This research uses a quantitative approach through a survey, where data is collected by distributing questionnaires to functional PNS at the DPRD Secretariat of DIY. The results of this study show that organizational culture has a significant positive effect on employee performance, with a ß value of 0.229 and a P-value of 0.004. In contrast, workload has a negative impact on employee performance, with a ß value of -0.252 and a P-value of 0.001. Job satisfaction is proven to play a mediating role in the relationship between organizational culture and employee performance, with a ß value of 0.268 and a P-value of 0.000. Additionally, job satisfaction also mediates the negative relationship between workload and employee performance, with a ß value of -0.186 and a P-value of 0.001. These findings indicate that a supportive organizational culture and effective workload management can encourage improved employee performance, while job satisfaction strengthens the positive impact of both factors. This study emphasizes the importance of creating a supportive work culture, efficient workload management, and efforts to enhance job satisfaction in order to achieve optimal employee performance.

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model in enhancing students’ cognitive abilities in learning Physics through a meta-analysis. The PBL model emphasizes student-centered learning, where students are invited to solve real and relevant problems, thus increasing engagement and deeper conceptual understanding. Data were collected from 20 research articles published between 2017 and 2024, which discuss students’ cognitive abilities and the PBL approach. The meta-analysis results show that PBL has a significant effect on improving students’ cognitive abilities in Physics, with 13 articles showing high effect sizes, 3 articles moderate effect sizes, and 4 articles low effect sizes. PBL has proven effective in developing students’ critical, creative, and analytical thinking skills. Additionally, PBL enhances students’ active participation in the learning process and facilitates the understanding and application of Physics concepts in various practical situations. This study asserts that PBL is an effective method for improving students’ cognitive abilities in learning Physics at the high school level, by fostering critical thinking, communication, and practical knowledge application skills. These findings underscore the importance of using innovative learning models such as PBL to advance Physics education and improve student learning outcomes.

Additionally, this system integrates a digital loyalty program expected to increase customer engagement. Several questions arise from the issues faced, including: how to effectively implement an online purchasing system, steps to improve product information, and how to develop new flavor variations that align with customer preferences. E-CRM adalah alat berbasis teknologi yang mengumpulkan dan menyimpan data pelanggan, meningkatkan komunikasi, mempersonalisasi layanan, serta menganalisis data untuk pengambilan keputusan yang lebih tepat. Selain itu, sistem ini juga mengintegrasikan program loyalitas berbasis digital yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan keterikatan pelanggan. Additionally, difficulties frequently arise in determining priority locations during emergencies or disasters, as well as vulnerabilities to subjective errors due to human limitations in analyzing complex data. Another issue is the unequal allocation of logistics, where some locations receive more logistics than needed, while others experience shortages. A Decision Support System (DSS) is a computer-based system designed to assist decision-makers in analyzing data, evaluating various alternatives, and providing recommendations. DSS aims to simplify the decision-making process to make it more effective. Various methods are used in the decision-making process, one of which is the Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method. This system aims to reduce subjectivity, increase efficiency, and ensure a more equitable allocation of logistics based on needs. It is expected that this DSS can serve as a solution that facilitates faster, more accurate, and transparent decision-making.

Pengambilan keputusan secara manual sering kali menghadapi tantangan, seperti banyaknya faktor atau kriteria yang harus dipertimbangkan, misalnya jarak lokasi, tingkat kebutuhan logistik, jumlah personel di lokasi, dan ketersediaan logistik di gudang. Selain itu, sering kali ada kesulitan dalam menentukan prioritas lokasi yang harus didahulukan dalam situasi darurat atau bencana, serta adanya kerentanannya terhadap kesalahan subjektif akibat keterbatasan manusia dalam menganalisis data yang kompleks.Permasalahan lain yang muncul adalah ketidakmerataan alokasi logistik, di mana beberapa lokasi menerima logistik melebihi kebutuhan, sementara lokasi lain mengalami kekurangan. Sistem Penunjang Keputusan (SPK) adalah sistem berbasis komputer yang dirancang untuk mendukung pengambil keputusan dalam menganalisis data, menilai berbagai alternatif, dan memberikan rekomendasi. SPK bertujuan untuk mempermudah proses pengambilan keputusan agar lebih efektif. Terdapat berbagai metode yang digunakan dalam proses pengambilan keputusan, salah satunya adalah metode Multi Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA). The JIT method is integrated into a web-based Supply Chain Management (SCM) system to improve inventory management efficiency by minimizing the amount of raw materials that are not needed, reducing waste, and ensuring the availability of raw materials according to actual needs. The results show that the implementation of web-based JIT and SCM improves real-time stock monitoring, which improves inventory-related planning and decision-making. Additionally, the system strengthens communication between companies and suppliers, speeds up response to changes in demand, and ensures timely delivery of raw materials, reducing potential delays in the production process. Thus, the implementation of the JIT method in web-based raw material management at PT Sumber Nelayan Indonesia has succeeded in improving operational efficiency and reducing inventory costs.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini membahas penerapan metode Just In Time (JIT) dan manajemen bahan baku berbasis web di PT. Sumber Nelayan Indonesia, perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang produksi terasi. Masalah utama yang dihadapi perusahaan adalah ketidakstabilan persediaan bahan baku, yang menyebabkan penumpukan stok, peningkatan biaya penyimpanan, dan inefisiensi dalam proses produksi. Metode JIT diintegrasikan ke dalam sistem Supply Chain Management (SCM) berbasis web untuk meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan persediaan dengan meminimalkan jumlah bahan baku yang tidak diperlukan, mengurangi pemborosan, dan memastikan ketersediaan bahan baku sesuai dengan kebutuhan aktual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan JIT dan SCM berbasis web meningkatkan pemantauan stok secara real-time, yang memperbaiki perencanaan dan pengambilan keputusan terkait persediaan. Selain itu, sistem ini memperkuat komunikasi antara perusahaan dan pemasok, mempercepat respons terhadap perubahan permintaan, dan memastikan pengiriman bahan baku tepat waktu, sehingga mengurangi potensi keterlambatan dalam proses produksi. Dengan demikian, implementasi metode JIT dalam manajemen bahan baku berbasis web di PT. Sumber Nelayan Indonesia berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan mengurangi biaya persediaan.

Dengan adanya penerapan Metode ini maka akan menghasilkan sistem penjualan produk fashion pada Dianid Collection dengan hasil implementasi pada metode E-CRM dapat mengintegrasikan fungsi fungsi yg ada didalam perusahan yaitu pemasaran penjualan produk, informasi dan pelayanan terhadap pelanggan , tidak terbatas waktu, penjualan dapat dilakukan secara online dan dapat meingkatkan pelayanan terhadap pelanggan.
