gmatic equivalence emphasizes the conveyance of implicit meaning through communication principles such as those proposed by Grice, where coherence takes precedence over mere lexical and grammatical cohesion. In humor translation, coherence refers to the interconnectedness of meaning based on shared context and knowledge between the author and the audience, rather than simply the structure of sentences. However, humor is inherently ambiguous and open to multiple interpretations, making its meaning not always directly transferable. A single mistranslated element can alter the entire comedic effect, as humor is often highly culture-specific. In this case, the translator’s role extends beyond language transfer to bridging the knowledge gap that the target audience might have, sometimes at the cost of the humor’s spontaneity. This challenge creates a dilemma between preserving natural comedic effect and delivering accurate meaning. As a result, humor translation often leans toward either overly literal or overly liberal approaches, each with the risk of losing essential nuance. Therefore, pragmatic equivalence involves more than just finding corresponding meanings; it also requires sensitivity to the social and cultural contexts that shape audience responses. Techniques like open discussions help them identify the causes of their anxiety more effectively, while role-playing allows them to practice new ways of dealing with anxiety-inducing situations. Relaxation exercises also assist them in developing skills to manage anxiety effectively in their daily lives. Literature studies indicate that group counseling not only reduces anxiety levels in teenagers but also enhances their social skills, self-confidence, and emotional resilience. With support from family, schools, and the community, group counseling can become a sustainable strategy in promoting teenagers' mental well-being. Therefore, it is important to consider that there is no one-size-fits-all approach for all teenagers. However, group counseling provides a safe and structured platform for teenagers to learn from each other, strengthen their coping skills, and make progress in overcoming their anxiety. With this approach, it is hoped that teenagers can build a strong foundation for their ongoing mental health.

Fatwas issued by scholars play a crucial role in providing legal guidance for Muslims in Indonesia, particularly in the context of technological and modern economic developments such as e-commerce, sharia fintech, and digital investments. Using a qualitative approach with literature study, this research analyzes various fatwas issued by the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) and the factors influencing the scholars' decisions, including technological advancements, societal needs, and globalization. Furthermore, this study identifies obstacles in the implementation of fatwas, such as limited public understanding and potential conflicts with government regulations. The research finds that, despite the challenges, there is significant potential for aligning fatwas with positive legal regulations in Indonesia. Collaboration between scholars, religious institutions, and the government is essential to ensure the effective implementation of fatwas and create an inclusive and just legal system for Muslims. The synergy between fatwas and regulations is expected to support the sustainable development of the Islamic economy and contribute to the building of a more prosperous and harmonious Indonesian society.

Corporate value is often gauged by the stock price in the capital market, making it crucial for companies to plan sound financial strategies. This research focuses on the banking sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2021 to 2023, evaluating the influence of investment policy, dividend policy, and profitability on corporate value. The study employs a descriptive quantitative method using secondary data from the companies’ financial reports. Multiple linear regression analysis is used to assess the relationships between these variables. The results indicate that investment policy and profitability have a positive but not significant effect on corporate value, while dividend policy has a significant positive impact. Corporate value is also affected by stock price fluctuations, which are often inconsistent. These findings affirm that dividend policy is a crucial factor in enhancing corporate value, while investment policy and profitability, although important, do not have a significant impact within the study period. Overall, these independent variables collectively have a significant influence on corporate value in the banking sector on the IDX. This research provides insights for company management in formulating effective strategies to increase corporate value.

t’ah, child custody, and property division, are analyzed in terms of their suitability with the main objectives of Islamic law, namely protection of religion, soul, descendants, mind, and property (Maqashid Syari’ah). This research uses qualitative methods with the normative legal approach. to examine court decisions and how the laws applied reflect the principles of Maqashid Syari’ah. The results of the study indicate that divorce decisions at the Religious Court have considered women’s rights proportionally, although there is still room for further adjustment to be more in line with the essence of Maqashid Syari’ah, especially in terms of economic protection and gender justice. This study recommends the need to strengthen the integration between positive law and sharia principles to better guarantee women’s welfare after divorce.

