sly made in traditional paper formats are now frequently conducted digitally, raising legal concerns regarding their legality, validity, evidence, and legal protection for the involved parties, particularly consumers. Although electronic agreements are normatively recognized in the Civil Code (KUHP) and the Law on Electronic Information and Transactions, practical implementation issues persist, leading to legal uncertainty. This research employs a normative legal methodology utilizing statutory, conceptual, and comparative approaches. Data was obtained through a literature review of primary, secondary, and tertiary legal sources related to electronic agreements and civil legal protection. Qualitative descriptive analysis was conducted to investigate the legal status of electronic agreements and the legal protection available for the parties within the Indonesian legal framework. The discussion results indicate that electronic agreements possess legal validity and binding force equivalent to traditional agreements, provided they meet the criteria for a valid agreement as outlined in Article 1320 of the Civil Code and the provisions of the Information Technology Law. Legal protection in electronic agreements encompasses legal certainty, the recognition of electronic document and signature evidence, and consumer protection against detrimental standard clauses. Nevertheless, challenges remain in establishing party identification, ensuring the integrity of digital contracts, and addressing power imbalances between commercial entities and consumers. This study concludes that while electronic agreements are legally recognized under Indonesian civil law, enhancing legal protection requires strengthened regulations, consistent law enforcement, and improved legal and digital literacy among the public to ensure secure, fair, and equitable electronic transactions.

However, the question arises: what is the legal certainty for creditors following the Constitutional Court's decision that encourages debtors to pursue legal action? This study uses a descriptive normative research method to analyze the legal issues related to such actions. The findings indicate that the legal recourse available to debtors in specific circumstances significantly impacts creditors. This leads to uncertainties regarding payment, especially if the debtor decides to file for legal action. Additionally, these uncertainties can affect the creditor's business operations. The Constitutional Court's decision, subsequently reinforced by a Circular Letter from the Supreme Court, does not adequately address the gaps in legal certainty faced by creditors. This situation complicates creditors' efforts to secure their rights, which are the obligations of the debtor.

Hasil analisis fungsi menunjukkan bahwa fungsi Collect waste memiliki Value Index terendah (0,50), be removable & washable (0,20) dan Attach securely (0,25), menandakan seluruh fungsi bernilai tinggi karena berada di bawah angka 1. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa desain Keyhole Mount Box berpotensi memberikan peningkatan nilai produk melalui fungsi-fungsi yang efisien dan ekonomis. Analisis Cost Worth dan Value Index menunjukkan bahwa fungsi pengumpulan (collect waste) memiliki nilai tambah yang paling signifikan. Evaluasi alternatif desain menggunakan metode weighted scoring juga menunjukkan bahwa Keyhole Mount Box memiliki keseimbangan performa yang baik antara stabilitas, biaya implementasi, kemudahan pemasangan, dan perawatan. Rekomendasi yang didapat dari penelitian ini adalah dimensi kotak 300 × 80 × 120 mm dengan kepala pengait berdiameter 12 mm dan slot selebar 8,5 mm memberikan clearance sekitar 0,5 mm untuk kemudahan pemasangan tanpa menurunkan kestabilan.

ents' attitudes towards using English, yet it often faces challenges such as different pronunciation from standard English and social stigma related to using a foreign language outside of classroom contexts. A qualitative research method employing in-depth interviews was used to explore students' and teachers' perceptions regarding these issues.
The findings reveal that many students feel insecure and embarrassed when using English, mainly due to their different accents and negative perceptions of their surroundings. However, teacher support and an inclusive classroom atmosphere can alleviate these barriers and enhance students' motivation to learn English. These findings underscore the importance of teaching approaches that accommodate student diversity and build their confidence in using a foreign language.

ini yakni teruntuk mengetahuinya persepsi dari para siswa pada perilaku bullying yang ada di SMPN 9 Kota Serang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan kualitatif jenis fenomenologi, dengan pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara terstruktur. Hasil daripada penelitian memperlihatkan bahwasanya persepsi yang ada di antara siswa mengenai perilaku bullying ialah sebagai hal yang biasa untuk dilakukan, selain itu siswa merasa puas dan senang karena terhibur. Sementara itu, dampak untuk para korban bullying yaitu merasa malu, insecure, dan depresi. Faktor pendorong perilaku bullying antara lain: sekolah, keluarga, kelompok teman sebaya, serta juga kondisi lingkungan sosial. Pengupayaan yang dilakukan oleh guru bimbingan dan konseling yakni menanamkan nilai moral kebaikan dan memberikan pemahaman tentang bullying dan dampaknya kepada siswa yang berpotensi sebagai pelaku maupun korban bullying. Bagi peneliti yang berikutnya perlu dilakukannya pemberian pelayanan bimbingan dan konseling yang bertujuan supaya siswa dapat mengetahui dan mencegah terjadinya perilaku bullying. Dalam penerapannya harus disesuaikan dengan teknik dan media layanan bimbingan dan konseling supaya sesuai pada kebutuhan para siswa.
