Abstract: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pemilihan portofolio yang efisien dengan metode Markowitz pada industri otomotif yang terdaftar di BEI. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah kualitatif dengan sumber… data skunder yang diperoleh dari Bursa Efek Indonesia. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah perusahaan otomotif yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2020-2022 yang berjumlah 12 perusahaan. Dalam menganalis, peneliti menggunakan teknik analisis model Markowitz. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah portofolio yang efisisen akan terbentuk jika investor mengacu pada diversifikasi yang disarankan oleh Markowitz (Markowitz Efficien Portofolio) yang menyebutkan bahwa investor akan memilih alternatif portofolio ke-1 dengan proporsi setiap sekuritas 8,33% menghasilkan expected return sebesar 0,015 dengan risiko 0,091.

Komisi Penghancuran Pencemaran Nama Baik, dengan segala kewenangan yang diberikan oleh peraturan, telah bekerja dan berhasil dalam mengungkap kasus-kasus penurunan nilai yang signifikan dalam organisasi-organisasi yang sejauh ini tidak dapat diakses oleh kepolisian. Namun dalam menjalankan tugasnya, Badan Pemusnahan Debasement menghadapi kendala, mengingat hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan kualitas sosial masyarakat yang belum terlaksana dengan baik. Sejalan dengan hal ini, penting untuk mengembangkan nilai-nilai dan mentalitas yang menentang pencemaran nama baik di mata publik, sehingga penanganan demonstrasi kriminal yang merendahkan martabat dapat dilakukan dan produktif. Oleh karena itu, KPK adalah yang berinisiatif, bekerja sama dengan seluruh lapisan masyarakat; LSM, pers dan tokoh masyarakat dalam mengembangkan pembangunan penanggulangan pencemaran nama baik dalam rangka pemberantasan debasement di Indonesia .

Abstract: Siswa yang merupakan umat Kristen harus mampu menjadi perwakilan Tuhan yang membawa perdamaian dan kesatuan ditengah-tengah masyarakat majemuk yang memahami perbedaan dan persamaan. Perspektif Kristen mengenai pluralisme… agama berpijak pada sikap secara teologis-etis jemaat Kristen, hal ini terlihat dipengajaran pendidikan agama kristen. Pluralisme agama menawarkan toleransi antar umat beragama namun memunculkan persoalan baru ditengah agama yang ada. Pluralisme agama memuat aliran kebenaran relatif. Perspektif ini cenderung mengganggap bahwa agamanya paling baik dan benar sehingga menimbulkan kesombongan dan arogansi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan studi literatur atau kepustakaan. Melalui pendidikan mengenai pluralisme, diharapkan siswa dapat memahami, merangkul, dan mengadopsi sikap yang sesuai terhadap keberagaman ditengah masyarakat yang majemuk. 

The Correlation Of Excessive Assignment Between Student’s Mental Health

Abstract: This research investigated the correlation of excessive assignments on the mental health of fifth-year English language students at State Islamic Religious Institution in Central Kalimantan. The research hypothesized a strong&#8230; trong positive correlation between perceived assignment load and mental health problems. The method of this research used quantitative approach using a questionnaire. The Data was collected from 20 participants. The researchers, analyzed the data using pearson's correlation coefficient JASP to examine the relationship between excessive assignment and mental health condition. Based on the findings, the result showed a significant positive correlation (r = 0.900, p <.001) between excessive assignment and mental health condition, indicating that 81.0% of the variance in students' mental health could be attributed to their perceived workload. Educational institutions should take proactive steps to manage student workloads and provide mental health support services, such as counseling, time management training, and flexible deadlines. Promoting a balanced approach to academic assessment that prioritizes both academic excellence and student well-being is crucial for fostering the success and well-being of English language students. This research limited due to the small sample size and focus on a specific student population. Future research with larger and more diverse samples is needed to further explore the complex relationship between academic demands and student mental health. The findings highlight the urgent need for universities and educators to prioritize student mental health alongside academic achievement. Implementing practical strategies to manage workloads and provide mental health support can promote a more holistic and student-centered educational environment.

