atest information on tax obligations, how to fill out taxes, and the impact and sanctions of tax administration for the community. Participants in this activity were attended by MSME owners and staff. The participants who attended were 10 (ten) people. The service was carried out through the provision of socialization and counseling materials to business actors related to tax administration sanctions. The methods applied included lectures, practices, discussions, and questions and answers. The evaluation showed an increase in knowledge and understanding of MSME actors on tax administration after participating in this program. Participants showed great enthusiasm during the activity, as seen from active participation in question and answer sessions, discussions, and consultations. This shows that the program successfully attracted their interest and resulted in productive interactions between the resource persons and the participants. The output of this activity is expected to improve MSME tax literacy and create better awareness and compliance with tax regulations, thereby reducing the risk of tax administration sanctions and promoting sustainable growth of MSMEs.

The researcher made Mrs. Nurmalia Puspitarini as interviewee and main informant from BCA side; she is the Head of Service BCA Sumenep. The interviewee was chosen because she knows directly the strategy of employees quality development which is done by BCA. The result shows that the strategy of employees’ quality development of BCA Sumenep is done through training and education method. Training and education programs were done by on the job training, pre-service education and coaching, and also off the job training, regular training, e-learning, smartsolution reward program, video-based training, worklife balance, community of practice, and service dialogue. Coaching program, e-learning and regular training succeed to increase the employees’ quality and work rate. is law complements a series of regulations that already regulate crimes of sexual violence. The specialty of this law is that it provides more comprehensive regulation of sexual violence crimes, which are currently increasingly diverse. One of the interesting things regulated in the law is related to rehabilitation efforts for perpetrators of criminal acts of sexual violence. This article will discuss rehabilitation efforts for perpetrators of sexual violence which aim to recover perpetrators from their deviant acts, namely sexual violence. This research uses normative research methods with a conceptual approach and a statutory approach. The results of this research indicate that providing rehabilitation measures according to the Criminal Code is a type of action that can be imposed simultaneously with criminal sanctions or separately by referring to the judge's considerations. Meanwhile, the provision and mechanism of rehabilitation measures for perpetrators of sexual violence as regulated in Law Number 12 of 2022 concerning the Crime of Sexual Violence still requires further regulations issued by the Ministry of Social Affairs and the Ministry of Health to be implemented optimally

daches, embarrassment, and feeling afraid to socialize in social environments. Increasing students' understanding regarding bullying behavior can reduce bullying cases. Bullying can start from uncontrolled levels of aggressive behavior during childhood. However, this can be prevented by increasing supervision of negative associations from children and friends, starting from modeling good things, filtering out children's friends who have a positive effect. The aim of this intervention is to provide students with understanding and knowledge regarding bullying, its types, etc. Bullying affects both boys and girls. The method based on this intervention consists of 4 stages, namely needs assessment for the Counseling Guidance teacher, distribution of bullying questionnaires to students, Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with students, provision of materials and games in team building. The series of activities were attended by 40 students consisting of 20 men and 20 women from several representatives of departments at Bina Sriwijaya Indonesia Palembang Vocational School. The results of the intervention activities that have been implemented are that students feel openness in terms of both thoughts and feelings regarding bullying behavior. The service activities at Bina Sriwijaya Indonesia Palembang Vocational School have had a very good impact on the entire school community, especially students, subject teachers, guidance and counseling teachers and all staff and equipment at the school. The Principal welcomed and looked forward to further positive activities at Bina Sriwijaya Indonesia Palembang Vocational School. From the results of a questionnaire conducted on community service participants, 87.5% of students strongly agreed with socialization activities to overcome bullying and 12.5% agreed.

