Therefore, to meet the beef needs, an additional supply of beef is needed by importing beef from abroad in the form of processed meat and prospective beef breeders. The problem experienced by independent local breeders is the selection of the best cattle breeds The process of selecting cattle breeds conducted so far by farmers is still manual and traditional. They did this because of the lack of qualified knowledge to choose the best beef breed based on certain criteria and which alternative cow options are suitable for beef cattle. So that the process of enlarging cattle breeds becomes shorter in time with maximum results. The technology used is using the MOORA and WASPAS methods as a comparison in determining the best beef cattle breeds. The method is expected to produce a comparison so that the results obtained from a more accurate method in selecting the best beef breeders in order to advance the local independent livestock business in particular and become self-sufficient beef in general.

Abstrak: Kebutuhan akan pemenuhan kuantitas dan kualitas daging sapi di indonesi sangat masih kurang dari persedian sapi yang ada di Indonesia, untuk tahun 2020 ini sendiri kebutuhan akan daging sapi di Indonesia sekitar 700.000 ton sementara persedian dalam negeri hanya mencapai 400.000 ton, dari itu Indonesia masih kurang 300.000 ton lagi. Oleh karena itu, untuk mencukupi kebutuhan daging sapi tersebut diperlukan tambahan suplai daging sapi dengan melakukan impor daging sapi dari luar negeri baik berupa daging olahan maupun bakalan calon bibit sapi. Masalah yang dialami oleh para peternak lokal mandiri yaitu pemilihan bibit sapi terbaik Proses pemilihan bibit sapi yang dilakukan selama ini oleh peternak masih dengan cara manual dan tradisional. Hal tersebut mereka lakukan Karena kurangnya pengetahuan yang mumpuni untuk memilih bibit sapi terbaik berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria tertentu dan beberapa pilihan alternatif sapi mana yang cocok untuk dijadikan sapi potong. Sehingga dengan demikian proses pembesaran bibit sapi menjadi lebih singkat waktunya dengan hasil yang maksimal. Teknologi yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan metode MOORA dan WASPAS sebagai pembanding dalam menetukan bibit sapi potong terbaik. Dari metode tersebut diharapkan menghasilkan perbandingan sehingga didapat hasil dari metode yang lebih akurat dalam pemilihan bibit sapi terbaik demi memajukan usaha peternakan mandiri lokal secara khusus dan menjadi swasembada daging sapi secara umum.

2K, the target of BSM recipients is based on the criteria of students' economic conditions and not on the achievements of students. The problem so far is not a few are found that BSM recipients are those who are classified as capable so that this program is not well-targeted. The purpose of applying the combination of 2 AHP and MFEP methods is to apply Decision Support System (SPK) technology in determining students who receive poor student assistance at Tamansiswa Sukadamai SMPS so that it helps decision-makers to get objective decisions. The combination is based on the superiority of each method in analyzing each criterion and alternatives related to the selection of BSM recipients. AHP is used to analyze criteria to produce criteria that have a good consistency. Then an alternative ranking process is carried out using the MFEP method. Based on the results of the analysis of the combination of the AHP and MFEP methods that have been carried out that the AHP method can help schools in determining the main factors that are very priority in receiving poor student assistance, while the MFEP method can determine the best alternative for eligible students as recipients of poor student assistance in the form of ranking the highest value is A9 with 1,097.

Abstrak: Program Bantuan Siswa Miskin (BSM) merupakan program pemerintah yang ditujukan untuk menghilangkan halangan siswa miskin berpartisipasi untuk bersekolah mendukung program Wajib Belajar Pendidikan Dasar Sembilan Tahun. Menurut TNP2K adapun yang menjadi sasaran penerima BSM yaitu berdasarkan kriteria kondisi ekonomi siswa dan bukan berdasarkan prestasi siswa. Permasalahan selama ini justru tidak sedikit dijumpai bahwa penerima BSM merupakan mereka yang tergolong mampu, sehingga program ini menjadi kurang tepat sasaran. Adapun tujuan dari penerapan kombinasi 2 metode AHP dan MFEP ini adalah untuk menerapkan teknologi Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) dalam penentuan siswa penerima bantuan siswa miskin di SMPS Tamansiswa Sukadamai sehingga membantu pengambil keputusan untuk mendapatkan keputusan yang objektif. Kombinasi dilakukan berdasarkan keunggulan dari masing-masing metode dalam menganalisis setiap kriteria dan alternative terkait pemilihan penerima BSM. AHP digunakan untuk menganilis kriteria sehingga menghasilkan kriteria yang memiliki konsistensi yang baik. Selajutnya dilakukan proses perangkingan alternatif menggunakan metode MFEP. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dari kombinasi metode AHP dan MFEP yang telah dilakukan bahwa metode AHP dapat membantu sekolah dalam menentukan faktor utama yang sangat prioritas dalam penerima bantuan siswa miskin, sedangkan metode MFEP dapat menentukan alternatif terbaik siswa yang layak sebagai penerima bantuan siswa miskin dalam bentuk perangkingan dengan nilai tertinggi yaitu A9 dengan 1,097.

