The research method employed is a literature review using the Publish or Perish application.The findings indicate that teachers play a crucial role in planning, implementing, and managing classrooms through contextual strategies that connect learning materials with the local environment and students’ real-life experiences. The application of CTL has been proven to enhance students’ motivation, active participation, and learning outcomes. In addition, PMM students provide practical suggestions such as the use of interactive methods including small group discussions, collective reflection, and projects based on everyday experiences.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi guru dalam menerapkan pendekatan Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) guna meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di Papua Barat Daya, serta meninjau kontribusi mahasiswa Program Pertukaran Mahasiswa Merdeka (PMM) dalam mendukung proses tersebut. Metode penelitian menggunakan kajian literatur (literature review) dengan menggunakan Publish or Perish. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru berperan penting dalam merencanakan, melaksanakan, dan mengelola kelas dengan strategi kontekstual yang mengaitkan materi ajar dengan lingkungan lokal dan pengalaman nyata siswa. Penerapan CTL terbukti meningkatkan motivasi, partisipasi aktif, serta hasil belajar siswa. Selain itu, mahasiswa PMM memberikan saran praktis berupa penggunaan metode interaktif seperti diskusi kelompok kecil, refleksi bersama, dan proyek berbasis pengalaman sehari-hari.

tivity was conducted in the form of a public discussion involving the Bunda Menyapa PKM project team, Bunda PAUD Desa Kedungbanteng Kecamatan Kedungbanteng, Banyumas District, and college students from the Early Childhood Education Teacher Education Study Program of Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto. The students participated as the proposing group of the campaign idea and as the writers of the Bunda Menyapa campaign song. The activity aimed to formulate the initial embryo of the Bunda Menyapa Campaign as an institutional advocacy model to be proposed to Bunda PAUD Kabupaten Banyumas. The method consisted of participatory public discussion, campaign concept presentation, stakeholder dialogue, theme-song discussion, and initial review of a policy brief proposal. The result of the activity was the formation of an early campaign concept that integrates symbolic leadership, community communication, institutional advocacy, and policy recommendation. The discussion also opened an opportunity for the policy brief proposal to be developed into a practical advocacy document for strengthening PAUD governance in Banyumas District.

tivity aims to improve literacy and practice of Islamic parenting through the Quranic Parent School program at the Merpati Early Childhood Education Post in Kutawaluya District. The program is designed to build synergy between schools and families in supporting the social-emotional and spiritual development of early childhood. The method used is a community-based participatory approach with stages of needs identification, joint action planning, parenting class implementation, and periodic reflection and evaluation. Activities are implemented through workshops, reflective discussions, simulations of Islamic parenting practices, and the establishment of a parent forum as a forum for program sustainability. The results of the activity indicate an increase in parents' understanding of the concepts of fitrah (natural nature) and adab (good manners), changes in communication patterns to be more empathetic, and consistent habits of worship and restrictions on gadgets at home. Further impacts are seen in increased discipline and emotional regulation of children at school and the formation of a Quranic family learning community. The implications of this activity confirm that strengthening Islamic parenting through the Quranic Parent School model is effective in encouraging family-based social transformation and has the potential to be replicated in other PIAUD institutions with similar characteristics.

is community service program aimed to improve residents’ literacy in data-based planning and strengthen meaningful participation in formulating settlement-environment program proposals. The activity was conducted in Kalijaga Village, Aikmel Subdistrict, East Lombok Regency, on 17 November 2025 as a special village deliberation meeting (Musyawarah Desa Khusus; Musdesus) involving 75 participants representing village stakeholders, including youth and community organizations (Karang Taruna and the Village Community Resilience Institution/Lembaga Ketahanan Masyarakat Desa; LKMD). A participatory education approach was applied through short lectures, focused discussions, and hands-on proposal drafting using simple minimum data and a standard structure (problem–location–target group–indicators–resource needs). Evaluation was descriptive using facilitator field notes and a proposal-completeness rubric. Of 49 written proposals collected (N=49), 40 (81.6%) met all minimum elements, while 9 (18.4%) were incomplete. The results indicate a shift from general complaints toward more structured proposals with clearer locations, target groups, and basic indicators. Data-based village planning education is a low-cost intervention to improve the quality of community participation outputs and enhance the readiness of proposals for subsequent village planning processes..

communities regarding digital-based sharia finance is still limited. This community service activity aims to improve Islamic financial literacy in Sendang Village through a digital approach. The methods used include face-to-face and online education, assistance in using Islamic financial applications, and interactive discussions on the opportunities and risks of digital finance. The results of the activity showed that community participation reached 75% with an increase in understanding of Islamic finance products and principles of 60%. However, challenges such as the digital divide and the risk of online fraud were still found. Overall, this activity shows that digitalization is effective in increasing Islamic financial literacy when supported by continuous education and the active role of the government and Islamic financial institutions in creating a safe and inclusive ecosystem.

The activity results demonstrated increased students' understanding of the impacts, causes, and preventive measures of cyberbullying. ndonesia. The program is motivated by the need for a learning medium integrating Buddhist teachings with direct experience in a religious and cultural environment. The implementation adopted a participatory and collaborative approach, engaging participants particularly university students in ritual activities, Dharma discussions, and the practice of moral precepts (sīla). The selection of Muaro Jambi Temple also served as a strategy to revitalize the site’s function as a center for spiritual cultivation and cultural preservation. The results indicate a significant improvement in participants’ understanding of the Dharma, adherence to moral precepts, and awareness of the importance of Buddhist cultural heritage. The program fostered the development of religious character and cultural identity, enhancing participants’ commitment to preserving the noble values of Buddhism within the local context. Furthermore, it opened opportunities for the development of history-based religious tourism. In conclusion, this PKM effectively integrates religious education, character building, and cultural preservation. Its sustainability requires multi-stakeholder support to ensure that the values, history, and spirituality of the Nusantara heritage are preserved authentically and meaningfully.

Salah satu gaya kepemimpinan yang semakin relevan dalam konteks organisasi modern adalah kepemimpinan spiritual, yang menekankan nilai-nilai spiritualitas, kebermaknaan kerja, dan kesejahteraan holistik bagi perawat. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman perawat manajer tentang gaya kepemimpinan spiritual guna mendukung peningkatan kinerja perawat dalam pelayanan keperawatan. Kegiatan dilaksanakan menggunakan pendekatan edukasi interaktif berbasis ceramah (lecture-based talks) dan diskusi kelompok terfokus (focus group discussion) yang melibatkan 9 orang perawat manajer dari rumah sakit Umum Aisyiyah Padang. Waktu pelaksanaan pada 7 Februari 2025. Evaluasi pengetahuan dilakukan dengan pre-test dan post-test untuk menilai efektivitas kegiatan edukasi. Hasil menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan skor pengetahuan peserta dari 11,1% (pre-test) menjadi 88,9% (post-test), yang mengindikasikan adanya pemahaman yang lebih baik mengenai konsep dan implementasi kepemimpinan spiritual dalam praktik keperawatan. Hasil pengabdian ini diharapkan dapat diimplementasikan secara berkelanjutan dalam pengembangan kapasitas kepemimpinan spiritual perawat manajer untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang penuh dengan nilai-nilai, sikap, dan perilaku calling, membership, dan altruism yang mendukung kinerja optimal perawat dan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan keperawatan di rumah sakit.
