l figures in the governance of educational institutions, school principals play a multidimensional role, encompassing strategic, managerial, pedagogical, and symbolic functions that simultaneously influence the effectiveness of the school organization. The findings indicate that the principal’s level of commitment is positively correlated with the quality of strategic planning, resource management, and the development of a collaborative work culture oriented toward achieving institutional goals. Principals who demonstrate a high level of dedication to enhancing education quality tend to be more effective in building constructive supervision systems, establishing transformative visions and missions, and mobilizing stakeholder participation in data-driven decision-making processes. This study also affirms that the successful implementation of educational service programs is highly dependent on the principal’s capacity to navigate policy dynamics, resource limitations, and the socio-cultural complexities of the school environment. From a theoretical standpoint, this study reflects the relevance of transformational leadership and evidence-based management approaches as foundational to building adaptive and accountable educational institutions. The implications of this research emphasize that enhancing the professional capacity of school principals (in terms of integrity, managerial competence, and strategic vision) is a key determinant in realizing holistic, relevant, and sustainable educational service quality.

The investigation focuses on three main questions, namely the characteristics of the principal’s leadership, the level of teacher professionalism, and the extent to which leadership contributes to the effectiveness of student guidance. The novelty of this research lies in the integration of instructional, managerial, and entrepreneurial leadership concepts with teachers’ pedagogical and professional competencies, resulting in a more holistic understanding of the mechanisms through which leadership influences the guidance process that requires accuracy in planning, precision in implementation, and rigor in evaluation. The findings reveal a positive and significant relationship between the principal’s leadership and teacher professionalism, with a contribution of 61.1%, indicating that the majority of improvements in teacher professionalism are shaped by the quality of leadership practiced. Supportive and participatory leadership, reinforced by continuous academic supervision, is proven to enhance teachers’ capacities, strengthen work motivation, and create a professional environment conducive to effective student guidance. These outcomes demonstrate that the effectiveness of guidance is not solely influenced by individual teacher competence but also by leadership structures that direct, facilitate, and optimize educator performance systematically. This study concludes that the madrasah principal holds a central role as a driver of improved guidance quality through the application of visionary, adaptive, and human-resource-oriented leadership, whose implications may serve as a basis for formulating strategies to enhance teacher competence and strengthen educational leadership models within madrasah institutions.

The first five years of marriage represent a critical period prone to various issues, such as personality differences, poor communication patterns, financial problems, spiritual crises, and the influence of secular culture. Although the church has implemented a premarital counseling program, data indicate instances of divorce among young married couples due to a lack of continuous guidance. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method using observation, semi-structured interviews, and questionnaires distributed to 25 couples who were married between 2020 and 2025. Data analysis was conducted through the stages of reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, validated through source triangulation. The findings reveal that the majority of respondents (70–80%) acknowledged that post-marital counseling plays a significant role in resolving household conflicts, fostering healthy communication, and strengthening family spirituality. The key finding of this study is the effectiveness of the MUSI-based pastoral counseling model (Problem, Effort, Goal, Intervention), which is systematic, contextual, and spiritually integrative according to the needs of the local congregation. The study recommends that the church develop post-marital counseling programs as an integral part of pastoral family ministry in a preventive, structured, and continuous manner to strengthen Christian family resilience from the early stages of marriage.

This study aims to examine the role of AI as a co-counselor, evaluate the effectiveness of its integration into e-counseling practices, and identify the challenges associated with its implementation. The study employed a Narrative Literature Review method by critically analyzing relevant scholarly publications. The findings indicate that AI functions as a collaborative partner that assists counselors in assessment processes, data analysis, emotion detection, service documentation, and the continuous monitoring of clients’ psychological conditions. The integration of AI has been shown to enhance the efficiency, accessibility, and overall quality of digital counseling services. However, its implementation continues to face significant challenges related to data privacy, information security, algorithmic bias, and limitations in understanding cultural contexts and human empathy. The novelty of this study lies in its comprehensive conceptualization of AI as a co-counselor that supports the entire e-counseling service cycle through a collaborative model integrating the analytical capabilities of technology with the humanistic competencies of counselors, thereby fostering more effective, ethical, and inclusive counseling services.