Abstrak:Mesin fotokopi merupakan mesin yang digunakan untuk menggandakan dokumen dalam bentuk kertas yang akan digunakan untuk berbagai keperluan, tingginya kebutuhan akan mesin fotokopi ini membuat pengoperasionalan mesin sangat tinggi dalam waktu yang lama. Keadaan ini membuat kondisi mesin menjadi turun dan mudah mengalami kerusakan. Mesin fotokopi merupakan salah satu mesin yang kompleks yang saling berhubungan satu sama lain, sehingga perlu penanganan ahli dalam memperbaikinya. Keterbatasan jumlah teknisi membuat mesin yang rusak lama untuk diperbaiki, sehingga diperlukan sebuah sistem yang dapat menggantikan posisi pakar dalam memperbaiki mesin fotokopi. Sistem pakar merupakan sistem yang berbasis komputer yang mengadopsi cara kerja pakar dalam menganalisa suatu masalah dengan metode yang telah disesuaikan dengan masalah yang ada, berdasarkan masalah yang telah dijabarkan diatas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah bagaimana menciptakan sebuah aplikasi sistem pakar dengan metode forward chaining untuk menganalisa kerusakan mesin dan memberikan solusi untuk memperbaiki mesin fotokopi tersebut.

Therefore the purpose of this research is to measure the performance of the hybrid algorithm, consisting a symmetric keyBlowfish algorithm and an asymmetric key RSA algorithm, in encrypting and decrypting multiple types of data such as documents, photos, audios, and videos. The result is the performance of the hybrid algorithm is almost on par with Blowfish and provides a more secure data encryption and decryption by taking advantage of RSA algorithm. The average encryption performance of hybrid algorithm is 0.85s on document, 1.06s on photo, 3.38s on audio, and 15.56s on video. While the average decryption performance of hybrid algorithm is 1.01s on document, 1.38s on photo, 4.3s on audio, and 27.56s on video.

Abstrak:Keamanan data komputer berhubungan dengan pencegahan dari pencurian data oleh pihak yang tidak bertanggung jawab, salah satu cara pengamanan data komputer yaitu dengan teknik kriptografi. Beberapa metode kriptografi memiliki performa yang baik dan buruk tergantung dengan tipe kuncinya. Maka dari itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengukur tingkat kecepatan kriptografi hybrid, terdiri dari algoritma simetris Blowfish dan algoritma asimetris RSA, dengan beberapa tipe data seperti dokumen, foto, audio dan video. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah algoritma hybrid memiliki performa yang tidak jauh berbeda dari algoritma Blowfish dan membuat proses enkripsi dan dekripsi data lebih aman dengan keunggulan dari algoritma RSA. Rata-rata kecepatan enkripsi algoritma hybrid untuk dokumen 0,85 detik, gambar 1,06 detik, audio 3,38 detik, dan video 15,56 detik. Sedangkan rata-rata kecepatan dekripsi algoritma hybrid untuk dokumen 1,01 detik, gambar 1,38 detik, audio 4,3 detik, dan video 27,56 detik.

Perusahaan ini awalnya menggunakan lembaran stok dalam pengelolaan stok barang, dokumentasi untuk barang masuk dan juga keluar masih menggunakan lembaran manual sehingga rentan hilang, rusak dan tidak dapat dicadangkan, serta pembuatan surat jalan dan invoice masih menggunakan Microsoft Excel. Untuk itu dibuat suatu program yang dapat memperbaiki pengelolaan stok barang dan dokumentasi surat jalan dan invoice. Sistem yang dihasilkan dapat melakukan pengelolaan stok barang meliputi dokumentasi barang masuk, barang keluar, kemudian dapat membantu administrasi mencetak surat jalan dan invoice. Sistem Administrasi Stok Coupler Pada PT.Kompacindo Area Utama dibuat menggunakan aplikasi berbasis website menggunakan PHP sebagai bahasa pemrograman dan MySQL digunakan untuk menangani dan mengelola database.

