study is to produce an automatic plant-watering robot that is efficient, energy-saving, and easy to operate to support agricultural automation. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D), which includes stages of requirement identification, design, construction, testing, and system evaluation. The main components used include an Arduino Uno, HC-05 Bluetooth module, L298N motor driver, HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor, 12V DC water pump, and a 25W solar panel as an alternative power source. The test results show that the robot can operate automatically with a success rate of 90%, battery endurance of approximately 1 hour and 13 minutes, charging time of about 5 hours and 38 minutes, and the water pump operates effectively for up to 5 hours. The integration of Android control, embedded systems, and solar power makes this robot an innovative solution for environmentally friendly and efficient agricultural automation.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini membahas perancangan dan pengembangan robot penyiram tanaman skala 1:30 yang dikendalikan melalui aplikasi Android dan sistem embedded berbasis mikrokontroler Arduino. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan robot penyiram tanaman otomatis yang efisien, hemat energi, dan mudah dioperasikan untuk mendukung otomasi pertanian. Metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan tahapan identifikasi kebutuhan, perancangan, pembuatan, pengujian, dan evaluasi sistem. Komponen utama yang digunakan meliputi Arduino Uno, modul Bluetooth HC-05, driver motor L298N, sensor ultrasonik HC-SR04, pompa air DC, dan panel surya 25 W sebagai sumber energi alternatif. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa robot mampu beroperasi secara otomatis dengan tingkat keberhasilan 90%, ketahanan baterai selama ±1 jam 13 menit, lama pengisian daya sekitar 5 jam 38 menit, serta pompa air bekerja efektif hingga 5 jam. Integrasi antara kendali Android, sistem embedded, dan tenaga surya menjadikan robot ini solusi inovatif untuk otomatisasi penyiraman tanaman yang ramah lingkungan dan berpotensi diterapkan pada lahan pertanian sesungguhnya.

The main problems faced include the inability to manage raw material inventory and non-computerized records, resulting in inefficient use of time and costs. By applying Lean principles, such as eliminating unnecessary features, fast delivery, and team collaboration, the E-SCM Website is designed to be responsive to market needs and easy to understand by users. Before the E-SCM system is applied by users, developers test the system by measuring how well the system is understood by users. Before being implemented, the system was tested using the Usability Scale System (SUS) and prototype testing. The results of the questionnaire filled out by 5 respondents showed an average SUS score of 78, which was categorized as "Acceptable" and "Good".

Abstrak: Dalam era bisnis yang semakin kompetitif, teknologi informasi menjadi kunci dalam pengelolaan data dan informasi. E-SCM muncul sebagai solusi strategis untuk mengintegrasikan mitra kerja dan mengelola stok barang secara efisien. Penelitian ini fokus pada penerapan metode Lean Software Development untuk merancang sistem E-SCM di industri Banana Chips, yang menghadapi tantangan dalam pengelolaan persediaan dan proses produksi. Masalah utama yang dihadapi mencakup ketidakmampuan dalam mengatur persediaan bahan baku dan pencatatan yang belum terkomputerisasi, mengakibatkan inefisiensi penggunaan waktu dan biaya. Dengan menerapkan prinsip-prinsip Lean, seperti menghilangkan fitur-fitur yang tidak perlu, pengiriman cepat, dan kolaborasi tim, Website E-SCM dirancang agar responsif terhadap kebutuhan pasar dan mudah dipahami oleh pengguna. Sebelum sistem E-SCM diaplikasikan oleh pengguna, pengembang melakukan pengujian terhadap sistem tersebut dengan mengukur seberapa baik sistem dimengeri oleh pengguna. Sebelum diterapkan, sistem diuji menggunakan Sistem Usability Scale (SUS) dan pengujian prototype. Hasil dari kuesioner yang diisi oleh 5 responden menunjukkan skor rata-rata SUS sebesar 78, yang dikategorikan sebagai “Acceptable” dan “Good”.

From the results of the assessment to get the best employees, it becomes less targeted, a decision support system is needed with several methods, including the Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) methods in order to get more precise results so that the assessment can be right on target and not detrimental to the employees being assessed.