CURRICULUM REFORM IN INDONESIA

Abstract: Abstrak Artikel ini memberikan gambaran tentang sejarah reformasi kurikulum di Indonesia, kondisi kurikulum saat ini, proses reformasi kurikulum, serta tantangan dan implikasi penerapan Kurikulum baru. Artikel tersebut berpendapat&#8230; erpendapat bahwa reformasi kurikulum sangat penting bagi sistem pendidikan Indonesia untuk memenuhi kebutuhan siswanya dan mempersiapkan mereka menghadapi tantangan abad ke-21. Sistem pendidikan Indonesia menghadapi beberapa tantangan, khususnya di bidang kurikulum. Salah satu permasalahan utamanya adalah tidak adanya keselarasan antara kurikulum dan kebutuhan tenaga kerja, sehingga terjadi ketidaksesuaian antara keterampilan yang diajarkan di sekolah dengan yang dibutuhkan oleh pasar tenaga kerja. Selain itu, sistem pendidikan telah dikritik karena penekanannya yang berat pada hafalan dan hafalan, yang dipandang sebagai penghalang pengembangan pemikiran kritis dan keterampilan pemecahan masalah di kalangan siswa. Untuk mengatasi tantangan tersebut dan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia, telah dilakukan berbagai upaya untuk mereformasi kurikulum selama bertahun-tahun. Reformasi kurikulum terbaru, Kurikulum 2013, bertujuan untuk meningkatkan relevansi kurikulum dengan kebutuhan dunia kerja, mempromosikan keterampilan berpikir kritis dan pemecahan masalah, serta membekali siswa dengan keterampilan yang dibutuhkan untuk abad ke-21. Namun, penerapan Kurikulum baru menghadapi beberapa tantangan, termasuk pelatihan guru yang tidak memadai, kurangnya sumber daya, dan penolakan dari pemangku kepentingan. Artikel ini diakhiri dengan menyoroti perlunya upaya berkelanjutan untuk memastikan keberhasilan penerapan Kurikulum baru dan memaksimalkan potensi dampaknya terhadap kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia.    Abstract This article provides an overview of the history of curriculum reform in Indonesia, the current state of the curriculum, the process of curriculum reform, and the challenges and implications of implementing the new Curriculum. The article argues that curriculum reform is crucial for Indonesia's education system to meet the needs of its students and prepare them for the challenges of the 21st century. The Indonesian education system has been facing several challenges, particularly in the area of curriculum. One of the main issues is the lack of alignment between the curriculum and the needs of the workforce, resulting in a mismatch between the skills taught in schools and those required by the labor market. Moreover, the education system has been criticized for its heavy emphasis on rote learning and memorization, which has been seen as a barrier to the development of critical thinking and problem-solving skills among students. To address these challenges and improve the quality of education in Indonesia, there have been multiple attempts to reform the curriculum over the years. The most recent curriculum reform, the 2013 Curriculum, aims to improve the relevance of the curriculum to the needs of the workforce, promote critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and equip students with the skills required for the 21st century. However, the implementation of the new Curriculum has faced several challenges, including inadequate teacher training, lack of resources, and resistance from stakeholders. The article concludes by highlighting the need for continued efforts to ensure the successful implementation of the new Curriculum and maximize its potential impact on the quality of education in Indonesia.

The Analysis of Curriculum Merdeka Development in English Education Study Program

Abstract: Curriculum Merdeka is a diverse and content-optimizing intracurricular learning curriculum that gives learners enough time to explore concepts and strengthen their competencies.  The development of this independent curriculum&#8230; iculum has implications for many things, namely changes in the previous curriculum, changes in learning models, learning media, evaluation of learning outcomes, and last but not least, the collaboration of universities with other universities that characterize the independent campus. The purpose of this study is to analyze the development of the Independent Curriculum that runs in the English Tadris study program, IAIN Palangka Raya. This research uses qualitative approach method. Researchers collect data use the  Data that can then be processed and described properly regarding the development of the Independent Curriculum in the English Tadris study program, IAIN Palangka Raya.

The Application of English Learning in Merdeka Curriculum

Abstract: This research aims in order to help teachers and students create an effective and current curriculum that includes strategic approaches, teaching methods, and descriptions of challenges and solutions in implementing language&#8230; uage learning, the goal of this research is to explain an innovative approach to teaching English to non-native speakers of the language. English taught in Indonesian classrooms A approach for conducting library research was used. Data acquisition through documentation ISI analysis is the method employed. Because Indonesia's educational system was in crisis when this study was being written, it was decided to base its findings on ideas that are frequently utilized in teaching English. The principles of communication, empathy for others, knowledge integration, project-based learning, and technology utilization have been stated above.

Curriculum Approaches in English Language Teaching in Indonesia

Abstract: This study used library research research methods to investigate curriculum approaches in English language teaching in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to identify curriculum approaches commonly used in English language&#8230; nguage teaching in Indonesia and to understand how these approaches shape teaching methods and strategies applied in language classrooms. In this study, the author conducted a comprehensive literature review of relevant literature, including textbooks, research journals, articles, and education policies related to English language teaching in Indonesia. The data collected were analyzed qualitatively to identify curriculum approaches commonly used in the context of English language teaching in Indonesia. The results of this study show that some curriculum approaches commonly used in English teaching in Indonesia include content-based approaches, communicative approaches, task-based approaches, and grammar-based approaches. The selection of this curriculum approach is based on the goals and objectives of the program, as well as the needs and interests of learners. In conclusion, in Indonesia, English teaching is influenced by various curriculum approaches, which shape the methods and strategies applied in language classes. The choice of curriculum approach in English language teaching depends on the goals and objectives of the program, as well as the needs and interests of learners. Different approaches can be used in combination to create a comprehensive and effective language learning experience so that language learners can easily master the language in a formal setting.

The Teacher’s Role in The Implementation of Curriculum Merdeka in English Classroom

Abstract: The Independent curriculum is a new curriculum used in Indonesia and a transitional curriculum from K-13 curriculum. Therefore, this study aims to examine how the role of a teacher in implementing the new curriculum in the&#8230; he class they teach, especially English teachers. This study used library research methods, the data were taken from several articles and similar research. The source of data came from Google Scholar by using keywords the role of the teacher in the independent curriculum and the application of the independent curriculum in English classes. The results of this study indicate that English teachers are people who play an important role in implementing the independent curriculum. The English teacher in this curriculum acts as a giver of understanding, and has influence to improve the quality of education as well as an adapter that aligns the curriculum with the characteristics and needs of students. English teachers can implement an independent curriculum by changing teaching methods, using new strategies to improve learning outcomes. For curriculum implementation there are several strategies that English teachers can use such as games, music, using interactive learning media when teaching, then you can also use Role-play, Information-gap activities, Jigsaw activities, open-ended discussions and debates.
