nt of blockchain technology and the recognition of crypto assets as tradable commodities in Indonesia, this research identifies a normative ambiguity between positive law and religious fatwas, particularly concerning the permissibility and legal legitimacy of cryptocurrencies from a sharia perspective. The inherent characteristics of crypto assets-namely volatility, speculative tendencies, and vulnerability to digital crimes such as hacking, fraud, market manipulation, and money laundering-generate significant risks for Muslim investors. Within the framework of fiqh al-muʿāmalāt and maqāṣid al-sharīʿah, especially the principle of ḥifẓ al-māl (protection of wealth), this study asserts that investor protection constitutes not merely a regulatory necessity but an integral dimension of the higher objectives of Islamic law in safeguarding justice, transparency, and economic welfare. Methodologically, this research employs a normative-maqāṣidī approach through an interdisciplinary analysis integrating Islamic jurisprudence, national positive law, and the study of digital financial technology. The focus of the inquiry is directed toward identifying the typologies of digital crimes within the crypto ecosystem, evaluating the effectiveness of national regulations and religious fatwas, and formulating a model of Islamic legal protection that is preventive, corrective, and educational in nature. The expected outcome of this dissertation is the construction of a conceptual framework of ḥimāyah al-mustatsmir (investor protection) grounded in maqāṣid al-sharīʿah, adaptive to the digital era, and strengthened through synergy among the state, financial authorities, and fatwa institutions. Accordingly, this study contributes not only to the advancement of contemporary fiqh al-muʿāmalāt discourse but also offers an applicable normative framework for the development of a secure, equitable, and sustainable sharia-based digital economic system.

This research aims to determine the relationship between the work environment and the job satisfaction of nurses in regional general hospitals in Bogor City. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 80 respondents. The sampling technique for this research uses saturated sampling. The analysis technique for this research is descriptive analysis, correlation coefficients (Rank Spearman), coefficient of determination r2, and correlation coefficient hypothesis. This research shows a strong relationship between work environment and job satisfaction based on the results of the Rank Spearman correlation coefficient of 0,759 and from the results of the coefficient of determination is it known that work environment has a positive relationship with a value of r2 = 66,1%. hen the intensity of the student movement increased in response to various public policy issues. The main purpose of this research is to uncover the practice of digital mainstream media representation of student actions and dissect the ideological power relations between state actors and civil society groups in the realm of media discourse. The approach used is Norman Fairclough's three-dimensional model of Critical Discourse Analysis (AWK), which includes analysis at three levels: textual structure (lexical and syntactic), discourse practice (the process of production and consumption of texts), and social practice (ideological and institutional context). Five news articles from Kompas.com were analyzed in depth as the main sample. The results of the study show that online media tends to frame student actions through dictionaries that reduce the meaning of their struggle, such as "chaos," "secured," and "not conducive," while prioritizing quotes from state officials or security forces. This disarticulation plays a role in strengthening the state's authority in shaping public opinion and shows the tendency of the media as a hegemonic agent. These findings emphasize the urgency of ideological awareness-based media literacy so that people are able to criticize and not passively accept media discourse.

According to data from the National Cyber and Crypto Agency (BSSN) for the period 2019 to 2023, the number of incidents increased significantly from 290,000 cases in 2019 to 1,031,389 cases in 2023. The dominant types of cybercrime shifted each year, starting with phishing in 2019, malware in 2020, ransomware in 2021, DDoS attacks in 2022, and data breaches in 2023. This surge in incidents reflects the growing complexity of cyber threats faced by various sectors in Indonesia. In response, the government and private sector have strengthened regulations through the enactment of the Personal Data Protection Law and have adopted technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) and blockchain to enhance detection and prevention of cyberattacks. Effective cyber risk management requires integrated preventive, detective, and corrective measures to safeguard information systems and sensitive data from increasingly sophisticated attacks. Toko Ria Reklame sebagai salah satu usaha percetakan undangan yang berdiri sejak tahun 2008 menghadapi beberapa kendala antara lain keterbatasan promosi, proses pemesanan yang masih manual serta pencatatan transaksi yang belum terorganisir dengan baik. Kondisi tersebut berdampak pada keterbatasan jangkauan pasar dan kurang efisiennya pengelolaan data. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan Customer Relationship Management (CRM) sebagai strategi digital dalam meningkatkan efektivitas operasional dan sektor penjualan pada Toko Ria Reklame. Dengan memanfaatkan teknologi berbasis website, toko dapat menjangkau pelanggan lebih luas, mempermudah proses pemesanan serta menyimpan data transaksi secara lebih terstruktur dan aman. Penerapan CRM juga diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kepuasan, loyalitas pelanggan serta mendukung pertumbuhan bisnis Toko Ria Reklame di tengah persaingan yang semakin ketat.

The term network (network) is used when there are at least two or more devices that are connected to one another. To carry out data exchange in this network, a protocol is used that specifies how data is exchanged, and one of the most widely used protocols is the File Transfer Protocol (FTP). FTP is generally useful as a means of exchanging files or data in a network. The FTP protocol is not secure enough, because when data transfer there is no security to protect it. Therefore the FTP protocol is necessary for additional security, by implementing the SSL security protocol or Secure Socket Layer Security protecting the FTP protocol during data transfer. SSL certificates are used for the purpose of handling the security of data packets transmitted over the network system. When SSL is activated, the server and client when the connection occurs will be encrypted so that the data cannot be seen by others.

