PENGEMBANGAN SISTEM ADMINISTRASI UMKM WARUNG NASI BU DEDAH BERBASIS APLIKASI DESKTOP UNTUK MENDUKUNG EFISIENSI OPERASIONAL

Abstract: Pengelolaan adminsitrasi dan pencatatan transaksi operasional pada Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) sektor kuliner sering menghadapi kendala akibat kebiasaan sistem manual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang,… , mengimplementasikan, dan mengevaluasi pengembangan aplikasi sistem informasi administrasi dan e-kasir berbasis desktop pada UMKM Warung Nasi Bu Dedah yang berlokasi di Kadungora, Kabupaten Garut. Aplikasi ini dikembangkan menggunakan Microsoft Visual FoxPro 9.0 dengan menerapkan metode pengembangan sistem Prototype. Metode ini mencakup lima tahapan utama: komunikasi perancangan cepat, perancangan awal, pembuatan prototypr, serta evaluasi dan perbaikan. Sistem dirancang untuk mengelola 63 variasi menu kuliner, mengakomodasi pilihan layanan Dine In dan Take Away, metode pembayaran Tunai dan QRIS, serta mengintegrasikan manajemen stok, pencatatan riwayat transaksi, laporan penjualan periodik otomatis, hingga backup basis data. Pepngujian aplikasi dilakukan dengan metode Black Box Testing dan menunjukan hasil bahwa seluruh fitur fungsional berjalan sesuai spesifikasi (100% valid). Penerapan aplikasi ini berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi operasional secara signifikan, mengeliminiasi kesalahan perhitungan manual, mempercepat penyusunan laporan penjualan harian, serta menyediakan kualitas informasi manajemen yang akurat untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan pengelola usaha.

Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Surat Tugas (SITUGAS) Berbasis Web Pada Kantor Wilayah Badan Pertanahan Provinsi Jambi

Abstract: Kantor Wilayah Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN) Provinsi Jambi masih melakukan pengelolaan surat tugas dan monitoring tugas pegawai secara manual sehingga menghambat pengelolaan data, pemantauan progres pekerjaan, dan penyampaian… yampaian informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan membangun Sistem Informasi Surat Tugas (SITUGAS) berbasis web untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi pengelolaan surat tugas. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi literatur. Pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode Prototype, sedangkan pengujian dilakukan dengan Black Box Testing menggunakan teknik Equivalence Partitioning (EP). Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan PHP dan MySQL. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SITUGAS mampu mempermudah pengelolaan data surat tugas, monitoring pekerjaan, pencarian data, dan penyajian informasi secara lebih cepat, akurat, efektif, dan terintegrasi. Hasil pengujian juga menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fungsi utama sistem berjalan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. The Regional Office of the National Land Agency (BPN) of Jambi Province still manages task assignments manually, making it difficult to manage data, monitor work progress, and deliver information. This study aims to design and develop a web-based Task Assignment Information System (SITUGAS) to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of task assignment management. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature studies. The system was developed using the Prototype method and tested using Black Box Testing with the Equivalence Partitioning (EP) technique. The application was developed using PHP and MySQL. The results show that SITUGAS facilitates task assignment management, work monitoring, data retrieval, and information delivery in a faster, more accurate, effective, and integrated manner. The testing results also indicate that all main system functions operate according to user requirements.

Perancangan Sistem Informasi Absensi Kepegawaian Berbasis Website Pada Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Jambi Menggunakan Metode Prototype

Abstract: Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Jambi saat ini menggunakan aplikasi absensi berbasis mobile yang diterapkan secara terpusat di lingkungan Pemerintah Provinsi Jambi. Namun, sistem tersebut masih memiliki keterbatasan dalam pengelolaan… gelolaan data absensi dan laporan internal. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang Sistem Informasi Absensi Kepegawaian berbasis website menggunakan metode Prototype. Perancangan sistem dilakukan dengan Use Case Diagram dan Activity Diagram. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu mendukung absensi masuk dan pulang, pengelolaan data pegawai, rekapitulasi kehadiran, serta penyajian laporan secara lebih efektif dan terintegrasi. The Jambi Provincial Transportation Agency currently uses a centralized mobile-based attendance application. However, the system still has limitations in managing attendance data and internal reports. This study aims to design a web-based Employee Attendance Information System using the Prototype method. The system was modeled using Use Case Diagrams and Activity Diagrams. The results show that the system supports employee check-in and check-out processes, employee data management, attendance recapitulation, and reporting more effectively and in an integrated manner. 

