This issue began to surface when a beauty doctor, often referred to as the "Detective Doctor," examined and exposed skincare products suspected of being unregistered and containing dangerous ingredients. This research aims to analyze the role of health communication in raising public awareness about the skincare mafia practices through the role of the "Detective Doctor." The method used is qualitative descriptive analysis with case studies of several campaigns conducted by the "Detective Doctor" on social media and other public channels. The results show that the "Detective Doctor" not only reveals dangerous skincare products through scientific research but also plays a role in delivering information to the public via accessible communication platforms such as social media and podcasts. This campaign successfully increased public awareness of the importance of choosing safe beauty products, as well as the importance of verifying skincare product ingredients. This research highlights the significant role of health communication in combating illegal practices in the beauty industry and demonstrates how the "Detective Doctor" can be an agent of change in public health education.

After applying an onion compress, body temperature decreases because blood flow returns to the blood vessels near the skin's surface, thus optimizing heat dissipation.To determine the effectiveness of applying onion compress to children with fever. This study used a descriptive case study approach and was conducted in Kemojing Village. After applying onion compresses for three days, with each session lasting 15 minutes, the children's body temperature decreased. The initial body temperature was 38.4°C, which decreased to 36.8°C by the end of the third day. Using onion compresses on children with fever can effectively reduce their body temperature.

In making this Geographic Information System requires Systems Development Life Cycle to analyze gradually, and Webgis to display maps as well as GPS to ascertain the location of the earth's surface and use UML design such as activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, and usecase. There is also a waterfall method in making this Geographic Information System such as its analysis, implementation, design, maintenance and also the testing phase. The Testing Phase uses the BlackBox to test the system whether it is running well or not and is suitable for use by users.

Dalam pembuatan Sistem Informasi Geografi ini memerlukan Systems Development Life Cycle menganalisis secara bertahap, dan Webgis untuk menampilkan peta juga GPS untuk memastikan letak permukaan bumi dan menggunakan Perancangan UML seperti activity diagram, sequence diagram, dan usecase. on previous research, this plant has been proven to have a positive effect in increasing fertility in test animals. However, until now, there is no certainty regarding the safety of using this plant. This study aims to examine the effects and safety of consuming Supan Supan Laki extract on the macroscopic appearance of the liver and kidneys in mice. This research was carried out, there were four treatment groups in this study, namely Na-CMC 0.5%; 87.5mg/KgBW; 175mg/KgBW; and 350mg/KgBW, given for 28 days using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) trial design. On the 29th day, surgery was performed to observe the liver and kidney macroscopically. Measurement of color, surface and relative organ weight parameters of the kidneys and liver of mice. The results of the study showed that administration of Supan Supan Laki leaf extract caused significant changes in the macroscopic appearance of the liver and kidney organs. In the research analysis using the One Way Anova test, the results of the test showed that the liver (p>0.05) did not have a significant level of variation, while the kidney (p<0.05) had a significant level of variation so that it could be concluded that the effect of N.plena Lour leaf extract have different effects on the relative weight of the heart and kidney organs.

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Jalan Pahlawan yang memiliki panjang sekitar 0,640Km, dari titik awal yaitu di Bambu Runcing (STA 0+00) berakhir di Simpang Empat Jl. Pangeran Hidayat, Jl. Mata Dewa dan Jl. Penja (STA 0+640) menggunakan metode Surface Distress Index (SDI) dengan interval pengamatan setiap 50 meter. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan Lalu Lintas Harian Rata-rata (LHR), diperoleh volume lalu lintas sebesar 750,9 smp/hari. Nilai rata-rata SDI pada ruas Jalan Pahlawan dari STA 0+000 sampai STA 0+640 adalah sebesar 51,54%, yang menunjukkan bahwa kondisi jalan berada dalam kategori sedang. Oleh karena itu, jenis penanganan yang direkomendasikan adalah pemeliharaan berkala.

i dampak alih fungsi lahan pertanian menjadi perumahan terhadap perubahan limpasan permukaan dan infiltrasi air di Kecamatan Kramat, Kabupaten Tegal pada periode tahun 2014–2024. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif rasionalistik dengan mengintegrasikan analisis spasial (interpretasi citra satelit menggunakan ArcGIS 10.8) serta metode analisis Delphi sebanyak tiga putaran untuk menguji persepsi para pemangku kepentingan (stakeholders). Pengambilan sampel narasumber dilakukan melalui teknik purposive sampling yang melibatkan unsur dinas pemerintahan terkait, akademisi, praktisi pengembang perumahan, dan tokoh masyarakat. Hasil analisis spasial menunjukkan bahwa selama kurun waktu sepuluh tahun (2014–2024), luas lahan pertanian di Kecamatan Kramat mengalami penurunan sebesar 86,23 Ha (dari 2.562,18 Ha menjadi 2.475,95 Ha), sedangkan luas lahan perumahan meningkat sebesar 32,19 Ha (dari 123,54 Ha menjadi 155,73 Ha). Lebih lanjut, hasil analisis Delphi berhasil mencapai konsensus para ahli yang menyetujui 7 indikator dampak utama, yaitu perubahan luas lahan, peningkatan intensitas pembangunan, peningkatan permukaan kedap air, penurunan infiltrasi air, peningkatan volume limpasan permukaan, penurunan kinerja sistem drainase, dan peningkatan kejadian genangan air. Konversi area terbuka menjadi material kedap air (seperti atap bangunan, beton, dan aspal) meminimalkan kapasitas resapan tanah alami, sehingga memicu peningkatan aliran permukaan (surface run-off) yang berujung pada timbulnya masalah genangan air setinggi 10–70 cm di beberapa desa. Kesimpulannya, alih fungsi lahan pertanian menjadi perumahan di Kecamatan Kramat secara nyata merubah karakteristik permukaan dari permeabel menjadi kedap air, sehingga menurunkan kemampuan infiltrasi tanah dan memperbesar volume limpasan permukaan secara drastis.

Melalui Google Earth Engine, data citra satelit dan data geospasial lainnya diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan algoritma kecerdasan buatan untuk mengidentifikasi pola banjir dan daerah yang rentan tergenang air. Penelitian menggunakan data JRC Global Surface Water Mapping Layers, v1.4, data NASA SRTM Digital Elevation 30m, data USGS Landsat 8 Level 2, Collection 2, Tier 1. Pegolahan dan analisis data penelitian sepenuhnya di lakukan di Geogle Earth Engine. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa daerah berpontensi banjir memiliki luas 12.991.33 ha dan daerah yang tidak berpotensi banjir yaitu seluas 18.924,24 ha. Daerah potensi rawan banjir kemudian diklasifikasi berdasarkan batas administrasi dimana Kecamatan Teluk Ambon memiliki daerah yang berpotensi tergenang banjir seluas 5.149.37 ha, Kecamatan Nusaniwe seluas 2.034.23 ha, Kecamatan Serimau seluas 1.914.18 ha, Kecamatan Leitimur Selatan seluas 1.180.13 ha dan Kecamatan Teluk Ambon Baguala seluas 2.713.42 ha. Peta daerah potensi banjir di Kota Ambon kemudian dioverlay dengan data sebaran permukiman di Kota Ambon dan diketahui bahwa permukiman penduduk yang diprediksi berada pada daerah yang berpotensi banjir seluas 3.400.65 ha. Dengan analisis yang lebih akurat, sistem peringatan dini yang efektif, dan pengetahuan yang ditingkatkan, penelitian ini dapat berkontribusi dalam mitigasi risiko banjir, melindungi masyarakat dan lingkungan dari dampak banjir, serta menciptakan kota yang lebih aman dan berkelanjutan
