tners and the farmers they support still lack experience in sorghum farming, especially in profit analysis. This is an obstacle in spreading sorghum as an agricultural potential, because extension workers have difficulty providing farmers with an understanding of the benefits of sorghum farming. Therefore, knowledge is needed in carrying out farming analysis, as well as organizing human resources in farmer groups so that they can produce maximum quality and quantity. Through this knowledge and ability, it is hoped that partners can further optimize the dissemination of sorghum farming to the farmers they support so that they can produce sustainably. The methods used in this service activity are training and mentoring. For training activities, farming business analysis and farmer group management were carried out for one day, where the implementing team facilitated training to partners, namely BPP East Suwawa. After the training activities, students in the implementing team provided regular assistance for two weeks to optimize the results obtained in the training. The results of the activity showed that the activity participants were very enthusiastic during the mentoring activity, and gave positive responses, so that activities like this could be routine, especially in assisting with sorghum farming analysis.

The partner's problem is that the partner's knowledge is low in processing organic waste; poultry feed and fertilizers commonly used by partners are very expensive. The method used in overcoming the problem is socialization with lectures and discussions to increase understanding of the role of maggot in reducing household organic waste, can be used as animal feed and kasgot as a planting medium and organic fertilizer; as well as direct practice of maggot cultivation and making organic fertilizer with kasgot raw materials. The conclusion from the results of these activities is that the PKM activity partner participants have seen an increase in partner understanding of the role of maggot in reducing household organic waste and other benefits it produces after socialization (with lectures and question and answer discussions) and partners understand how to cultivate maggot and make organic fertilizer with kasgot raw materials.

Abstrak: Tujuan dari kegiatan kegiatan Pemberdayaan Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini yaitu untuk menambah pengetahuan mitra dalam mengurangi sampah organik rumah tangga dengan budidaya maggot sebagai pakan alternatif serta aplikasi kasgot yang dapat dijadikan media tanam dan pupuk organik. Permasalahan mitra adalah pengetahuan mitra rendah dalam pengolahan sampah organik; pakan ternak unggas dan pupuk yang biasa digunakan mitra harganya sangat mahal. Metode yang dilakukan dalam mengatasi masalah yaitu dengan sosialisasi dengan ceramah dan diskusi untuk meningkatkan pemahaman tentang peran maggot dalam mengurangi sampah organik rumah tangga, dapat dijadikan pakan ternak serta kasgot sebagai media tanam dan pupuk organik; serta praktek langsung budidaya maggot dan pembuatan pupuk organik dengan bahan baku kasgot. Kesimpulan dari hasil kegiatan tersebut bahwa peserta mitra kegiatan PKM terlihat adanya peningkatan pemahaman mitra tentang peran maggot dalam mengurangi sampah organik rumah tangga serta manfaat lain yang dihasilkannya setelah dilakukan sosialisasi (dengan ceramah dan diskusi tanya jawab) dan mitra memahami cara budidaya maggot serta pembuatan pupuk organik dengan bahan baku kasgot.

Abstrak: SMK PPM Shadr El-Islam berada di Danau Sijabut Kec. Air Batu Kab. Asahan Provinsi Sumatera Utara dalam melakukan evaluasi kinerja guru pada supervisi pembelajaran belum memiliki sistem terkomputerisasi. Hal tersebut masih dilakukan secara manual dengan mengisi berkas instrument. Sehingga hasil penilaian terkesan lebih subjektif. Maka Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan panduan tentang penggunaan dan eksploitasi fitur-fitur dari aplikasi evaluasi kinerja guru atas peringkat kinerja guru pada supervisi pembelajaran. Hal ini bertujuan agar kepala sekolah, guru, dan siswa di SMK PPM Shadr El-Islam dapat memahami sistem peringkat guru yang objektif, yang pada gilirannya akan memudahkan pengambilan keputusan yang efektif. Metode yang diterapkan dalam kegiatan ini adalah deskripsi dan praktik. Pemateri akan memberikan penjelasan tentang fitur-fitur Aplikasi Evaluasi Kinerja Guru dalam Supervisi Pembelajaran, dan selanjutnya melibatkan peserta dalam praktik langsung. Dengan cara ini, para guru dan siswa dapat lebih paham menggunakan aplikasi evaluasi kinerja guru, paham atas materi dan konsep yang disampaikan, sehingga tujuan pelatihan dapat tercapai dengan lebih baik.

