebutuhan sembako pada Toko Guntur sehingga menghasilkan informasi yang akurat dapat menjadi sumber informasi berharga bagi Toko Guntur, dan pembuat kebijakan yang terlibat dalam distribusi Sembako.

Abstrak: Di era globalisasi sekarang semakin berkembang nya sistem informasi serta merupakan hal yang sangat penting dan utama dalam membantu proses kinerja perusahaan, dalam waktu dekat yang akan membuat persaingan dalam proses kinerja akan semakin update dan cepat . Karena itu pemakaian teknologi informasi dan rancangan pembuatan program aplikasi dengan menggunakan Visual Basic 6.0 sebagai programing dan MySQL sebagai Databasenya, mengenai analisa dan perancangan sistem informasi pasien rawat inap di rumah bersalin azimar anas. McCullagh menekankan tanggung jawab sosial sejarawan untuk menghasilkan deskripsi masa lalu yang kredibel melalui justifikasi rasional, metode inferensi (langsung, penjelasan terbaik, dan hibrida), serta generalisasi seperti hukum. Namun, Stanford mengkritik pendekatan ini dengan menegaskan bahwa sejarah selalu melibatkan subjektivitas sejarawan, yang dipengaruhi oleh nilai-nilai pribadi dan konteks budaya, sehingga klaim kebenaran sejarah selalu problematis. ip structure, Marpariban matching is a traditional practice that places women in a position where they are unable to select their life partners. A form of resistance that is not overtly articulated has emerged as a result of this. Information was gathered using descriptive qualitative methods such as in-depth interviews, documentation, and observation. Relevant data and information are provided by informants who are Batak Toba women in the village of Habeahan Naburahan who have firsthand experience with the Marpariban matchmaking practice and family members who participate in the customary matchmaking procedure. The findings and analysis revealed that the Batak Toba women in this hamlet oppose this matchmaking practice through covert resistance. Some of these behaviors are putting off arranged marriages for school or work reasons, using religious legitimacy as a reason to say no without directly confronting the person, formally accepting arranged marriages with a passive attitude and little emotional involvement, and not talking openly about marriage plans. James C. Scott's theory of resistance says that these activities show that there is concealed resistance, or a sort of resistance that happens while people follow the rules. This suggests that Batak Toba women tend to use subtle opposition as a tactic to preserve their independence inside the patriarchal system rather than openly rejecting the Marpariban norm