The research problem focuses on the extent to which shipping cost efficiency and the quality of freight forwarder services can improve export delivery performance in a measurable and sustainable manner. A quantitative approach was applied by collecting survey data from the company’s logistics managers and export managers to capture perceptions and experiences related to the research variables. Data analysis was conducted using structural equation modeling to examine the causal relationships among shipping cost efficiency, freight forwarder quality, and export delivery performance. The results indicate that shipping cost efficiency has a positive and significant effect on export delivery performance through reduced operational costs, improved logistics coordination, and smoother export processes. Freight forwarder quality is also proven to have a positive and significant effect through enhanced service reliability, documentation accuracy, and delivery timeliness. The conclusion confirms that the combination of cost efficiency and logistics service quality constitutes a strategic factor determining the success of corporate export delivery. The novelty of this study lies in integrating the measurement of cost efficiency and freight forwarder quality using a SEM approach applied to the Indonesian palm oil export industry, a context that has received limited empirical attention. This contribution provides empirical evidence for the development of export logistics management and strategic decision-making, enriches the academic logistics literature, and offers practical implications for improving national export competitiveness, formulating corporate policies, and managing long-term logistics partnerships based on measurable performance and efficiency orientation. The findings are expected to serve as a reference for future research and professional practice in agribusiness sectors oriented toward global markets with high logistics risks and intense competition that demand continuous, data-driven managerial innovation grounded in reliable and context-specific empirical evidence for the future of national industries.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) approach in Indonesian language learning among second-grade students at SDN Sumobito 1 Jombang. Employing a descriptive qualitative method, data were collected through participatory observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation. The data were thematically analyzed to identify patterns of CRT application in daily teaching practices. The findings indicate that student engagement in the learning process is relatively active; however, the integration of CRT principles remains suboptimal. This is evidenced by the limited use of teaching materials that reflect students' cultural backgrounds and the low level of teachers’ conceptual understanding of the CRT approach. The study underscores the importance of enhancing educators’ professional capacity through continuous training focused on pedagogies that are sensitive to local cultural contexts. In addition, the development of culturally responsive teaching materials needs to be accommodated within the curriculum to make learning more contextual and meaningful. The implications of these findings suggest that a systematic implementation of CRT has the potential to improve the quality of Indonesian language education by positioning cultural diversity as a pedagogical asset rather than a barrier. Consequently, the results of this study are expected to serve as a reference for the formulation of more inclusive, adaptive, and culturally equitable basic education policies in multicultural societies.

In the current era of globalization, the wetonan tradition is faced with various challenges that threaten its survival. Changes in people’s attitudes and mindsets, urbanization, and doubts about traditional values are some of the main challenges. Shifting values and priorities in society, changes in value and belief systems, and doubts about the role of tradition in the era of globalization are some of the main challenges. However, preserving the wetonan tradition is crucial to maintaining a rich and diverse cultural identity and strengthening the solidarity of Javanese indigenous communities. To maintain and face the challenges of the wetonan tradition remaining relevant and valued by the community, concrete steps are needed. In facing this challenge, it is important to continue to educate the public about the cultural and spiritual values contained in the wetonan tradition, as well as to replant these values to strengthen the sustainability of the wetonan tradition amid the ongoing flow of modernization and globalization. Thus, the wetonan tradition can continue to live and develop as an integral part of the cultural identity of Javanese society. The preservation of this tradition not only ensures the continuity of a rich cultural heritage, but also strengthens solidarity and togetherness in Javanese indigenous communities. The research findings underscore that legal frameworks guarantee the rights of tourists to protection, safety, and security. Consequently, it is imperative for tourism managers to prioritize the safety of visitors arising from the activities involved. This involves the implementation of robust Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), effective mitigation procedures, optimal functioning of infrastructure, provision of adequate safety equipment, and continuous enhancement of staff competencies. Owners of tourist attractions bear the responsibility of ensuring both the safety and legal protection of visitors, acknowledging the mutual benefits derived from the presence of tourists. Thus, a comprehensive and proactive approach to safety measures is essential in fostering a secure and enjoyable environment for all visitors.

Implementing the Single Exponential Smoothing method to forecast shoe sales will make it easier for store owners to stock up on shoes. The programming language used is PHP and MySQL database. PHP is a programming language capable of making websites dynamic. MySQL uses a server, localhost/phpMyAdmin, and a database server. Hasil observasi dan wawancara dengan pemilik Toko Sarkun, pendataan stok sepatu di gudang serta pencatatan transaksi penjualan masih dilakukan secara manual, sehingga membutuhkan waktu yang lama. Single Exponential Smoothing merupakan sebuah prosedur pemulusan terus - menerus pada peramalan terhadap objek pengamatan terbaru, yang menitik - beratkan pada penurunan prioritas secara bertingkat pada data pengamatan yang lebih tua. Dengan mengimplementasikan metode Single Exponential Smoothing untuk meramalkan penjualan sepatu dimasa yang akan datang akan memudahkan pemilik took menyediakan stok sepatu. Bahasa pemrogram yang digunakan adalah PHP dan database Mysql. PHP merupakan bahasa pemrograman yang mampu untuk membuat website menjadi dinamis. MySQL menggunakan sebuah server yaitu locallhost/phpMyAdmin dan juga database server.
