Salah satu cara untuk mempertahankan kepercayaan tersebut adalah dengan melakukan perbaikan secara berkesinambungan, baik dalam aspek infrastruktur maupun proses non-fisik. Dengan demikian, lembaga pendidikan dapat menjadi institusi yang berkualitas dan terjamin. Terdapat beberapa aspek penting yang harus ditekankan dalam menerapkan TQM di dunia pendidikan, termasuk peningkatan secara terus-menerus, penetapan standar mutu, perubahan budaya, restrukturisasi organisasi, dan menjaga hubungan dengan para pelanggan. n in realizing fisheries administration services that are fast, cheap, efficient and transparent. This research discusses matters related to the implementation of fisheries business services using technology and obstacles in application services. The aim of this research is to find out how application-based fisheries business services are at the Fisheries Business Services UPT, Kundur District, Karimun Regency. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method with informants consisting of elements from the Fisheries Service, UPT and the community and using data collection techniques and tools in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The overall research results of this application have been said to meet expectations based on the following 4 indicators: a) input: human resources, finances, adequate facilities and infrastructure. b). Process: easy procedure, more time and cost efficient. c). Output: service levels increase, such as Kube, fuel recommendations, benefits received by fisheries business actors increase. d). Outcome: fisheries business services are more effective and efficient. However, in terms of the implementation process it cannot be said to have met expectations because there are still obstacles or obstacles such as network problems, the community is not yet technologically independent.

DM approach was used through six stages: business understanding, data understanding, data preparation, modeling, evaluation, and implementation. The variables analyzed included means of transportation, KPS and KIP recipients, worth a pip, reasons for eligibility, number of siblings, distance from home to school, and parents' income.
The results showed that this method achieved 89% accuracy, 85% precision for the positive class, and 92% for the negative class. A total of 125 students (59.9%) were declared eligible to receive assistance, while 82 students (40.1%) did not meet the criteria. The Naïve Bayes method is effective in supporting decision-making for the provision of targeted educational assistance

ongoing issues in early reading ability among students. This study aimed to describe the early reading ability of the first-grade students at SDN 014 Tarakan through diagnostic assessment in terms of five key aspects: reading letters, reading syllables, reading words, reading paragraphs, and comprehending information from reading. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed in this study. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings revealed that in the letter reading aspect, 34 out of 55 students were fluent, while 21 were not. In the syllable reading aspect, 27 students were fluent, and 28 were not. In the word reading aspect, 21 students read fluently, while 34 did not. In the paragraph reading aspect, 15 students read fluently, and 40 struggled. In the comprehension aspect, 16 students could understand the content, whereas 39 had difficulties with comprehension. The study also identified several challenges faced by students with reading difficulties. These included poor memorization of letter shapes, frequent errors such as changing, omitting, or misplacing letters, difficulty with long words, limited vocabulary, and lack of concentration while reading.

Data were gathered through participant observation, in-depth interviews with teachers and students, and document analysis. The findings reveal that the 5S culture functions as a vital enculturation process, transforming abstract moral values into lived, daily habits. Teachers act as primary cultural models, fostering a respectful social environment. However, challenges persist, such as the social dissonance between the school's structured discipline and the students' varied external home environments. Ultimately, this study demonstrates that embedding repetitive cultural rituals within educational institutions effectively instills core values of empathy, respect, and social harmony, providing a sustainable model for early childhood character development.

The results of this study illustrate that the effectiveness of the work of village officials in improving services in Yanggandur Village, Sota District, Merauke Regency in the implementation of services has not been carried out effectively. This happens because there is still a lack of government responsibility, especially village officials in providing good services to the community. The lack of initiative of the village officials to adapt to the community environment and also the lack of village office facilities so that all activities do not run well and efficiently. For the Yanggandur village apparatus to be able to improve the quality of service, meet the needs of the community well and also build relationships with a more participatory approach with the community so that the services provided will produce good results.

Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Kependudukan (SIMK) berbasis web guna meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi kependudukan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi identifikasi kebutuhan, pengembangan aplikasi SIMK berbasis web, serta pelatihan bagi aparat kampung dalam mengoperasikan sistem tersebut. Keberhasilan program ini diukur berdasarkan perubahan cara kerja dari pencatatan manual menjadi digital, peningkatan keterampilan aparat kampung, serta kemudahan akses dan pengelolaan data kependudukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan SIMK berhasil meningkatkan kemampuan aparat kampung dalam mengelola data secara digital. Para peserta mampu menginput, memperbarui, dan mengakses data kependudukan dengan lebih cepat dan akurat. Namun, terdapat beberapa tantangan yang dihadapi, seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur internet dan masih perlunya pendampingan dalam penggunaan perangkat keras dan lunak. Oleh karena itu, dukungan berkelanjutan dalam bentuk peningkatan infrastruktur dan pelatihan lanjutan sangat diperlukan agar implementasi SIMK dapat berjalan optimal dan berkelanjutan.

Penelitian ini merumuskan model social entrepreneurshipyang berlandaskan pada empat elemen utama, yaitu: social value, civil society, innovation, dan economic activity. Model ini menekankan pentingnya partisipasi masyarakat lokal, pemanfaatan kearifan lokal, serta kolaborasi lintas sektor sebagai kunci sukses pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat secara berkelanjutan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model social entrepreneurship dapat menjadi strategi yang efektif dalam menekan angka pengangguran dan kemiskinan melalui penciptaan lapangan kerja berbasis sosial. Selain itu, keterlibatan generasi muda sebagai pelaku kewirausahaan sosial dinilai mampu menjadi motor penggerak perubahan sosial yang inklusif.