Perancangan Sistem Informasi Surat-Menyurat Berbasis Website Pada Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Jambi Menggunakan Metode Prototype

Abstract: Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Jambi masih menghadapi kendala dalam pengelolaan surat masuk, surat keluar, dan disposisi yang dilakukan secara konvensional sehingga kurang efisien dan berisiko menimbulkan penumpukan dokumen.… Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang Sistem Informasi Persuratan berbasis website untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan administrasi. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan metode Prototype dengan pemodelan Use Case Diagram dan Activity Diagram. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu mempermudah pengelolaan surat, disposisi digital, pengarsipan dokumen, serta penyampaian informasi secara lebih cepat dan terintegrasi. The Jambi Provincial Transportation Agency still faces challenges in managing incoming mail, outgoing mail, and dispositions through conventional processes, resulting in inefficiency and document accumulation risks. This study aims to design a web-based Correspondence Information System to improve administrative management effectiveness. The system was developed using the Prototype method and modeled with Use Case Diagrams and Activity Diagrams. The results show that the system facilitates correspondence management, digital disposition, document archiving, and information delivery in a faster and more integrated manner.

EFFECTIVENESS OF DEVELOPING DIGITAL TEACHING MATERIALS FOR INDONESIAN LANGUAGE FOR FOREIGN SPEAKERS (BIPA) 1 ON GRAMMAR COMPETENCY BASED ON THE ANIMAKER APPLICATION

Abstract: This research was motivated by the scarcity of Indonesian language teaching materials for foreign speakers (BIPA). The large interest of foreigners in learning Indonesian is still hampered by the lack of availability of… BIPA teaching materials. This limited teaching material is an important problem that teachers often face in BIPA learning activities. Therefore, the development of BIPA teaching materials is urgently needed. The problems studied in this research are (1) characteristics of BIPA 1 teaching materials currently used in BIPA learning, (2) development of BIPA 1 teaching materials based on the Animaker application as alternative teaching materials in BIPA learning, (3) feasibility of developing BIPA teaching materials 1 based on the Animaker application in BIPA learning, and (4) the effectiveness of developing BIPA 1 teaching materials based on the Animaker application based on BIPA learners' understanding. This research uses a Research and Development (R&D) approach. This research uses three data collection techniques, namely observation, questionnaires, and documentation to obtain data on the needs for developing teaching materials and evaluating teaching material prototypes. The data sources consist of BIPA teachers, BIPA students and expert lecturers. Data analysis in this research uses descriptive qualitative which consists of data presentation and data conclusions. The results of this research are that BIPA students often feel bored and confused by teaching materials that are only presented in the form of textbooks and very short material. Therefore, teaching materials need to be developed in accordance with Widodo and Jasmadi's theory of teaching material characteristics so that they can support independent learning, deeper understanding, contextualization of material, increased motivation, comprehensive language skills, adaptation to technological developments, learning flexibility, and strengthening skills. grammar. The development of teaching materials through Animaker shows the dominance of changes in substantial and visual aspects, which shows a comparison of characteristics between original and developed teaching materials. DEVELOPMENT OF INTERACTIVE LEARNING MEDIA FOR CANVA MAGIC APPLICATION ON SHORT STORY WRITING SKILLS OF GRADE IX STUDENTS OF SMP NEGERI 2 BAROMBONG

Abstract: This research aims to develop an interactive learning media based on the Canva Magic application  to improve the short story writing skills of grade IX students of SMP Negeri 2 Barombong. The media development process follows… ollows the 4D (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate) model, starting with an analysis of the needs of students and teachers that shows students' tendency towards visual and interactive learning media. This media is designed to present short story writing material in an interesting and easy-to-understand way. The research methods used in this study are research and development or Research and Development (R&D) with descriptive quantitative analysis methods, data collection techniques include media validation questionnaires, practical observations, and short story writing skills tests before (pretest) and after the use of media (posttest). This media prototype is designed with excellent features such as storyline templates, character illustrations, and interactive and visual step-by-step guides. The results of expert validation show a very high level of validity in the material and media aspects. The practicality test showed that the score increased from 0.73 (practical) to 0.97 (very practical). The results of the effectiveness test showed a significant increase in the short story writing skill score, with  an average pretest score  of 65 and the posttest increased to 90-98. So, it can be concluded that Canva Magic learning media  with  the AI-based Magic Write feature  is effective and practical to improve short story writing skills in a creative, systematic, and meaningful way for students.

