ze damage to museum collections. This research aims to discuss damage to museum collections and preventive conservation management that has been taking place at the Surakarta Kasunanan Palace Museum. Method used in this research is descriptive with kualitatif aproach method with interviews, observation and literature studies to collect data and use simple analysis. The results found that many collections in the Surakarta Kasunanan Palace Museum were unkempt and dusty. The preventive conservation carried out so far has only been less than optimal in terms of cleaning. The lack of available resources is also a factor in preventing preventive conservation efforts from running well.

This type of research is qualitative research. The method used by researchers in this research is the descriptive method. The data collection technique uses 3 techniques, namely (1) observation, (2) interviews, and (3) presentation of documentation. The research results show that the position of the Govermental as a regional apparatus as its main task is basically aimed at assisting regional heads in enforcing regional regulations. Efforts to deal with perpetrators of prostitution and immoral acts in Sukoharjo Regency include judicial and non-judicial actions as well as closing localization places or places where the perpetrators follow up on every complaint that comes in which is reported by the public with early detection or searching for information related to prostitution and immoral acts. The obstacles faced by the Govermental in dealing with prostitution and immoral acts include the number of personnel capacity, perpetrators browsing through online media such as dating applications, limited quality of investigators and lack of facilities and infrastructure, low public awareness in enforcing order and peace and the lack of maximum technical regulations governing the problems faced.

There are several main components in the cooling machine, namely the Compressor, Condenser, Expansion Valve, Evaporator. Each of these important components has different functions and ways of operating, but are connected to each other so that the cooling machine can function. The purpose of the author making this final project is to determine the performance of the cooling system, factors that reduce the performance of the cooling machine, as well as repair and maintenance efforts so that the cooling machine can return to normal operation. This research was conducted on the MV. Vancouver by using a qualitative approach. The author conducted direct observations as well as in-depth interviews and documentation studies when conducting research. The results of the author's research found that the main factor causing the decline in the performance of the cooling machine was the appearance of sparks on the evaporator and coil pipe caused by interference with the filter dryer so that it inhibits heat absorption and the evaporator cannot evaporate the refrigerant optimally. The impact caused by the less than optimal operation of the cooling machine in the Engine Room Workshop MV. Vancouver was an unstable room temperature making the crew feel uncomfortable while working or resting.

hese relics is still scattered and difficult to access in an integrated manner. This study aims to design and implement an Android-based Geographic Information System (GIS) that presents an interactive map containing the locations, descriptions, and photos of the heritage sites, along with a regional filter feature to facilitate navigation. The development process began with data collection from the Tourism Office and field observations, followed by map processing in ArcMap, publication to ArcGIS Online, and the creation of an Android application using ArcGIS Maps SDK and Jetpack Compose. Integration with a MySQL database allows the automatic display of location points on the map. The implementation results show that the application can display 33 heritage site points in three districts of Padang City, complete with descriptions, photos, district filters, and Web Map integration. Testing demonstrated that the application runs smoothly, is informative and interactive, and can support cultural preservation efforts while encouraging interest in historical tourism in Padang City.

Abstrak: Kota Padang menyimpan berbagai peninggalan bersejarah dari masa kolonial Belanda yang memiliki nilai sejarah dan potensi wisata tinggi. Namun, informasi mengenai lokasi dan deskripsi peninggalan tersebut masih tersebar dan sulit diakses secara terpadu. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) berbasis Android yang menyajikan peta interaktif berisi lokasi, deskripsi, foto peninggalan, serta dilengkapi fitur filter wilayah untuk memudahkan penelusuran. Proses pengembangan diawali dengan pengumpulan data dari Dinas Pariwisata dan observasi lapangan, dilanjutkan dengan pengolahan peta di ArcMap, publikasi ke ArcGIS Online, serta pembuatan aplikasi Android menggunakan ArcGIS Maps SDK dan Jetpack Compose. Integrasi dengan basis data MySQL memungkinkan penampilan titik lokasi secara otomatis pada peta. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan aplikasi mampu menampilkan 33 titik peninggalan di tiga kecamatan di Kota Padang, lengkap dengan deskripsi, foto, filter kecamatan, dan integrasi Web Map. Hasil pengujian membuktikan aplikasi berjalan lancar, informatif, dan interaktif sehingga dapat mendukung upaya pelestarian budaya, dan mendorong peningkatan minat wisata sejarah di Kota Padang.

