improve food appearance. Vocational high school students majoring in culinary arts often use BTP for food products. This activity aims to improve students' knowledge about BTP at SMKN 33 Jakarta. The theme raised is ACETATE: Observe Carefully Food Additives that are Safe for the Body. The number of participants involved was 56 students. The series of activities began with a pretest, presentation of materials, discussion, games and posttest. The materials provided include; session 1: understanding and types of BTP, session 2: BTP that is safe to use and dangerous, session 3: characteristics of foods that use dangerous BTP and the impact of BTP on the body. The method used was counseling using powerpoint. The results of student knowledge before and after participating increased in the good category by 78.6%. It was seen that 41 students had an increase in knowledge scores on the posttest.

Abstrak: Jurusan tata boga merupakan salah satu jurusan SMK yang saat ini mulai berkembang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan minat. Siswa SMK jurusan tata boga sering mempergunakan Bahan Tambahan Pangan (BTP) untuk membuat produk makanannya. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan awal dan diskusi dengan guru SMKN 33, ditemukan bahwa sebagian besar siswa belum terpapar banyak mengenai BTP alami dan sintesis, serta belum terbiasa membaca label pangan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatan pengetahuan siswa tentang BTP di SMKN 33 Jakarta. Jumlah partisipan yang terlibat sebanyak 56 siswa. Adapun rangkaian kegiatan dimulai dengan pretest, pemaparan materi dengan ceramah, lalu dilanjutkan dengan diskusi, games dan posttest. Materi mencakup pengertian dan jenis BTP, BTP yang aman dan berbahaya, ciri makanan dengan BTP berbahaya, serta dampaknya bagi tubuh. Media yang digunakan dengan penyuluhan menggunakan powerpoint. Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu sebelum edukasi, sebanyak 25% siswa berada pada kategori pengetahuan baik, dan setelah edukasi, jumlah tersebut meningkat menjadi 78,6%. Selain itu, 41 siswa mengalami peningkatan nilai pengetahuan pada saat posttest.

cial digitalization through the application of modern accounting technology, which can improve the accuracy and efficiency of financial record-keeping. This study aims to explore the impact of bookkeeping and accounting training with technology on UMKM in Sendangtirto Village, Berbah, Sleman. The methods used include identifying technology, interactive training, and evaluation and feedback to assess the effectiveness of the technology used. The training results show that the adoption of technology can accelerate financial management processes and improve the competitiveness of UMKM. The training had a significant positive impact, as seen from the data showing that the participants' answer accuracy level reached 81%, with an average completion time of 2.03 minutes, not only in technical aspects but also in enhancing understanding of the importance of accounting and more professional financial management. Thus, UMKM become more prepared to face the challenges of the digital economy and strengthen the sustainability of their businesses.

Abstrak: Pengembangan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Indonesia memainkan peran penting dalam perekonomian, namun banyak di antaranya menghadapi tantangan dalam mengelola keuangan secara efisien. Salah satu solusi yang ditawarkan adalah digitalisasi keuangan melalui penerapan teknologi akuntansi modern, yang dapat meningkatkan akurasi dan efisiensi pencatatan keuangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dampak pelatihan pembukuan dan akuntansi dengan teknologi pada UMKM di Kelurahan Sendangtirto, Berbah, SlemanMetode yang digunakan meliputi identifikasi teknologi, pelatihan interaktif, serta evaluasi dan umpan balik untuk menilai efektivitas penggunaan teknologi tersebut. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa adopsi teknologi dapat mempercepat proses pengelolaan keuangan dan meningkatkan daya saing UMKM. Pelatihan ini memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan dilihat dari data tingkat akurasi jawaban peserta mencapai 81% dengan rata-rata waktu penyelesaian 2,03 menit jadi tidak hanya dalam aspek teknis, tetapi juga dalam meningkatkan pemahaman tentang pentingnya akuntansi dan pengelolaan keuangan yang lebih profesional. Dengan demikian, UMKM menjadi lebih siap menghadapi tantangan ekonomi digital dan memperkuat keberlanjutan usaha mereka.

