r of clients, counselors’ limited availability, and the challenges associated with conducting psychological assessments through online platforms have created a pressing need for innovative solutions. This study aims to examine the role of AI as a co-counselor, evaluate the effectiveness of its integration into e-counseling practices, and identify the challenges associated with its implementation. The study employed a Narrative Literature Review method by critically analyzing relevant scholarly publications. The findings indicate that AI functions as a collaborative partner that assists counselors in assessment processes, data analysis, emotion detection, service documentation, and the continuous monitoring of clients’ psychological conditions. The integration of AI has been shown to enhance the efficiency, accessibility, and overall quality of digital counseling services. However, its implementation continues to face significant challenges related to data privacy, information security, algorithmic bias, and limitations in understanding cultural contexts and human empathy. The novelty of this study lies in its comprehensive conceptualization of AI as a co-counselor that supports the entire e-counseling service cycle through a collaborative model integrating the analytical capabilities of technology with the humanistic competencies of counselors, thereby fostering more effective, ethical, and inclusive counseling services.

g logistics costs and increasing demands for delivery timeliness. The research problem focuses on the extent to which shipping cost efficiency and the quality of freight forwarder services can improve export delivery performance in a measurable and sustainable manner. A quantitative approach was applied by collecting survey data from the company’s logistics managers and export managers to capture perceptions and experiences related to the research variables. Data analysis was conducted using structural equation modeling to examine the causal relationships among shipping cost efficiency, freight forwarder quality, and export delivery performance. The results indicate that shipping cost efficiency has a positive and significant effect on export delivery performance through reduced operational costs, improved logistics coordination, and smoother export processes. Freight forwarder quality is also proven to have a positive and significant effect through enhanced service reliability, documentation accuracy, and delivery timeliness. The conclusion confirms that the combination of cost efficiency and logistics service quality constitutes a strategic factor determining the success of corporate export delivery. The novelty of this study lies in integrating the measurement of cost efficiency and freight forwarder quality using a SEM approach applied to the Indonesian palm oil export industry, a context that has received limited empirical attention. This contribution provides empirical evidence for the development of export logistics management and strategic decision-making, enriches the academic logistics literature, and offers practical implications for improving national export competitiveness, formulating corporate policies, and managing long-term logistics partnerships based on measurable performance and efficiency orientation. The findings are expected to serve as a reference for future research and professional practice in agribusiness sectors oriented toward global markets with high logistics risks and intense competition that demand continuous, data-driven managerial innovation grounded in reliable and context-specific empirical evidence for the future of national industries.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) approach in Indonesian language learning among second-grade students at SDN Sumobito 1 Jombang. Employing a descriptive qualitative method, data were collected through participatory observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation. The data were thematically analyzed to identify patterns of CRT application in daily teaching practices. The findings indicate that student engagement in the learning process is relatively active; however, the integration of CRT principles remains suboptimal. This is evidenced by the limited use of teaching materials that reflect students' cultural backgrounds and the low level of teachers’ conceptual understanding of the CRT approach. The study underscores the importance of enhancing educators’ professional capacity through continuous training focused on pedagogies that are sensitive to local cultural contexts. In addition, the development of culturally responsive teaching materials needs to be accommodated within the curriculum to make learning more contextual and meaningful. The implications of these findings suggest that a systematic implementation of CRT has the potential to improve the quality of Indonesian language education by positioning cultural diversity as a pedagogical asset rather than a barrier. Consequently, the results of this study are expected to serve as a reference for the formulation of more inclusive, adaptive, and culturally equitable basic education policies in multicultural societies.

In the current era of globalization, the wetonan tradition is faced with various challenges that threaten its survival. Changes in people’s attitudes and mindsets, urbanization, and doubts about traditional values are some of the main challenges. Shifting values and priorities in society, changes in value and belief systems, and doubts about the role of tradition in the era of globalization are some of the main challenges. However, preserving the wetonan tradition is crucial to maintaining a rich and diverse cultural identity and strengthening the solidarity of Javanese indigenous communities. To maintain and face the challenges of the wetonan tradition remaining relevant and valued by the community, concrete steps are needed. In facing this challenge, it is important to continue to educate the public about the cultural and spiritual values contained in the wetonan tradition, as well as to replant these values to strengthen the sustainability of the wetonan tradition amid the ongoing flow of modernization and globalization. Thus, the wetonan tradition can continue to live and develop as an integral part of the cultural identity of Javanese society. The preservation of this tradition not only ensures the continuity of a rich cultural heritage, but also strengthens solidarity and togetherness in Javanese indigenous communities. Therefore, measures to maintain and preserve the wetonan tradition need to be continuously strengthened to ensure that this cultural heritage remains alive and relevant for future generations.

This involves the implementation of robust Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), effective mitigation procedures, optimal functioning of infrastructure, provision of adequate safety equipment, and continuous enhancement of staff competencies. Owners of tourist attractions bear the responsibility of ensuring both the safety and legal protection of visitors, acknowledging the mutual benefits derived from the presence of tourists. s in developing audio-visual learning media that are pedagogically appropriate and easy to produce. This community service activity aimed to improve teachers’ digital competence in developing audio-visual learning media using Canva at SMK Negeri 1 Rambah Samo. The activity was conducted from August to December 2025 through a training and mentoring approach. The implementation stages consisted of needs identification, material delivery, demonstration, guided practice, product review, and evaluation. Evaluation was carried out through pre-test and post-test questionnaires, observation of participants’ practice, and assessment of the learning media products developed by teachers. The results showed an increase in teachers’ understanding from 46% before the training to 84% after the training, indicating an improvement of 38%. In addition, 88% of participants were able to produce audio-visual learning media adapted to their respective subjects. The training also encouraged collaboration among teachers and increased their confidence in applying digital media in classroom instruction. This program demonstrates that practical and continuous Canva-based training can support teachers in creating more interactive, relevant, and meaningful learning experiences in vocational schools.

Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi digital menuntut guru untuk mampu menghadirkan pembelajaran yang lebih inovatif melalui pemanfaatan media pembelajaran yang menarik dan relevan. Namun, masih banyak guru yang menghadapi keterbatasan dalam mengembangkan media pembelajaran audio visual yang mudah dibuat dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pedagogis. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan kompetensi digital guru dalam membuat media pembelajaran audio visual berbasis Canva di SMK Negeri 1 Rambah Samo. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada Agustus sampai Desember 2025 melalui pendekatan pelatihan dan pendampingan. Tahapan kegiatan mencakup identifikasi kebutuhan, penyampaian materi, demonstrasi, praktik terbimbing, review produk, dan evaluasi. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui angket pre-test dan post-test, observasi praktik, serta penilaian produk media pembelajaran yang dihasilkan peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman guru dari 46% sebelum pelatihan menjadi 84% setelah pelatihan, dengan peningkatan sebesar 38%. Selain itu, sebanyak 88% peserta berhasil menghasilkan media pembelajaran audio visual sesuai dengan mata pelajaran masing-masing. Kegiatan ini juga mendorong kolaborasi antarguru dan meningkatkan kepercayaan diri dalam menerapkan media digital di kelas. Dengan demikian, pelatihan berbasis praktik dan pendampingan terbukti efektif dalam mendukung inovasi pembelajaran dan penguatan kompetensi digital guru di sekolah kejuruan.

llage, aims to enhance food self-sufficiency through vertical hydroponics, organic waste processing, and e-commerce–based digital marketing training. Using a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, the program increased hydroponic knowledge from 30% to 85%, assembly skills from 15% to 80%, plant maintenance understanding from 25% to 78%, and e-commerce skills from 0% to 75%. A single hydroponic tower produces 7.2–14 kg per cycle, with potential income ranging from IDR 435,000 (pakcoy) to IDR 1,400,000 (lettuce). Kale can be harvested continuously for more than one year every 7–10 days, yielding an average of 105 grams per plant and generating up to IDR 1,100,000 per harvest. Additionally, 20 households are able to process kitchen waste into liquid fertilizer. Overall, the program has proven effective in strengthening household food security and economic resilience while supporting the achievement of the SDGs.

Abstrak: Ketahanan pangan keluarga di perkotaan masih terkendala keterbatasan lahan dan tingginya ketergantungan pada pasokan luar. Program pengabdian di Perumahan Berkah Family Village, Desa Kubang Jaya, bertujuan meningkatkan kemandirian pangan melalui hidroponik vertikal, pengolahan limbah organik, dan pelatihan pemasaran digital berbasis e-commerce. Dengan pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR), terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan hidroponik dari 30% menjadi 85%, keterampilan perakitan dari 15% menjadi 80%, pemahaman perawatan tanaman dari 25% menjadi 78%, serta kemampuan e-commerce dari 0% menjadi 75%. Satu unit tower hidroponik menghasilkan 7,2–14 kg per siklus dengan potensi pendapatan Rp. 435.000 (pakcoy) hingga Rp. 1.400.000 (selada). Tanaman kale dapat dipanen berkelanjutan sampai lebih satu tahun, tiap 7–10 hari dengan rata-rata 105 gram per tanaman dan potensi Rp.1.100.000 per panen. Sebanyak 20 keluarga juga mampu mengolah limbah dapur menjadi pupuk cair, sehingga program ini efektif memperkuat ketahanan pangan dan ekonomi rumah tangga serta mendukung SDGs.

cal MSME engaged in the traditional Minangkabau snack industry, experiences obstacles in expanding its market due to limited product innovation and reliance on conventional methods of promotion and sales. This condition has led to stagnant sales performance and low managerial efficiency, indicating the need for strategic efforts to enhance business capacity. This community service program aims to strengthen the competitiveness of the MSME through the development of product packaging integrated with a QR code and a point of sale system based on a website and digital cashier machine, while also promoting digital marketing adoption. The program was implemented using a participatory approach involving training, technical assistance, and continuous monitoring and evaluation of technology implementation. Digital marketing through social media proved effective in expanding market reach and increasing sales by up to 40%. Overall, the program demonstrates that integrating innovative packaging, digital systems, and online marketing serves as an effective strategy to enhance the competitiveness and sustainability of local MSMEs.

UMKM Keripik Balado Uni Yen merupakan UMKM lokal yang bergerak di industri makanan olahan khas Minang, menghadapi tantangan dalam memperluas pasar akibat keterbatasan inovasi produk serta masih mengandalkan metode konvensional dalam promosi dan penjualan. Kondisi ini berdampak pada stagnasi penjualan dan rendahnya efisiensi manajerial, sehingga diperlukan upaya strategis untuk meningkatkan kapasitas usaha. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan daya saing UMKM melalui pengembangan kemasan produk yang dilengkapi kode QR dan terintegrasi dengan sistem point of sale berbasis website dan mesin kasir digital, serta mendorong digitalisasi pemasaran. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan partisipatif melalui pelatihan, pendampingan teknis, serta monitoring dan evaluasi implementasi teknologi. Pemasaran digital melalui media sosial juga terbukti efektif memperluas jangkauan pasar dan meningkatkan penjualan hingga 40%. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan ini menegaskan bahwa integrasi inovasi kemasan, sistem digital, dan pemasaran daring merupakan strategi efektif untuk memperkuat daya saing dan kemandirian UMKM lokal secara berkelanjutan.
