nd risk tolerance (RT)—and Bitcoin investment decisions among Generation Z in Indonesia, using the Tokocrypto and Indodax platforms. Employing a quantitative approach with a survey of 360 active Generation Z investors, data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The findings indicate that financial literacy, risk tolerance, PU, and PEOU have a direct positive and significant effect on Bitcoin investment decisions. Overconfidence, however, showed no significant direct effect. Furthermore, PU and PEOU partially mediated the relationships between financial literacy and investment decisions, as well as between risk tolerance and investment decisions. Notably, PEOU emerged as the strongest mediating pathway, particularly for risk tolerance. Conversely, neither PU nor PEOU mediated the relationship between overconfidence and investment decisions. This research contributes theoretically by integrating Behavioral Finance theory with the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) in the context of high-risk digital assets. Practically, it offers insights for platform developers to enhance user experience and design targeted financial education, and for regulators to formulate behaviorally-informed investor protection policies.
Abstract:This study analyzes the use of the BTN Properti for Developer application in the Home Ownership Credit (KPR) application process at Bank BTN Manado Branch using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and User Experience (UX)…
UX) approaches. The study used a descriptive qualitative method through in-depth interviews with four developer users of the application. Data analysis was conducted using the Miles and Huberman model which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that the BTN Properti for Developer application is generally well received by developers because it is considered easy to use, has a clear application flow, and is able to improve the efficiency of time, costs, and energy through a digital process. However, several obstacles were still found, such as limited document upload size, navigation that is not fully intuitive, and delays in status updates outside of operating hours. Support from BTN was considered quite responsive through training and direct communication, although improvements in the communication features in the application are needed. Based on the TAM analysis, application acceptance is influenced by perceptions of usefulness and ease of use, while from a UX perspective the application shows good usability and usefulness quality, but still requires development in the aspects of interactivity and accessibility. This study concludes that the BTN Properti for Developer application plays an important role in supporting the digital transformation of mortgage applications, with a note that continuous development is needed to optimize services and be user-oriented.

h applies the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) developed by Davis (1989), emphasizing two key constructs—perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness—as determinants of users’ attitudes and decisions. The study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method involving 100 lower-class customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Sibuhuan. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Squares (PLS) technique through SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results indicate that perceived usefulness significantly affects both attitude and decision to use, while perceived ease of use influences attitude indirectly. The R² value for attitude (0.743) and decision (0.654) shows that the model has strong explanatory power. These findings reveal that lower-income customers are more motivated by perceived benefits, such as convenience, time efficiency, and transaction security, rather than interface simplicity. From a practical perspective, the study suggests that Islamic banks should strengthen digital literacy, user assistance, and customer trust to enhance mobile banking adoption among lower-class communities.

Abstract:This study aims to analyze the role of Personal Innovativeness in influencing the actual use of the MyTelkomsel application through an extended Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). In this model, Personal Innovativeness is…
positioned as a core construct that influences three key user perceptions: Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, and Perceived Enjoyment. A total of 355 respondents participated in the study, and the data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings reveal that seven out of eight hypothesized paths between constructs in the model demonstrate statistically significant effects. The only non-significant relationship is found between Perceived Ease of Use and Attitude Toward Use, suggesting that ease of use is no longer a major determinant of user attitudes toward digital applications, possibly because it is now perceived as a basic standard in technology usage. Conversely, Personal Innovativeness consistently exerts a significant influence on all three key perceptions, which in turn affect users’ attitudes, intentions, and actual behaviors. These results underscore the strategic role of innovative personal characteristics in driving adoption and active engagement with digital applications. The practical implications highlight the importance of user segmentation based on innovation levels, the development of enjoyable features, and the refinement of user experience to promote sustained engagement within digital ecosystems such as MyTelkomsel.

Abstract:Abstract The motivation of this research is related to the use of QRIS in micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (UMKM) in Semarang District. QRIS is a digital payment tool introduced by Bank Indonesia in 2019. The Government's…
Government's initiative in launching QRIS is to make it easier for people who prefer digital payments, especially young people in Indonesia. The use of QRIS itself is increasing every year. The Governor of Bank Indonesia stated that more than 90% of UMKMs in Indonesia have used QRIS. The benefits of using QRIS for UMKM are faster payment processes, no need to prepare for money returns, increased sales turnover, easier settlement process, and financial discipline. The model used in this study is the Technology Accepted Model (TAM). TAM is a method to measure individual reception to the use of information technology systems. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach. Micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (UMKM) are used as populations in this study. In the sample selection, the researchers conducted the dissemination of the questionnaire with two events, namely online and offline. The samples obtained after the implementation of disseminated questionnaires and according to the conditions of the research sample are as many as 210 UMKM. Further, SmartPLS version 4 software is used for data processing. The findings from this study are that product knowledge variables significantly affect the use of QRIS. Perceived usefulness variables have also been found to influence the use. The same thing was also found in the perceived ease of use variable. Other findings that are backward related to the perception of risk variables. On this variable, it has been found that there is a negative influence against the use, so, it can be concluded that UMKM in Semarang district is still afraid related to financial risk as a result of the QRIS use.