Abstrak: Kemajuan teknologi informasi semakin berkembang dalam segala aspek kehidupan yang pada penerapannya dapat mempermudah pekerjaan manusia. Manusia dalam kehidupan sehari-hari sering menemui masalah dalam pengambilan keputusan. Masalah yang muncul dapat berskala besar atau kecil yang sangat berpengaruh dalam hasil keputusan. Sekarang ini manusia mulai mengembangkan sistem yang dapat membantu menentukan alternatif terbaik dalam suatu permasalahan, yaitu sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK). PT. Riau Andalan Pulp and Paper (PT. RAPP) adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam industri penyediaan bahan baku pulp berskala internasional dan pemasaran di tingkat global namun saat ini masih menggunakan dengan metode manual untuk menentukan kinerja karyawan dimana penilaian dilakukan secara tidak langsung yakni melalui atasan yang bersangkutan dengan masing-masing bawahannya sehingga adanya kemungkinan hasil yang tidak akurat akibat keraguan dalam memberikan penilaian yang tidak objektif. Determining the priority scale for clean water must look at various criteria so as to produce accurate and precise results. The criteria that are considered in determining the priority of clean water are: Water Condition, Population, Regional Economic Potential, Cost, Level of Interest. To determine the priority of clean water projects at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Asahan Regency, a decision support system is needed that can assist in determining which villages have the right to be prioritized in the priority of clean water projects more effectively and efficiently.

Abstrak: Sebagian Besar Wilayah di Kabupaten Asahan merupakan wilayah perkebunan dan pesisir yang sebagian masyarakatnya bekerja sebagai petani dan nelayan. Di wilayah Pesisir masih tertinggal karena letaknya yang jauh dari perkotaan sehingga kurang diperhatikan oleh pemerintah, terutama mengenai air bersih. Air bersih di wilayah tersebut bisa di bilang tidak layak untuk digunakan. Sehingga masyarakat kesulitan untuk mendapatkan air bersih baik itu untuk diminum, menyuci dan mandi. Masalah tersebut dapat diselesaikan dengan program peningkatan prasarana dan sarana air bersih seperti membuat sumur bor dan pengalokasiam air sungai, agar tetap dapat memberikan pelayanan yang optimal terhadap air bersih memiliki keterkaitan yang sangat kuat dengan pertumbuhan ekonomi suatu wilayah maupun sosial budaya kehidupan masyarakat. Penentuan skala prioritas air bersih tersebut harus melihat dari berbagai kriteria sehingga menghasilkan hasil yang akurat dan tepat. Adapun kriteria yang menjadi pertimbangan dalam penentuan prioritas air bersih ialah: Kondisi Air, Jumlah Penduduk, Potensi Ekonomi Daerah, Biaya, Tingkat Kepentingan. Untuk penentuan proyek prioritas air bersih di Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Asahan maka diperlukan sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat membantu dalam menentukan desa mana yang berhak didahulukan dalam prioritas proyek air bersih dengan lebih efektif dan efisien.

and welcoming school environment, the "Building a Child-Friendly School Climate: Bullying Prevention Program in Elementary Schools" program was put into place. Thirty-two pupils in grades IV–VI participated in the one-day participatory activity at SDN 010029 Perkebunan Sukaraja Village, Asahan Regency. Ice-breaking, conversation, role-playing, storytelling, poster-making, and introspection were among the techniques employed. A Likert-scale questionnaire evaluation revealed an average overall score of 3.75 (very good category), with material understanding (3.81) and applicability to school life (3.78) showing the greatest signs.Students' awareness, empathy, and bravery in confronting bullying increased, according to qualitative data. The activity's outcomes show that a practical, experience-based approach is successful in fostering a school climate that is kid-friendly and establishing anti-bullying ideals. From a scientific perspective, this program helps primary schools create models of violence prevention and character education that align with the national PPKSP and Child-Friendly Schools regulations. It is hoped that this program will be adopted as a routine school activity.