Situbondo Regency, situated along the Pantura Road, remain undigitized, thereby hindering their potential to expand their customer base. Therefore, through the use of the WordPress platform, the 206 Community Service Students Group of Jember University introduced e-DIMMA, which stands for ‘Electronic List of Wringin Anom UMKM’ with the aim of providing information related to potential UMKM in the Wringin Anom Village area along with supporting data related to the products of the UMKM concerned. Thus, e-DIMMA will simplify the process for consumers to access information necessary for conducting buying and selling transactions. We use a method of science and technology diffusion, which involves three stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The implementation of activities commences with the analysis of problems, the socialization of work programs, the collection of data from UMKM, the development of websites, the training of website administrators, and the evaluation process. We will coordinate with the village government to assess the effectiveness of creating UMKM websites for product marketing with the goal of increasing market access for partner.

Abstrak: Kemajuan teknologi dapat dimanfaatkan untuk mengembangkan potensi yang ada pada suatu daerah salah satunya usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah (UMKM). Desa Wringin Anom, Kecamatan Panarukan, Kabupaten Situbondo yang terletak di sepanjang Jalan Pantura memiliki banyak UMKM yang belum terdigitalisasi sehingga potensi peningkatan konsumen belum sepenuhnya optimal. Oleh karena itu, melalui pemanfaatan platform WordPress Kelompok Kuliah Pengabdian Masyarakat 206 Universitas Jember memperkenalkan e-DIMMA yang merupakan singkatan dari Elektronik Daftar UMKM Wringin Anom dengan tujuan menyediakan informasi terkait UMKM berpotensi di wilayah Desa Wringin Anom dengan disertai informasi penunjang terkait produk dari UMKM yang bersangkutan. Sehingga, akan memudahkan konsumen dalam mengakses informasi hingga melakukan transaksi jual beli. Metode yang digunakan berupa difusi ipteks dengan tiga tahapan yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dimulai dengan analisis masalah, sosialisasi program kerja, pengumpulan data UMKM, pembuatan website, pelatihan admin website dan evaluasi. Efektifitas pembuatan website UMKM sebagai sarana untuk pemasaran produk akan dikoordinasikan dengan pemerintah desa dengan capaian berupa peningkatan akses pasar bagi mitra.

Abstrak: Perilaku sehat adalah perilaku yang berkaitan dengan upaya mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kesehatan. Salah satu perilaku sehat adalah makan dengan menu seimbang. Pola konsumsi yang sehat harus diterapkan untuk dapat memenuhi nutrisi sehari-hari. Pemberian edukasi khusus kepada remaja diharapkan mampu memberikan pengetahuan khususnya tentang makanan yang bergizi. Kegiatan pemberian edukasi mengenai makanan bergizi dan kategori makanan bergizi, Pendidikan Kesehatan tentang manfaat makanan bergizi, memberikan Pendidikan Kesehatan tentang anjuran mengonsumsi mie instan, memberikan edukasi Kesehatan tentang bahaya mengonsumsi mie instan dalam jumlah yang berlebih kepada 33 responden. Metode yang digunakan yaitu pengerjaan test sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Penyampaian materi dengan menggunakan media dan dilanjutkan dengan tanya jawab dari pemateri. Hasil data menunjukkan bahwa Tingkat pengetahuan sebelum diberikan intervensi 15,2% dan setelah dilakukan intervensi menunjukan peningkatan sebesar 54,5%. Tujuan dari pemberian edukasi ini diharapkan responden tidak hanya mengerti, tetapi juga dapat menerapkannya dalam kebiasaan pribadi maupun keluarga.

S1 Nutrition Study Program STIK Sint Carolus together with Nutritionists from the Galur Supporting Community Health Center provided counseling to mothers of toddlers on the topic "Let's Check the Coins (Composition and Nutritional Value Information) on Food Packaging" to 20 mothers of toddlers who visited the Posyandu. Counseling participants are given an identity and pretest form to fill out. The first session included material on definitions and food labels, and the second session provided material on how to read composition and nutritional value information. The third session involved practicing reading packaged food and conducting questions and answers and filling in the posttest form. After 3 days of providing material, monitoring and evaluation was carried out via Whatsapp. Based on the results of statistical analysis, 55% of mothers were classified as lacking knowledge during the pretest. However, it increased after nutrition education was carried out to 95% of mothers who were classified as well informed. The results of the Wilcoxon analysis show that there is a difference in knowledge between before and after counseling with p-value = 0.007. The results of monitoring and evaluation from 5 mothers, 100% of mothers had paid attention to food labels on packaging, especially composition and nutritional information. There has been a change in practice in reading food labels.