This study aims to develop an information system based on a Web Geographic Information System (Web GIS) to monitor the geographic distribution of stunting cases and assist the Asahan Regency Health Office in making data-driven policy decisions. The method applied in this research is a quantitative descriptive approach, encompassing the stages of problem identification, data collection, system requirements analysis, design, implementation, and system evaluation. The research findings show that the developed Web GIS platform successfully displays stunting data by district through interactive digital map representation, facilitates data input and updates by healthcare workers, and provides information accessible to the general public. The system is considered capable of improving the effectiveness and efficiency of stunting case monitoring, while also supporting information transparency and the planning of more targeted intervention programs. With the implementation of this Web GIS, stunting prevention efforts in Asahan Regency can be carried out in a more structured manner and based on accurate spatial data.

Abstrak: Permasalahan stunting merupakan hambatan signifikan dalam upaya pengembangan kesehatan publik, terutama di wilayah Kabupaten Asahan. Stunting tidak hanya mempengaruhi aspek pertumbuhan jasmani anak, namun juga berimplikasi pada kemampuan intelektual dan daya produktif di masa mendatang. Studi ini memiliki tujuan untuk membangun sistem informasi yang berbasiskan Web Geographic Information System (Web GIS) dengan maksud memantau distribusi kasus stunting secara geografis dan memfasilitasi Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Asahan dalam proses pengambilan kebijakan yang berdasarkan data. Metode yang diterapkan dalam riset ini adalah pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif, meliputi fase identifikasi permasalahan, koleksi data, kajian kebutuhan sistem, perancangan, penerapan, dan penilaian sistem. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa platform Web GIS yang dikembangkan berhasil menampilkan data stunting per kecamatan melalui representasi peta digital yang interaktif, memfasilitasi proses input dan pemutakhiran data oleh tenaga kesehatan, serta menyediakan informasi yang dapat diakses oleh khalayak umum. Sistem tersebut dianggap mampu meningkatkan keefektifan dan keefisienan dalam monitoring kasus stunting, sekaligus mendukung keterbukaan informasi dan perencanaan program intervensi yang lebih tepat sasaran. Dengan adanya implementasi Web GIS ini, langkah-langkah penanggulangan stunting di Kabupaten Asahan dapat dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan yang lebih terstruktur dan berdasarkan data spasial yang tepat.

However, limited access to experts poses a challenge for parents in obtaining adequate information and consultation services. This study aims to develop a web-based expert system capable of analyzing stunting symptoms in infants using the forward chaining method. This method works by tracing the facts provided by users to reach a conclusion about the likelihood of stunting. The system is expected to assist parents in identifying stunting risks and providing appropriate prevention and treatment recommendations. The system is developed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The research findings indicate that the expert system can analyze stunting symptoms quickly and accurately, making it an effective tool in supporting stunting prevention efforts.