Abstrak: Perundungan (bullying) di sekolah dasar masih menjadi tantangan serius bagi kesejahteraan dan rasa aman peserta didik di Indonesia. Program Membangun Iklim Sekolah Ramah Anak: Program Pencegahan Perundungan di Sekolah Dasar dilaksanakan untuk memperkuat literasi anti-perundungan, meningkatkan kesadaran sosial, dan menumbuhkan budaya sekolah yang aman serta inklusif. Kegiatan dilaksanakan secara partisipatif selama satu hari di SDN 010029 Desa Perkebunan Sukaraja, Kabupaten Asahan, dengan melibatkan 32 siswa kelas IV–VI. Metode yang digunakan mencakup ice-breaking, diskusi, storytelling, permainan peran, pembuatan poster, dan refleksi. Evaluasi melalui angket skala Likert menunjukkan rata-rata skor keseluruhan sebesar 3,75 (kategori sangat baik), dengan indikator tertinggi pada keterpahaman materi (3,81) dan relevansi dengan kehidupan sekolah (3,78). Data kualitatif memperlihatkan peningkatan kesadaran, empati, dan keberanian siswa menolak perundungan. Hasil kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa pendekatan berbasis pengalaman langsung efektif dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai anti-perundungan dan memperkuat iklim sekolah yang ramah anak. Secara ilmiah, program ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan model pendidikan karakter dan pencegahan kekerasan di sekolah dasar yang sejalan dengan kebijakan nasional PPKSP dan Sekolah Ramah Anak. Program ini diharapkan diadopsi sebagai kegiatan rutin sekolah. Keterbatasan kegiatan yang dilaksanakan satu hari masih menyisakan ruang untuk penguatan program secara berkelanjutan melalui aktivasi Satgas PPKSP.

ing through product diversification into catfish nuggets and the application of Electronic Customer Relationship Management (E-CRM) as a supporting tool for digital marketing. The activities included socialization, production and packaging training, implementation of social media–based E-CRM, and Break Even Point (BEP) analysis to assess business feasibility. The results showed an improvement in partners’ skills in processing and marketing catfish products. With a monthly production capacity of 30 kg, where 1 kg yields 40 pieces or 10 packs of nuggets priced at IDR 5,000 per pack, partners achieved a monthly turnover of approximately IDR 1,500,000. The BEP analysis indicated an equilibrium point at 100 kg or around three months of operation with fixed costs of IDR 1,500,000. The E-CRM system served as a supporting medium to promote products and expand market visibility, while the main factors driving sales growth were product diversification and improved quality. This activity has implications for enhancing competitiveness and economic independence among small-scale fish farming groups.

Abstrak: Pokdakan Tani Makmur di Kabupaten Asahan menghadapi permasalahan rendahnya penjualan lele segar akibat tingginya persaingan harga di pasar lokal. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan nilai ekonomi hasil budidaya melalui diversifikasi produk olahan menjadi nugget lele serta penerapan Electronic Customer Relationship Management (E-CRM) sebagai pendukung strategi pemasaran digital. Tahapan pelaksanaan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan produksi dan pengemasan, penerapan E-CRM berbasis media sosial, serta analisis Break Even Point (BEP) untuk menilai kelayakan usaha. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan mitra dalam produksi dan pemasaran produk olahan. Dengan kapasitas produksi 30 kg per bulan, di mana 1 kg menghasilkan 40 potong atau 10 bungkus nugget dengan harga Rp5.000 per bungkus, mitra memperoleh omzet sekitar Rp1.500.000 per bulan. Analisis BEP menunjukkan titik impas pada 100 kg produksi atau sekitar tiga bulan operasional dengan biaya tetap Rp1.500.000. Penerapan E-CRM berperan mendukung promosi dan memperluas informasi produk, sementara faktor utama peningkatan penjualan berasal dari diversifikasi dan kualitas produk olahan. Kegiatan ini berimplikasi pada peningkatan daya saing dan kemandirian ekonomi kelompok pembudidaya ikan di daerah.

unpleasant odors, and increased dependency on chemical fertilizers and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG). The main constraints are limited knowledge, skills, and access to waste processing technology. This community service program aims to optimize the utilization of cattle waste as organic fertilizer and alternative energy through the implementation of the Sustainability Techno-Integrated Agrofarm model. The method employed involves a participatory approach through extension, training, consultation, and the application of the appropriate MetaCow technology as a household-scale biogas digester. Program success was evaluated using pre-test and post-test instruments, analyzed by n-gain and paired sample t-test to assess improvements in participants’ knowledge and skills. The results demonstrate a significant enhancement in the community’s ability to process waste into economically valuable organic fertilizer and biogas, while also strengthening the institutional capacity of Sanggar Tani as a center for sustainable agricultural technology learning. This program contributes to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly in clean energy, sustainable production, and environmental preservation.

