pproach with an associative research method was employed. Primary data were obtained through interviews with the Head of the Finance Department and questionnaires distributed to respondents, while secondary data comprised organizational profiles, employee records, attendance data, and performance reports. The population consisted of 30 civil servants, all of whom were selected as respondents using a total sampling technique. Data were analyzed using validity and reliability tests, normality, linearity, and multicollinearity tests, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation analysis, the coefficient of determination, partial t-tests, and a simultaneous F-test. The results showed that work motivation had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, with a regression coefficient of 0.321 and a significance value of 0.021. Organizational culture also had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, with a regression coefficient of 0.271 and a significance value of 0.015. Simultaneously, work motivation and organizational culture had a significant effect on organizational commitment, as indicated by an F-value of 10.469 and a significance value of 0.001. The correlation coefficient of 0.661 indicated a strong relationship, while the coefficient of determination of 0.437 showed that both variables explained 43.7% of the variation in organizational commitment. Practically, hospital management should strengthen motivation through performance recognition, competency development, fair task distribution, and feedback, while reinforcing organizational culture through shared values, teamwork, accountability, and integrity.

Employability is the ability of graduates to enter the world of work, which is not only determined by technical knowledge, but also soft skills such as communication, teamwork, and leadership. This study used the SEM-PLS approach to analyze data obtained from 116 student respondents. The results showed that soft skills training has a positive and significant effect on employability. In addition, self-efficacy also acts as a significant intervening variable, although the direct effect of self-efficacy on employability is lower than the effect of soft skills training. The final conclusion of this study shows that an effective soft skills training program can increase student employability, both directly and through increased self- efficacy.

The results show that transformational leadership is crucial in accelerating vision, innovation, and organizational culture change oriented towards quality (itqan). On the other hand, servant leadership provides a foundation for strengthening teamwork through a service-oriented approach (khidmah) and empathy, which is aligned with prophetic values. This study employed a qualitative case study methodology, using interviews and document analyses of social studies educators in Jakarta. The results showed that Teachers' successful use of Trello was hindered by inadequate knowledge, poor digital infrastructure, and difficulties integrating it into the curriculum. Still, teachers stayed open to the adjustments given direction and assistance. This study proposes enhancing teachers' digital literacy and offering continuous training as a preliminary measure to optimize the use of Trello in social studies education in junior high schools.

The results of the study show that: 1) The implementation of human resource development based on the value of paddle baimbai at SMPIT Robbani is carried out based on teamwork and collaboration. Meanwhile, in SMPIT ANIC is based on morals and self-potential. 2) Programs implemented at SMPIT Robbani include APNI, IHT, Kombel, Morning Instruction, Training, Workshop, Supervision, Coaching, tahsin and teacher tahfizh. At SMPIT ANIC, there are training, mentorship, leadership development, character development and English learning. 3) The obstacles faced by SMPIT Robbani are the time of activities at the same time as other activities, lack of understanding, limited human resources, difficulties in implementation, and lack of motivation. Kegiatan ini berlangsung pada tanggal 9 Desember 2024 dan diikuti oleh 24 pegawai yang ada di lingkungan BKD Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menggunakan Paired Sample T-Test yang menunjukkan angka 0.001 dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan signifikan pada peserta seminar sebelum dan setelah diberikan Psikoedukasi.

ts performance evaluations manually, which leads to subjectivity and delays in the evaluation process. This study aims to design a web-based decision support system using the MOORA method to produce objective, fast, and accurate assessments. The system is developed using PHP and MySQL, with evaluation criteria including discipline, teamwork, sales volume, and length of service. The implementation results show that the system is capable of performing calculations and ranking sales performance in a measurable manner. This application assists supervisors and managers in conducting evaluations and accelerates decision-making processes. The final results indicate that Afril Handoko achieved the highest score of 0.3802. This system is effective in improving efficiency and reducing subjectivity in sales performance evaluation.

Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi informasi memberikan dampak besar pada dunia bisnis, termasuk dalam pengukuran kinerja sales. PT Panca Niaga Jaya Lestari sebagai perusahaan distributor pangan masih melakukan penilaian secara manual, sehingga menimbulkan subjektivitas dan keterlambatan evaluasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang sistem pendukung keputusan berbasis web menggunakan metode MOORA untuk menghasilkan penilaian yang objektif, cepat, dan akurat. Sistem dikembangkan dengan PHP dan MySQL, dengan kriteria penilaian meliputi kedisiplinan, kerja sama tim, jumlah penjualan, dan masa kerja. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan sistem mampu melakukan perhitungan dan perangkingan kinerja sales secara terukur. Aplikasi ini memudahkan supervisor dan manajer dalam evaluasi serta mempercepat pengambilan keputusan. Hasil akhir menunjukkan Afril Handoko memperoleh nilai tertinggi sebesar 0,3802. Sistem ini efektif meningkatkan efisiensi dan mengurangi subjektivitas dalam penilaian kinerja sales.
