Namun, sebagian besar siswa SMK Bina Satria Medan belum memperoleh pembelajaran praktis mengenai penggunaan CMS sebagai salah satu layanan perbankan digital. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan siswa mengenai konsep, fitur, serta penerapan CMS dalam aktivitas administrasi perbankan. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi penyampaian materi, demonstrasi penggunaan CMS, praktik langsung, diskusi, serta evaluasi melalui pre-test dan post-test. Kegiatan diikuti oleh siswa SMK Bina Satria Medan yang menunjukkan partisipasi aktif selama pelaksanaan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap fungsi CMS, proses transaksi digital, dan pentingnya keamanan dalam penggunaan layanan perbankan elektronik. Selain itu, peserta mampu mengoperasikan fitur-fitur dasar CMS melalui simulasi yang diberikan. Dengan demikian, kegiatan edukasi ini berhasil meningkatkan literasi administrasi digital perbankan dan menjadi bekal awal bagi siswa dalam menghadapi kebutuhan kompetensi di dunia kerja.

The sample used was selected using a purposive sampling method. After eliminating data with several criteria, 57 companies were identified as samples during the 2017-2020 period. Hypothesis testing was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of IBM SPSS version 25 software. The results of this research show that Fixed Asset Investment, Solvency and Free Cash Flow have an influence on Profitability, while Working Capital has no influence on Profitability.

Findings show that the campaign relies on persuasive, visual, collaborative, and educational messaging. While digital media enables interactive and contextual communication, effectiveness is shaped by technical and cultural factors. The study highlights the need for data-driven, adaptive digital communication strategies to promote healthy and sustainable food consumption behavior.

Artikel ini mengkaji keterkaitan antara ekonomi hijau, kebijakan publik, dan pendidikan kewirausahaan dalam mewujudkan pembangunan berkelanjutan. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif berbasis studi pustaka, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi berbagai kebijakan yang telah diterapkan di berbagai negara, tantangan dalam penerapannya, serta peran pendidikan dalam membentuk pola pikir wirausahawan hijau. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perpaduan antara kebijakan adaptif dan pendidikan kewirausahaan berkelanjutan dapat menjadi katalisator dalam mengakselerasi transformasi ekonomi hijau. Selain itu, dukungan dari berbagai pemangku kepentingan, baik pemerintah, lembaga pendidikan, maupun sektor swasta, sangat penting agar kebijakan ekonomi hijau dapat berjalan efektif. Based on a pre-survey at Panti Wreda Budi Dharma Kasih, it was found that more than half of the elderly experienced hypertension due to a lack of elderly knowledge about hypertension. This community service activity aims to educate the elderly about hypertension and invite the elderly to have a good lifestyle. This activity was carried out at Panti Wreda Budi Dharma Kasih attended by 27 participants. The PKM method is carried out by checking the blood pressure of the elderly using a sphygmomanometer and stethoscope. Screening of PKM participants is elderly people with a minimum age of 60 years who can hear and see. The provision of education is carried out by lecture method using power points containing the definition of hypertension and elderly causative factors and ways to prevent hypertension, then a question and answer session is held. Data collection on the level of knowledge was carried out using pre-education and post-education questionnaires. The results of this activity show an increase in knowledge in the elderly after providing education for 3 meetings.

. This condition highlights the importance of a strong theological foundation for cultivating Christ-centered spirituality. This study aims to examine the concept of the ethics of the cross in Philippians 2:5–11 from the perspective of Pauline Christology, identify the ethical values embedded within the passage, and explain their implications for congregational spiritual formation. The study employs a qualitative method with a theological-expository approach through library research and exegetical analysis of Philippians 2:5–11. The findings reveal that the ethics of the cross is rooted in Christ’s self-emptying, His taking the form of a servant, His obedience unto death on the cross, and His subsequent exaltation by God. This ethical framework is expressed through three principal values: relinquishing personal rights and privileges, serving with humility, and demonstrating complete obedience to the will of God. The findings further indicate that congregational spiritual formation should be centered on the transformation of the mind, a life characterized by service, and communal relationships that reflect the character of Christ. The novelty of this study lies in its formulation of the ethics of the cross as a systematic and Christ-centered model of spiritual formation that bridges Pauline Christology and the spiritual development of contemporary congregations.

ste still faces various obstacles, including a lack of awareness among farmers regarding efficient and sustainable management practices. This research aims to analyze the application of a participatory approach in education on managing livestock products and waste by directly involving the livestock community. This approach allows farmers to actively participate in every process stage, from problem identification to implementing solutions based on local needs. The data in this research was obtained through in-depth interviews, field observations, and focus group discussions (FGD) involving local breeders and related stakeholders. The research results show increased quality of livestock products, especially regarding cleanliness, food safety, and selling value. Apart from that, there has been a waste reduction that was previously simply thrown away, with innovations in using waste as organic fertilizer and additional feed for livestock. The adoption of more sustainable livestock practices is also starting to be implemented by livestock farmers, improving their economic welfare. Furthermore, this program opens up opportunities for developing value-added processed products, such as pasteurized milk and processed meat, which can increase farmers’ income. Collaboration between farmers in managing joint businesses is also growing, creating a more solid livestock ecosystem. Apart from the economic impact, this participatory approach also increases farmers’ awareness of the importance of sustainability and better environmental management, which contributes to the sustainability of the livestock sector in Karang Tunggal Village.

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang pencegahan dan penatalaksanaan pioderma melalui edukasi kesehatan kulit. Sebanyak 15 responden mengikuti kegiatan ini, diukur melalui pretest dan posttest untuk peningkatan pengetahuan. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat setelah diberikan edukasi kesehatan kulit sebesar 36%. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi upaya promotif dan preventif dalam mencegah terjadinya infeksi kulit di masyarakat.

Karang Taruna Bumi Asih Village is committed to improving youth welfare through Entrepreneurship training to provide various skills and knowledge to spur innovative and inspiring creativity. The method applied is the ABCD (Assets Base Community Development) Pattern with stages; Discovery, Dreams, Design, and Destiny. With the ABCD pattern, youth organizations are directed to be able to recognize and identify social problems that occur, understand, formulate and implement appropriate resolution techniques. With training, Karang Taruna administrators and members will have a strong organizational foundation, be visionary, and have integrity in directing a better life in society. Karang Taruna's real actions can direct the lives of the younger generation in a way that can reduce the unemployment rate in Bumi Asih Village.

Karang Taruna sebagai organisasi kepemudaan memiliki peran strategis dalam membangun Desa. Karang Taruna Desa Bumi Asih berkomitmen untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan pemuda melalui pelatihan Kewirausahaan guna membekali berbagai keterampilan dan pengetahuan guna memacu kreatifitas yang inovatif dan inspiratif.