Kebijaksanaan dan Kepemimpinan Raja Salomo dalam Kitab 1 Raja-raja: Relevansinya bagi Kepemimpinan Modern

Abstract: The crisis of integrity, ethical disorientation, and the declining quality of strategic decision-making in contemporary leadership demand a robust and transhistorical normative foundation. The figure of King Solomon in ancient… ncient Israelite tradition represents a prototype of leadership legitimized by divine wisdom, making it critically relevant for scholarly examination. This study addresses the problem of how the construction of Solomon’s character and the praxis of his wisdom in Old Testament texts can be transformed into a conceptual paradigm for modern leadership without falling into historical romanticism. The objective of this research is to formulate a theoretical leadership model grounded in biblical wisdom through an analysis of Solomon’s character, theological orientation, and decision-making patterns. The method employed is a theological hermeneutical approach integrated with interdisciplinary literature studies, including leadership theory, public ethics, and Old Testament theology. The analysis focuses on key narratives that portray the judicial, administrative, and spiritual dimensions of Solomon’s leadership. The findings indicate that Solomon’s wisdom is theocentric, deliberative, and oriented toward distributive justice, thereby shaping an integrative and visionary model of leadership. The relevance of these findings lies in their capacity to offer a normative framework for leadership formation rooted in transcendent morality while remaining adaptive to modern social complexity. The novelty of this study resides in the formulation of a hermeneutical reconstruction model of Solomonic wisdom as a normative-strategic paradigm for the development of contemporary leadership theory based on sacred texts.

Penerapan Metode Prototype Pada Desain Aplikasi Papan Skor Futsal Digital

Abstract: Kehadiran sebuah aplikasi tentu akan sangat membantu proses pekerjaan, yang awalnya bersifat manual menjadi terotomatisasi secara cepat, tepat dan akurat. Tidak hanya itu, aplikasi yang dibangun tentu akan membuat pekerjaan… aan lebih rapi dan memberikan kesan yang lebih profesional. Hampir semua bidang pekerjaan tidak terlepas dari penggunaan aplikasi, termasuk bidang olahraga. Futsal merupakan salah satu cabang olahraga yang cukup digemari khususnya para laki-laki, terlihat dari banyaknya para pengusaha membangun lapangan futsal untuk disewakan. Pembuatan aplikasi papan skor futsal digital diharapkan akan memberi solusi bagi para pengusaha penyewaan lapangan futsal dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada pemakai lapangan. Dengan kehadiran aplikasi papan skor futsal digital akan memudahkan pengelola atau tim yang sekedar bermain dalam menghitung dan menampilkan skor pertandingan. Visual studio dengan bahasa pemrograman VB.Net merupakan salah satu software dan bahasa pemrograman yang mampu membangun aplikasi papan skor futsal digital yang berbasis desktop tersebut.

Penerapan Lean Software Development Method Dalam Merancang E-Scm Bahan Baku Banana Chips