Abstrak: Suatu Kemajuan teknologi komunikasi saat ini memiliki pengaruh terhadap perkembangan didalam pengelolaan data didalam sendi kehidupan, membuat kebutuhan akan media center menjadi sesuatu yang harus dalam penyimpanan arsip digital. Data tidak selamanya akan tersimpan di dalam personal computer saja tetapi akan lebih baik jika ada wadah data terpusat menjadi solusi dalam media penyimpanan, agar menjaga dari kehilangan data atau cadangan data. Istilah jaringan (network) dipakai apabila terdapat minimal dua atau lebih perangkat yang terhubungkan satu dengan yang lainnya. Untuk melaksanakn pertukaran data didalam jaringan ini, digunakan protocol yang menspesifikasikan bagaimana data dipertukarkan, dan salah satu protocol yang banyak digunakan adalah File Transfer Protocol (FTP). FTP umumnya bermanfaat sebagai sarana pertukaran file atau data dalam suatu network. Protokol FTP tidaklah cukup aman, dikarenakan ketika transfer data tidak ada keamanan untuk melindunginya. Maka dari itu protokol FTP perlu untuk penambahan keamanan, dengan menerapkan protokol keamanan SSL atau Secure Socket Layer Security melindungi protokol FTP pada saat transfer data. Sertifikat SSL dimanfaatkan untuk keperluan menangani keamanan paket data yang ditransmisikan melalui sistem jaringan. Ketika SSL diakatifkan, maka server dan client ketika terjadi koneksi akan ter enkripsi sehingga data yang ada tidak dapat untuk dilihat oleh orang lain.

and welcoming school environment, the "Building a Child-Friendly School Climate: Bullying Prevention Program in Elementary Schools" program was put into place. Thirty-two pupils in grades IV–VI participated in the one-day participatory activity at SDN 010029 Perkebunan Sukaraja Village, Asahan Regency. Ice-breaking, conversation, role-playing, storytelling, poster-making, and introspection were among the techniques employed. A Likert-scale questionnaire evaluation revealed an average overall score of 3.75 (very good category), with material understanding (3.81) and applicability to school life (3.78) showing the greatest signs.Students' awareness, empathy, and bravery in confronting bullying increased, according to qualitative data. The activity's outcomes show that a practical, experience-based approach is successful in fostering a school climate that is kid-friendly and establishing anti-bullying ideals. From a scientific perspective, this program helps primary schools create models of violence prevention and character education that align with the national PPKSP and Child-Friendly Schools regulations. It is hoped that this program will be adopted as a routine school activity.

Abstrak: Perundungan (bullying) di sekolah dasar masih menjadi tantangan serius bagi kesejahteraan dan rasa aman peserta didik di Indonesia. Program Membangun Iklim Sekolah Ramah Anak: Program Pencegahan Perundungan di Sekolah Dasar dilaksanakan untuk memperkuat literasi anti-perundungan, meningkatkan kesadaran sosial, dan menumbuhkan budaya sekolah yang aman serta inklusif. Kegiatan dilaksanakan secara partisipatif selama satu hari di SDN 010029 Desa Perkebunan Sukaraja, Kabupaten Asahan, dengan melibatkan 32 siswa kelas IV–VI. Metode yang digunakan mencakup ice-breaking, diskusi, storytelling, permainan peran, pembuatan poster, dan refleksi. Evaluasi melalui angket skala Likert menunjukkan rata-rata skor keseluruhan sebesar 3,75 (kategori sangat baik), dengan indikator tertinggi pada keterpahaman materi (3,81) dan relevansi dengan kehidupan sekolah (3,78). Data kualitatif memperlihatkan peningkatan kesadaran, empati, dan keberanian siswa menolak perundungan. Hasil kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa pendekatan berbasis pengalaman langsung efektif dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai anti-perundungan dan memperkuat iklim sekolah yang ramah anak. Secara ilmiah, program ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan model pendidikan karakter dan pencegahan kekerasan di sekolah dasar yang sejalan dengan kebijakan nasional PPKSP dan Sekolah Ramah Anak. Program ini diharapkan diadopsi sebagai kegiatan rutin sekolah. Keterbatasan kegiatan yang dilaksanakan satu hari masih menyisakan ruang untuk penguatan program secara berkelanjutan melalui aktivasi Satgas PPKSP.

This application enables MSMEs to store and manage archives in a systematic, secure, and efficient manner. The implementation method of this community service consisted of training activities using approaches such as socialization, technical training, and direct field assistance. Silau Bonto Village, located in Asahan Regency, has a significant number of MSME practitioners, many of whom have never used digital data archiving systems. To address this issue, an archive management application that utilizes a database system was introduced, specifically using a Macro VBA-based application aimed at helping MSMEs manage their archives more quickly and neatly.

Abstrak: Di Desa Silo Bonto, UMKM yang paling terdampak adalah sektor kuliner dan kerajinan tangan, yang memiliki intensitas transaksi harian cukup tinggi namun masih dilakukan tanpa sistem digital yang memadai. Melalui kegiatan ini, tim pengabdian memperkenalkan dan melatih pelaku UMKM menggunakan aplikasi manajemen arsip berbasis digital yang mudah dioperasikan. Aplikasi ini memungkinkan pelaku UMKM untuk meyimpan, dan mengelola arsip secara sistematis, aman, dan efisien. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah dalam bentuk pelatihan dan pendekatan yang digunakan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan teknis, dan pendampingan langsung di lapangan. Desa Silau Bonto adalah desa yang ada di Kabupaten Asahan yang saat ini masyarakatnya sudah banyak sebagai pelaku UMKM, namun tidak sedikit masyarakat pelaku UMKM yang sama sekali belum menggunakan arsip data secara digital. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut diperlukan aplikasi manajemen arsip data yang proses penyimpanannya menggunakan database yaitu dengan menggunakan aplikasi macro VBA dengan tujuan dapat membantu para pelaku UMKM dalam pengelolaan arsip menjadi lebih cepat dan rapi.