Abstrak: Masyarakat peternak sapi di Desa Branjang, Kabupaten Semarang menghadapi permasalahan utama yakni penumpukan limbah ternak yang belum dikelola secara optimal. Hal ini berdampak pada pencemaran lingkungan, munculnya bau tidak sedap, serta meningkatnya ketergantungan akan pupuk kimia serta gas elpiji. Kendala atama adalah karena keterbatasan pengetahuan, keterampilan, serta akses terhadap teknologi pengolahan limbah. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan limbah ternak sapi sebagai pupuk organik dan energi alternatif melalui penerapan model Sustainability Techno-Integrated Agrofarm. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan partisipatif melalui penyuluhan, pelatihan, konsultasi, dan penerapan teknologi tepat guna MetaCow sebagai digester biogas rumah tangga, serta evaluasi keberhasilan melalui pre-test dan post-test yang dianalisis melalui uji n-gain dan paired sample t-test untuk menilai peningkatan tingkat pemahaman serta keterampilan peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan kemampuan masyarakat dalam mengolah limbah menjadi pupuk organik dan biogas yang bernilai ekonomis serta memperkuat kelembagaan Sanggar Tani sebagai pusat pembelajaran teknologi pertanian berkelanjutan. Program ini berkontribusi pada tercapainya tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan (SDGs) khususnya energi bersih, produksi berkelanjutan, dan pelestarian lingkungan.

This community service activity aims to develop and train the use of the interactive Learning Management System (LMS) kelaspetualang.com integrated with Scratch-based educational games to support literacy and numeracy learning at SD Negeri 067240 Medan. The implementation method used an interactive workshop based on practice-based learning that included needs analysis, material development, training, implementation, mentoring, and evaluation. The activity participants consisted of 20 teachers. The evaluation was conducted using a 1–5 Likert scale questionnaire to measure understanding, interest, and effectiveness of the activity. The results of the activity showed that 18 teachers successfully developed and uploaded game-based teaching materials to the LMS, while two teachers experienced technical difficulties with the device. The evaluation results showed a very good level of understanding and enthusiasm, especially regarding interest in developing game-based learning media, although further mentoring is still needed on technical aspects. This activity has been proven to improve teachers' digital competence and literacy and has the potential to enrich literacy and numeracy learning in an innovative way.

Salah satu penyebabnya adalah penerapan model pembelajaran yang masih konvensional dan kurang interaktif. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan melatih pemanfaatan Learning Management System (LMS) interaktif kelaspetualang.com yang terintegrasi dengan game edukatif berbasis Scratch guna mendukung pembelajaran literasi dan numerasi di SD Negeri 067240 Medan. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan workshop interaktif berbasis practice-based learning yang meliputi analisis kebutuhan, pengembangan materi, pelatihan, implementasi, pendampingan, dan evaluasi. Peserta kegiatan terdiri atas 20 guru. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert 1–5 untuk mengukur pemahaman, minat, dan efektivitas kegiatan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa 18 guru berhasil mengembangkan dan mengunggah materi ajar berbasis game ke dalam LMS, sementara dua guru mengalami kendala teknis perangkat. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan tingkat pemahaman dan antusiasme yang sangat baik, terutama pada minat pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis game, meskipun masih diperlukan pendampingan lanjutan pada aspek teknis. Kegiatan ini terbukti meningkatkan kompetensi dan literasi digital guru serta berpotensi memperkaya pembelajaran literasi dan numerasi secara inovatif.

ents' creativity levels before and after implementing the Fun Book as well as evaluating how to stimulate students' creativity in both subjects. The target of the training is selected students, namely SD Negeri No. 010246 Banjar. The students selected were 16 Grade 2 students. The problem seen at this school is that students are still passive in learning, students are not yet creative and have difficulty answering questions asked by the teacher during each lesson in class, there are even 50% of students who are sleepy when taking part in class lessons. The impact of this training was that 13 students were able to use Fun Book media. Evaluation is carried out at the end of the training by distributing questionnaires to measure the participant's level of understanding. The questionnaire contains questions related to the respondent's identity; general questions related to mathematics and language learning and specific questions related to Fun Book media. The calculation of the questionnaire used the Guttman scale. The evaluation results showed that 89.84% had increased knowledge seen from the calculation of the questionnaire per individual and per question asked and the participation and enthusiasm of students during activities using the Fun Book.