The research method used is a qualitative method, with research results showing that the leadership model of Bank Syariah Indonesia has accommodated the best leadership criteria in Islam, which can be adaptive, fast response, and solutions while still implementing the traits and characteristics of leaders who are sincere, trustworthy, Katonah, and tabligh. This leadership character was demonstrated by leading the previous three large banks into one with one vision, mission, and work culture, as well as the synergy of all human resources that supported joint achievements to success in the three years of its existence.

In assessing the job prospects of a company in the past and future and assessing the achievements of a company, financial ratio analysis is used which includes liquidity ratios (current ratio), solvency ratios (debt to asset ratio), activity ratios (total asset turnover), profitability ratio (return on equity) and market ratio (earnings per share). This research is descriptive research which is studied quantitatively. The population of the research is all financial reports of PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk is listed on the IDX in 2018-2022 period. The sample for this research is the financial position report and comprehensive income statement in 2018-2022 period. Data collection was carried out using documentation techniques. The results of this research found that the overall financial performance of PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk in 2018-2022 period based on analysis of liquidity ratios and solvency ratios is in fairly good condition. Meanwhile, profitability ratios and market ratios are in good condition. However, regarding the activity ratio, the condition of PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk is still not efficient so it can be said to be not good. This is due to an increase in sales and total assets during the 2018-2022 period. Based on the results of calculations and analysis of financial ratios, it can be concluded that the financial performance of PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk in 2018-2022 period experiences growth in various aspects and profitability can increase, making the company profitable.

The research method uses descriptive qualitative in describing and explaining specifically with literature studies in data collection. The purpose of this research is to find out specifically about the types and qualifications of sharia sales that do not contain gharar and usury. In Islamic economics, payments in sales contracts can be deferred or paid in installments without involving interest or riba. This allows the buyer to pay according to an agreed schedule. Sales contracts in the Islamic economy differ from interest-bearing loan contracts, where there is an exchange of goods or services at a predetermined price. Islamic banks use sales contracts as a legitimate alternative to interest-bearing loan contracts, allowing them to provide financing that is fair and compliant with sharia principles. In the Islamic economy, there are also contracts for the sale of future commodities (salam), the sale of manufacturing (istisna'), and currency exchange (sarf). Islamic banks have an important role to play in facilitating these sales contracts, as intermediaries who ensure the contracts adhere to Shariah principles and meet applicable legal requirements. With a good understanding of the different types of these sales contracts, economic actors can choose the ones that suit their needs while complying with sharia principles.

Borwita Citra Prima Regional Sulawesi, kegiatan berupa webinar “Sharpening Leadership Through Communication Skill” dilaksanakan secara daring melalui platform Zoom Meeting. Webinar ini diikuti oleh 15 karyawan yang menduduki jabatan manajerial. Untuk mengukur efektivitas kegiatan, digunakan pre-test dan post-test yang dianalisis dengan uji normalitas Shapiro-Wilk dan uji non-parametrik Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman yang signifikan, dengan rata-rata skor pre-test sebesar 89,33 dan post-test sebesar 98,66 (p = 0,008). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa webinar berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman peserta mengenai pentingnya gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan komunikasi efektif.

roup berbasis single-session group (SSG) sebagai bentuk intervensi yang dapat membantu mahasiswa mengelola stres. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh tujuh mahasiswa tingkat akhir dan dilaksanakan dalam satu sesi berdurasi empat jam. Intervensi mencakup check-in emotion, art therapy, sharing session, action plan, afirmasi positif, dan check-out emotion. Pemberian intervensi dan pengukuran stress dilakukan melalui pengamatan dan evaluasi tertulis. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas peserta mengalami perubahan emosi dari negatif (cemas, malu, marah, sedih) menjadi lebih positif (tenang, bahagia, percaya diri). Evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa seluruh peserta merasa puas dengan pelaksanaan kegiatan, serta merekomendasikan pelaksanaan lanjutan atau serupa. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa support group berbasis SSG merupakan intervensi singkat yang efektif dalam menciptakan ruang aman, memperkuat dukungan sosial, serta mendorong refleksi diri dan perencanaan konkret dalam menyelesaikan skripsi.