Therefore, efforts to improve the competitiveness of local animated film and one of these efforts is by analyzing the stages of the manufacturing process and apply it to the process of making the actual 3D animated film.In general there are three stages of the filmmaking process, namely the 3D animation pre-production, production and post-production. Although this time the animation industry in Indonesia has not been detailed separates each of these stages, but still be important for designing detail the activities of these stages, in order to see the strengths and weaknesses of each process that existed at that stage. Abstak: Untuk menghasilkan sebuah film animasi 3D membutuhkan alur proses yang panjang sehingga waktu pembuatannya juga berlangsung lama. Ini yang menjadi kendala dalam perkembangan film animasi lokal di Indonesia karena waktu yang yang panjang akan mengakibatkan tingginya cost production sehingga sulit untuk bersaing secara komersial dengan film animasi dari luar negeri yang memiliki dana berlimpah dan dukungan dari berbagai pihak di negaranya. Untuk itu diperlukan upaya untuk meningkatkan daya saing film animasi lokal dan salah satu upaya tersebut adalah dengan menganalisa tahapan-tahapan proses pembuatan dan menerapkannya pada proses pembuatan film animasi 3D yang sebenarnya.Secara umum ada 3 tahapan proses pembuatan film animasi 3D yaitu pra produksi, produksi dan paska produksi. Banyaknya mitra jasa pengiriman barang membuat para masyarakat sulit dalam memilih dan menentukan mitra jasa pengiriman barang yang paling baik. Masalah – masalah yang dihadapi perusahaan ini yaitu masalah redundansi data pemesanan tiket yaitu banyak data pemesanan tiket yang tidak tersedia,dan tidak tersaji secara berurutan dan berulang-ulang sehingga mengakibatkan kesulitan saat memanipulasi, mengubah, dan menghapus data. Pada akhirnya penulis berharap dengan dibuatnya sistem informasi yang baru, dapat membantu Proses pemesanan tiket dan dilakukan dengan lebih mudah, tanpa penumpang yang bersangkutan harus datang langsung ke P0.NPM dengan adanya desain sistem yang baru akan mempermudah pihak perusahaan dan pengunjung bus.

Based on the current employee recruitment system HR has difficulty in selecting and evaluating the competent employees. To overcome this made a decision support system of new employee acceptance especially part of laboratory assistant. For determine employees who will be accepted, then built a computerized decision-making system that is able to facilitate the process of receiving new employees. the determination and identification of labor by using SAW method (Simple additive weighting) is a method that can find a best alternative from various alternatives based on predetermined criteria. The point is that the method determines the weight value for each criterion. The best alternatives are those who are eligible to be employees based on predetermined criteria. Assessment is done by finding the value of weight for each criterion, then conducted the ranking process that will determine the optimal alternative that is the employee who will be considered by the decision maker to become employees at the company. This decision support system will be able to assist the human resources in determining the recruitment of new employees, especially the assistant laboratory at STMIK ROYAL.

Abstrak: Penerimaan Karyawan baru pada kampus STMIK ROYAL. Dalam penyeleksian biasanya pihak kampus akan memberikan beberapa rangkaian tes untuk mengetahui kemampuan serta pribadi dari calon pegawai tersebut. Data hasil tes tersebut nantinya akan disimpan dalam suatu arsip ataupun komputer yang berupa tabel yang membuat data dan nilai masing-masing peserta tes. Berdasarkan system penerimaan pegawai yang berjalan saat ini SDM mengalami kesulitan dalam menyeleksi dan mengevaluasi pegawai yang berkompeten. Untuk mengatasinya dibuat suatu sistem pendukung keputusan penerimaan pegawai baru khususnya bagian asisten laboraturium.Untuk menentukan pegawai yang akan diterima, maka dibangun sebuah sistem pengambilan keputusan terkomputerisasi yang mampu memudahkan proses penerimaan pegawai baru. penentuan dan identifikasi tenaga kerja dengan menggunakan metode SAW (Simple additive weighting) adalah metode yang dapat mencari suatu alternatif terbaik dari berbagai alternatif berdasarkan kriteria – kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Intinya bahwa metode tersebut menentukan nilai bobot pada setiap kriteria. Alternatif terbaik yang dimaksud adalah yang berhak menjadi pegawai berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Penilaian dilakukan dengan mencari nilai bobot untuk setiap kriteria, kemudian dilakukan proses perangkingan yang akan menentukan alternatif optimal yaitu para pegawai yang akan dipertimbangkan oleh pengambil keputusan untuk menjadi pegawai pada perusahaan tersebut. Sistem pendukung keputusan ini nantinya dapat mambantu pihak SDM dalam menentukan perekrutan karyawan baru khususnya asisten laboraturium di STMIK ROYAL.
