Ambarwati, Titisari, Soetjipto, Budi Eko, Churiyah, Madziatul
Abstract: The rapid development of digital technologies has significantly transformed marketing practices and consumer behavior. In recent years, digital marketing, particularly through social media platforms, has become an essential… ial strategy for firms to enhance consumer engagement and influence purchase decisions. Despite the growing body of literature, the relationships among social media marketing, brand trust, customer preference, and purchase decision remain fragmented across previous studies. Therefore, this study aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the research landscape and identify emerging trends in this field. This study employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) combined with bibliometric analysis to examine publications related to social media marketing, brand trust, customer preference, and purchase decision. Data were collected from the Scopus database covering the period from 2021 to 2026. Bibliometric mapping and keyword co-occurrence analysis were conducted using VOSviewer to identify research clusters, thematic structures, and the evolution of research topics. The findings reveal a significant increase in publications on social media marketing and consumer behavior, indicating growing academic interest in this domain. The bibliometric analysis shows that social media marketing acts as a central theme connecting key variables such as brand trust, customer preference, and purchase intention/decision. Furthermore, overlay visualization indicates that emerging research topics include consumer engagement, influencer marketing, electronic word-of-mouth (e-WOM), and perceived value, reflecting a shift toward a more integrated and experiential understanding of consumer behavior in digital environments. This study contributes to the literature by mapping the intellectual structure and research evolution in the social media marketing domain and highlighting potential directions for future research. The findings also provide insights for researchers and practitioners in developing more effective and trust-oriented digital marketing strategies to influence consumer purchase decisions

Service Creativity In The Cultural Tourism Performing Arts’ Ecosystem

Pribadi, Scholastica Wahyu
Abstract: Abstract also written in English containing key issues, objectives, methods and results. Abstract This study examines the role of service creativity in the performing arts ecosystem within the context of cultural tourism,… m, highlighting how service processes contribute to value creation beyond the artistic aspect. Cultural tourism has shifted from an object-based orientation to an experiential one, understanding performing arts not merely as a creative product but as an experience constructed through interactions between service providers and consumers. In this context, service becomes an integral part of the value creation process and audience satisfaction. This research uses a qualitative approach with a single case study method at PT Mata Hati Kitapoleng, a performing arts company in Bali. Data collection was conducted through in-depth semi-structured interviews and non-participatory observation. This research focuses on how service creativity is built through organizational processes, interactions, and practices. The results show that service creativity is formed through a structured yet flexible process, which integrates empathy for consumers, team collaboration, idea exploration, and continuous evaluation. The design thinking approach enables companies to deeply understand consumer needs and translate them into personalized and meaningful experiences. Service in this context is understood as a co-creative process, where consumers play an active role in shaping the final outcome. Furthermore, consumer satisfaction is influenced by various factors, such as trust, production and financial efficiency, innovation capacity, and evaluation and feedback mechanisms. This research confirms that service creativity is a strategic element in enhancing the competitiveness and sustainability of performing arts businesses within the cultural tourism ecosystem.

Business Mentoring as Experiential Learning through the BRIDGE Model

Ramli, Rahmat, Rosalina, Sylvia Sari
Abstract: The persistent gap between theoretical instruction and real-world practice remains a critical challenge in business education, particularly in contexts involving Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Experiential… learning has been promoted as a pedagogical response to this challenge; however, many initiatives lack structured frameworks that integrate student learning with meaningful community engagement. This study examines the implementation of the BRIDGE model (Build, Reach, Discover, Grow, and Elevate) as a structured business mentoring approach grounded in experiential learning principles. Using a qualitative participatory action research design, the study involved 15 undergraduate business students and five MSMEs in Semarang City, Indonesia. Data were collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, reflective journals, and program documentation, and analyzed using thematic analysis. The findings indicate that the BRIDGE model facilitates deep experiential learning by enabling students to connect theoretical concepts with contextual business realities, while simultaneously generating instrumental and symbolic benefits for MSME partners. Despite limitations related to program duration, the model demonstrates strong potential as a feasible and transferable framework for experiential business education in emerging economy contexts.

Local Knowledge And Social Capital As Financial Buffers: Understanding MSMEs Risk Mitigation Strategies In Indonesia

Amin, Andi Mustika
Abstract: Micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in developing countries like Indonesia are highly vulnerable to financial risks yet often lack formal risk-management practices, relying instead on personal experience, intuition,… ion, and culturally rooted local practices to navigate financial uncertainty. This study aimed to identify MSME owners' perceptions of financial risks, explore informal mitigation strategies based on local experience and community practices, analyze the influence of cultural norms and social networks, and propose a contextually grounded problem-solving framework. Employing a qualitative research design, the study used in-depth semi-structured interviews, direct observations, and document analysis with MSME owners, and analyzed the data using thematic analysis and triangulation to ensure credibility. The results revealed three primary financial risk-mitigation strategies: adaptive cash-flow management, reliance on social capital and local economic networks, and experiential diversification driven by local market knowledge. The findings demonstrate that MSMEs develop resilience through culturally embedded practices and social structures, confirming that interventions should leverage existing informal mechanisms and integrate culturally compatible tools rather than imposing rigid formal frameworks.

Anisya Fitriasari, Indri Ristiani, Mega Endang Sari, Faridatul Ula, Sri Watini
Abstract: Penelitian ini menganalisis implementasi Model Pembelajaran ASYIK (Aman, Senang, Yakin, Inovatif, Kreatif) dan Model ATIK (Amati, Tiru, Kerjakan) dalam meningkatkan partisipasi aktif anak usia dini melalui pendekatan kualitatif… litatif studi literatur.