Abstrak: Stunting merupakan masalah kesehatan serius pada balita yang terjadi akibat kekurangan gizi kronis selama 1000 hari pertama kehidupan. Kondisi ini berdampak pada pertumbuhan fisik dan perkembangan kognitif anak, yang dapat mempengaruhi kualitas sumber daya manusia di masa depan. Kota Tanjungbalai masih menghadapi angka prevalensi stunting yang cukup tinggi, sehingga diperlukan langkah-langkah pencegahan dan penanganan yang lebih efektif. Namun, keterbatasan akses terhadap tenaga ahli menjadi hambatan bagi orang tua dalam memperoleh informasi dan layanan konsultasi yang memadai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem pakar berbasis web yang mampu menganalisis gejala stunting pada balita menggunakan metode forward chaining. Metode ini bekerja dengan menelusuri fakta-fakta yang diberikan oleh pengguna untuk menghasilkan kesimpulan mengenai kemungkinan stunting. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat membantu orang tua dalam mengenali risiko stunting serta memberikan rekomendasi pencegahan dan penanganan yang sesuai. Sistem ini dikembangkan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pakar yang dirancang mampu menganalisis gejala stunting secara cepat dan akurat, sehingga dapat menjadi alat bantu yang efektif dalam mendukung upaya pencegahan stunting.

servations reveal some dissatisfaction. Visitors expressed concerns over the incomplete book collection, inadequate handling of complaints, and inaccurate services. To address these issues, the Service Quality approach was employed to evaluate the gap between visitors’ perceptions of the services they received and their expectations. The SERVQUAL method was used to analyze five service dimensions: Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy. The results showed negative gaps in Empathy (-0.4), Reliability (-0.3), and Assurance (-0.2), which indicate areas for improvement. Conversely, Tangibles and Responsiveness had positive gaps, showing visitor satisfaction with these aspects. These findings provide valuable insights for the library to identify areas that require improvement in order to enhance service quality in the future.

Abstrak : Kualitas layanan mencerminkan seberapa baik harapan pengunjung terpenuhi berdasarkan pengalaman nyata mereka. Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kabupaten Asahan telah berusaha memberikan layanan yang baik, namun observasi menunjukkan adanya beberapa keluhan. Pengunjung merasa tidak puas dengan koleksi buku yang tidak lengkap, penanganan keluhan yang kurang optimal, dan pelayanan yang kurang tepat. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, digunakan pendekatan Service Quality yang mengevaluasi gap antara persepsi pengunjung terhadap layanan yang diterima dengan harapan mereka. Metode SERVQUAL digunakan untuk menganalisis lima dimensi layanan: Bukti Fisik, Kehandalan, Daya Tanggap, Jaminan, dan Empati. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan adanya gap negatif pada dimensi Empati (-0,4), Kehandalan (-0,3), dan Jaminan (-0,2), yang memerlukan peningkatan. Sebaliknya, dimensi Bukti Fisik dan Daya Tanggap menunjukkan gap positif, menandakan pengunjung merasa puas dengan aspek-aspek ini. Hasil ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi pihak perpustakaan dalam mengidentifikasi area yang perlu diperbaiki untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan ke depan.

This research uses the K-Means Clustering (Multidimensional) method, making it easier to see patterns and structures in data that are difficult to see in the original representation. The application of the K-Means Clustering (Multidimensional) algorithm produces 3 clusters with a silhouette_score value of 33, namely cluster 0 with a high level of population poverty of 1, cluster 1 with a moderate level of population poverty of 4 and cluster 2 with a low level of population poverty as many as 28.

Abstrak: Banyak upaya yang dilakukan pemerintah untuk menghapus kemiskinan pada masyarakat dengan cara melakukan program seperti pro-poor, bantuan sembako maupun bantuan uang tunai yang berguna untuk mencapai standar masyarakat sejahtera. Hasil pengolahan data tersebut berguna dalam pengambilan keputusan kedepannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode K-Means Clustering (Multidimensi) memudahkan untuk melihat pola dan struktur dalam data yang sulit dilihat dalam representasi aslinya. Penerapan algoritma K-Means Clustering (Multidimensi) menghasilkan 3 cluster, yaitu dengan cluster 0 dengan tingat kemiskinan penduduk yang tinggi sebanyak 1, cluster 1 dengan tingat kemiskinan penduduk yang sedang sebanyak 4 dan cluster 2 dengan tingkat kemiskinan penduduk yang rendah sebanyak 28.