Abstrak: Pandemi COVID-19 telah membawa dampak besar bagi banyak sektor bisnis di seluruh dunia, baik bisnis besar maupun UMKM. Bapak Selamat adalah pemilik usaha Keripik Selasih Asahan yaitu usaha oleh-oleh kota Kisaran contohnya yang menjual berbagai jenis olahan keripik seperti ubi, pisang, dan umbi-umbian lainnya, usaha yang mengandalkan penjualan langsung dari rumah produksinya dan mengecer ke kios-kios maupun minimarket dan supermarket yang ada di kota Kisaran Kabupaten Asahan, juga harus menghadapi dampak pandemi dengan bertahan dan berusaha untuk tetap memproduksi produknya. Salah satu penyebab menurunnya penjualan dimasa pasca pandemi COVID-19 dipengaruhi kurangnya media promosi untuk memperluas pasar. Hanya dengan mengharapkan pelanggan tetap, menjadi pengaruh besar terhadap menurunnya penjualan disebabkan perputaran ekonomi masyarakat di Kabupaten Asahan menjadi terbatas akibat dampak COVID-19. Selain itu persaingan bisnis secara digital juga menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi usaha keripik oleh-oleh Kisaran. Dengan metode observasi dan memberikan pelatihan langsung ke lokasi mitra maka penerapan website dan e-katalog merupakan langkah penting bagi usaha Keripik Selasih dalam menghadapi tantangan bisnis pasca pandemi COVID-19. Kurangnya pengetahuan dan kesadaran untuk melakukan pemilahan sampah, membuat kampung tersebut merupakan permasalahan yang akan diselesaikan dalam Program Kemitraan Masyarakat yang dilakukan di kampung ini. Pelaksanaan program kemitraan masyarakat dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode pelatihan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan mitra dan metode pendampingan untuk meningkatkan ketrampilan dalam pemilahan sampah anorganik. The method of implementing this service activity is through Community Education, the core activities are training, and mentoring and evaluation. Implementation of training activities and production assistance to increase revenue through improving production quality and marketing. It can be concluded that there is a transfer of knowledge, especially on how to improve the quality of production and marketing with test results that show improvement. Abstrak: Persaingan di dunia bisnis saat ini semakin ketat, sehingga menyebabkan semakin meningkatnya persaingan para pelaku usaha di era pasar yang sangat terbuka saat ini. Kegiatan dan usaha yang dilakukan harus bisa memiliki nilai jual yang tinggi dan memiliki kreativitas untuk menarik perhatian konsumen. UMKM ARI TEMPE adalah salah satu UMKM yang berada di Desa Serdang, Kecamatan Meranti, Kabupaten Asahan yang memproduksi bidang pangan. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh UMKM ini adalah proses produksi yang masih sangat minim sekali, dan cara pemasaran produk masih memgunakan sistem rumah ke rumah. Pemecahan masalah yang diberikan dari program pengabdian ini adalah menawarkan pelatihan dan pendampingan untuk meningkatkan produksi, pemberian bantuan alat dan barang yang dapat memaksimalkan produksi, dan pelatihan pemasaran. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah melalui Pendidikan Masyarakat, kegiatan inti berupa pelatihan, dan pendampingan serta evaluasi. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan produksi untuk meningkatkan pendapatan melalui peningkatakn kualitas produksi dan pemasaran. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terjadi transfer pengetahuan khususnya tentang cara meningkatkan kualitas produksi dan pemasaran dengan hasil tes yang menunjukkan peningkatan. Melalui pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak positif khususnya memperbaiki kinerja di UMKM Ari Tempe sehingga dapat meningkatkan pendapatan dari produk yang dihasilkan serta meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan.

