Key challenges identified included weak regulatory structure, lack of technical guidelines, and limited objection mechanisms for affected citizens. The activity also produced normative recommendations in the form of a draft regulatory formulation, covering violation classification, types of administrative sanctions, sanction procedures, and appeal mechanisms. This outreach underlines the importance of a collaborative approach between academics and practitioners in formulating effective and just local legal policies.

he training was conducted through three main stages: delivery of material on the importance of fine motor stimulation through art activities, participatory discussions, and hands-on practice in gradient coloring techniques. Evaluation was carried out using pre-test and post-test instruments to measure the improvement in participants’ competencies. The results showed a significant increase in understanding and skill levels. The percentage of participants classified as "excellent" increased from 0% to 40%, those in the "good" category rose from 34% to 40%, and 20% were categorized as "sufficient". No participants were classified as "poor" or "very poor". These findings indicate that training in gradient coloring techniques is effective in enhancing the capacity of ECE teachers to provide creative and enjoyable fine motor stimulation for young children.

are still many teachers who have difficulties in understanding and compiling teaching modules that are in accordance with the principles of the Independent Curriculum. This community service aims to increase the capacity of teachers at SMK Pelayaran Permata Ilmu Maros in developing teaching modules that are contextual, adaptive, and oriented towards differentiated learning. The activity was carried out through intensive training and mentoring, including material on learning outcomes (CP), learning objectives (TP), learning objectives (ATP), and the integration of the Pancasila Student Profile. The implementation method consists of interactive lectures, group discussions, hands-on practice, and evaluation of participants' work. The results of the activity showed that there was an increase in teachers' knowledge and skills in compiling teaching modules that are relevant to the conditions of students and the shipping skills program. This activity makes a real contribution to supporting the implementation of the Independent Curriculum and improving the quality of learning in the vocational school environment.

Equivalency Education Program. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the community empowerment management function through the Package C Equivalency Education Program at PKBM Buana Mekar Baleendah using the POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling) management approach. The study used a descriptive qualitative method with the research location at PKBM Buana Mekar, Bandung Regency. The research subjects consisted of PKBM managers, tutors, and Package C learners. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the planning function has been carried out through identifying community needs and preparing flexible learning programs. The organizing function is seen from the division of tutor tasks and a clear organizational structure. The implementation function is carried out through andragogy-based learning with lectures, discussions, questions and answers, and skills practice methods. Meanwhile, the supervisory function is carried out through learning evaluation, attendance monitoring, andsupervision of skills practice. Although the program's implementation has been quite successful, several obstacles remain, such as limited digital learning media, unstable student attendance rates, and suboptimal utilization of practical facilities. tudy employs a qualitative approach using a descriptive method. The researcher collected data through interviews, observations, and documentation involving five teachers at MI Nurul Islam, Pamekasan. The findings reveal that students’ learning motivation varies, ranging from high to low levels, influenced by both internal and external factors. Teachers make several efforts to improve students’ motivation, including creating an enjoyable learning environment, applying innovative teaching methods such as discussions, quizzes, and audio-visual media, providing rewards, and involving parents in the educational process. Supporting factors include parental support, a conducive learning environment, and the use of engaging learning media. In contrast, inhibiting factors consist of limited facilities, students’ low basic abilities, and a lack of support from the family environment. Therefore, creative and collaborative teachers play a crucial role in enhancing students’ learning motivation.

Stunting is a growth and development disorder characterized by a child's height that is not appropriate for their age. This study aims to analyze the performance of the family support team in an effort to reduce the incidence of stunting and the factors that influence the performance of the family support team. This study uses a qualitative method using a purposive sampling technique with 38 informants, through interviews, focus group discussions, observations and document reviews. The results of the study revealed that the indicators of the quality and quantity of TPK work in West Sumatra Province that were not in accordance with expectations were neatness, success capability, speed, work results, facilities and infrastructure and coordination between agencies where reports were not in accordance with the existing family system data in the BKKBN application caused by the lack of TPK knowledge in using the elsimil application and four indicators of the national sensitive intervention program were not achieved from the predetermined targets and the increase in stunting cases. Factors that influence TPK performance are the support and commitment of the government and the community, the existence of programs that have a direct impact on the community and, socialization that changes community behavior to care about stunting prevention programs, strengthening the competence of TPK cadres, strengthening convergence and multi-stakeholder involvement, integrated monitoring and evaluation and utilization of stunting risk family data in handling stunting cases.

ability of a family to adapt, overcome problems, and face pressure from within and outside so that it can continue to function harmoniously and achieve the well-being of its membersThe purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the stunting reduction acceleration program policy with the Population and Family Development Program at the BKKBN Representative Office of West Sumatra Province in accordance with Presidential Regulation Number 72 of 2021 concerning the acceleration of stunting reduction. The research method used a qualitative approach with policy studies. The research informants numbered 28 people with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, focus group discussions and document reviews. The results of the research on the input component, namely Policy, human resources, facilities and infrastructure and funds for the stunting reduction acceleration program did not comply with the provisions. The process component, namely the suboptimal assistance and intervention by the Stunting Officer Unit, Technical Assistant and the family assistance team in utilizing data on families at risk of stunting and the lack of commitment and synergy between the Central, regional and village governments in implementing the acceleration of stunting reduction convention. The output component, namely the national sensitive intervention program indicators have not met the national target, the outcome component, namely Some of the main indicators of the family development population program have not reached the specified target and stunting cases have increased and are above the national target, the need to strengthen the synergy and commitment of the regional government and increase the knowledge and commitment of the family assistance team in implementing the stunting program. The conclusion is that the implementation of the accelerated stunting reduction program is in accordance with regulations, but is not yet optimal in terms of policy, human resources, facilities and infrastructure, and financing. Coordination and collaboration between the government and the community, optimization of data on families at risk of stunting, and regular monitoring and evaluation are needed.
