tool to improve the economy and welfare of village communities. The aim of this research is to determine the role of Village-Owned Enterprises in supporting the achievement of the objectives of the Sustainable Development Goals program in Sindangsari Village, Cikoneng District, Ciamis Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. Data was obtained in this research through observation, documentation and interviews with 11 informants, namely the village head, village secretary, BPD chairman, BUMDes director, BUMDes secretary, BUMDes supervisor, and 5 community leaders. The results of the research show that two of the five role indicators according to Siagian have not worked optimally, including the role as a pioneer and as an implementer himself. So it can be concluded that the role of BUMDes Bhinekasari Mandiri in supporting the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) has not gone well.

The informants in this study were 6 people. The data analysis technique in this study by means of data reduction, data presentation, conclusions and verification. This study aims to determine the Management of Village-Owned Enterprises on increasing Village Original Income in Sukajadi Village, Sadananya District, Ciamis Regency. The author uses qualitative data analysis techniques through data processing of interview results and observation results to draw conclusions so as to answer the problems in the study. The results showed that the Management of Village-Owned Enterprises in Efforts to Increase Village Original Income in Sukajadi Village, Sadananya Subdistrict, Ciamis Regency is already running, but it is not optimal because problems are still found, including: unprepared cooperation with the private sector, limited number and quality of labor, limited budget for new business development, management training programs that are rare and less than optimal, readiness and skills of BUMDes members in management and administration are still lacking, financial reporting that is not ready to be carried out.

The results showed that there is a decline in the quality and quantity of employee performance, such as high absenteeism, lack of discipline, and vacant positions in the organisational structure. Factors affecting employee performance include technological understanding, work motivation, and work environment factors. From the perspective of organisational effectiveness, employee performance has a significant impact. A decline in individual performance can hinder the achievement of overall organisational goals. This research contributes to theoretical understanding in public administration and provides practical insights for practitioners in managing employee performance and improving organisational effectiveness in the field. The recommended improvement measures include developing technological understanding, increasing work motivation, and improving the work environment.

l. Hal ini disebabkan oleh rendahnya kesadaran masyarakat terhadap dampak negatif fenomena sosial tersebut. Penelitian tentang fenomena pernikahan dini dan tinjauannya secara sosiologi. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana fenomena pernikahan dini dalam tinjauan sosiologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tinjauan sosiologi pada pernikahan dini yang menjadi fenomena sosial. Peneliti menggunakan metode studi literatur (library research). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sosiologi memandang pernikahan dini sebagai suatu fenomena sosial yang memuat tindakan sosial berupa tindakan tradisional, tindakan afektif, tindakan rasional instrumental, dan tindakan sosial instrumental. Selain itu, terdapat ketidaksetaraan gender yang muncul dalam kehidupan masyarakat berupa, streotipe, subordinasi, marginalisasi, beban kerja ganda (double burden), dan kekerasan (violence). Fenomena pernikahan dini memicu munculnya bias gender yang berkaitan dengan faktor sosial budaya pada masyarakat yang masih memiliki budaya patriarki.

endence. The method used in this research is qualitative research method with descriptive type. The data collection techniques in this research are observation, interview, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is interactive analysis consisting of three flows, namely: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validity checking is done by triangulation. Triangulation is the process of finding conclusions by rechecking from various angles. Based on the results of the research and discussion that: 1) The role of the community in realising the independence of Sukamulya Village, Baregbeg Sub-district, Ciamis Regency has not fully run optimally. 2) The obstacles faced by the community in realising the independence of Sukamulya Village, Baregbeg District, Ciamis Regency are lack of information and confirmation and lack of understanding and the same agreement 3) The efforts made in overcoming these obstacles are carried out by dialogue and deliberation and providing input to the village government so that information can reach the community.

n this context, youth not only act as users of technology, but also as developers of innovations that support the efficiency, transparency, and responsiveness of public services. Secondary data collected through document searches of literature, journal articles, government reports, and other official documents form the basis of this research analysis. The descriptive-analytical qualitative method is used to describe and criticise various aspects of the role of youth in e-government. Case studies such as "LAPOR!" and "Qlue," as well as hackathon initiatives, show how youth directly contribute to the development of digital solutions. In addition, their participation in e-participation platforms such as "Musrenbang Online" shows active engagement in technology-based decision-making processes. Youth also play a role in digital literacy campaigns, helping less tech-savvy communities to utilise e-government services. Involvement in advocacy and research further underlines the potential of youth as a source of innovative ideas and solutions. The results of this study confirm that the contribution of youth in supporting e-government is significant and covers various aspects, from technology development, participation in policy processes, to education and advocacy. Thus, youth are the main key in accelerating the digital transformation of government, ensuring that technology can be maximally utilised to improve the quality of public services and meet the needs of society in the digital era 5.0.

Kegiatan ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pelaku UMKM melalui pelatihan digital marketing yang terstruktur. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR) dengan desain one-group pretest–posttest untuk mengukur efektivitas pelatihan. Pelatihan dilaksanakan melalui penyuluhan, demonstrasi, praktik langsung, serta pendampingan intensif selama dua minggu. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada pengetahuan peserta mengenai konsep digital marketing setelah pelatihan. Peserta mampu memproduksi konten digital, menggunakan media sosial secara konsisten, membuka toko pada marketplace, serta meningkatkan interaksi digital dengan pelanggan. Evaluasi pascapelatihan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan aktivitas pemasaran digital dan potensi peningkatan omzet usaha. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa pelatihan digital marketing efektif dalam meningkatkan kapasitas UMKM. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa digital marketing merupakan strategi penting dalam memperluas pasar dan meningkatkan daya saing UMKM di era digital.

Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya perubahan nyata, baik dari sisi sikap maupun keterampilan. Pokdarwis kini memiliki struktur organisasi, dua paket wisata yang dapat ditawarkan kepada wisatawan, serta kemampuan untuk mempromosikan Sapomi secara digital. Perubahan ini memberi harapan bagi masyarakat Sapomi untuk mengembangkan wisata bahari dengan lebih percaya diri dan terarah.