The results showed that this method achieved 89% accuracy, 85% precision for the positive class, and 92% for the negative class. A total of 125 students (59.9%) were declared eligible to receive assistance, while 82 students (40.1%) did not meet the criteria. The Pollution and Environmental Damage Control Division (PPKL) of the Jambi City Environmental Agency still manages daily activity reports manually, resulting in inefficiencies and increasing the risk of delays and data errors. This study aimed to design a web-based Daily Activity Reporting Information System to improve the effectiveness of report management. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and literature review, while the system was developed using the Waterfall method. The results show that the proposed system facilitates report management, activity monitoring, and data processing in a faster, more accurate, and structured manner.

with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The informants included the Head of the Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) of Merauke Regency, the Head of the Trade Division, the Head of the Wamanggu Market Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD), the Chairperson of HIPPAM, market traders, and consumers. Data were analysed using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing techniques. The findings indicate that the management strategy of Wamanggu Market is implemented through four main aspects: trader registration, trader regulation and enforcement, market management evaluation, and the enforcement of trader discipline. However, the implementation of these strategies has not yet been fully effective. Trader registration continues to rely on outdated data, resulting in discrepancies between administrative records and actual field conditions. Regulatory measures have not been entirely successful, as some traders continue to operate outside the designated market area and kiosk allocation does not always comply with established zoning arrangements. Market management evaluations are conducted regularly; however, follow-up actions have not been sufficient to resolve existing problems significantly. Furthermore, the enforcement of trader discipline remains constrained by low levels of compliance among traders and the inconsistent application of regulations.The study also reveals that market management strategies are influenced by internal factors, including limitations in human resources, infrastructure, budget availability, and inter-agency coordination, as well as external factors such as regulatory frameworks, trader participation, environmental conditions, market dynamics, and consumer behaviour. Therefore, improvements in human resource capacity, stronger institutional coordination, enhanced infrastructure, and the development of adaptive management strategies are necessary to achieve more effective and sustainable management of Wamanggu Market.

ng number of SKTM applications each year, which has not been matched by optimal service quality improvements. This study employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation involving 11 informants consisting of village officials and community members. The results show that, in general, the SKTM service at Karang Indah Village Office is relatively effective, particularly in terms of procedures and costs, which are simple, transparent, and free of charge. The service completion time is also relatively fast, often completed within one working day. However, several challenges still affect service effectiveness, such as inconsistencies in procedural implementation, limited facilities and infrastructure, manual administrative systems, and insufficient public awareness regarding the requirements for obtaining SKTM. Additionally, coordination between neighborhood units (RT) and the village office remains suboptimal, potentially causing service delays. This study concludes that the effectiveness of SKTM service delivery in Karang Indah Village needs improvement through digital service innovation, capacity building for administrative staff, and strengthening supervision and public outreach.

retically grounded in Amirullah’s (2017) leadership framework, which emphasizes leader–member relations, task structure, and position power, and Sariani’s (2020) motivation theory, focusing on educational background, personal expectations, and job satisfaction. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed to capture in-depth perspectives on leadership practices and motivational dynamics within a newly established provincial government organization. Data were collected through observations, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. A total of 22 informants, comprising senior officials, section heads, and staff members, were purposively selected based on their institutional roles and direct involvement in organizational processes. The findings indicate that leadership style significantly influences employees’ work motivation. Effective leadership is reflected in open and transparent communication, participatory decision-making, clear task delegation, consistent supervision, and fair recognition of employee performance. Moreover, job satisfaction, clarity of work roles, coordination across organizational units, availability of work facilities, and opportunities for capacity building emerged as critical supporting factors in sustaining motivation. The study concludes that a communicative, participative, and supportive leadership style is essential for strengthening work motivation and improving organizational effectiveness in public sector institutions, particularly within developing regional government contexts.

on public popularity, personal image, and emotional proximity to gain electoral support. A qualitative approach was used to explore voter preferences, campaign strategies, the role of social media, and the challenges faced by celebrities entering the political arena. Data were collected through literature review, media documentation, and content analysis of social media platforms. The findings reveal that voters tend to support celebrity candidates not based on their political vision or programs, but due to symbolic closeness and personal appeal developed through entertainment media. Social media serves as the primary tool to construct a populist, “people-oriented” image, although often lacking substantive political content. On the other hand, limited political capacity, public skepticism, and the challenge of adapting to party structures are major obstacles faced by celebrity candidates. These findings suggest that while celebrity populism may broaden political participation, it also risks diminishing the quality of political representation. Therefore, strengthening political literacy and party-based political development is essential to safeguard the quality of democracy amid growing trends of political personalization.