However, this condition contrasts with Mr. Rahman Robin's MSMEs Mie Basah Manga Tiga, which does not provide optimal results, and sales sometimes experience a decline. The purpose of this service is to develop the Mangga Tiga wet noodle business through digital utilization. One of the government's newest programs in supporting MSME growth is "Ministry of Finance One Supports MSMEs Growing through Digitalization and Globalization Towards Advanced Indonesia". Based on this program, we consider it important to increase the wet noodle business through digitization. The method used is the provision of materials as well as training and assistance regarding the preparation of financial reports, digital marketing and packaging innovation. The results of the activity show that partners are able to compile simple financial reports, partners are able to carry out digital marketing through several online applications, and the new packaging of mangga tiga wet noodles is equipped with a product label which already contains a business license and halal certificate.

Abstrak: Besarnya peranan UMKM sebagai tulang punggung perekonomian nasional dibuktikan dari data Kemenkop UKM tahun 2022 bahwa jumlah UMKM di Sulawesi Selatan mengalamai peningkatan yang signifikan dan di tahun 2022 mencapai 268.299 unit. Namun kondisi demikian kontras dengan pelaku UMKM Mie Basah Manga Tiga milik Bapak Rahman Robin yang tidak memberikan hasil yang optimal bahkan penjualan terkadang mengalami penurunan. Tujuan dilaksanakan pengabdian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan usaha mie basah Mangga Tiga melalui pemanfaatan digital. Salah satu program terbaru pemerintah dalam mendukung pertumbuhan UMKM adalah “Kemenkeu Satu Mendukung UMKM Tumbuh melalui Digitalisasi dan Globalisasi Menuju Indonesia Majuâ€. Berdasar dari program tersebut kami menganggap penting meningkatkan usaha mie basah melalui digitalisasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah pemberian materi serta pelatihan dan pendampingan mengenai penyusunan laporan keuangan, pemasaran digital dan inovasi packaging. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa mitra sudah mampu menyusun laporan keuangan sederhana, mitra mampu melakukan pemasaran digital melalui beberapa aplikasi online, serta kemasan baru dari mie basah mangga tiga sudah dilengkapi label produk yang di dalamnya sudah terdapat izin usaha dan sertifikat halal.

nological developments and development are increasing, disrupting rainwater catchment areas and reducing the ability of rainwater to infiltration. When the rainy season, the problem in RT 18 is a lot of runoff that cannot quickly absorb into the reservoir, resulting in stagnant water which is quite disturbing to residents' activities. Meanwhile, during the dry season, the borehole water discharge is greatly reduced and seawater intrusion occurs into the well. To overcome this there must be a solution offered to overcome these problems. Therefore one method to build public awareness is through counseling about the importance of infiltration wells. The results of the implementation showed that before counseling the participants' understanding test results were only 14.17% and after counseling the participants' understanding was 77.5%. There was an increase in participants' understanding of 63.33%.

Abstrak: Peningkatan jumlah penduduk di perkotaan akan berbanding lurus dengan peningkatan jumlah pemukiman dan perumahan, sehingga banyak lahan akan beralih fungsi yang berakibat pada rusaknya daerah resapan air. Perkembangan teknologi dan pembangunan yang makin meningkat, membuat lahan resapan air hujan terganggangu dan mengurangi kemampuan air hujan meresap kedalam tanah. Pada saat musim penghujan tiba permasalahan yang terjadi di RT 18 yaitu banyak limpasan air yang tidak bisa cepat menyerap ke dalam tahan sehingga terjadi genangan air yang cukup mengganggu aktivitas warga. Sedangkan ketika musim kemarau debit air sumur bor sangat berkurang serta terjadi instrusi air laut ke dalam sumur. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut harus ada solusi yang ditawarkan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Oleh karena itu salah satu metode untuk membangun kesadaran masyarakat yaitu melalui penyuluhan tentang arti penting sumur resapan. Hasil pelaksanaan menunjukkkan sebelum dilakukan penyuluhan hasil test pemahaman peserta hanya 14,17% dan setelah penyuluhan pemahaman peserta 77,5%. Terjadi peningkatan pemahaman peserta sebesar 63,33%.