Abstract: Abstract: In an increasingly competitive business era, information technology is key to managing data and information. E-SCM emerges as a strategic solution to integrate partners and manage inventory efficiently. This study… udy focuses on the application of the Lean Software Development method to design an E-SCM system in the Banana Chips industry, which faces challenges in managing inventory and production processes. The main problems faced include the inability to manage raw material inventory and non-computerized records, resulting in inefficient use of time and costs. By applying Lean principles, such as eliminating unnecessary features, fast delivery, and team collaboration, the E-SCM Website is designed to be responsive to market needs and easy to understand by users. Before the E-SCM system is applied by users, developers test the system by measuring how well the system is understood by users. Before being implemented, the system was tested using the Usability Scale System (SUS) and prototype testing. The results of the questionnaire filled out by 5 respondents showed an average SUS score of 78, which was categorized as "Acceptable" and "Good".             Keywords: lean software development method; e-scm; banana chips; inventory management; usability testing Abstrak: Dalam era bisnis yang semakin kompetitif, teknologi informasi menjadi kunci dalam pengelolaan data dan informasi. E-SCM muncul sebagai solusi strategis untuk mengintegrasikan mitra kerja dan mengelola stok barang secara efisien. Penelitian ini fokus pada penerapan metode Lean Software Development untuk merancang sistem E-SCM di industri Banana Chips, yang menghadapi tantangan dalam pengelolaan persediaan dan proses produksi. Masalah utama yang dihadapi mencakup ketidakmampuan dalam mengatur persediaan bahan baku dan pencatatan yang belum terkomputerisasi, mengakibatkan inefisiensi penggunaan waktu dan biaya. Dengan menerapkan prinsip-prinsip Lean, seperti menghilangkan fitur-fitur yang tidak perlu, pengiriman cepat, dan kolaborasi tim, Website E-SCM dirancang agar responsif terhadap kebutuhan pasar dan mudah dipahami oleh pengguna. Sebelum sistem E-SCM diaplikasikan oleh pengguna, pengembang melakukan pengujian terhadap sistem tersebut dengan mengukur seberapa baik sistem dimengeri oleh pengguna. Sebelum diterapkan, sistem diuji menggunakan Sistem Usability Scale (SUS) dan pengujian prototype. Hasil dari kuesioner yang diisi oleh 5 responden menunjukkan skor rata-rata SUS sebesar 78, yang dikategorikan sebagai “Acceptable” dan “Good”. ANALISIS DAN PERANCANGAN TEKNIK FORWARD CHAINING UNTUK DETEKSI PENYAKIT SAPI DINAS PERIKANAN DAN PETERNAKAN BATU BARA

Abstract: Abstract: This research focuses on the analysis and design of a cattle disease detection system using the Forward Chaining technique. This system aims to help farmers identify various diseases in cattle quickly and accurately,… ately, which can ultimately improve livestock health and livestock productivity. In developing this system, the Forward Chaining technique is used as the main inference method. This method was chosen because of its ability to produce conclusions based on available facts in stages, so it is very suitable for expert system applications that require repeated and complex decision-making processes. This research begins with a system requirements analysis that includes identification of common types of cattle diseases, associated symptoms, as well as the knowledge and rules required for the diagnosis process. Next, system design is carried out which includes creating a knowledge base, inference engine, and user interface. The result of this research is a prototype expert system for diagnosing cattle diseases which has been tested and shows satisfactory performance in detecting various cattle diseases based on the symptoms entered. With this system, it is hoped that farmers can more quickly take appropriate action against diseases that attack their livestock, so that they can minimize losses and increase the efficiency of livestock businesses. Abstrak: Penelitian ini berfokus pada analisis dan perancangan sistem deteksi penyakit sapi menggunakan teknik Forward Chaining. Sistem ini bertujuan untuk membantu peternak dalam mengidentifikasi berbagai penyakit pada sapi secara cepat dan akurat, yang pada akhirnya dapat meningkatkan kesehatan ternak dan produktivitas peternakan. Dalam pengembangan sistem ini, teknik Forward Chaining digunakan sebagai metode inferensi utama. Metode ini dipilih karena kemampuannya dalam menghasilkan kesimpulan berdasarkan fakta-fakta yang tersedia secara bertahap, sehingga sangat cocok untuk aplikasi sistem pakar yang memerlukan proses pengambilan keputusan berulang dan kompleks. Penelitian ini dimulai dengan analisis kebutuhan sistem yang mencakup identifikasi jenis-jenis penyakit sapi yang umum, gejala-gejala yang terkait, serta pengetahuan dan aturan yang diperlukan untuk proses deteksi. Selanjutnya, dilakukan perancangan sistem yang mencakup pembuatan basis pengetahuan, mesin inferensi, dan antarmuka pengguna. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah prototipe sistem pakar deteksi penyakit sapi yang telah diuji dan menunjukkan kinerja yang memuaskan dalam mendeteksi berbagai penyakit sapi berdasarkan gejala-gejala yang dimasukkan. Dengan sistem ini, diharapkan peternak dapat lebih cepat dalam mengambil tindakan yang tepat terhadap penyakit yang menyerang ternaknya, sehingga dapat meminimalisir kerugian dan meningkatkan efisiensi usaha peternakan.
