gh a peer group approach as a self-management strategy against the impact of bullying. The methods used include focused group discussions (FGD), education, peer group formation, role play, mentoring, and evaluation. The results show an increase in self-concept understanding, the formation of an active and supportive peer group, improvement in self-management skills, increased self-confidence, the development of peer group modules or guides, and the establishment of sustainable partnerships. Pre-test to post-test scores increased by an average of 1.4 points. Peer groups are effective in creating a safe environment and strengthening positive interactions between adolescents. This intervention has a positive impact on the psychosocial aspect and has the potential to be replicated in other orphanages as a form of promotive and preventive mental health. Cross-sectoral support, such as caregivers, educators, and health workers, is needed for sustainable programs and optimal results.

Abstrak: Remaja putri di panti asuhan sering mengalami tantangan psikososial, seperti rendahnya konsep diri dan pengalaman bullying, yang memengaruhi kesejahteraan emosional dan sosial mereka. Pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan konsep diri melalui pendekatan peer group sebagai strategi manajemen diri terhadap dampak bullying. Metode yang digunakan meliputi diskusi kelompok terfokus (FGD), edukasi, pembentukan kelompok sebaya, role play, pendampingan, dan evaluasi. Hasil capaian menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman konsep diri, terbentuknya peer group yang aktif dan suportif, peningkatan kemampuan manajemen diri, peningkatan rasa percaya diri, tersusunnya modul atau panduan peer group dan terjalinnya kemitraan berkelanjutan. Skor pre-test ke post-test naik rata-rata 1,4 poin. Peer group terbukti efektif menciptakan lingkungan aman dan memperkuat interaksi positif antarremaja. Intervensi ini memberikan dampak positif pada aspek psikososial dan berpotensi direplikasi di panti lain sebagai bentuk promotif dan preventif kesehatan mental. Dukungan lintas sektor seperti pengasuh, pendidik, dan tenaga kesehatan diperlukan agar program berkelanjutan dan hasilnya optimal.

However, the level of financial literacy among vocational high school (SMK) students is still relatively low, as reflected in the results of the National Survey on Financial Literacy and Inclusion by OJK (2019) which shows that only 38.03% of Indonesians have adequate financial literacy, including among students. Of the 30 samples used by using the method of sharing, discussion, and case studies on each student, many were still found to be unable to manage their finances. This financial training has succeeded in providing a basic understanding of good financial management to students of SMK Negeri 1 Kisaran. Through the material presented, students can apply the knowledge gained in their daily lives, from managing expenses, saving, to planning for the future.

Abstrak: Keterampilan keuangan pribadi merupakan salah satu kompetensi penting yang perlu dimiliki oleh generasi muda dalam menghadapi tantangan ekonomi di masa depan, mengingat semakin kompleksnya dinamika keuangan global dan kebutuhan untuk dapat mengelola sumberdaya secara efektif agar dapat bertahan dan berkembangan di tengah ketidakpastian ekonomi. Namun, tingkat literasi keuangan di kalangan siswa sekolah menengah kejuruan (SMK) masih tergolong rendah, sebagaimana tercermin dalam hasil Survei Nasional Literasi dan Inklusi Keuangan oleh OJK (2019) yang menunjukkan bahwa hanya 38,03% masyarakat Indonesia yang memiliki literasi keuangan yang memadai, termasuk di kalangan pelajar. Kegiatan ini dilakukan oleh team dosen universitas royal dimana sampelnya sebanyak 30 orang yang merupakan siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejurusan Negeri 1 Kisaran dalam penyampaian materi digunakan dengan menggunakan metode sharing, diskusi, dan studi kasus pada masing-masing siswa. Pelatihan keuangan memberikan pemahaman dasar tentang pengelolaan keuangan yang baik kepada siswa SMK Negeri 1 Kisaran. Melalui materi yang disampaikan, siswa dapat menerapkan ilmu yang diperoleh dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, mulai dari mengatur pengeluaran, menabung, hingga merencanakan masa depan.

This program uses a collaborative governance method that involves Buha Village officials, thus the surrounding community is given education and training on how to process plastic bottle waste into paving blocks, starting from collection, shredding, mixing with materials such as sand and cement, to the printing process. The results of this activity show that the paving blocks produced have strength and quality that are suitable for light construction. In addition to reducing the amount of plastic waste, this program also opens up business opportunities for the local community. The active participation of the community in this program has a positive impact on increasing environmental awareness and local economic welfare. The community will collect plastic bottle waste through a waste Automatic Teller Mechine machine which will later become the basis for calculating royalties from the sale of paving blocks. The recycling process that has been carried out from plastic waste into paving blocks is very beneficial for the community and the environment itself.

Abstrak: Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengurangi dampak lingkungan dari limbah botol plastik dengan mengubahnya menjadi produk yang bernilai ekonomis, yaitu paving block. Limbah plastik, khususnya botol plastik, menjadi salah satu penyumbang terbesar dalam pencemaran lingkungan. Program ini menggunakan metode collaborative governance yang melibatkan perangkat Kelurahan Buha, dengan demikian masyarakat sekitar diberikan edukasi dan pelatihan tentang cara pengolahan limbah botol plastik menjadi paving block, mulai dari pengumpulan, pencacahan, pencampuran dengan bahan-bahan seperti pasir dan semen, hingga proses pencetakan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa paving block yang dihasilkan memiliki kekuatan dan kualitas yang layak digunakan untuk konstruksi ringan. Selain mengurangi jumlah sampah plastik, program ini juga membuka peluang usaha bagi masyarakat setempat. Partisipasi aktif masyarakat dalam program ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan kesadaran lingkungan dan kesejahteraan ekonomi lokal. Masyarakat akan mengumpulkan sampah botol plastic melalui mesin Automatic Teller Mechine sampah yang nantinya menjadi dasar perhitungan royalty dari penjualan paving block. Proses daur ulang yang telah dilakukan dari sampah plastik menjadi paving block sangat bermanfaat bagi masyarakat dan lingkungan.

S1 Nutrition Study Program STIK Sint Carolus together with Nutritionists from the Galur Supporting Community Health Center provided counseling to mothers of toddlers on the topic "Let's Check the Coins (Composition and Nutritional Value Information) on Food Packaging" to 20 mothers of toddlers who visited the Posyandu. Counseling participants are given an identity and pretest form to fill out. The first session included material on definitions and food labels, and the second session provided material on how to read composition and nutritional value information. The third session involved practicing reading packaged food and conducting questions and answers and filling in the posttest form. After 3 days of providing material, monitoring and evaluation was carried out via Whatsapp. Based on the results of statistical analysis, 55% of mothers were classified as lacking knowledge during the pretest. However, it increased after nutrition education was carried out to 95% of mothers who were classified as well informed. The results of the Wilcoxon analysis show that there is a difference in knowledge between before and after counseling with p-value = 0.007. The results of monitoring and evaluation from 5 mothers, 100% of mothers had paid attention to food labels on packaging, especially composition and nutritional information. There has been a change in practice in reading food labels.

Therefore, teachers in this case should have creativity in accompanying the implementation of school literacy movement activities. One way to increase students' reading comprehension is by implementing a reading challenge method. In this method, students will be invited to go to the reading corner or library to read books they like. The teacher here supervises or monitors students who are reading. Then, 15 minutes before the lesson starts, students report to the teacher the books they have read. For students who read the most, for example in one month, that student is given a reward. Through this activity, it is hoped that students at the school will be able to increase their interest in reading.