The team complemented the idea of public communication on intrapersonal strength, namely managing nervousness with an emphasis on practice, preparation, and the ability to overcome nervousness constructively. The team believes that knowledge of managing nervousness from an early age can help children in orphanages get used to facing various kinds of audiences in the future. This service method is tests, lectures and practice which include assignments and simulations. The result of this activity is that children can overcome nervousness by means of positive self-motivation, regular breathing, good script preparation and analyzing the audience.

This activity is structured into three distinct phases during its execution: preparation, implementation, and practice. Based on empirical findings, engaging in direct interaction with mathematical puzzles has been found to enhance hand-motor coordination, finger dexterity, and precision control during object manipulation. Ninety-five percent of students were extremely interested in this educational game; eighty-five percent felt that math puzzle games improved their fine motor skills (hand and finger movements); and ninety-two percent intend to continue playing math puzzles on other materials in the future, according to the results of the questionnaire assessing the experience of playing with math puzzles. Students' fine motor skills improved significantly as a result of the implementation of this game, it was concluded.

This service function aims to apply and disseminate the knowledge and skills possessed by academics to the wider community, as well as contributing directly to improving the quality of life and sustainable development. The results of data analysis from the questionnaire showed a significant increase in participants' understanding after the socialization. The participants' positive response to the benefits and ease of use of digital platform robots for ease in digitalizing MSMEs illustrates the success of this socialization.

The challenges faced include: 1) the drying method for shrimp paste is conducted by sun-drying, which means that during the rainy season, the drying process for shrimp paste takes a long time and hampers the production process; and 2) sales of processed shrimp paste products are currently limited to the local community. To address these issues related to the extended drying process and to expand marketing efforts, this PkM initiative developed a shrimp paste drying tool tailored to the needs of the PKK KB Khinasih women. Additionally, outreach activities were conducted to educate them about design and packaging strategies that could be beneficial for hosting product exhibitions. The dryer has been handed over to the PKK women for suitability testing with regard to its function, quality, and capacity. KB Khinasih has also adopted label and sticker designs for packaging processed rebon shrimp paste products.

it is not possible to carry out gardening activities. Hydroponics and aquaponics are solutions to the problem of limited land. This activity aims to introduce, train and assist the public about hydroponic and aquaponic technology. This activity was carried out centrally at the Ceria Command RPTRA, RW 06 Galur Village in collaboration with Working Group 3 Galur Village from August – October 2023. The equipment used included 2 sets of hydroponic frames with a total of 196 holes and 1 set of aquaponic frames with 156 holes. The activity stages start with introducing tools and vegetable seeds, sowing together, monitoring, harvesting with residents, and evaluation. During the activity, vegetables were successfully harvested 3 times with yields of 12 kg per cycle, and 7 kg of catfish were successfully harvested. Some of the harvest is given to residents and stunted toddlers, and the other part is sold to be managed again by the RPTRA.

Abstrak: Pertanian perkotaan atau dikenal sebagai urban farming merupakan kegiatan berkebun dengan memanfaatkan pekarangan rumah dan tetap bisa dilakukan walaupun lahan sempit/terbatas. RW 06 Kelurahan Galur berada di daerah Jakarta Pusat yang tergolong padat penduduk, dimana tidak memungkinkan untuk melakukan kegiatan berkebun. Hidroponik dan akuaponik merupakan solusi untuk permasalah keterbatasan lahan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan, melatih dan mendampigi masyarakat tentang teknologi hidroponik dan akuaponik. Kegiatan ini dilakukan secara terpusat di RPTRA Komando Ceria, RW 06 Kelurahan Galur bekerja sama dengan Pokja 3 Kelurahan Galur dari bulan Agustus – Oktober 2023. Alat yang digunakan meliputi 2 set rangka hidroponik dengan total 196 lubang dan 1 set rangka akuaponik dengan 156 lubang. Tahapan kegiatan dimulai dari pengenalan alat dan bibit sayur, menyemai bersama, monitoring, panen bersama warga, dan evaluasi. Selama kegiatan berlangsung sayuran berhasil di panen sebanyak 3 kali dengan hasil panen menghasilkan 12 kg per siklus, dan ikan lele berhasil di panen sebanyak 7 kg. Sebagian hasil panen diberikan untuk warga dan balita stunting, dan sebagian lainnnya dijual untuk dikelola kembali oleh RPTRA.
